@WHITTERSTWLTTER @WhatsApp @bt_uk I've got them investigating it. They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

@GaryLineker I think all this is awful- we have sky and BTsport for my 74 yr old husband who loves football- but we just cant take on another bill! Its ridiculous

@bt_uk sort it out. Internet has been down for a while now and your service status site says " we are doing work in your area, it could last up to 24 hours" NOT ACCEPTABLE

@bt_uk Why when your attitude is like or leave and you all but admit that it’s impossible to provide super fast broadband to many of us YET you advertise it as possible and we pay for a service that is impossible for you to provide That is total misrepresentation of your service

@bt_uk Awful! They even admitted they couldn't supply the Broadband speeds we were paying for so agreed to find another Provider Virgin brilliant. Then we got demands for payments from BT and a Credit Agency! Took them months to sort out... still waiting for my refund from for 5 months?

Pretty appalled at @bt_uk response to a line fault. My mum who is 83 and shielding reported line not working last night and BT's response "we can get to you on the 25th Jan". Great, so now she is more isolated than a self isolater. Disgraceful.
