@bt_uk 10 days since you installed FTTP. 5 of those without any connection! Incorrectly created account means I can't report it as broken, fobbed off with excuses multiple times. Customer services unavailable! Seriously regretting choosing BT.

@bt_uk Please help! I’m visiting my elderly Mum who has been switched to digital voice but her 3 old landline phones no longer work. We need new phones today or tomorrow to set her up before we head home. EE shop can’t help
