  @bt_uk well Bt, Can someone tell me if it’s normal for a company as large as yours to have messed up so much that you have left a business without a telephone line for 5 months and internet service for 1 month ?. I would really like to know the answer to this.

  @bt_uk I need to report a fault on a friend's line. I've tried the fault line but it keeps disconnecting. My friend lives in a rural area with very little mobile signal. It is imperative her line is sorted. Please advise.

  Dear @btsport, why doesn't your ****** piece of crap app not do the most basic of things like remember where you were in a programme when you stopped watching? It's annoying. Every single other streaming app does this but yours. Why is that? Could you just not be bothered?

  @bt_uk hi. 01529 private number still not connecting when I try to call this elderly person from 01778 and my mobile too, but nothing shown on outage map. I reported it on your 150 number Saturday evening.

  @bt_uk Free for a few months is a poor offer in these times. Give people a stable predictable price rather than short term gimmick pricing.

  @hellwaiver @bt_uk @VirginMediaCorp I think that's a great idea, I to have had problems with BT and I'm going to virgin media I will be doing that when I receive my virgin media router.

  @bt_uk Don't need it my phone has a wireless hot spot which I run smart TV, xbox live, laptop from with no problems
