They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

KDB (@KDB_UK) reported@bt_uk You installed my service last week, but I'm yet to receive anything close to even my minimum guaranteed speeds. I've had an engineer attempt to fix it, but only make it worse. Now to top it off, one of your staff has failed to book an engineer that was due to day. Help.
