Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

@btsport the incident where Tammy was pulled back doesn't come under any of UEFA's reasons for VAR to intervene. 2 questions... how wasn't that spotted by the ref or his on-field assistant(s)? Why was there a VAR check in the first place?

@bt_uk Yes I’m a bt customer, rang ur helpline again & spoke to a guy in Exeter/ he’s arranged an engineer to come tomorrow, fingers crossed I’ll b back online in the morning

Seems @UKAirband are trying to compete with @bt_uk for being absolutely useless when things break. Can never peak to anyone, have to repeatedly phone up to chase for progress, no one phones back. 2 weeks with crap internet

@bt_uk Unsurprisingly, your colleague is trying to duck and dive around this. Unacceptable and unwise, as I WILL not drop this. BT never delivered the service so should not have claimed a monthly payment!

APPALLING customer service @bt_uk @BTCare you didn’t close my old acct on your system & transfer to the new acct you insisted I had to open and now youve transferred your big balance error to a debt collection agency. Many many calls but still NO PROGRESS or correction @Ofcom

@MarcAllera help needed - BT service not fully up and running post home move ordered on 23/9/22. 7 weeks and no-one at @bt_uk is taking personal responsibility. Promised call backs never happen. I am now facing a bill for over £200 as BT randomly switched off my call package!

@OpenreachHelp 2 weeks and open reach have still not repaired the fault on our line. @BTCare @bt_uk told us it would be fixed 4th Nov - lie, then 9th Nov - lie, and then today - lie to be told I now have to wait until Tuesday, but I won’t hold my breath. Disgusting service!!
