If it's an internet connectivity issue then is it over to @Plusnet for help? It's very tiresome. A restart of the live stream and it seems to be OK. Any ideas?

Kevin Vedmore (@spacepods) reported from Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn, Wales@btsport the incident where Tammy was pulled back doesn't come under any of UEFA's reasons for VAR to intervene. 2 questions... how wasn't that spotted by the ref or his on-field assistant(s)? Why was there a VAR check in the first place?

I've calIed 150 several times now about this issue and no resolution. I have asked for a paper bill and 7 days on and I'm still waiting.

BT seem to think this is acceptable as 'it's subject to change' How are we supposed to run a business with no comms!! 4 weeks & counting

Sam R (@maz558) reported@bt_uk VERY disappointing with the service from your agents! I phoned as I wanted to take my service with me when I moved. Told I needed to take a new contract - 20% more expensive than current one. Told I would have to wait a week without broadband. Then lied to me!

Sebastian Colt (@Red_Rescue) reported@bt_uk Speaking to support on the phone anecdotally this seems to be a significant problem. I think the scale of it can be tracked by how many calls last less that a few seconds (due to dead air) or how many pin numbers are requested but not used. (as they are not supplied in time)

If it's cheaper for you, you can give me a share of your savings. I had no choice over the digital voice downgrade. @openreach will have to trespass to install it. If it is a condition of receiving service, say so and I will seek alternatives. (@Starlink or 5g) Is it on the T&C's? A letter is on its way to your registered address. David Sinfield.
