@bt_uk @NOWTVSport trying to watch liverpool, only thing streaming in the house. The resolution is so bad. I would be better off paying someone to draw me an artists impression of what is going on every ten minutes. Can you sort my speed out it has been 1mb or so the whole year

After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

Greg (Big Bernie) 🏴 (@BigBernie4) reported from Bristol, England
The latest in the ongoing, and frankly unbelievable saga, between myself and @bt_uk sees them keep me on hold before simply cutting me off. Weve had over a week of no Internet, unfulfilled promises of return calls, unfulfilled promises of service restoration, and an approach to

Greg (Big Bernie) 🏴 (@BigBernie4) reported from Bristol, England
@bt_uk our Internet, and thus our TV and streaming services, have been off for a week. Original fix date was yesterday, later amended to today. During a phone call to you 5 hours ago, I was promised a call by your "Jeopardy" team. My partner is clinically vulnerable and needs to

Katherine Thomasset (@Kaththomasset) reported from Bristol, England
.@bt_uk still without internet after a week, and no sign of the engineer who was supposed to be with us between 1 and 6 today. We received a message saying the problem was fixed but it definitely isn’t!

melodiouscode (@melodiouscode) reported from Bristol, England
Does anyone know if the "hub" provided by @bt_uk for their 900mb broadband can be put in modem mode so it can work with custom network equipment (in my case a unifi security gateway). I don't want their WiFi, etc: my gear is better!
-
Katherine Thomasset (@Kaththomasset) reported from Bristol, England
.@bt_uk not impressed that we’ve been without broadband for 4.5 days now - our timeline has said since Thurs that problem should be corrected by today, but no update and massive phone queues - what’s going on?
-
Greg (Big Bernie) 🏴 (@BigBernie4) reported from Bristol, England
So, after a week of no Internet, unreturned calls, promises of service resumption that have come to nothing, @bt_uk 's promise to send an engineer to me today between 1pm and 6pm has, probably rather predictably, been broken. No engineer. Still no service. I'm beyond frustrated.
-
Emma Shepherd (@partyfairy) reported from Alveston, England
@bt_uk But surely when both yourselves and @OpenreachHelp have made multiple errors, from day 1, costing your customer money, things should be escalated and sorted out. It's now been over a month of broken promises and mistakes.

I mean, I know all about utter incompetence, I spent 25 years on the railway where we managed to run a service despite incompetent management. But @bt_uk have taken it to a new level. So @westcountrybird , clinically vulnerable in these strange times, will have to continue going
-
Andy Browne (@Everlands_001) reported from Dursley, England
He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

@bt_uk That order was replaced with a new one by BT. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. The current situation is entirely with Bt

Bella Caridade-Ferreira (@bella_caridade) reported
@bt_uk Can't place an order yet because my address, the massive 18 floor building behind the US embassy, doesn't exist in your stupid database. It's been 6 weeks but you can't figure it out. My surname is unusual, so how about being proactive and searching for me in your database?
-
Callum Mounteney (@MounteneyCallum) reported
@bt_uk I actually have that exact hub I use it for the Internet at home, I cant emphasize enough how much work and dedication it took to get it working in 2022, Today actually I am waiting eagerly for a landline service to be activated so hopefully the Hub Phone will work too.
-
Obsidian76 (@Obsidian24776) reported
.@bt_uk why is your consumer resolution team refusing to send me a duplicate Deadlock letter via email, the one posted over 7 days ago still has not arrived, Advisor at ombudsman stated that BT do send them out by email so what's going on?
-
Andy Edwards (@golfingaddick) reported
@bt_uk yet again im sat on hold 1hour plus then cut off. Passed from operator to operator. Over 3 weeks now no answers. 20xcalls of 1 hour+ 6 cancelled orders. Why am i persisting to join a service that clearly doesnt want my business. Absolute disgrace
-
Tom (@naluka) reported
@bt_uk No thanks, just comparing options at the moment. Seems no matter what you do if you sign up for a new service in march you're never going to pay the price shown at that point because the CPI increase always applies but isn't shown now, even though it's a known value.
-
Jess Pearce (@Jpearce7) reported
@bt_uk Hello, please can you tell me the fee for ending a broadband contract early? Apparently once the leave date is less than 30 days before the contract end date there is no charge & you just pay for days of service used. Is this correct please?

Jack Storey (@JlhstoreyJack) reported
@bt_uk I have an adapter to connect a phone to my router. It needs about 3 bits of info from my phone provider, BT. Residential help can't give the info as they have no experience at this technical level. Business help can't give me the info as they can't access my account.
