@bt_uk Do the notes mention being sent a 4g WiFi unit to tide member until Tuesday because the guy on the phone said there is a landline issue in the area.

@GaryLineker I think all this is awful- we have sky and BTsport for my 74 yr old husband who loves football- but we just cant take on another bill! Its ridiculous

So @bt_uk have turned down the Wi-Fi on the home hub 5 routers, that’s beyond sneaky. Just to get everyone to buy the halo for an extra £7 a month. Can shove it if you’re gonna do that

@WHITTERSTWLTTER @WhatsApp @bt_uk I've got them investigating it. They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

Imagine my surprise to get home and find that @bt_uk have failed to fix the fault by the promised date (again) and failed to provide any updates. Actually, not surprised at all. It's the total disdain towards their customers that is so infuriating.

@bt_uk Can't see the reply I sent immediately, but that may be because the Mini-Hub I was sent today has only been working intermittently. Keeps cutting out. Of course I reported the problem and spoke to 5 different BT advisors yesterday. So far no joy at all.

@btsport any idea why the app on PS5 is not working. Tried restarting the PS5. And restarted the internet. Also all other streaming apps are working.

@bt_uk Very disappointing service. Waited all day for engineer. No show. Called for the third time, at 5 15pm told it's a remote activation. Next day no internet because activation needs an engineer! Tried to escalate - bounced between BT call centres. Regret staying with them.
