    @btsport every live game (football, rugby), the app on PS5 stops with VC011D error. If it's an internet connectivity issue then is it over to @Plusnet for help? It's very tiresome. A restart of the live stream and it seems to be OK. Any ideas?

    @btsport the incident where Tammy was pulled back doesn't come under any of UEFA's reasons for VAR to intervene. 2 questions... how wasn't that spotted by the ref or his on-field assistant(s)? Why was there a VAR check in the first place?

    @bt_uk Yes Iโ€™m a bt customer, rang ur helpline again & spoke to a guy in Exeter/ heโ€™s arranged an engineer to come tomorrow, fingers crossed Iโ€™ll b back online in the morning

    Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

    @btsport @EE @SkySportsF1 I`m not sure who to contact about this tbh but my BT box TV guide is showing the Indycar race should have started at 18:00 on Sky F1. Instead it`s yet another re-run of today`s F1 race. This is not the first time this has happened. Really poor.

    @bt_uk They've already told me nobody can help with why my broadband order is delayed because they're closed today. And apparently it's a bank holiday in England tomorrow so they can't help tomorrow either. Fobbed off, couldn't get me off the phone quick enough.

    @bt_uk your health check isnโ€™t working. Your stupid robot tells me my speeds are fine. Iโ€™m playing ps5 on a wired connection with an upload varying between 15-20 and it should be 100. There is clearly an issue and I cannot do a thing about it.

    @bt_uk @RedJesus65 Hey Bt what is going on with you guys...the systens are always playing up cant login bad request and cant even raise a complaint as your status says sorry wr cant upload your complaint right now your service and products are awful been a customer for years totally fed up

    @bt_uk Your service is so trash that I'm gong to pay off my subscription and find another provider. Twice in the past three months you have messed with my account, first time took six weeks to resolve and today yet again its gone down. Utter trash.

    i absolutely despise @bt_uk 45 minutes on webchat - 2 depts, security twice. cant help need to ring. ring number given "not in service" ring another, pass security chat to nice lady, tfr to billing, get cut off. An hour and 20 minutes, for nothing. absolute crap company
