  Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

  @btsport every live game (football, rugby), the app on PS5 stops with VC011D error. If it's an internet connectivity issue then is it over to @Plusnet for help? It's very tiresome. A restart of the live stream and it seems to be OK. Any ideas?

  @btsport the incident where Tammy was pulled back doesn't come under any of UEFA's reasons for VAR to intervene. 2 questions... how wasn't that spotted by the ref or his on-field assistant(s)? Why was there a VAR check in the first place?

  Three days without phones or the internet after a tree fell and not one word to anyone in our Suffolk village from @bt_uk. The tree was removed today but no one came to fix the line so another day in the dark. Shame on you.

The reason was down to a missed payment while they were in hospital. ​Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. ​I trust you will retain call recordings from June 7th, 2026, I know I will. ​Good evening to you and yours.

  @bt_uk I have tried to do it on my account even downloaded the app but nowhere to do it it just sends you round and round in circles I am a new customer today this isn't looking good so far

  It only took @bt_uk 14 days to fix the broadband we pay them to provide. And it lasted a good 9 hours before it stopped working again. We should be grateful really. Incompetence on an industrial scale. Bravo. What a shambles.

  @bt_uk I’ve spoken to 3 people. 2 who confirmed the third gave me incorrect information. No offer to escalate and the process on the phone is a smokescreen. How do I navigate it to get a senior customer service representative?
