    @btsport the incident where Tammy was pulled back doesn't come under any of UEFA's reasons for VAR to intervene. 2 questions... how wasn't that spotted by the ref or his on-field assistant(s)? Why was there a VAR check in the first place?

    Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

    @bt_uk Yes I’m a bt customer, rang ur helpline again & spoke to a guy in Exeter/ he’s arranged an engineer to come tomorrow, fingers crossed I’ll b back online in the morning

    @btsport every live game (football, rugby), the app on PS5 stops with VC011D error. If it's an internet connectivity issue then is it over to @Plusnet for help? It's very tiresome. A restart of the live stream and it seems to be OK. Any ideas?

    @bt_uk I have to say, spoke to someone yesterday, he chased openreach, explained incorrect order had been placed and that was with a team to fix. Said likely to be Monday to be fixed but was sorted this morning. Great work.

    @bt_uk Family has just confirmed they have no knowledge of or access to a battery back up. Can you tell me what BT has done to make customers in rural areas aware of this service? BTW the broadband is still down.

    @kaggsy59 @bt_uk I know how you feel, it's so frustrating as I order so much from them and I'm a Prime Member too.Things seem to be resolved now, so fingers crossed all will be ok. I'm so sorry you have ongoing problems with them, Just spoke to a very helpful person call Camille on chat

    @bt_uk So people will have to pay £85 or more for a UPS just to get one hour back up service compared with the days of backup provided by the exchange on the old system. Our power cuts often last for many hours after such a unit would be exhausted.

    @bt_uk 1 week no landline no internet no clear indication on when we will get our service back. Shame the biggest Telecom company unable to fix a problem for over 6 days
