@virginmedia He refused to file our complaint because of this. We feel treated like dirt from start and actually relived they can’t connect because the ‘first impressions’ were utterly disgusting. We have decided to sign up with @bt_uk who going to connect us #virginmedia #bt

Dear @bt_uk, you can detect when someone is using a war dailer on your network. The 10,000 hang ups after a 1 second call is a give-a-way. Please ban them after 25 hang ups and spare us the following scam callers. Regards.

@bt_uk Thank you for the BT mini hub. It arrived yesterday. But it seems the 4G signal here isn't strong enough for it. If junction box is fixed on Tuesday that will have been 9 days with no internet service. Will there be some refund ?

@bt_uk Was set to move to FTTH on 21st May and early morning they cut my FTTC connection even before the Fibre ONT was installed and later found an issue with fibre install. Now without broadband and assured copper will work next day. Empty promises, worst company to deal with
