I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. Emma Clarke (@ladyemmaclarke) reported@BT @BTcare I have been 9 days without broadband. 90 minute waits every day to speak to guides. 1 openreach appointment. Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced a service as bad.
