So after 12 years it's goodbye @bt_uk Automatic price rises within contract and ending free weekend calls make it Hello @zeninternet Speaking to BT Loyalty Dept just wound me up. "Price is £40, until it goes up in two weeks." And I'm not subsidizing their stupid Sport channel.

@GuendouziDGreat @btsport Yeah I agree with that too, o used to watch it all the time on @SkySports they showed a fixture every week from the start of the season sometimes twice a week. @btsport coverage tbh has been pretty poor so far

@bt_uk Why wasn’t i told the engineer has been cancelled, i was told there was a fault that needed fixing, broadband already dropped this morning, working from home impossible. Absoulutely crap service from bt

@bt_uk It's not in the by ultimate channel and it's not just TV, it's the bt sport 1 all together, it's the same on your app, it's just the fact that you charge people extortionate amounts of money and give us horrible, horrible quality of programming

@bt_uk I am in need of a 3rd Wi-fi disc to solve a Wi-fi connection problem. Have logged this as a fault on 21 Feb and have a VOL ref. Can anyone check if this is being processed please?

@skamungadrummer @virginmedia @bt_uk Generally, I'm done with all of them. We've been with Sky in the past and still had issues. They are all seriously questionable to me right now.

@btbusinesscare had an engineer turn up at 8am yesterday made a lame excuse that couldn’t complete the job , made two calls to the help line to sort this out and then at 5.56 pm get an email to say I missed the engineer appointment we are charging you £130 NOT GOOD

@bt_uk It was resolved thanks - but my previous point stands. I don't see point of a BT status page that had no updates to the fault bar the initial confirmation of the outage - forcing end users to chase individually isn't good use of time.
