  Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

  @btsport the incident where Tammy was pulled back doesn't come under any of UEFA's reasons for VAR to intervene. 2 questions... how wasn't that spotted by the ref or his on-field assistant(s)? Why was there a VAR check in the first place?

  @btsport every live game (football, rugby), the app on PS5 stops with VC011D error. If it's an internet connectivity issue then is it over to @Plusnet for help? It's very tiresome. A restart of the live stream and it seems to be OK. Any ideas?

  @BTGroup @bt_uk I have an ongoing complaint since 8th May. Today it was closed with no phone call, no explanation, no contact. The issue is still ongoing and you owe me money. I have reopened complaint but this needs escalating.

  @bt_uk What’s going on email not working, can’t get into My BT and now speeds dropping to 109mg to 145 after factory you carried. No record of this as promised. Claims for £100 not happening, monitor for week…in other words cant be honest.. Have you been Hacked .?

  @bt_uk When are you going to sort out the problems you have. I CANNOT log into my account have not been able to for two days now. What the heck is going on. Awful company, need to get rid of you. Shame really I have internet, phone and 4 mobile phones all going. Had enough😡

  @TerryPDunn @bt_uk I'm also angry & frustrated that for weeks @BT 'guides' have taken my calls for help and either said they have passed the problem to technical team or latest contact was escalated to complaint & complaint closed within minutes of it being taken.

  @bt_uk I can't create a bt account to tell you how utterly gutted I am with your service. I've not been able yo watch TV as a brand new customer for several days and I only started last Friday. Consumer act 2018

  Dear @bt_uk we moved to an address you don't supply to in Jan. You said cancellation would be automatic but are still chasing me for payment. Your CS team are simply unable to comprehend and my complaint was closed without investigation. Come on eh?
