@WHITTERSTWLTTER @WhatsApp @bt_uk I've got them investigating it. They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

@bt_uk I didn't, after what happened I was too annoyed. I was aware my question was rather confusing and complex but considering you're a telephone and communication company I would think the customer service people would have basic understanding of components and how things work.

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk CM120QU without broadband since 26th March no explanation as to what’s wrong or when it will be fixed .. people demanding answers online please advise on real problems and progress #broadband #compensation

  • andrewfordlyons ಠ_ಠ (@andrewfordlyons) reported

@bt_uk This is so horrible that I need to constantly badger you for updates. I should be getting these from your company without even having to ask.

  • phillipcarter63 Phil (@phillipcarter63) reported

@bt_uk @merseymale Your Smart Hub 2 routers with complete Wifi are totally unreliable for home working. Replaced with mesh Wifi and you have no solution for this.

  • andrewfordlyons ಠ_ಠ (@andrewfordlyons) reported

It takes @bt_uk a long damn time to fix their internet faults. The often estimated 48 hours is already too long. This time (like previous times) the real answer is double.

  • andrewfordlyons ಠ_ಠ (@andrewfordlyons) reported

@bt_uk Well get them to perform better. The customer contact portal is you.

  • CFC_M20 M1905 (@CFC_M20) reported

@England @bt_uk @BellinghamJude Not sure I'd say man of the match, but the kid is a baller. Glad Southgate is trying to keep the hype down on him and other young players, even admitted this country puts far too much spotlight and hype for young players too easily

  • chriswalton80 Yam (@chriswalton80) reported

@englishreal888 @England @bt_uk Shaw constantly slowed the play down

  • stewhi disco stew (@stewhi) reported

@bt_uk hi, my BT Wi-Fi hub has gone down completely. No matter how many times I restart/turn off & on, it isn’t working whatsoever. The power light is constantly on orange with the broadband light flashing red. Ive text the diagnostics bot and its saying the network line is fine?

  • andrewfordlyons ಠ_ಠ (@andrewfordlyons) reported

@bt_uk By the way, calling that number you shared generates an automated message saying "we tried to call you" and "there is no reason to call us." Both are wrong. Your fault tracker page also still doesn't work.
