@bt_uk Yes I’m a bt customer, rang ur helpline again & spoke to a guy in Exeter/ he’s arranged an engineer to come tomorrow, fingers crossed I’ll b back online in the morning

Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

@bt_uk Can you advise why the wifi signal on my new Hub 2 is slowed than my previous BT supplied modem? You normally expect newer tech to improve on previous performance. And yes I know you can supply WiFi extenders at an extra cost but im limited for available sockets.

So I accidentally fell asleep at my PC at noon for 2 hours. Bad idea because I woke up stiff as ****. Now I'm balancing web chats with @OVOEnergy and @bt_uk but not getting far with either. OVO are useless as always. BT are fine but I'm having trouble with my BT ID. 😓

@bt_uk Ive an issue with the app ease of use not being on par with what we have now in the form of sky mini hd boxe...walk in the room turn on flick through....with this im guessing its use the tv remote...select the app...log in...just cant see an app easy to use for e.g....nana

Surprise, Surprise, @bt_uk broadband is down for me again. 31st May, 4th June, today. Looks like there is a pattern to me. Dreadful. You've put my prices up, but you've given me a substandard service. Imagine if my direct debit only worked a fraction of the time.

@bt_uk I just wanted to say how appalled I was by your ‘company decision’ over a complaint today. I also found it baffling how the original person I spoke too also then handled the complaint, This isn’t very impartial? A company like yourselves should be aware of TCF.

@bt_uk you’ve now left me stuck in a contract for 2 years with a service which is essentially inadequate. Millions of people play video games to get over 200 ping every 5 minutes is not fair, to then just get a response we don’t guarantee ping is not right!
