Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

@btbusinesscare but only if you agree on tape to pay £245+vat (if they decide it’s our faulty equipment which ironically was supplied by bt) for an engineer to come and look at an identified fault. If you don’t agree there is no way an engineer will look at the problem.

@bt_uk we’re in a holiday cottage, so as we’re not the account holders there’s very little we can do to fix issue, but would be useful to know if island or cottage issue! Thanks
