    So @bt_uk have turned down the Wi-Fi on the home hub 5 routers, that’s beyond sneaky. Just to get everyone to buy the halo for an extra £7 a month. Can shove it if you’re gonna do that

    @bt_uk Wednesday afternoon no broadband message 8.00p.m.,then 11p.m.,then 21-10-22 2.00 pm now its the 24-10-22 considering openreach are only fixing it now it appears I've been mislead, this is absolutely disgraceful and not the way to treat customers!

    @WHITTERSTWLTTER @WhatsApp @bt_uk I've got them investigating it. They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

    @bt_uk Do the notes mention being sent a 4g WiFi unit to tide member until Tuesday because the guy on the phone said there is a landline issue in the area.

    @GaryLineker I think all this is awful- we have sky and BTsport for my 74 yr old husband who loves football- but we just cant take on another bill! Its ridiculous

    @bt_uk Really had enough. Please send me a link to make a formal complaint about lack of service and lip service engineer. This is yet another night, one of dozens wifi and Internet failed

    Spent an hour with a really gentle lady from @bt_uk got the comp network set up and now can't watch any tv, at all. Not anything! Outstanding!. Your colleague was lovely though

    @bt_uk Your app doesn’t work, the speed checker is still not working and your bot keeps asking me the same question. I’ve had a fault logged since the 27th and the checker just keeps adding one day to it, with broadband well below guaranteed levels. It’s really poor.

    @bt_uk I’m still blocked from my btinternet email weeks later. Your customer care person said someone would call but they didn’t. How can I resolve this? I have important information in that email account and you’ve stopped me accessing it with no warning.

    Yo @bt_uk @BTGroup I signed up for a £32 a month broadband, now yous are charging me £52 only a few years later, yous make a 30 day notice of cancellation so yous milked another bill out of me after receiving your "excellent customer service". Corporate greed, never again
