They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

It just requires a fibre engineer. I believe we have been lied to on several occasions. This is having a detrimental impact.

Dropping out constantly & buffering when I didnβt take em up on it. Almost as if theyβve slowed it down deliberately to make me upgrade to get more money out of me.
