    @btsport the incident where Tammy was pulled back doesn't come under any of UEFA's reasons for VAR to intervene. 2 questions... how wasn't that spotted by the ref or his on-field assistant(s)? Why was there a VAR check in the first place?

    @bt_uk Yes I’m a bt customer, rang ur helpline again & spoke to a guy in Exeter/ he’s arranged an engineer to come tomorrow, fingers crossed I’ll b back online in the morning

    Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

    Once again my @bt_uk internet has gone down for nearly 48hrs. An once again no communication from them. Definitely leaving wen its time to go. Sky have by bt sport packages again and sky internet was better from wat I remember. ******* joke bet they charge me still tho.

    If you're thinking of moving over to @bt_uk don't. Meant to install broadband etc yesterday. Never turned up. No apology. No notification. Spent 3 hours plus on phone since to try + get new appoint. Promised email + revised appointment cfmd this AM. Nothing. #BT @OpenreachHelp

    Hi @bt_uk. Just wondering what the broadband fault in the Brighton area is being caused by? There is no report on your website but I reported a fault 5 days ago and my neighbours and I have experienced slow internet since this day. Speeds are currently between 3-5mbps.

    @btsport hi i can’t log into the bt sports app! I’ve tried many times and also changed my password twice. I’m an EE customer so have the package through them.

    @UFCEurope @btsport All European main event.. on a card that's at the worst time possible for Europeans.. You have to change this, it's horrific to watch at 2am-8am

    Where do @bt_uk and @openreach get off leaving my vulnerable parents without phone and internet for a week. Engineer turns up today and just says its an internal issue and leaves. No tests. Won't even look at master socket. Utterly disgusted and so annoyed at such poor service.

    @bt_uk @47AEH Spent 2 hours each day on for the past week trying to get through to speak to someone about the wifi, the customer service is absolutely shocking wouldnt recommend if you want fast replies and good customer service, especially from the first blue chip company
