    Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

    @bt_uk & @Experian_UK I’ve raised multiple disputes as there is an error on my file only for it to go around in circles. BT have updated my @Equifax file correctly - why the hold up with Experian? Causing huge issues with my credit status! Shocking CX as no-one will help me!

    @bt_uk Yes I've been through those help pages but nowhere does it help when correct username and passwords fail, I reset the MyBT password and the new password is not accepted.

    @bt_uk Why do you charge extra for HD sports? You literally have to downgrade the signal to supply it in SD.

    @bt_uk Hi Claire, if BT consider charging a customer of many years a charge of £239 to cancel one aspect of their service when they, are like millions of others struggling to pay bills, some sort of 'deal' then I don't think there's much point wasting anymore energy or time.

    I am well into hour two of holding on, listening to naff music, trying to cancel my @bt_uk account, which cannot provide reliable broadband. They want to change me over £200 and are doing their best to make it impossible to cancel. #BTbroadband #BTcustomerservice #btbadservice
