Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

@btsport the incident where Tammy was pulled back doesn't come under any of UEFA's reasons for VAR to intervene. 2 questions... how wasn't that spotted by the ref or his on-field assistant(s)? Why was there a VAR check in the first place?

@bt_uk Yes I’m a bt customer, rang ur helpline again & spoke to a guy in Exeter/ he’s arranged an engineer to come tomorrow, fingers crossed I’ll b back online in the morning

@btsport every live game (football, rugby), the app on PS5 stops with VC011D error. If it's an internet connectivity issue then is it over to @Plusnet for help? It's very tiresome. A restart of the live stream and it seems to be OK. Any ideas?

@bt_uk shocking service tbh, just in time for bank holiday. Completely unusable internet connection. Texting fix doesn’t work, trouble shooting doesn’t work. Good time to think about switching with this free time I have in the next few days :)

@cmwilson6 @btsport It can't be as bad as rugby on Premier mind. Still, hope it improves. The 2019 coverage was pretty good, though I have to admit 2020 kind of passed mey by, only watched a dozen games or so before post season.

@bt_uk I signed up to one month of your open WiFi and it's terrible. Every few minutes I get disconnected and it's not due to lack of signal and is in multiple devices. It looks to be a common issue. Please refund me as your service is completely unusable
