@bt_uk Do you have a out of hours service. My family household landline has stopped working. When ringing out the line is dead and when trying to ring in it’s saying where on the phone however where not please help

@OpenreachHelp it funny your support but the phone down when we call to fix Internet. Also @bt_uk your guys are the same. Call your self's and phones out down. If it was not for your screw up there would be Internet.

@bt_uk No thanks. Spent 2 years trying to get help including via Social Media. Got nothing. Moved to Virgin Media and had fault free service ever since. It really isn’t that hard to keep customers happy. 20yrs with BT, never again

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp we have told you that we have poor broadband. You tell us we have good speeds. How then has it taken me an hour to watch 30mins of tv on iPlayer. Constantly dropping out/buffering/freezing. Give me a reason to stay with you.

@clecky1 @bt_uk In my view, if your access is fine in most cases, but doesn't work in others - then it is them that needs to check their systems, not BT. These systems may well have their own filters set to block certain accesses. Go back to Soho and get them to check that they aren't ...
