They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

Craig Tuxford (@tuxford2) reported@bt_uk @thfcJak Yeah I've tested the line through the app. And the service is down..possible a local exchange from open reach network has gone down, effecting our postcode area. Normally takes up to 24 hours to fix. But could come on quicker.
