Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Bramley and nearby locations:

  • HenryJ489 Henry Johnson (@HenryJ489) reported from Kingsclere, England

@bt_uk Yes the password finally came in the post after several phone calls and hours on hold. Thanks for getting back to me, but the process can’t be good if it takes months to reply and it takes a moody complaint through twitter to get a response.

  • Muzzhar Murray Heslin (@Muzzhar) reported from Wokingham, England

@bt_uk internet going off 10-15 times a day no longer acceptable, especially when you are paying for a premier service, can’t get hold of faults either. Unacceptable!

  • vickyclarke76 vicky clarke (@vickyclarke76) reported from Mortimer Common, England

@bt_uk I have been really disappointed with your service so and have only been with you since December last year. Nothing is ever dealt with when I contact your team! Please can you sort it out?

  • Tsar_Nicholas Nicholas Mazzei (@Tsar_Nicholas) reported from Wokingham, England

100% with Gary Neville on this and I find it weird @SkySports @SkySportsPL needs to say this isn’t their view. You’re the broadcaster FFS; take a principled stand. You and @bt_uk have the power to force premier league to address the issues. Don’t be cowards.

  • fiddler_mike mikef (@fiddler_mike) reported from Kingsclere, England

@bt_uk is there a problem with the BT email service at the moment? Cheers

  • Sharonkuhl Sharon Ducker (was Kuhl) (@Sharonkuhl) reported from Yateley, England

@bt_uk HELLO AGAIN JUST AN UPDATE WITH MY MOTHERS ON-GOING PHONE ISSUE (& YES I AM SHOUTING) her phone was due to be connected in OCTOBER 2019-various errors by YOU means even after an engineer visit yesterday we are no further forward. MY MUM IS 77 & NEEDS HER HOME PHONE #POOR

@bt_uk no engineer even assigned to the complaint. Huge loss, cannot see patients, cannot get phone calls, cannot take payments. BT is a disgrace

  • rgcarr1 Rob Carr (@rgcarr1) reported from Woodley, England

@bt_uk exceptional customer service as usual. 7 days we’ve been trying to talk to you about our home move. 7 days you have hung up on us. Newsflash, you run a telephone service. Do let me know if you want me to come and show you how to use the telephone #btinternet #bttv

  • aidenbliss1 aiden bliss 🏳️‍🌈 (@aidenbliss1) reported from Basingstoke, England

@bt_uk thanks to you're open reach guys my download speeds are screwed I'm now only getting 6mbps instead of the 50 or 60 I should be getting oh and all our device's excluding our phones are on a wired network so yeah

  • TheTomothy Tom Hogan (@TheTomothy) reported from Basingstoke, England

@virginmedia better have a good explanation for this but likely this will never be answered and all my years of bills and loyalty mean absolutely sod all. @bt_uk and @SkyHelpTeam Any good deals on broadband? And can you promise you wont vandalise my home & connection randomly?

  • Cranstead John Allen 🇬🇧🇿🇼 (@Cranstead) reported from Wokingham, England

NU v CFC BTSport- terrible commentary as per usual. The secret is to keep it simple and not continually talk bollocks....

  • HartTrippy John Tripp (@HartTrippy) reported from Yateley, England

@bt_uk do you have issues with email spam filters? Inbox full of rubbish 😐

  • Tsar_Nicholas Nicholas Mazzei (@Tsar_Nicholas) reported from Hook, England

@pmalinski83 @SkySports @SkySportsPL @bt_uk I get why they avoid it, having been in the BT corporate affairs team until recently and wanting them for ages to take a stronger stand on these issues. It’s risky. But these companies have power and if they want to do something about it, here’s their chance

