    Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

    @bt_uk Yes I’m a bt customer, rang ur helpline again & spoke to a guy in Exeter/ he’s arranged an engineer to come tomorrow, fingers crossed I’ll b back online in the morning

    @BTCare I have just upgraded my phone and I was wondering if my old phone is locked to the BT network? If so can it be unlocked?

    @bt_uk You’re already sending an engineer out to review the line again. This is the second time. The first you came out after I had repeatedly complained there was an issue as you undertook line test + told me there wasn’t issue. Surprise surprise 42 faults were found + supposedly fixed

    @bt_uk bt smart hub 2 was flashing purple last night. Woke up this morning and its solid orange. Reset the hub hasnt helped. Tried your troubleshooting "connect a device and go on internet" but nothing happens. Any help?

    To buck the trend of taking to social media to complain about bad service, but too often failing to recognise the excellent; Massive shout out to @bt_uk. Reported a fault on my Mum's phone line and they had an engineer out and the line back up within an hour. Phenomenal response.

    When @bt_uk install your Internet in the worst place in my property against my wishes, and now I get no signal in my bedroom, but they want me to PAY to actually use the broadband I already pay for.. scum bags!

    15 years ago I left @bt_uk because they were awful. Decided to give them another go & switch back & have instantly regretted my decision. Failed installation yesterday, no contact from BT. Today a message saying I have to wait until tomorrow for news. #nophone #nobroadband #notv

    @bt_uk We’ve got your Fibre Optic Super-Duper Broadband - not worked since 03/03. Reported, keep getting text messages with no ability to respond. Been told 27/03 next update. No apologies/workarounds/temp support. Complained using your official service - nothing. Avoid BT everyone.
