@WHITTERSTWLTTER @WhatsApp @bt_uk I've got them investigating it. They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

No phone or broadband for 11 days after lightning strike in an area with little/no mobile signal. Apparently it’ll be five more days, but every time I call I get a different story, or @bt_uk tries to use my situation to force me sign a new contract. I call that extortion.

@mrjakehumphrey @btsport Oh how generous. But if you’re team don’t make the final you need to spend £500 a year for it. But the ESL were the bad guys.

@shedges76 @Sonos @bt_uk In case it helps...I talked to BT support last week and they said they’d send a firmware fix to the SH2. Today (6 days later) I saw the firmware date had updated on SH2 so I did a factory reset and the version updated to v0.26.04.04227-BT and now it seems to be working again 🤞🤞

@btsport Too easy to be flippant and dismiss the Trolls as someone just winding you up, especially if your not on the end of it. Problem is, people take offence at anything that doesn't fit their agenda. That said, some of the evidence presented recently is horrific.

@hartleywintney @Sonos @bt_uk Thanks. Let's hope it's the same for us. Somehow I don't think it will be. Not just multiple devices. Permanent poor speed out in the sticks 🙄
