@WHITTERSTWLTTER @WhatsApp @bt_uk I've got them investigating it. They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

@bt_uk Fibre500 ordered end of September. Was assured openreach survey had shown no issues. Imagine my suprise when engineer arrives today to say the install cant be processed as further ducting is required. Possible further few week delay with no internet at my new home!

@Dredz06 @bt_uk Another bug was if you enable guest network it slows everything down to some silly slow speed no matter how you’re connected. Another fix coming. This is why they done publish what the firmware fixes like every other manufacture out there.

@andygebb @btsport They knew Sutton wasn’t getting in for months, they didn’t have to film at Celtic park, it just looks ******* stupid. It could easily have been done from their studio.

@sonotrode @bt_uk I binned BT - they were awful. Went with TalkTalk instead who, whilst still occasionally being outside of contracted speeds, at least get a lot closer to their guarantee of 110Mbps minimum
