    Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

    @bt_uk Yes I’m a bt customer, rang ur helpline again & spoke to a guy in Exeter/ he’s arranged an engineer to come tomorrow, fingers crossed I’ll b back online in the morning

    @bt_uk So I get a mail saying there’s “amazing news” - click for more information. Log in. Nothing different. Scroll down something about Brit box for 6 months. But this too: Our calling plans have changed so when you upgrade we’ll recommend one of our new plans. Price rise?

    @btsport spending the last 10 minutes crying about the goal scored against Liverpool saying he was offside and criticising the system, only for them to be shut down when a image showing he was on-side appears on the screen, **** sake this is getting stupid now with Loverpool love

    Absolutely appalling service from @SkyUK at home today. For the second time they come out to install Sky Q and for the second time say it is too dark. Pathetic and disgraceful. Am looking forward to moving to @btsport

    @Set_To_Fail @bt_uk I don’t know how any of it works but all I know is we were getting average download speeds of 3mb with BT and we now get around 68mb. Used to constantly drop out on BT but is fine now. Multiple devices never worked on BT but fine now. Much better.

    @bt_uk So that guidance you just sent said they will visit to fit a socket as they won’t need to be there long, however BT complaints team said no they won’t come for that purpose. More contradictory information from the world’s worst communications company!

    @bt_uk Evening BT, our internet hasn’t been working all of today. We have tried resetting it and unplugging & plugging it back in . Do you know what we can do or when your service will be live again?
