@GuendouziDGreat @btsport Yeah I agree with that too, o used to watch it all the time on @SkySports they showed a fixture every week from the start of the season sometimes twice a week. @btsport coverage tbh has been pretty poor so far

@bt_uk my Wifi hasn’t been up for an entire month, today. Support keep blowing me off but this has had a major financial effect on me. I expect this to be sorted within this week, and I expect to be compensated heavily. If this does not happen then I shall be seeking legal advice

Why even bother to keep up the pretence that @WeAreOpenreach and @bt_uk are separate companies. They exploit it to avoid customer problems. Our broadband network in the hands of a monopoly like @WeAreOpenreach with no contact number or customer care service is a national disgrace

@bt_uk was hoping get connected today. Engineer due between 08:00 and 13:00. Arrived at 19:30 and couldn’t do the job- and had only been told about half of it anyway. Waited in ALL DAY. 😖😖 terrible terrible service….

@bt_uk started home mover process a month before moving, due to be connected at new place 1 March, several delays and missed promises, still waiting, no explanation. Today we are told no record of home mover request. Appalling and inept service. @Ofcom @SkyUK can you help??

@bt_uk what’s the complaint email address, why do @bt_uk make it difficult and endless to raise an issue ? When called on endless queue and when online keep redirecting to help to call. Otherwise normal mail really ?

@bt_uk The freebies and weak signal that we were assured would be going digital in feb so it wasn’t a problem. Then we were given a different number to call who want more money. We’ve been told we will be getting a £40 call out charge off our bill every month and it hasn’t come off

Paper spam from @ee, saying if we pay £10 more then we pay now (base rate) we can have shittier vdsl from @Bt_uk. No /29 routed IP, no multi line support as we'd have to use their useless router, no VPN support... Not much of an offer.

@btsport can I watch all the content on the BT Sport app if I have BT Sport through Sky? If so what would login and password be? Tried today with no joy, login from previous account direct with BT failed, so did current SkyGo login??? @BTCustomerdesk @SkyHelpTeam
