If it's an internet connectivity issue then is it over to @Plusnet for help? It's very tiresome. A restart of the live stream and it seems to be OK. Any ideas?

Kevin Vedmore (@spacepods) reported from Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn, WalesSick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

Why was there a VAR check in the first place?

I find it hard to understand why BT fail to see my issue, I was sold WiFi handsets, there are no WiFi handsets, we now have limited range, BT are now suggesting that I am the issue. Payment is canceled and I still have no resolve. HELP.
