@GuyLikeTy @bt_uk I am sorry. They need to do better. I had dreadful experiences with BT engineers and their customer service is a complete joke. They are inefficient, they don't listen and imo they lie

Just stumbled upon @WWE on @btsport , 1st time I’ve seen wrestling in a long time (Years) & wow ....******* Terrible, “Big guys” against Jobbers and botched moves all over the Gaff 😂 The crowd looked like it was at a funeral too!! @90sWWE was obviously a golden era !

@bt_uk @btbusinesscare Been trying ( and failing ) to get some help / info on an issue. Had my business @btconnect email address for 25 years. Would like to keep it but business ( now sold ) leaving BT. Have had BT at home for 20 years. Surely must be possible???

Clearly @bt_uk engineers like to put their feet up at weekends. Broadband went down today (annoyingly during Popmaster!!!) and now not due to be fixed until Monday. Digital radio and dvds only 😤

@BTCare I’ve had no WiFi since last Tuesday night and you told me I’d have an engineer appointment to fix it today between 8-10. Now you’ve called to reschedule the appointment for Wednesday afternoon. Unacceptable. £60 a month for for the most temperamental service

@btbusinesscare What a waste of time. 'Customer Care' person just disconnected - he texted two PINS which he said were 'wrong', and I didn't receive an email with another from him. Then told me he'd have to disconnect, and left a message (I have a screenshot) which advised me to try BT Chat.

@bt_uk Am having to use my phone data, which is bad enough as it is, to even be able think about replying because the service is that bad. And it was literally fine 2hrs ago, now its just completely gone, I literally cannot do anything
