  Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

  @btsport every live game (football, rugby), the app on PS5 stops with VC011D error. If it's an internet connectivity issue then is it over to @Plusnet for help? It's very tiresome. A restart of the live stream and it seems to be OK. Any ideas?

  @btsport the incident where Tammy was pulled back doesn't come under any of UEFA's reasons for VAR to intervene. 2 questions... how wasn't that spotted by the ref or his on-field assistant(s)? Why was there a VAR check in the first place?

  @bt_uk Yes I’m a bt customer, rang ur helpline again & spoke to a guy in Exeter/ he’s arranged an engineer to come tomorrow, fingers crossed I’ll b back online in the morning

  @bt_uk My mother is 93 years old and landline is her only means of communication and it is not working . How can I arrange for this to be addressed ?

  @bt_uk Hello. We got an email to say digital voice starts 20/7/26. It said we'd receive a code which we've never had and said an engineer would visit for switchover. Today we've received a new smart hub and phone. Is an engineer coming? Do we need a code? We're confused 🙃

  @bt_uk At the third stroke I will have been sitting listening to your terrible music on hold for more time than is bearable. In the meantime my 85 year old mother is still without a useable landline, is 4 weeks acceptable to you?

  @VodafoneUK Nice to see my full fibre connection has wet itself. Not a hardware issue my end, and I never got a single drop with @bt_uk any works going on local to Elmswell Suffolk? This package isn’t cheap!

  @bt_uk It says there is an issue in my local area. This should be a proactive service to my mobile to indicate there is an issue. Also, the diagnostic page just timing out is also an issue that needs fixed. Thanks for the number though, very helpful I knowing what is happening.

  @bt_uk can you please update me as to when the phone lines will be back up and running in SS177BW No 149 has my elderly relative without a phone line and no communication for over 12 days. She has a help line that obviously works off your system. Many thanks. Jacki

  @bt_uk People only resort to X when traditional methods of communication show themselves to be totally inadequate. All routes appear to lead to international call centers who do not understand the issues at hand.

  @bt_uk Hi - sorry, I mean the internet connection has been down all day, so we have been cash only in our store all day .. hopefully it back in tomorrow
