@bt_uk internet going off 10-15 times a day no longer acceptable, especially when you are paying for a premier service, can’t get hold of faults either. Unacceptable!

@bt_uk Yes the password finally came in the post after several phone calls and hours on hold. Thanks for getting back to me, but the process can’t be good if it takes months to reply and it takes a moody complaint through twitter to get a response.

@bt_uk When you say book a new appointment-do you mean book a new moving home appointment, it’s not very clear. When I spoke to your colleague on the phone yesterday about the cut cable - he said the engineer would report a broken line - but the engineer never turned up.
