@bt_uk Yes I’m a bt customer, rang ur helpline again & spoke to a guy in Exeter/ he’s arranged an engineer to come tomorrow, fingers crossed I’ll b back online in the morning

Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

@bt_uk Hi, it seems fine in the evening but during the day we can’t get the channels. Is is something to do with which transmitter it’s getting the signal from?!

@ALANMYERSMEDIA @bt_uk I had same issue last year. They sent me a 4G hotspot as a temp measure. Keep pushing them 💪

@bt_uk @bt_uk Digital Voice should have not been rolled out until properly tested. No phone line for 7 days and not being fixed for another 7. No end of problems including losing my phone number. Utterly useless.

@bt_uk Not reliable. Booked fibre whole house on 6 Oct for 1 Feb live. Won’t be set up until April. Reliant on a curtesy mini hub for 3 homeschooling kids. That is faulty so using my mobile hotspot but you won’t replace the mini hub. Your adverts are lies and your service terrible.

@unnalucas @bt_uk I can’t deal with how bad it is atm! I nearly used up all 40GB of my data last month and I never usually even use 20 😩

@bt_uk Hi client has two hubs they are not connecting to wifi - she is deaf we have tried since Dec to raise issue with BT...she is going to friends house to use their wifi - she shouldn’t. She needs to use sign video etc. She has sickle cell disease
