    @btsport the incident where Tammy was pulled back doesn't come under any of UEFA's reasons for VAR to intervene. 2 questions... how wasn't that spotted by the ref or his on-field assistant(s)? Why was there a VAR check in the first place?

    @bt_uk Yes I’m a bt customer, rang ur helpline again & spoke to a guy in Exeter/ he’s arranged an engineer to come tomorrow, fingers crossed I’ll b back online in the morning

    Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

    @bt_uk Trying to make an on line complaint but your site says this is down to make changes. When can I make a complaint. It relates to being told I had a fixed bill at £52 for one year to logging in today to find I have been overcharged £78. Really angry

    @tigercubmum @garethallison @bt_uk It’s absolutely insane isn’t it!! Just FYI I’ve referenced the consumer rights act - s.52 (providing services in a reasonable timeframe), s.54(7)- rescinding my contract as they aren’t providing the service and 54(a)- right to claim damages

    Has anyone explained why OFWAT, OFGEM and OFCOM still exist. None have protected the consumer. **** in our water, broken energy market and inflation plus increases for @virginmedia @bt_uk @EE et al. Capture doesn’t go anyway to describe their evisceration.

    @bt_uk Hey! Two months ago I noticed an offer on the BT website which increase my broadband speed for less money. I would have been stupid not to sign up for that, right? Well, now my bill has gone up 20% and I’m tied in for 2 years. How dare you advertise these so called ‘Deals’.

    @virginmedia Such a bad service, engineer visited today, result no broadband or telephone. The ineptitude shown by @virginmedia out does @bt_uk & that takes some doing.

    @bt_uk If this is how you treat your loyal customers then @SkyUK will soon be getting an influx of new customers. That increase is ridiculous and so soon after you offered me that deal of £29.99. New customers need to run for the hills

    @bt_uk Good morning. The open reach engineer could not install our fibre yesterday due to not being able to run the fibre cable to our property. I can't get to speak to bt online. Can you help please?

    Here’s a sneaky one. I had a @bt_uk mobile contract. Last month they told me I had to move to their subsidiary @EE but I now discover roaming in Europe (including the Channel Islands) is £2.29 a day where it was free before. But if you were a customer of EE before

    Why's is @bt_uk so terrible? I bought & had the smart hub2 installed last week Friday. Since then till 2 days ago, it's been blinking orange. I called and followed up the support team (no straightforward process!) several times and they couldn't identify or fix the issue
