@btsport commentary and pundits are objectionable and biased . You can stick your subscription up your red tinged arse- **** you 😂🤣😂🤣😂

  • Tsar_Nicholas Nicholas Mazzei (@Tsar_Nicholas) reported from Hook, England

@pmalinski83 @SkySports @SkySportsPL @bt_uk I get why they avoid it, having been in the BT corporate affairs team until recently and wanting them for ages to take a stronger stand on these issues. It’s risky. But these companies have power and if they want to do something about it, here’s their chance

  • Caoimhe88Byrne caoimhe byrne-hansen (@Caoimhe88Byrne) reported from Reading, England

@BritishTelecom your service has become crap after #ReadingFestival has started. Stop stealing my data and streaming #pissedoff @btsport because there’s no actual #bt trying to watch a film and constant interruptions

  • LeeDonkin4 Lee Donkin (@LeeDonkin4) reported from Basingstoke, England

@MetMattTaylor @British_Airways Try @bt_uk it does get worse. Maybe it's just the "British" in the name we expect too much but then again just acceptable service would be a good start!!

  • GaryB1975 Gary Byron (@GaryB1975) reported from Reading, England

@chris_sutton73 @BBCSportScot got shut down at the presser pressing BR about @LCFV post. Its like they want to stop #10 in a row too @btsport

  • leymude leymude (@leymude) reported from Basingstoke, England

@BTCare @BTGroup @bt_uk Hey what’s going on, you’re still taking money out of my account for a service I don’t want when I thought we had this sorted, and you wonder why I want to cancel, seriously cheesed of now. This has been going on for months.

  • aidenbliss1 aiden bliss 🏳️‍🌈 (@aidenbliss1) reported from Basingstoke, England

@bt_uk thanks to you're open reach guys my download speeds are screwed I'm now only getting 6mbps instead of the 50 or 60 I should be getting oh and all our device's excluding our phones are on a wired network so yeah

  • PF_BootCamp James Parker (@PF_BootCamp) reported from Reading, England

@bt_uk @KeoghanB @btsport Too late i was forced to watch a crap re run on YouTube today... obviously knowing the result. Absolutely zero help after many hours repeating my self on chat support, here and email. There is clearly a problem and nothing was done. I’ve screen shot convos to take this higher

  • lynothehammer Steve Lynes (@lynothehammer) reported from Sandhurst, England

Blimey never have I seen so many adverts packed in to @WWE #Raw. Seem like its every 5 minutes @BTCare

  • rgcarr1 Rob Carr (@rgcarr1) reported from Woodley, England

@bt_uk exceptional customer service as usual. 7 days we’ve been trying to talk to you about our home move. 7 days you have hung up on us. Newsflash, you run a telephone service. Do let me know if you want me to come and show you how to use the telephone #btinternet #bttv

  • lesleyannandra Lesley Cowcher (@lesleyannandra) reported from Woodley, England

@btsport would be good to have commentators support British teams instead no it’s Ajax all the way #ChampionsLeague

  • Tsar_Nicholas Nicholas Mazzei (@Tsar_Nicholas) reported from Wokingham, England

100% with Gary Neville on this and I find it weird @SkySports @SkySportsPL needs to say this isn’t their view. You’re the broadcaster FFS; take a principled stand. You and @bt_uk have the power to force premier league to address the issues. Don’t be cowards.

  • HenryJ489 Henry Johnson (@HenryJ489) reported from Kingsclere, England

@bt_uk Yes the password finally came in the post after several phone calls and hours on hold. Thanks for getting back to me, but the process can’t be good if it takes months to reply and it takes a moody complaint through twitter to get a response.

  • FuzzEVisuals 𝕋𝕠𝕞 𝔾𝕣𝕚𝕗𝕗𝕚𝕥𝕙𝕤 (@FuzzEVisuals) reported from Wokingham, England

I thought VAR was suppose to clear up these bad decisions. Obviously not. All officials have been absolutely terrible! #NAPLIV @btsportfootball @btsport

  • parentsnetindia Parentsnet.in (@parentsnetindia) reported from Wokingham, England

@bt_uk no engineer even assigned to the complaint. Huge loss, cannot see patients, cannot get phone calls, cannot take payments. BT is a disgrace

  • Gary4W Gary (@Gary4W) reported from Wokingham, England

I hope #Lloris hasn’t broken anything, especially his elbow. Speaking from experience, 18 months later mine still not right ! #Brighton #Tottenham @btsport

  • aaronftitus Torriera Xhaka Dormez-Vous (@aaronftitus) reported from Reading, England

Get rid of Martin Keown on co-commentary. He’s talks so much shit. #btsport

  • robin_wahedi R.W.8.9 (@robin_wahedi) reported

The biggest **** show of the night goes to @btsportufc @btsport for putting this card on box office absolut shambles and robbing your paying customers! *********

  • anieTeacher Steph (@anieTeacher) reported

@bt_uk want you to pay extra for a service that gives you peace of mind for when their broadband fails. Um, no. You should offer this as a courtesy. Keeping customers connected when they need to work from home shouldn’t cost them more when the fault is yours.

  • Hells4Heroes Helen (@Hells4Heroes) reported

@nospin_43 @bt_uk The router they supplied was useless, my son got her one which works better, but it's still painfully slow.

  • eva81695623 Ryan Evans (@eva81695623) reported

@bt_uk - Noticed a few openreach engineers on my road in Coventry messing around with cables and haven't had internet since Friday. Is this an issue you are aware of and how do I escalate this?

  • willyd1984 ***** dunlop (@willyd1984) reported

  • browsing240 James Browett (@browsing240) reported

@bt_uk my fibre to the premise has been down since Thursday, it now has a blue light but DL throughput is just 0.04mbps. The whole area is affected, what is going on in the Stirchley/Kings Heath area of Birmingham?!!

  • newpleasebekind J C (@newpleasebekind) reported

@Hells4Heroes @bt_uk BT. Are the worst for customer care I know 3 people including my daughter who waked day to get things sorted

  • Jamesb1989 James Bradley (@Jamesb1989) reported

@bt_uk No it never got working and seems others had the same issue

  • shields_rob Rob Shields (@shields_rob) reported

@bt_uk what’s the best way to cancel an engineer appointment tomorrow. IVR doesn’t allow any connection to talk to someone. No chat option found and the online system doesn’t work!! Maybe @TalkTalk customer service is better!
