  @bt_uk Another let down….was supposed to get a call from BT Customer Retention or Customer Service at 7:30pm to discuss our no show Openreach visit yesterday……yep you guess it. No phone call. Thanks BT. Another black mark.

  @bt_uk Not a single device can connect to my router and load a simple webpage. I pay Sky for 50 GB a month because the WiFi is pitifully slow. The wired connection is better, but still poor. Why do you seem to be disregarding the wireless speed?

  @bt_uk no internet currently and website says you are making network improvements. When can we expect to have the broadband working again? I tried restarting the hub but it didn’t make any difference. #btdown

  @bt_uk Spoke with BT earlier regarding our poor internet connection. Assured a call back in 5 minutes which never happened. Called again to be on hold for over 30 minutes and still no answer! The office closes at 9pm! Disappointed
