    @btsport every live game (football, rugby), the app on PS5 stops with VC011D error. If it's an internet connectivity issue then is it over to @Plusnet for help? It's very tiresome. A restart of the live stream and it seems to be OK. Any ideas?

    @btsport the incident where Tammy was pulled back doesn't come under any of UEFA's reasons for VAR to intervene. 2 questions... how wasn't that spotted by the ref or his on-field assistant(s)? Why was there a VAR check in the first place?

    @bt_uk Yes I’m a bt customer, rang ur helpline again & spoke to a guy in Exeter/ he’s arranged an engineer to come tomorrow, fingers crossed I’ll b back online in the morning

    Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

    @bt_uk I've just bought a monthly BT Sport pass. When I try to log in to the BT web player I get an error. "Sorry there's been a problem logging in". Error number WJ910. Please help as I've spent £30 on this pass and cannot use it.

    @bt_uk Yes I would like to know why the engineer didn’t show up yesterday, after a week of waiting, and now we can’t get anyone out before 2 May which will be over 2 weeks without a service!

    @bt_uk Me from yesterday, today is the tomorrow that you said you’ll check for an update. You did say you’d be sending them via text and you won’t believe it they have somehow got lost in the data sphere and not come through. Anyway, take care, your loyal customer with no internet.

    @bt_uk trying to speak to someone regarding a broadband issue is nigh on impossible. I'm not interested in stupid text messages that incur a charge on my mobile. How do I speak to someone? Pathetic service this.

    @bt_uk I'm lucky I'm out of contact. with the latest price hike, its made my mind up I will be leaving bt for my broadband and phone and on average will save £15 a month after being a customer for over 25 year's

    Helping Mum deal with Dad dying means dealing with a lot of different companies. @tescomobile took a six minute phone call (including wait time). @bt_uk has taken six hours so far - still not resolved and still sending Mum erroneous bills. What about bereaved who don't have help?
