It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

@bt_uk Am I of the understanding that after being told around 3pm today that BT would sort out my Broadband before my 7.30pm Zoom meeting, but as my broadband is still flashing orange at 8.44pm that BT cannot fix it. Disappointed

@bt_uk @ofcom @MartinSLewis why has no one bothered to call me to fix my BB issues. BT cut my BB off and left with with a landline , I have now called 28 times no one after 5 days has bothered to contact me back to find a solution. No service so I have sent an email to BT CEO !!!

@bt_uk Did that already. No reply. Got answer on phone after 22 mins. V helpful lady fixed problem. But that was the only good part of the service. Response on Twitter was poor.

@bt_uk It’s been dropping out intermittently for some time, your delightful customer advisors told me there was no issues with service despite me having no service. Refused an engineer visit, and also told me the routers are only designed to last 18-24 months...

@_ADAM_ADAM_ @btsport @btsportfootball Where we would all agree with this sentiment is does also mean that a station on free to air TV needs to stump up the cash to actually buy the rights as UEFA have never given them away for nothing and neither the BBC or ITV is willing to do that so what can we expect?
