They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

Just as well i rang @bt_uk at 5pm to find out. Since I was warned that I would be charged Β£50 if I was not in im expecting some comp!

I guess its another day on the mobile phone (thankfully Vodafone) chasing the elusive BT Cloud Voice team, for another update. why do BT think this is acceptable?
