Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

@bt_uk Three engineer visits later and countless phone calls , service still intermittent. All internet &phone service drops almost every day ( for several hours) all since our landline was converted to digital .

@SketchLisa @BTCare You must insist that your case is allocated to a specific case manager who will then give you his direct telephone line to comminicate with each other until the problem id solved.

@bt_uk Yes. I’ve attempted numerous times to get an activation code sent my email and there’s been nothing. Likewise when I try to phone the helpline I can’t get through to speak to anyone without being cut off. Abysmal service as always!
