They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

Even recalling any part of this mess will make me lose my temper and Iβve already spent hours. My monthly bills have gone from Β£125 to over Β£500. Why? BT has no answer.
