Stuart Seddon (@Seddon1968) reported from Lancaster, EnglandClearly @bt_uk engineers like to put their feet up at weekends. Broadband went down today (annoyingly during Popmaster!!!) and now not due to be fixed until Monday. Digital radio and dvds only 😤

So i guess @bt_uk and others will be pissed at the loss of money. I wont be the only one it will be millions if not billions.

Tom Tolkien (@tomtolkien) reported@bt_uk Your "digital voice" switchover system keeps making orders by itself and then cancelling them by itself. I've phoned you twice, but your "support" is rude and uninterested and just tries to upsell products I don't want and trick me into agreeing to an 18-month contract that I don't want. I'm out of contract, so if BT places any more unsolicited orders, sends any more threatening emails or sends me any more unsolicited items, I will be One Touch Switching to another provider. Zero tolerance. No DMs. Sort it in 24 hours, or you lose this customer.

Dunc (@derbydunk) reported@bt_uk Hello. We got an email to say digital voice starts 20/7/26. It said we'd receive a code which we've never had and said an engineer would visit for switchover. Today we've received a new smart hub and phone. Is an engineer coming? Do we need a code? We're confused 🙃
