@bt_uk Yes I’m a bt customer, rang ur helpline again & spoke to a guy in Exeter/ he’s arranged an engineer to come tomorrow, fingers crossed I’ll b back online in the morning

  • spacepods Kevin Vedmore (@spacepods) reported from Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn, Wales

@btsport the incident where Tammy was pulled back doesn't come under any of UEFA's reasons for VAR to intervene. 2 questions... how wasn't that spotted by the ref or his on-field assistant(s)? Why was there a VAR check in the first place?

  • spacepods Kevin Vedmore (@spacepods) reported from Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn, Wales

Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

  • spacepods Kevin Vedmore (@spacepods) reported from Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn, Wales

@btsport every live game (football, rugby), the app on PS5 stops with VC011D error. If it's an internet connectivity issue then is it over to @Plusnet for help? It's very tiresome. A restart of the live stream and it seems to be OK. Any ideas?

@BTCare internet down in Leeds... any updates?

  • goldstone3 LifeOfANonLeagueOfficial (@goldstone3) reported

@SkySports The law is a farce, but the ref was right by the law. To have @rioferdy5 telling millions of viewers on @btsport that the ref made a 'terrible decision' only fuels the hate towards match officials at all levels.

  • KristyLouise87 Kristy Louise (@KristyLouise87) reported

@bt_uk honestly the worst internet service I have ever experienced. Consistently ****.

  • sharpey1983 Ian Sharpe (@sharpey1983) reported

@SkyHelpTeam Most certainly not the box positions, They are both in open cabinets and are using ethernet not Wi-Fi. I am on the top package I can get through @bt_uk but as I said before it is your boxes sending out data through the local network that is throttling the whole thing.

  • AndrewSEv_tt Andrew Everett (@AndrewSEv_tt) reported

@bt_uk Hi Nicola, yes I’ll DM you, but just to be clear, like most people I’d like a reply to a complaint to actually detail what was found, what was done to put it right and what will be done to stop it happening again, instead of #BT ‘s “glad we could help” just 4 hours later.

  • LeanneSmith29 Leanne Smith (@LeanneSmith29) reported

@bt_uk I was due a call a manager this morning from two managers and I haven’t heard, this isn’t the first time it has happened. It’s disgusting customer service.

  • goodman_pamela Pamela Goodman (@goodman_pamela) reported

@bt_uk still trying to get a coherent response from someone at BT about the major broadband outage in our area. Latest update is that we shouldn’t be using residential lines for business purposes!! Hello BT. This is COVID and it is government regulations that we work from home.

  • kimpton_k Karen Baynton (@kimpton_k) reported

@bt_uk an outage in wokingham is not the best thing to wake up to while trying to homeschool 2 children #anyupdate? #workingfromhome

  • AndrewSEv_tt Andrew Everett (@AndrewSEv_tt) reported

Rang @bt_uk today. Query dealt with by 2 depts. Was asked if wantd 2 raise complaint: said no as experience said won’t do any good bt aftr ‘are U sure’ said yes. I was right: recvd email aftr 4hrs: “We’ve closed your case” & “glad we could help”. No explanation. Zilch. Pointless!

  • nadeemshassam Nadeem S. Hassam (@nadeemshassam) reported from Hillingdon, England

Virgin Media putting up prices. Under the guise of network upgrades! “like it or leave it” they say. Fair enough, “leave” it is. @SkyUK @bt_uk I’m coming to one of you! #leavevirginmedia #virginmedia
