    It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

    @bt_uk @ofcom @MartinSLewis why has no one bothered to call me to fix my BB issues. BT cut my BB off and left with with a landline , I have now called 28 times no one after 5 days has bothered to contact me back to find a solution. No service so I have sent an email to BT CEO !!!

    @bt_uk It’s been dropping out intermittently for some time, your delightful customer advisors told me there was no issues with service despite me having no service. Refused an engineer visit, and also told me the routers are only designed to last 18-24 months...

    1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

    @bt_uk last night an agent just happened to run a check on the line to find there’s a fault on that now...BT you are risking my health and safety now and it’s one mistake after another, worst thing is being promised a call back verbally and via text to be left hanging...AGAIN!!!

    Awaiting new TV hub from @BTCare but now there’s a delay thanks to @parcelforce. Promised a service which neither has delivered on, or taking responsibility for. We have been without services since Saturday. Don’t make promises you can’t keep and don’t blame the Christmas period!

    @sbarnes00 @bt_uk @BTCare Nothing but constant problems ever since I’ve been with them. Took me 8 weeks to prove initial speed issues weren’t due to my equipment but due to there cabling, since then bills never correct 😡

BT know that a significant cost for retained email use prevents customers hopping between ISPs chasing discounts. But the BT cost for email is unreasonable, cue @Ofcom

    Will certainly escalate this as a formal complaint and let Ofcom know if not resolved satisfactorily very soon. Moral:- if you are upgrading broadband with @bt_uk make very certain they are not downgrading your calling plan in their favour at the same time!
