Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

@bt_uk We can’t get Wifi in one room of our house. Your website is impossible to report this on & any requests for help are completely circular - always taking me back to the same useless page. Why can I not just contact you?

If you’re considering using @bt_uk for phone and broadband, I would advise you don’t bother. Should have been connected on 15 Dec, I’m now told that I won’t have a connection until 6 Jan. I’ve never received such poor service and they don’t even seem to care

@btsport bought a monthly pass and you've taken the money but not given me any login? It said 15 minutes but I did this about an hour ago, can you help? Literally bought it for today's games that kick off in 30

@bt_uk the internet you provide in our house for so called “fibre 1” is absolutely appalling. I have bought wifi boosters, I’m using wired internet connections where I can, and I still have the most disgraceful speeds. Complaint coming your way!

As a @btsport subscriber, is it too much to expect to see highlights from the MCG available off the app or website? Very poor service.

@bt_uk Please STOP dishonest advertising for “reliable BT broadband”- it’s ****. We can’t use Netflix, Alexa, home security systems etc because the broadband connections drops out all the time. It’s NOT the router, the home WiFi, it your crap network.
