    @GaryLineker I think all this is awful- we have sky and BTsport for my 74 yr old husband who loves football- but we just cant take on another bill! Its ridiculous

    So @bt_uk have turned down the Wi-Fi on the home hub 5 routers, that’s beyond sneaky. Just to get everyone to buy the halo for an extra £7 a month. Can shove it if you’re gonna do that

    @bt_uk Do the notes mention being sent a 4g WiFi unit to tide member until Tuesday because the guy on the phone said there is a landline issue in the area.

    @bt_uk Wednesday afternoon no broadband message 8.00p.m.,then 11p.m.,then 21-10-22 2.00 pm now its the 24-10-22 considering openreach are only fixing it now it appears I've been mislead, this is absolutely disgraceful and not the way to treat customers!

    @WHITTERSTWLTTER @WhatsApp @bt_uk I've got them investigating it. They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

    @bt_uk we were told our wifi would go live today. It hasn’t. We were also given a mini hub which doesn’t work. Please can you help us sort this?

    Tearing my hair out at customer service from @bt_uk. I was told 3 months ago that I'd be sent a wireless network extender to help with my new wifi Fibre 1's wireless signal weakness. 3 months later, received nothing, bad wifi, so chased it up. Told I will be sent a wireless (1/4)

    @bt_uk An order placed for full fibre broadband on 3rd Aug 21 yet to be delivered after four months; while it tested the unlomited height of me & my family’s patience; at the same time your customer service has almost touched the core of earth.

    @bt_uk extender. Received a WIRED network extender. It doesn't work for wireless networks. Chased it up again. 2 customer service agents adamantly claim it works for wireless network. When I read the product description to them, they say, sure, it only works for wired networks (2/4)
