    So after 12 years it's goodbye @bt_uk Automatic price rises within contract and ending free weekend calls make it Hello @zeninternet Speaking to BT Loyalty Dept just wound me up. "Price is £40, until it goes up in two weeks." And I'm not subsidizing their stupid Sport channel.

    @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare why is our business line still not working after a week? How are we meant to run a business when you do not provide the service you promise - we were told it would be fixed by Tuesday!!! #notgoodenough #poorservice

    @GuendouziDGreat @btsport Yeah I agree with that too, o used to watch it all the time on @SkySports they showed a fixture every week from the start of the season sometimes twice a week. @btsport coverage tbh has been pretty poor so far

    @bt_uk Why wasn’t i told the engineer has been cancelled, i was told there was a fault that needed fixing, broadband already dropped this morning, working from home impossible. Absoulutely crap service from bt

    @bt_uk Hi, my partner just set up a BT package and is now trying to activate his BT ID but it’s saying his DOB is incorrect. He was on hold for quite a long time setting it all up and ideally don’t want to call again, is there anyway we can fix this?

    @bt_uk appalling service: spent over an hour on hold so far - three dropped calls - trying to report our line being down. Internet obviously out too. We need it for work very urgently. Please help.

    @bt_uk so I am now 6 days waiting to speak to someone about this complaint. No one will do anything about this despite the faults and issues which are entirely the fault of you.

    @bt_uk No, it’s not… your guy came and he just changed the portal. Service still dropping out all the time.
