  • fernandes_fab Fabiana Fernandes (@fernandes_fab) reported

@bt_uk Thank you but I cannot use the hotspots for video calls and screen share so I’ll have to rent a shared workspace. You also have not alerted me of the problem and that’s after I’ve paid for £130 for an engineer to come on Tuesday. I will contact Citizens Advice about this matter.

  • LisaBarton77 ♥ ⓁⒾⓈⒶⓂ⑦⑦ ♥ aka lil old me77 (PSN) (@LisaBarton77) reported

@bt_uk any idea as to why my speed has dropped right down from the usual 32mbps to around 8. Service checker says there are no issues in area, hub has been rebooted twice and still no change, so something is clearly going on

  • biscuitbigfoot Joshua White (@biscuitbigfoot) reported

Evening, @bt_uk I hope you can help. You are advertising an upgrade deal to me that includes the full fibre promise. However, Openreach have confirmed to me today that’s the plans to roll out FTTP to my are are cancelled? Why are you still promoting the full fibre promise?

  • fernandes_fab Fabiana Fernandes (@fernandes_fab) reported

@bt_uk Why are you asking if I want to review my package when I want to review my bill since you’re charging me, providing no service and showing no urgency to resolve the problem?

  • fernandes_fab Fabiana Fernandes (@fernandes_fab) reported

@bt_uk Came home after being away to find broadband issues since I don’t know when. Call your support team to find out it’s an external fault that might only be fixed next Tuesday. How does one work from home and how you justify this lack of service. I would like 2 review my bill

  • KirstyDews Kirsty Dews-Powell (@KirstyDews) reported

@bt_uk hi, are there any issues with internet currently? We’re in the Midlands, speed test says we’re only getting 5mbps rather than our usual 60-70mbps

  • fernandes_fab Fabiana Fernandes (@fernandes_fab) reported

@bt_uk It’s your own engineer, booked by yourselves, your own customer support team. It’s NOT my own engineer. BT charged me £130 and the line is not working. Isn’t it shocking?
