Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

@bt_uk Please provide some service. I ask you day after day, but you consider rural dwellers' money not as good as that of townies.

@bt_uk My BT signal is awful, I have an average of 3 engineers visit a year. It would be more if I worked from home.

@bt_uk I have been without broadband and no dial tone for over a week. I've waited in twice for and engineer taking time off work and spoke again this morning being promised a call back but surprisingly nothing. Can you escalate this as a serious complaint. M Chart 01822259545

Looking forward to competitive broadband provision given @virginmedia can’t sustain a viable service over the festive period aka 0mbps and @BTCare are hopeless in my location. Bring it on @SpaceXStarlink the current providers are hopeless

@btsport @btsportfootball what I would change in football. Cancel injury time and adopt rugby rules. Clock stops at half time and fulltime and whistle blows when ball out of play.

@btsportfootball @btsport okay, I’m begging you... this is getting ridiculous... Glenn Hoddle is talking absolute shite. I’m sure he’s a lovely person, and he was an exceptional footballer - but he’s a TERRIBLE pundit. Absolute drivel. Please ask him to be shut up, or replace him

@htafc If only @bt_uk provided even half decent Internet. Garbage, unwatchable & a waste of money (the internet not the football).

@lynseyhipgrave1 @btsport @sjsidwell I think we know the answer to that one Lynsey. Our record is traditionally poor on Boxing Day anyway.
