@GuendouziDGreat @btsport Yeah I agree with that too, o used to watch it all the time on @SkySports they showed a fixture every week from the start of the season sometimes twice a week. @btsport coverage tbh has been pretty poor so far

  • aberfoodblog Tony Jones (@aberfoodblog) reported from Llanychaiarn, Wales

So after 12 years it's goodbye @bt_uk Automatic price rises within contract and ending free weekend calls make it Hello @zeninternet Speaking to BT Loyalty Dept just wound me up. "Price is £40, until it goes up in two weeks." And I'm not subsidizing their stupid Sport channel.

  • f1spam Ifans (@f1spam) reported from Bow Street, Wales

@mustbecwaced @bt_uk @openreach Basic customer care and customer service. Many companies have never understood what it really means, many don't care.

  • gilesshaxted Giles Shaxted (@gilesshaxted) reported

@bt_uk Yes. My phone doesn't work when there is no power. Will BT refund me for down time due to the power companies outages? Or can I have a reliable copper line phone back please?

  • gilesshaxted Giles Shaxted (@gilesshaxted) reported

@bt_uk Actually no I don't. But that was a great assumption. I'm just asking why I can't have my old phone line working as it works and the new digital voice is reliant on power being turned on. How do I make an emergency call when the power is out?

  • RosyPosy_kitteh RosyPosy🌈 #StayathomeSavelivesProtectNHS 💙 (@RosyPosy_kitteh) reported

@lynne_drummond @bt_uk I think that’s the problem they have us backed into a corner as they know we need the service they provide.

  • Ak1fK Akif (@Ak1fK) reported

@bt_uk Oh sorry I just saw this now. I called up the BT helpline in the end and they’re chasing things up and will have an update on the 22nd - 4 weeks after the original activation date. I guess better late than never?

  • gilesshaxted Giles Shaxted (@gilesshaxted) reported

@bt_uk a customer service rep told me that I could not opt out of digital voice. So I have it. As I have a copper line can I not have both? I live rurally and a power cut means I have zero comms now.

  • david_the_smith David Smith (@david_the_smith) reported

@btbusinesscare Catherine has today emailed customer to say she has to cancel this latest order and then proceed with yet another new order and then confirm new dates for installation appointment. At least I now have an email address for her. How long can this go on?

  • KernowChris Christopher Rowe (@KernowChris) reported

@bt_uk This seems wrong, Why am I forced to pay for a discontinued service? Surely there should be a pro rata refund for the period the service was withdrawn. (Or is this another for the exec office team to resolve)

  • antonwiltshire Anthony Wiltshire (@antonwiltshire) reported

@bt_uk Honestly it’s shocking. Pay for a service.

  • antonwiltshire Anthony Wiltshire (@antonwiltshire) reported

@bt_uk Yeah. It’s the same. Awful speed, lagging.
