@WHITTERSTWLTTER @WhatsApp @bt_uk I've got them investigating it. They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

getting told at 11am by @BTCare that i’d be “entitled to approximately £502 due to identified poor service” instead of terminating my contract, only to be told at 6pm by the same guy i’m entitled to £0 because it was a whole 1mbps for 28 days not a full month 🤡🤡🤡

@bt_uk this is really poor to have this thrust upon me; I’m already a @SkyMediaUK customer. I don’t need another contract. Where the cancellation fee is now in excess of £300.

@bt_uk We're having yet another problem with our routers and set-top box since you suggested we upgrade our internet. The box one you sent us isn't compatible with the router that you sent us. Please can someone contact me promptly to resolve this (again)?

@bt_uk Hi, why am I able to cancel my internet (due to the price hikes) and then rejoin as a new customer on the original lower rate I was on anyway. It just seems like a lot of messing around!

Trying to get a monthly pass to watch the football tonight on @btsport. Existing @bt_uk customer as well. Your payment system is useless. It’s a crock of ****. Deal ends in October and definitely looking elsewhere so I’m not mugged off like I am now with monthly payments
