@btsport the incident where Tammy was pulled back doesn't come under any of UEFA's reasons for VAR to intervene. 2 questions... how wasn't that spotted by the ref or his on-field assistant(s)? Why was there a VAR check in the first place?

@btsport every live game (football, rugby), the app on PS5 stops with VC011D error. If it's an internet connectivity issue then is it over to @Plusnet for help? It's very tiresome. A restart of the live stream and it seems to be OK. Any ideas?

Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

@bt_uk After years of providing internet services I am astonished at the lack of professionalism and capability of both service and service providers. Moving house is not an anomaly, so please can you take the time to create a standard procedure and train your employees in this.

@virginmedia Only happens when recording live wrestling on @btsport Wrestling is the only reason I keep the channel. Seems I’m wasting my money. Maybe time to cancel if this is going to happen.

Recorded @btsport coverage of #NXTTakeOver and the playback is horrendous! Did anyone else have issues? Unless it’s my @virginmedia box but all other recordings are fine!

This months bill landed from @bt_uk today, £41. Check online and if I was a new customer, I’d be paying £28. Loyalty doesn’t exist anymore I guess #BT #BTBroadband #Broadband

@PaulWooding3 @bt_uk Speak to the developer/builder first, they should have registered the new addresses with Openreach. Try updating your new address on the Royal Mail site (update address or missing drop down option), this will also help. BT can also request an address update/check to Openreach.

@bt_uk Engineer appointment between 1-6 pm to install new landline and broadband. Apparently he called this morning whilst I was at work. New customer not very happy. I chose these times for a reason. @Bt_uk. Get in touch.

@adampettit1972 @bt_uk BT are awful imo, they tried to hike my parents' charge by 30+%, we moved to Vodafone for our broadband and are paying less than what BT were charging before they tried to scalp us. Customer service was better with Vodafone too and they changed us over exactly when scheduled 👍

@bt_uk Two hours yesterday on the phone to unravel your **** up and the phone was put down at connection discussions. Nobody called back even though I expressed that this needs sorting within 24hrs. I can't do another two hours, six different people on my mobile again! Terrible

@bt_uk Bullshit advert 💩 Been waiting for you to correct your own mistakes and complete the broadband switch after moving house. Booked in 11 March. Meant to happen 29 March. Engineer promised today. No show. Might be fixed 13th March. Who knows? Utterly appalling service 💩
