    @btsport What is wrong with your app? I’m using enhanced player and it’s like I’m streaming it off a dodgy source. It’s all pixelated. Really poor quality. Wi-Fi is fibre optic and everything else works fine.

    @bt_uk Did that already. No reply. Got answer on phone after 22 mins. V helpful lady fixed problem. But that was the only good part of the service. Response on Twitter was poor.

    @bt_uk Am I of the understanding that after being told around 3pm today that BT would sort out my Broadband before my 7.30pm Zoom meeting, but as my broadband is still flashing orange at 8.44pm that BT cannot fix it. Disappointed

    @bt_uk hi, I’ve got an issue changing my TV package on the MyBT app and website, it keeps telling me to call which I did and I was told it couldn’t be done. I want to drop Big Sport for entertainment, I did this last summer without issue, is there anything you can do to help?

    @bt_uk @J16642009 We have similar issue. If major fault arises, surely where multiple homes without internet for a week, this response is not excellent client service. Both companies part of same group. I have had 2 engineers not turn up, been on phone every day and still no internet a week later.

    (9/9l @Ofcom please investigate this fraudulent practice by @bt_uk. I'm certain I am not the only one who has experienced this. Indeed the customer service representative I spoke to said I was the 2nd person that DAY who'd reported a similar incident. This fraud must stop.
