@WHITTERSTWLTTER @WhatsApp @bt_uk I've got them investigating it. They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

  • NeilParkLIVE 𝙉𝙚𝙞𝙡 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙠 (@NeilParkLIVE) reported from Barrow-in-Furness District, England

@bt_uk Do the notes mention being sent a 4g WiFi unit to tide member until Tuesday because the guy on the phone said there is a landline issue in the area.

@btbusinesscare I doubt it’s they even make a true mesh network. Nevertheless I stuck with them. Fast forward to today my FF 900 service went live. Now it turns out the Smart Hub 2 Wi-Fi itself can’t handle anything above 400mbps. You can only get 900mbps when connected….

  • acidmag_uk James Barker (@acidmag_uk) reported

Trying to change phone from @bt_uk to @Plusnet. Plus Net say they can't takeover line due to incompatible "social telephony" & I must ask BT to remove it. BT deny it's a problem and say Plus Net can transfer. To and fro, to and fro. Neither will talk to each other. HELP.

  • QuentinKirrin Quentin Kirrin (@QuentinKirrin) reported

@jhoffman___ I ask these companies why they dont want #hetero customers.. they get VERY annoyed.. yes @bt_uk you are one of the worst

  • damdanowich Dam (@damdanowich) reported

Has anything happened around NG20? I’m getting no service and previously I had full 5G coverage @bt_uk

  • Darth_Bricey Tony Brice (@Darth_Bricey) reported

@bt_uk Afternoon BT. I'm reluctant to wait another 30 mins in call queue when I've just signed up for a costly sub with yourselves. Would you be able to advise me why I only received a wifi expander disc and not the secondary hub for the backup router on my Halo service?

  • damdanowich Dam (@damdanowich) reported

@bt_uk So far I noticed problems with mobile only.

  • Darth_Bricey Tony Brice (@Darth_Bricey) reported

@bt_uk Is there a reason my friend has two then? One main hub and one that goes in the back of his and is used to connect to open zone (I assume) if his home internet goes down. I was told that I had guaranteed internet if there ever was a problem and assumed that's how it works?!?!

  • NewTechJourney NewTechJourney (@NewTechJourney) reported

@bt_uk can you tell me rent your fibre to the house broadband can’t cope with music being streamed and online gaming at once? Your service will soon be terminated. Useless

  • traceywinterton Tracey Winterton (@traceywinterton) reported

@bt_uk Absolutely awful service today! 😡 Sister in law told she is paying for broadband that she doesn’t have but was told there’s nothing you can do about it despite being told by one of your team that this would be taken off her bill. Please sort this.

  • acidmag_uk James Barker (@acidmag_uk) reported

@bt_uk Thank you for the quick response. Tried BT once more (that's THREE TIMES today) and got lucky - the agent understood the problem and is removing the marker. There is a training gap in your call centre, agents saying it was a @Plusnet mistake when it was theirs.
