    @GaryLineker I think all this is awful- we have sky and BTsport for my 74 yr old husband who loves football- but we just cant take on another bill! Its ridiculous

    So @bt_uk have turned down the Wi-Fi on the home hub 5 routers, that’s beyond sneaky. Just to get everyone to buy the halo for an extra £7 a month. Can shove it if you’re gonna do that

    @bt_uk Do the notes mention being sent a 4g WiFi unit to tide member until Tuesday because the guy on the phone said there is a landline issue in the area.

    @WHITTERSTWLTTER @WhatsApp @bt_uk I've got them investigating it. They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

    @virginmedia So you've just admitted you've had an increase in custom, meaning an increase in profits, yet I and other customers have to pay for you to expand your network? Greedy, greedy, greedy. Pay for it yourselves. Just seen the same package thru @bt_uk for £21 a month less. Bye

    Hi @bt_uk please can you let me know why you have accidentally cut off an elderly relatives phone and internet and have said you cannot fix this, even though it is your mistake. She relies on this to stay in contact with family and friends and now has no way to contact us 1/2

    @IsabelOakeshott @bt_uk Not forgetting that most data centres are connected to the local 33kv or 66kv or 132kv network, your home is only 240v, so imagine the electricity bill

    @bt_uk I am client since 27 Jan and till date I saw no one single service activated. I waited patiently and now since latest actiavtion date I am on calls with your agents. Each one promises a solution which the next agent negates and tells me it was cancelled after I believe it’s solve
