    @PhelanHill @bt_uk @virginmedia If it works it's brilliant but if it doesn't @virginmedia 's Customer Service is woeful in my experience (and @GBRChris_A 's) Currently even with all the people working at home it is good @ 200 Mbps !

    Another day of bad experience with @virginmedia broadband service in RG6 area. Buffering on streaming service, no video calls possible on Skype and WhatsApp. Seriously thinking of switching to @bt_uk

    @bt_uk I am amazed that you are still in business, your appalling customer service leaving my parents with no home phone, broadband that is not great, missed engineer appointments and on the wrong tariff and this is on going since OCTOBER, & she still pays u #eldery #vunerable

It’s risky. But these companies have power and if they want to do something about it, here’s their chance

    @bt_uk @KeoghanB @btsport Too late i was forced to watch a crap re run on YouTube today... obviously knowing the result. Absolutely zero help after many hours repeating my self on chat support, here and email. There is clearly a problem and nothing was done. I’ve screen shot convos to take this higher

    @bt_uk Yes the password finally came in the post after several phone calls and hours on hold. Thanks for getting back to me, but the process can’t be good if it takes months to reply and it takes a moody complaint through twitter to get a response.

    @bt_uk internet going off 10-15 times a day no longer acceptable, especially when you are paying for a premier service, can’t get hold of faults either. Unacceptable!

    Just lost my @bt_uk broadband - and they are saying it could be days before it’s repaired. I work from home. Disgraceful service. If I was days late with my payment they’d be all over me. If you’re with BT be warned. Apparently it’s due to us being in the ‘run up to Christmas’?

    Who else thinks that @bt_uk have the worst customer service of any major utility company? Not only have they overcharged me some 5 months ago, for quite a lot of money, but now they refuse to refund and would rather credit my account in 2023. #Crooks.

    @MarcAllera HUGE issues with @bt_uk disconnecting my 91yo nanna. Now we have had NO WAY of contacting her/monitoring her at home, since 21st Sept!!! Please contact me to discuss, as contacting @bt_uk with a meaningful response is a Sisyphean task 😣

    @bt_uk Hi Tasha, thank you for contacting me! I finally managed to talk to some one yesterday, they tried a couple of different things. And then said that they were going to escalate it to the technical support department. But my internet is still down. And I’ve not heard anything back

    @bt_uk Once Digital Voice had been activated I again DMed BT requesting two Essential digital home phones, only to be told I had to phone BT. @bt_uk twice implying that they can help via DM only to then say they can't has compounded my previous frustration!