  • Hunsy1969 Paul Hunsdon (@Hunsy1969) reported from Wokingham, England

    @clairesn13 @ncustisTheSun @btsport @SkySports No problem Claire. 😃

  • PF_BootCamp James Parker (@PF_BootCamp) reported from Reading, England

@bt_uk @KeoghanB @btsport Too late i was forced to watch a crap re run on YouTube today... obviously knowing the result. Absolutely zero help after many hours repeating my self on chat support, here and email. There is clearly a problem and nothing was done. I’ve screen shot convos to take this higher

  • OutdoorDaveGB David Bruton (@OutdoorDaveGB) reported from Reading, England

@PhelanHill @bt_uk @virginmedia If it works it's brilliant but if it doesn't @virginmedia 's Customer Service is woeful in my experience (and @GBRChris_A 's) Currently even with all the people working at home it is good @ 200 Mbps !

  • leymude leymude (@leymude) reported from Basingstoke, England

@BTCare @BTGroup @bt_uk Hey what’s going on, you’re still taking money out of my account for a service I don’t want when I thought we had this sorted, and you wonder why I want to cancel, seriously cheesed of now. This has been going on for months.

  • shaz_perry Sharon Perry Art (@shaz_perry) reported from Reading, England

@bt_uk engineer booked for this morning between 8 and 1 to fix slow connection yet hasn't shown up.

  • Sharonkuhl Sharon Ducker (was Kuhl) (@Sharonkuhl) reported from Yateley, England

@bt_uk I am amazed that you are still in business, your appalling customer service leaving my parents with no home phone, broadband that is not great, missed engineer appointments and on the wrong tariff and this is on going since OCTOBER, & she still pays u #eldery #vunerable

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • MMAvanDAN MMAvanDAN (@MMAvanDAN) reported

typical @btsport not working when im actually trying to use their service. sort yourselves.

  • pears0 gonzo (@pears0) reported

@bt_uk BT Baby monitor is not generating events. How do I raise this issue with a technical team as there is no way to do it through your website?

  • teejayef Tim Fewell (@teejayef) reported

@bt_uk It’s my sister-in-law’s account in Mobberley, Cheshire. The fault has been raised and the 3 week notice was a response from BT so yes, there must be a known issue. BT have confirmed that it isn’t in her house but is in their system. That’s why a repair time of 3 weeks is so poor.

  • stevedouglas76 Steve Douglas (@stevedouglas76) reported

@bt_uk I’ve attempted to get your customer service reps to resolve this on 5 different occasions and got nowhere. So I figured publicly exposing the fact that you breach GDPR by sending details like that to unverified addresses might work

  • lorenzoblanco15 Laurence White (@lorenzoblanco15) reported

@BTCare any danger of the issues in BT28 being sorted any time soon? Was assured at 12.45 today that it would be sorted by close of business and here we are at 9.39 still without broadband, phone and TV. Working from home is going to be some craic tomorrow again ...

  • jenigma_ jenni (@jenigma_) reported

@bt_uk Other than a resounding no to my initial question, I’m struggling to understand this ‘work’ business as it just sounds like a bunch of words strung together that the customer doesn’t understand/that is not being explained well intentionally. Yes my other question about postage

  • Kay_2901 Kay (@Kay_2901) reported

@bt_uk any update for broadband issues in the ig6 area..it has been down since 3pm today

  • stevedouglas76 Steve Douglas (@stevedouglas76) reported

@bt_uk Perhaps validate email addresses BEFORE sending the installation address and time, bank details and customer name to it? I’m fairly certain I have enough details to commit identity theft on the person who mistyped my email while signing up for your broadband. GDPR breach?

  • dracohighpriest Ben Chainey (@dracohighpriest) reported

@btsport I've ordered Wrestlemania on BT sport sky box office, but I cannot record it. It will be impossible to watch the whole event in on sitting. Any help would be appreciated

  • teejayef Tim Fewell (@teejayef) reported

@bt_uk When there is a fault in your phone system (acknowledged by BT as being in their system) why does it take 3 weeks to fix? - the message from BT states that they expect to have the fault rectified by 25th April! UNBELIEVABLE!
