    @btsport the incident where Tammy was pulled back doesn't come under any of UEFA's reasons for VAR to intervene. 2 questions... how wasn't that spotted by the ref or his on-field assistant(s)? Why was there a VAR check in the first place?

    @btsport every live game (football, rugby), the app on PS5 stops with VC011D error. If it's an internet connectivity issue then is it over to @Plusnet for help? It's very tiresome. A restart of the live stream and it seems to be OK. Any ideas?

    @bt_uk Yes Iโ€™m a bt customer, rang ur helpline again & spoke to a guy in Exeter/ heโ€™s arranged an engineer to come tomorrow, fingers crossed Iโ€™ll b back online in the morning

    Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

    I think that unless you get through to the Cheif Excutive office @BT_uk you waste your time itโ€™s full of people that donโ€™t listen or want to help My contract is up shortly and Iโ€™m looking forward to moving to a company with proper customer service, where you get treated properly

    @ofcom you need a word with @BTCare โ€ฆ they mis-sold me a tariff on sep23 and have hung up, lied to me, misled me and just been outright wastes of ***** with me every time i try to fix it - literally impossible to fix their errorsโ€ฆ BT = big tossers

    @bt_uk, has there been a broadband outage in Lanarkshire? Iโ€™ve restarted our BT Hub but it has made no difference.

    @Ofcom @bt_uk I do not understand why it is so difficult to report Nuisance Calls / Hang-ups. You have to complete a very lengthy form for a Call. And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.

    28+ days waiting for broadband from BT. Broken promises, poor communication, and still no connection. Completely unacceptable. @BT_UK #BroadbandFail #CustomerService

    @bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device wonโ€™t alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we canโ€™t act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?

    @bt_uk I have order VOL013-1056903730240, kit has arrived & I've set it up. Service is due to start on 17/6 but I learn that I can use the app to start before, i.e. today? The order doesn't show in the app & if I search for order + post code it claims they're incorrect. Help๐Ÿ™?

    @bt_uk He offered to put a complaint in, but admitted it wouldnt amount to much. So I said what is the point. Whilst I have had some rubbish service from staff, the problem is @bt_uk itself. How can you sell a service, wth new hardware that is not capable of delivering that service?
