Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

@btsport every live game (football, rugby), the app on PS5 stops with VC011D error. If it's an internet connectivity issue then is it over to @Plusnet for help? It's very tiresome. A restart of the live stream and it seems to be OK. Any ideas?

@bt_uk Yes I’m a bt customer, rang ur helpline again & spoke to a guy in Exeter/ he’s arranged an engineer to come tomorrow, fingers crossed I’ll b back online in the morning

@btsport the incident where Tammy was pulled back doesn't come under any of UEFA's reasons for VAR to intervene. 2 questions... how wasn't that spotted by the ref or his on-field assistant(s)? Why was there a VAR check in the first place?

@bt_uk No, I can access the planner, & move up & down the channels but I can't select any & there are no programmes listed (everything is blank) It's been stuck on ITVbe since your broadband engineer visited on Tuesday. Apparently he isn't qualified to do anything with the TV

@bt_uk No. The house is empty and there is not a media service subscription at the property. It is going to be a rental property so the tenant will need to set up a subscription to their chosen provider. As the owner I just want the master socket moving.

@bt_uk customer service is an absolute joke. Internet has been off one week, three failed engineer appointments, over 10 phone calls and still not fixed. Internal issue with booking appointments also! Appointment cancelled two hours before today and getting fobbed off again!!!

@BTCare Hi, is there a problem with btinternet email this afternoon. I’m not able to access my emails either on my phone or on my PC 😳 Worried I’ve been hacked as it says either my email address or my password are incorrect?? Thanks
