  • NeilParkLIVE 𝙉𝙚𝙞𝙡 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙠 (@NeilParkLIVE) reported from Barrow-in-Furness District, England

@bt_uk Do the notes mention being sent a 4g WiFi unit to tide member until Tuesday because the guy on the phone said there is a landline issue in the area.

  • NeilParkLIVE 𝙉𝙚𝙞𝙡 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙠 (@NeilParkLIVE) reported from Barrow-in-Furness District, England

@bt_uk Hi Was sent a text saying fixed about 3 hours ago but that says still an issue?

  • NeilParkLIVE 𝙉𝙚𝙞𝙡 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙠 (@NeilParkLIVE) reported from Barrow-in-Furness District, England

@WHITTERSTWLTTER @WhatsApp @bt_uk I've got them investigating it. They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

  • gilljep Gill Jepson (@gilljep) reported from Barrow-in-Furness District, England

@GaryLineker I think all this is awful- we have sky and BTsport for my 74 yr old husband who loves football- but we just cant take on another bill! Its ridiculous

  • Bennett_ian7 Ian Bennett (@Bennett_ian7) reported from Ulverston, England

So @bt_uk have turned down the Wi-Fi on the home hub 5 routers, that’s beyond sneaky. Just to get everyone to buy the halo for an extra £7 a month. Can shove it if you’re gonna do that

  • ljmpool Lewis (@ljmpool) reported

@bt_uk I'm a new customer, but having real trouble getting my correct order. Spent 40 mins on the phone yesterday with no outcome, promised to be phoned back at 9am today but no contact at all. What's happening? Not giving the best first impression

  • DaveyG_Nufc ⚫⚪GIBBO⚪⚫ (@DaveyG_Nufc) reported

@wildedez1981 @bt_uk They are awful, never will i use @bt_uk again after this contract runs out.

  • RPMorgan2014 Rupert Pughe-Morgan (@RPMorgan2014) reported

@bbctms I can’t listen to the BT commentary. Woefully poor decision of @btsport to use the Aussie broadcasting. Their incredibly high pitched, nauseatingly biased commentary grates on me and just exaggerates our thoroughly dismal performances so far. Test cricket needs to be back on BBC

  • hovemonkey Katie Humphreys (@hovemonkey) reported

@bt_uk is over 6 months normal for a transfer of service ?

  • jamclarkey James (@jamclarkey) reported

@missingmass1 @bt_uk Give @bt_uk DM with the account information and they will be able to help check why no dial tone on the digital voice handset and also look into reporting back to the old number.

  • jonrl71 jonrl (@jonrl71) reported

@Steven15764026 @DaveyG_Nufc @bt_uk I had problems with Sky a few years ago, they were great. Traced the issue back to a junction box with water damage.

  • CynthiaReina17 Cynthia Fernandes (@CynthiaReina17) reported

@bt_uk . Appalling service to our surgery. Rang fault line — they want me to tell them where the fault is and exactly which line it is in. We are in a maintenance contract, so isn't it your job to look for it? Or at least talk us through it? Also took ages to get out account #!

  • buttoncj Christopher Button 💙 🏳️‍🌈 (@buttoncj) reported

@OpenreachHelp ..this is part of the problem @bt_uk doesn’t seem to know what’s wrong despite the local community informing them (we’re all with BT). If they do their system doesn’t reflect it and BT’s update hasn’t changed since the end of November. Not sure anyone is doing anything about it?

  • WTone1916 James Martin (@WTone1916) reported

@bt_uk Any issues in Belfast? Me and the wee fella missing out on an unreal episode of Fireman Sam

  • peteclase Peter George (@peteclase) reported

@LeeJarvis10 Agree. BTSport have Steve McManaman on co-comms, who sounds like the annoying pissed bloke down the pub who thinks he's an expert because he once had trials for a 4th division club at U13s. If that's the standard, then give me two women commentators every time.
