If it's an internet connectivity issue then is it over to @Plusnet for help? It's very tiresome. A restart of the live stream and it seems to be OK. Any ideas?

Why was there a VAR check in the first place?

Even though I told them to leave the date booked, please let me know how I can cancel broadband and Iโll use someone else.

Kevin Gallagher (@Kevin9Gallagher) reported@bt_uk terrible service, internet down for 2 days, they said an engineer would come out, engineer rang me tells me he will be out Weds 9am never showed up. Awaiting a new router now. At least keep me updated BT. Thinks it's a new provider time.
