@GaryLineker I think all this is awful- we have sky and BTsport for my 74 yr old husband who loves football- but we just cant take on another bill! Its ridiculous

@bt_uk Do the notes mention being sent a 4g WiFi unit to tide member until Tuesday because the guy on the phone said there is a landline issue in the area.

@WHITTERSTWLTTER @WhatsApp @bt_uk I've got them investigating it. They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

@bt_uk so after 4 engineer visits…. One coming from Oban to fix our fibre broadband which had a ‘kink’ in it and he ‘bonded it’ whey hey it worked for 3 days…. And tonight it gone again… what is the actual problem?? This was level 2 issue so what next!!!!! I have sent dm!!!

@jamclarkey @bt_uk Thank you for the info. My phone doesn't work as it's an old dial one. My main concern is for elderly people who don't have nor want broadband. And people like me who live in a village and now have no connection if the broadband goes down

@bt_uk I recently moved and went with BT as a sturdy option in a village where I had no mobile signal & needed a 'static line' Now I've been "upgraded" to digital with 2 week warning & my phone (analogue) stopped working. What are you going to do with people who don't have internet?
