@GuyLikeTy @bt_uk I am sorry. They need to do better. I had dreadful experiences with BT engineers and their customer service is a complete joke. They are inefficient, they don't listen and imo they lie

@bt_uk @btbusinesscare Been trying ( and failing ) to get some help / info on an issue. Had my business @btconnect email address for 25 years. Would like to keep it but business ( now sold ) leaving BT. Have had BT at home for 20 years. Surely must be possible???

Clearly @bt_uk engineers like to put their feet up at weekends. Broadband went down today (annoyingly during Popmaster!!!) and now not due to be fixed until Monday. Digital radio and dvds only 😤

Just stumbled upon @WWE on @btsport , 1st time I’ve seen wrestling in a long time (Years) & wow ....******* Terrible, “Big guys” against Jobbers and botched moves all over the Gaff 😂 The crowd looked like it was at a funeral too!! @90sWWE was obviously a golden era !

Had a dream it was Wednesday night, the final is on. I’m walking down a street, each window open and lit by each TV displaying the game on BTsport, the further I walked the more they scored, ended up 5-0 until I woke up with sweat running down my face and a sharp pain in my chest

@bt_uk I got BT hub in April start and received device, then order got cancelled due to system error and hub was returned. Then sales guy placed new order on 29th April, received it and services activated but internet is not working. Yesterday openreach guy came and said hub is faulty.

So, if you have serious perseverance & ACTUALLY get through to a human being @bt_uk discuss your issue & get a call back. The call back comes and the manager on that call back puts the phone down on you as he’s getting agitated! Hope that was recorded for training purposes #FAIL

Fantastic (sarcasm) service from @O2 today... Ask for a replacement sim, their automated system then cancels my current "working" sim before it's even been delivered. Great. Thanks for leaving me without a phone for 3-5 days there... Time to switch to @bt_uk for mobile too?

@bt_uk Hello mate Your WiFi is very bad and it is costing me 14 wins in champs. I go in the game and then get disconnected and if I'm losing at the time I lose. If I'm winning I get nothing. Bullshit system from @EAHelp but I get why it's like that Cheers Scfc_finlay

I absolutely detest @BTCare. We are in the process of leaving them. Today they started the process of sending a new router. Completely unannounced. No warning at all. No consent from me. No way to cancel it. Now no way to finalise cancelling the contract until it arrives. Bad
