@bt_uk @btbusinesscare Been trying ( and failing ) to get some help / info on an issue. Had my business @btconnect email address for 25 years. Would like to keep it but business ( now sold ) leaving BT. Have had BT at home for 20 years. Surely must be possible???

Just stumbled upon @WWE on @btsport , 1st time I’ve seen wrestling in a long time (Years) & wow ....******* Terrible, “Big guys” against Jobbers and botched moves all over the Gaff 😂 The crowd looked like it was at a funeral too!! @90sWWE was obviously a golden era !

@bt_uk morning, the My BT app isn’t working this morning. Our broadband is working fine but the app says it can’t find the server when we try to login.

@phil_1965 @bt_uk You gotta play the game, I’ve just (today) renewed my broadband with BT, on previous calls I wasn’t getting a good deal, called today to cancel & got what id been asking for on previous calls, 3 months free & £35.99 for the full fibre 100 package.

Why has no effort been made to fix my copper broadband, it went down on the 10th. Nothing. Phoned @bt_uk and nobody could tell me why it went down, why it cant be repaired or more importantly what department to talk to. so unprofessional when staff go 'I don't know' #disgraceful

@bt_uk Had none stop issues with my broadband and only paying 40 a month for 70mbs when virgin media offers 200mbs for half the price my Internet goes out every single day when I call I've been told now there is nothing further that can be done, yet they won't let me leave without fees

@bt_uk shocking service. 3 days without Wi-Fi! No proper communication but false text saying everything is fixed and then 10 minutes later another text saying eng are working on issues. Still no resolution (Swindon). #poorcustomerservice #poorservice

@jiraiya642 @bt_uk There is a BT box office app you use but it's currently not working for me and a few others. I logged in today to buy the event and all it says is "No content available". Got told my BT I have to contact the BT Box Office team.

Update for those who have painfully read all that. @EE have helped with a service and real solution by offering more mobile data as we are using excessive amounts due to @bt_uk lack of service or solution. Cody @EE my 10 year old son thanks you as well!!! ....
