Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

@bt_uk Yes I’m a bt customer, rang ur helpline again & spoke to a guy in Exeter/ he’s arranged an engineer to come tomorrow, fingers crossed I’ll b back online in the morning

@bt_uk Total garbage! Try to add BT sport to my account and end up with a new account. Also charged £25 instead of £15. Not to mention the cowboys you use for TV aerials mean it's never worked. YOU'RE A DISGRACE! REFUND NOW!
