@bt_uk Do you have any way to check previous outages? A client is looking for an answer on why downtime occurred yesterday. We suspect it to be an external issue and not an internal cable/config issue. Difficult to prove without any previous logs.

@ThaFlyingYrkshm @EE @bt_uk It's EE. I had to leave them because their reception is so bad here. It's a shame BT don't allow their hubs to access all networks. To be fair to BT they responded straight away and said as much. EE haven't bothered.

@bt_uk I cancelled my service with you within the cooling off period, spoke to someone who confirmed as I cancelled within the cooling off period I would not be charged an exit fee(which I have proof of), now you’re trying to take £400 from me for leaving my contract? Response?

@bt_uk If I treated patients the way I have been treated by @bt_uk I would have lost my job a long time ago. Who can I make a formal complaint to? The process has been the worse thing I have encountered in a long time. Absolutely pathetic.
