  @WHITTERSTWLTTER @WhatsApp @bt_uk I've got them investigating it. They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

  @tommyboy1874 @bt_uk My bank blocked the transaction yesterday. Had to phone up to get it unblocked. Funds still haven’t left yet either. Annoying that you can only contact BT shop via email. For some reason phone and live chat not working.

  @bt_uk received an email for britbox for 6 months, log in and it tells me I’m not eligible as I don’t have an account with you, I do! Spoken to two people on chat and no help, one can’t due to not knowing the exact time of the email and also he’s not aware of any such deal?! 🙄

  @bt_uk phoned today....no power to open reach box and broadband down. Was told an engineer would be out to fix the line problem outside. Still not fixed.....how are people meant to work from home!!! G74 4FQ
