    @bt_uk Wednesday afternoon no broadband message 8.00p.m.,then 11p.m.,then 21-10-22 2.00 pm now its the 24-10-22 considering openreach are only fixing it now it appears I've been mislead, this is absolutely disgraceful and not the way to treat customers!

    @WHITTERSTWLTTER @WhatsApp @bt_uk I've got them investigating it. They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

    @GaryLineker I think all this is awful- we have sky and BTsport for my 74 yr old husband who loves football- but we just cant take on another bill! Its ridiculous

    So @bt_uk have turned down the Wi-Fi on the home hub 5 routers, that’s beyond sneaky. Just to get everyone to buy the halo for an extra £7 a month. Can shove it if you’re gonna do that

    @bt_uk my router broke. You provided a replacement. I sent the broken one back using the envelope you provided. Why does it take 3 weeks to open the packet? How do I engage? It's been more than 3 weeks. I don't want to sit on hold and all the other options - no reply

    @bt_uk Wow, almost 17% CPI increase from BT, absolutely profiteering. A recent tweet says here to help, 20 minute queue in messaging! Be assured, the second my contract is up, I’m leaving.

    @bt_uk So I switched to the benefit saver payments. £20 instead of £55. But ever since then (and never in 8 years before) I'm getting loads of dropped connections, lagg, slow loading speeds. Nothing to do with my pc. Happens on all devices. Has my Fibre 2 connection changed?
