@bt_uk Why wasn’t i told the engineer has been cancelled, i was told there was a fault that needed fixing, broadband already dropped this morning, working from home impossible. Absoulutely crap service from bt

@GuendouziDGreat @btsport Yeah I agree with that too, o used to watch it all the time on @SkySports they showed a fixture every week from the start of the season sometimes twice a week. @btsport coverage tbh has been pretty poor so far

So after 12 years it's goodbye @bt_uk Automatic price rises within contract and ending free weekend calls make it Hello @zeninternet Speaking to BT Loyalty Dept just wound me up. "Price is £40, until it goes up in two weeks." And I'm not subsidizing their stupid Sport channel.

@btsport I pay for bt sport only to watch. You then are attempting to charge me £20 on top of what I pay already to watch an event. You try this again and you will lose £16 a month when I cancel instead.

@SherringGeoff @bt_uk Make a formal complaint. they are obliged to deal with it in line with their code of practice. Ask for compensation for your wasted time and lack of service.

@bt_uk Can someone sensible within BT fix my internet? I’ve not had internet since Wednesday, same as others in the area but your advisors keep feeding us lies. There is a MSO out and reports suggest it’s been resolved but it’s not. Help!

@Albertsback0 @bt_uk That's exactly what had happened.... I've redone her contract, which has saved her £176 a year... they bought the broadband down from £43 a month to £26.

@bt_uk I am have a problem with my broadband have gone to troubleshooting and they need to send an engineer out but the times are when I'm at work if you need to send an engineer why can't you do weekend for people like me who work
