@WHITTERSTWLTTER @WhatsApp @bt_uk I've got them investigating it. They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

@BTCare Hi, I am bit confused with Broadband Halo 3 & Halo 3+. Will the later still work if there is a power cut? Why does BT send me a EE mini hub each time I have a BB outage, does not ask for it back but cannot reactivate any and sends me a new one?

  • starjumpARTS Yvette Elliott (@starjumpARTS) reported

@bt_uk Hello, thank you for that - we have just heard from someone in ‘Executive Customer Resolutions’ who is going to be our direct point of contact - I have added that to my Twitter thread to show that someone has responded.

This is the story of how two elderly, vulnerable people in poor health have been failed by @bt_uk and OpenReach and left isolated and anxious, without phone or internet connection since Thursday 15th December, and with so clear idea of when their service will be restored.

  • dferguson1973 David Ferguson (@dferguson1973) reported

hey @bt_uk , I'm trying to get my PAC code and none of the methods you have listed work. the options aren't there on MyBT and (ironically) every attempt to call the number fails as the line is apparently busy and just breaks the connection. Any help?

  • neng_winz windda widiastuti (@neng_winz) reported

@rockerhanbag @bt_uk Go inbox MYSTICHACKED07 on Instagram My account also bugged and support service aren’t doing anything about it, he successfully retrieved my account, he is the best.

  • alexelliot1987 Alex Elliot (@alexelliot1987) reported

@bt_uk 1 update per date. Wow thanks. Your customer service is as bad my connection.

  • rockerhanbag Hannah Yates (@rockerhanbag) reported

@bt_uk My elderly neighbour’s email account has been hacked and he can’t access his emails. Requests for money gone out to other elderly folk who think it’s true. He can’t get through to anyone on the phone. Can you help?

  • alexelliot1987 Alex Elliot (@alexelliot1987) reported

@bt_uk @mudcakesandwine I can only assume I’m in the same area “outage” as been without broadband since 14th and have been given 4-5 different “fix dates” every time I’ve chased BT. Customer service has been appalling with no reliable updates.

@JoshiB92 @btsport Couldn't resist, mate. Hard agree on GSP, by the way. Never popped for drugs, never did anything bad outside the sport, avenged every loss. He's the man.
