    @bt_uk Why wasn’t i told the engineer has been cancelled, i was told there was a fault that needed fixing, broadband already dropped this morning, working from home impossible. Absoulutely crap service from bt

    So after 12 years it's goodbye @bt_uk Automatic price rises within contract and ending free weekend calls make it Hello @zeninternet Speaking to BT Loyalty Dept just wound me up. "Price is £40, until it goes up in two weeks." And I'm not subsidizing their stupid Sport channel.

    @GuendouziDGreat @btsport Yeah I agree with that too, o used to watch it all the time on @SkySports they showed a fixture every week from the start of the season sometimes twice a week. @btsport coverage tbh has been pretty poor so far

    Begged and pleaded with @BT_uk to let me stay and just switch my current service to my new house but they've said they can't even give me a date for 2 weeks & to just switch to Sky if I want a date So any TV & Broadband provider recommendations? (Needs Sky sports & Bt sport)

    @bt_uk That’s the page with the issue. It doesn’t show me all the deals, just the upgrades you are pushing.

    @FPL_Dabby @bt_uk I've had virgin for 3 years, its really good 95% of the time, 5% of the time it will randomly drop for 24 hours and there support is awful, and will deny anything happened:P

    @bt_uk hi there. I need to book an engineer to come again (same issue as last time, was resolved for a short time). I can't find out how on the website. I did it via DM on here last time, can I do the same again please?

    @yohanes1313 @bt_uk I had Virgin at an old house a few years back, I really like their service but unfortunately they can't provide at my new house

    @bt_uk If only your customer service team delivered what you promise. I'm STILL waiting to hear about compensation for an outage weeks ago! If I'm honest I'm loathed to chase it as it's up to you and if I don't hear I will move my services elsewhere.

    @btsport really not happy with your service, supposed to be upgraded to fibre today , engineer was great did all the stuff but nobody sent the new hub, now my old hub won’t connect to the internet , how am I supposed to work from home? New hub coming tomorrow I hope .. not good

    @bt_uk But your guy couldn't even book me an engineer! And no-one has explained to me what has caused the fault when it was working fine until 10 mins after I renewed. You've clearly basically turned my service off until my new contract starts, which is ridiculous.

    @bt_uk worst broadband onboarding experience ever. I cannot stress enough, avoid at all costs. Shocking customer experience.
