    @GaryLineker I think all this is awful- we have sky and BTsport for my 74 yr old husband who loves football- but we just cant take on another bill! Its ridiculous

    @WHITTERSTWLTTER @WhatsApp @bt_uk I've got them investigating it. They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

    @bt_uk five months without internet during COVID due to horrible customer Service and internal miscommunication within BT. The incompetence of BT employees is beyond comprehension.

    @bt_uk i ordered your internet for my uncle on the day it arrived he past away so I called to cancel within the cool off period. Was told more than 5 times it was cancelled to be charge almost £900!! Im grieving i dont need this!!!! Fix it!

    @bt_uk Still awaiting the refund Laura for the account to the wrong address at the wrong rate, with a phone I never ordered. Your systems are awful at best and need a reality check, a QMS and Board shake up.

    @BelialBoy @bt_uk Sky have diagnosed it as a problem outside the home and when I left for work a BT engineer was working on the pole outside my house to give internet to my new neighbours. It can’t be a coincidence!

    @bt_uk we keep explaining our dropping Internet in #eastbourne with same reply no problem. We are connected we have relevant lights on bt router and set top box we have landline we have done everything. #broadband speeds dropping like stones, nothing extra here draining it

    @bt_uk That’s no good for us Michaela - went we spoke to them they put us through to someone else (in fact we’ve been transferred several times) and it’s just gone from bad to worse. I need to be contacted by the Head of Customer Services that reports into Philip Jansen.

    @bt_uk I made an official complaint yesterday regarding false advertising and mis selling, four hours later you closed the complaint. On the email there is no way of taking this further. Glad to see you thoroughly investigated this!
