    Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

    @bt_uk Yes I’m a bt customer, rang ur helpline again & spoke to a guy in Exeter/ he’s arranged an engineer to come tomorrow, fingers crossed I’ll b back online in the morning

    @bt_uk @Tidey_ I spoke to the Help Desk yesterday but unfortunately the suggestions given (resetting camera etc) weren’t successful. The issue appears to be the app as the ‘parent unit’ (ie baby monitor) is receiving a live feed from the camera but this doesn’t translate onto the mobile app.

    @bt_uk Internet is down in Hastings TN37 (again). It has been very slow and glitchy for a while now, which doesn't make working from home any easier. Any idea when it will be fixed?

    @blueneil61 @bt_uk All the players should have been supported throughout, but the media always drag them down. That is until we get knocked out, I was highlighting this. They seem to wait until **** happens then shower them all in love and support. The media are 2 faced scum.
