@bt_uk Do the notes mention being sent a 4g WiFi unit to tide member until Tuesday because the guy on the phone said there is a landline issue in the area.

@WHITTERSTWLTTER @WhatsApp @bt_uk I've got them investigating it. They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

@GaryLineker I think all this is awful- we have sky and BTsport for my 74 yr old husband who loves football- but we just cant take on another bill! Its ridiculous

@SketchLisa @BTCare They sent me (1st class) a mini hub to use. It’s still in the drawer as they switched it off after 28 days of normal resumed service.

@Anonymo67411992 @bt_uk How do you know they aren't family or living together as well as working together therefore don't need to social distance. Or maybe like in most places it's not a legal requirement to distance but the signs still haven't been taken down

Terrible support from BT HOME HUB at 8:47pm this evening. Called up after a visit from engineer and replacement halo 2 router to be met with aggressive support who were due to finish at 9pm. Then got put on hold for remaining time. @bt_uk @BTGroup #poorcustomerservice
