@bt_uk Everytime I turn my TV and sometimes PS4 on it doesn't connect to the internet. I contacted the manufacturer and followed their troubleshoots but they've been unsuccessful and suggest I try you, my broadband provider, next. Can you help?

@bt_uk ordered my broadband on the 24th of July, Engineer Visit on the 5th august then cancelled to the 7th then moved again to the 17th!! Do you think I’m not working?!

@bt_uk My services are now working, BT called and I now have a credit of £284.27. I was assured I could refund this to my bank account but I can’t for the life of me work out how. Your website ‘help’ shows me a nice page for doing so but doesn’t show me to navigate to said page. 🙄

@bt_uk I have been a BT customer for years without complaint. Now, as I try to get my broadband moved to my new property, the service has been dreadful and I’m done with BT. Last straw, the promised call this evening that didn’t materialise despite a text promising it. Disaster!

@btbusinesscare This is terrible service, appointments were cancelled to ensure your engineers would be able to access the property and not only did no one turn up, no one had the decent to even let us know. I’m cancelling our DD, I’m sure someone will be in contact when our bill is unpaid

@PeterRicke63494 @JamesMelville Live sport from an outlet like BTSport (now renamed) is also covered by the BBC licence fee. I think live sport on any streaming service like YouTube would be the same, but not watching an old video of something or other on the same channel. Its a daft system.

@bt_uk @BTCare What this means is that if we again move address in 12 months a new contract will start and basically we will be in this endless loop where we don’t have any autonomy to quit BT unless we pay a princely early termination fee. Would you be able to help please?

@BTCare Is there any service issues today? My connection is jumping all over the place. 35 one minute 60 the next but never any consistency to make full use of the internet. Cursed with never ending buffering. As a disabled person I rely on this access.
