@btsport the incident where Tammy was pulled back doesn't come under any of UEFA's reasons for VAR to intervene. 2 questions... how wasn't that spotted by the ref or his on-field assistant(s)? Why was there a VAR check in the first place?

@bt_uk Yes I’m a bt customer, rang ur helpline again & spoke to a guy in Exeter/ he’s arranged an engineer to come tomorrow, fingers crossed I’ll b back online in the morning

Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

@bt_uk It’s a bit tricky to know if it’s on or off as I work on Sundays (including the last 2) and even if I was home I wouldn’t be able to message or call because I rely on the wifi to use @o2 wifi calling because the reception is so poor. Surely there’s some sort of past data log??

@bt_uk I have done this many times over the last year, and I sent an email directly over the weekend via your app. But the problem never gets any better. My sons computer is plugged directly into the hub, and he gets bad connection as well

@bt_uk Emmett, we’ve already done this and it doesn’t show any errors and the broadband connection is fine. We don’t actually know what the engineer did as he just told us that it was all set up - but what that means in regards to the steps that have been done is anyones guess.

@bt_uk It seems that when McAfee VPN is turned on I can't log onto BT but when VPN is turned off there is now problem. Any recommended solutions to this issue?

@OpenreachHelp Been waiting since the 3rd Dec for my Internet to be activated. Countless missed engineer appointments, false activation dates and hours of pointless phone calls. Please DM to help get this sorted because between @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach you've offered the worst service to date
