@WHITTERSTWLTTER @WhatsApp @bt_uk I've got them investigating it. They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

Really hoping that the @bt_uk @BTCare " Tech expert" can sort my failing WiFi today. For the past week, I've had 'connected- no internet', 'no network available' and all sorts. 3 hubs not connected...Unable to stay logged on, despite what the router stats say... Fingers crossed!

@bt_uk a warning to potential customers. Don't change from your current provider. I should have learned my lesson from last time I was a BT broadband customer. Worst service ever. Should be BT as in Buffering Totally.

@btsport I can’t update software because of cost and dated hardware. I can’t update hardware because the economy is crashing and my job is under threat. And now you are unilaterally withdrawing a service I’m paying for. I’d get better service from illegal streamers. Literally.

@bt_uk @MarcAllera Very concerned with Open Reach approach to cv-19 engineer/customer safety. Engineer here this morning, no disposable mask, the mask he has is too big so slips down all the time - no protection for him/me. Is it changed after every visit, i doubt it.
