@GaryLineker I think all this is awful- we have sky and BTsport for my 74 yr old husband who loves football- but we just cant take on another bill! Its ridiculous

Oh @bt_uk I have had some of the worst service from you in the last couple of weeks. Topped of by no internet when I'm working from home. Mini hub promised today, email to say it's coming tomorrow. Absolute joke. I'm losing pay and you don't seem to care

@bt_uk your WiFi is ridiculous! We live in a town an my mother-in-laws is a lot better and she lives in a village! It's a joke! January is going to be phone when the kids have got to do remote learning ! You're no help. The lines all need updating. Even my neighbour has problems

Hi @bt_uk We want customers to be able to order takeaway from us so they can focus on other Christmas prep. Hard when our landline never works. This isn't the first time. Been on hold for ages and keep getting passed around. It's been a bad year ok, please make it easier for us.

@bt_uk Hi, still no broadband. Booked it on 21st Nov. Now told activation 6th Jan but don't believe what I am promised by BT any more. Sent a minihub but it doesn't work. Customer service poor. Passed from one person to another. Openreach the scapegoat. BT responsible.
