Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

@bt_uk I have sent a DM. Please respond as I am relying on the broadband service to work remotely at home, which as it stands, I am unable to do.

@bt_uk On the basis that there is no news on when my postcode will be migrated, then no, but BT has never been one to actually disclose their plans

@bt_uk My broadband hasn’t been working since 4pm yesterday when it randomly stopped and the LOS red light came on. I have no telephone number to be able to check if it is a general service outage in the area or a problem with my own broadband.

@bt_uk We both work from home and this is having a meaningful financial impact. The communication from BT has been confused and inadequate. Please let us know when we can expect a working service.

@bt_uk To be honest I’d settle for someone that can actually provide the broadband I pay for! 6 days with no connection now & you just keep moving the fix date forward every day! I assume you will be giving customers a refund for the days without service?

Hi @bt_uk My internet stopped working at the exact moment I moved a cable (at your request) Are you sure it's a major fault affecting the local area that can't be fixed until March 1st? Because no-one else with BT round here is reporting any problems, so that seems unlikely

@bt_uk can anyone here tell me how on earth to get BT to take responsibility for a repair ? Line blew down in the wind. Promise to fix it by 23rd Feb… nobody turned up! Now BT saying it’s open reach responsibility snd open reach saying it’s BT? Arrgghh
