    @btsport every live game (football, rugby), the app on PS5 stops with VC011D error. If it's an internet connectivity issue then is it over to @Plusnet for help? It's very tiresome. A restart of the live stream and it seems to be OK. Any ideas?

    Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

    @btsport the incident where Tammy was pulled back doesn't come under any of UEFA's reasons for VAR to intervene. 2 questions... how wasn't that spotted by the ref or his on-field assistant(s)? Why was there a VAR check in the first place?

    @bt_uk Yes I’m a bt customer, rang ur helpline again & spoke to a guy in Exeter/ he’s arranged an engineer to come tomorrow, fingers crossed I’ll b back online in the morning

    @bt_uk you really need to teach Open Reach how to speak to females. Just had one in my business in Wokingham, turned up a day late, no call, stopped my business operating as he had to turn net off (after two attempts previously to be fixed) and was rude as hell to me

    @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk what broadband services do you offer to new customers? As @virginmedia broadband is **** and repeatedly disappoint all customers, surely won’t be too hard to provide a decent service rather than mediocrity

    So tell me @bt_uk: 1. Is this the excellent customer service you talk about being committed to? 2. Why was my account cancelled when you knew it didn’t come from me? 3. Why aren’t your customer service team bending over backwards to get me online again today?

    @bt_uk hi. Hope you’re well. Tried DMing you about an issue with my account but I keep getting an auto response to log in to the app. Part of the issue I’m having is not being able to do that. I’m not calling 150 either. Please can someone reach out. Thanks. Paul.

    @btbusinesscare 2/2 Phoned you on 0800800156, held on, connected after 16 minutes. Told him the problem, no reply then line went dead. What else can I do ?

    @bt_uk when are you going to fix the BT app? For over a month now we have been unable to log on and access our account. Neither can we do it online. It's beyond a disgrace

    @bt_uk absolutely ridiculous service. My extender wouldn't connect, customer service replaced it with another identical extender, wouldn't connect, customer service then said they were completely wrong extenders and they would send proper extender, guess what ..
