    @WHITTERSTWLTTER @WhatsApp @bt_uk I've got them investigating it. They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

    @bt_uk Do the notes mention being sent a 4g WiFi unit to tide member until Tuesday because the guy on the phone said there is a landline issue in the area.

    So @bt_uk have turned down the Wi-Fi on the home hub 5 routers, that’s beyond sneaky. Just to get everyone to buy the halo for an extra Β£7 a month. Can shove it if you’re gonna do that

    @GaryLineker I think all this is awful- we have sky and BTsport for my 74 yr old husband who loves football- but we just cant take on another bill! Its ridiculous

    @bt_uk Wednesday afternoon no broadband message 8.00p.m.,then 11p.m.,then 21-10-22 2.00 pm now its the 24-10-22 considering openreach are only fixing it now it appears I've been mislead, this is absolutely disgraceful and not the way to treat customers!

    @countrymousie @btbusinesscare Got the same problem with sky- disk moved, so no signal, told to go to sky help on T.V that just tells you No Signal 😫

    @bt_uk Your new "2FA" is completely broken as the phone number is not validated. I was able to connect using a temporary number in Cyprus to get my "security" code... It adds nothing to security.

    Now May 5th still no connection !! Despite endless calls and attempts to get help !’ @bt_uk cut off again transferred then told no information on their screen , started details again now cut off again as lines close at 6pm this is a business account !!! We don’t close at 6 !!

    @bt_uk I’m not in a position to call anyone at the moment… I notice I still cannot access my BT account with an email address I’ve used since 2018. Nothing is working as it should! Could you email me with a solution please.

    @bt_uk Phoned that number and still they trying to fix it on a computer but fault is outside need you to send a engineer that can fix that

    @bt_uk why do your representatives feel it is ok to hang up on elderly customers? I’ve been helping my nan with internet, told 2 different stories, didn’t show up on installation date, then told can’t do it because of careline, Β£95 offer revoked. Disgusting behaviour!

    Dear @bt_uk You do not have my consent to install anything on my property. If it is free, it cannot be for my benefit. It's for yours. If it's cheaper for you, you can give me a share of your savings. I had no choice over the digital voice downgrade. @openreach will have to trespass to install it. If it is a condition of receiving service, say so and I will seek alternatives. (@Starlink or 5g) Is it on the T&C's? A letter is on its way to your registered address. David Sinfield.
