@GaryLineker I think all this is awful- we have sky and BTsport for my 74 yr old husband who loves football- but we just cant take on another bill! Its ridiculous

@bt_uk Thank you, the problem wasn't a BT one, it was due to an Android 11 upgrade, the APN settings need to be reset on the phone.

@bt_uk I have sent this... and by removing BT Sports I hope you mean removing and refunding?!?!?!?! I was never asked about it and never wanted it. I feel like we should have a private phone line the number of complaints I've had to make this year

Is there a more ignorant company than @bt_uk ? Incompetent call centres who put you on hold for 20 mins in the hope you go away. If you stay on the line they come back and hang up on you.
