  • TweetDeepBlue Deep Blue Thinking (@TweetDeepBlue) reported

Yep, that moment when @bt_uk knock on your door and tell you (with 5 minutes notice) they're replacing a telegraph pole and taking your broadband down for 4 hours. How hard would it be to give their customers at least a day's notice? Grrr

  • MaenzaniseThabo Thabo Maenzanise (@MaenzaniseThabo) reported

Who else BT WiFi has gone down #bt #btbroadband @bt_uk

  • PercyWareham Andy Wareham (@PercyWareham) reported

@bt_uk Promise?! Broadband not working on move in due to an exchange fault, not 'entitled' to dongle on £40pm contract, BT unable to confirm when fix. No phone/mobile reception so have to stay at work/hotel as clinical on-call. Come on BT, you can do better than this?

  • infamousgrouser Noeleen Macnamara (@infamousgrouser) reported

@bt_uk Nineteen days now without Internet or Phone! @Ofcom. When are you going to do something about this virtual monopoly which is not providing an acceptable public service?

  • CalumSumners_ Calum Sumners (@CalumSumners_) reported

@bt_uk I’ve been told the earliest appointment is the 21st of June so unless you can move it earlier no one can be of any help, it’s been nothing but trouble trying to get you to do it if I’m honest

  • CalumSumners_ Calum Sumners (@CalumSumners_) reported

@bt_uk Utter joke, the engineer should have the right tools to carry out the work, because he didn’t we now have to be without a landline and no internet for another 2 weeks, terrible costumer service and terrible from the workmen what a shitshow of a company

  • CalumSumners_ Calum Sumners (@CalumSumners_) reported

@bt_uk Yes the earliest available slot is in 2 weeks? After being let down because he didn’t have the equipment to do his job, you’d think that they would be out with in a couple days, which is what the engineer assured us they would be.

  • clairescho13 Claire Woodfield (@clairescho13) reported

@bt_uk Openreach need to come back with a hoist to access the box on the outside house wall - I was told it would be today but nobody has been in contact. We have no phone service at all and the broadband is off and on all day. Trying to work from home and it's a nightmare!
