Was told that OpenReach came, checked outside and went away. Really? The elderly person is listed as a welfare case. Terrible terrible terrible 👎

Require a permit to work, cancelled the order to fix - with no communication - I’ve called and rebooked and you move the completion date and still sat paying for a service I am not receiving - absolute shambles!!! Included being sent inaccurate information, wrong switch over date, I've now been unable to receive incoming calls for 3 days. Latest news 'should be resolved within a further 3 working days'. Ian Robson (@GFX2001) reported@Ofcom @bt_uk I do not understand why it is so difficult to report Nuisance Calls / Hang-ups. You have to complete a very lengthy form for a Call. And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.
