@bt_uk Yes I’m a bt customer, rang ur helpline again & spoke to a guy in Exeter/ he’s arranged an engineer to come tomorrow, fingers crossed I’ll b back online in the morning

Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

@bt_uk OK then customer service is terrible so what about the 3 times I gave your phone operator and still couldn't take payment in the end I gave up and moved to a different provider

@bt_uk @bt_uk that's what I understand from today's conversation Dee. Why this information wasn't available to your home moving team on 20th August does seem to suggest a communication issue? I've lost 2 hours since Sunday alone.

@btbusinesscare I believe a complaint has been raised already IMP-108395502 but its not going to be much help if nobody does anything about that for a couple of days. The install is still booked for Monday 13th, as I refuse to move it to 29/09 which is what you claim is the next appointment

@bt_uk Thats the issue Laura they weren't available last week when the drop happened, very strange and the gentleman on the live chat didn't have a clue why that would be. Can someone check my account to see if there is an issue?

@bt_uk Great service!!! The engineer never came to the house, the fault says I said it was fixed.... spoke on chat who's says I need to arrange an engineer. If this is your best connection then I need to look elsewhere.

@BTCare just got off the phone to BT support and haven’t been this shocked in a long time! Their solution was just to not use my laptop while my husband uses his that way internet speed won’t be an issue! In an age of working from home how is this a viable solution?

@bt_uk Well I want the connection fixing... but 3 months and you can't get a stable connection... I guess I'll just cancel the direct debit and see if that gets someones attention..
