@GaryLineker I think all this is awful- we have sky and BTsport for my 74 yr old husband who loves football- but we just cant take on another bill! Its ridiculous

@WHITTERSTWLTTER @WhatsApp @bt_uk I've got them investigating it. They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

@muskysman @bt_uk @parcelforce I've called parcelforce. They said they had it down for collection on the 14th but nothing showing on their system to say it's been collected. Depending on the time it was collected would affect when you would receive it. BT can you confirm when parcelforce collected the ps5s?

@bt_uk No. I had to hang up for a work call. I just want to know what is going on. Communication was great when ordering and you have managed to send a bill but no update as to why the fibre wasn’t connected.

@bt_uk Sadly it seems we are going round in circles. 1) reported issue on 8th, diag check reported fault 2) 14th phone line ok but broadband still poor 3) repeat process on 15th and diagnostics check showing fault. We cannot continue with such poor broadband when working from home!

@bt_uk shocking service by this company. Waited over a month for new phones. Apparently attempted to send them 3 times.... complaint now outstanding for almost a month and NO contact or explanation. Avoid them like the plague and use another provider.

@bt_uk Hi. For the past month, the WiFi has been awful. We literally have to keep switching from our WiFi to mobile data to use our phone. Very annoying and frustrating.

@Tylermillward2 @bt_uk @btshopuk yeah my trackings not working at all. i got a message on sunday saying its out for delivery and after nothing yesterday or today i went to my local Parcel Force and gave them the tracking number, post code etc and they;ve got nothing on their systems at all for any of my details
