Why was there a VAR check in the first place?

If it's an internet connectivity issue then is it over to @Plusnet for help? It's very tiresome. A restart of the live stream and it seems to be OK. Any ideas?

Kevin Vedmore (@spacepods) reported from Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn, WalesSick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

Kate (@ManiacSpaniel) reported@bt_uk I’m still blocked from my btinternet email weeks later. Your customer care person said someone would call but they didn’t. How can I resolve this? I have important information in that email account and you’ve stopped me accessing it with no warning.
