    @btsport every live game (football, rugby), the app on PS5 stops with VC011D error. If it's an internet connectivity issue then is it over to @Plusnet for help? It's very tiresome. A restart of the live stream and it seems to be OK. Any ideas?

    Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

    @btsport the incident where Tammy was pulled back doesn't come under any of UEFA's reasons for VAR to intervene. 2 questions... how wasn't that spotted by the ref or his on-field assistant(s)? Why was there a VAR check in the first place?

    @bt_uk Yes I’m a bt customer, rang ur helpline again & spoke to a guy in Exeter/ he’s arranged an engineer to come tomorrow, fingers crossed I’ll b back online in the morning

    @bt_uk Internet cut out last night. Router is blue but says no Internet connection, struggling to even use phones on 4 and 5g and all other devices and gaming consoles not connecting. Its been rebooted and factory reset, help please?

    @bt_uk I was supposed to receive a call back about my complaint. I was supposed to receive a call back from an operator about my WiFi and I’ve had neither. I’ve spent 3 hours this past week on the phone for no outcome. Could you request I have a call back please?

    @jonboy_103 @bt_uk I can't log in either - The log in page says 'We've launched something new - made some changes etc' - Unwise to do during office hours on a weekday, so there must be a problem in which case @BT_UK should just be honest and post on their X feed with an eta for a fix - v.poor

    This fault was fixed by the next day but have had multiple outages since this. Currently there is another outage for me. @bt_uk

    @bt_uk I must have had 10 complaints raised and closed according to your SMS messages. I want an email address where I can document in detail the atrocious customer service I’ve experienced. Are you saying you provide no electronic communication mailbox at all for complaint procedures?

    Waiting to find out if you have a job interview is stressful enough without @bt_uk Email service dropping out and stopping you from being able to check!

    @jayclark0106 @EE @bt_uk Yes considering they are "the UK's biggest broadband provider" the service is not great. Already spent time on the phone to them and it still drops out regularly......

    @bt_uk What's happening with your site please? First webmail, now whole site down which is no good when other sites send 2FA emails you can't get to :/

    @bt_uk for 6 days my 86 yr old mum has no landline/internet My brother has tried to resolve this with a BT engineer visit spending hrs on the phone. My mum relies on connection as she uses an emergency medical necklace. This needs to be escalated without delay. Appalling service.
