    Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

    @btsport the incident where Tammy was pulled back doesn't come under any of UEFA's reasons for VAR to intervene. 2 questions... how wasn't that spotted by the ref or his on-field assistant(s)? Why was there a VAR check in the first place?

    @bt_uk I was promised yet again this would be sorted yesterday and someone would call. But surprise surprise, no refund, no call. Just an automated message saying you will be taking £972 out of our account in a few days. We have had to cancel the direct debit to make sure this doesn’t

    @bt_uk They said that the booking didn’t go through (this is now the second time!!). This is absolutely insane. We’re now being punished becuawe Bt messed up. They said I now can’t rebook at all for 24 hours and they have no idea when next booking is??? Can I speak to a senior complaint
