So after 12 years it's goodbye @bt_uk Automatic price rises within contract and ending free weekend calls make it Hello @zeninternet Speaking to BT Loyalty Dept just wound me up. "Price is £40, until it goes up in two weeks." And I'm not subsidizing their stupid Sport channel.

@GuendouziDGreat @btsport Yeah I agree with that too, o used to watch it all the time on @SkySports they showed a fixture every week from the start of the season sometimes twice a week. @btsport coverage tbh has been pretty poor so far

I am unable to work from home, and @bt_uk suggests I should work at a friends house. How about u get an engineer to fix the problem. It’s funny how no matter what system is down, or if there is any faults, your system to take my money always works.

So @bt_uk broadband has been down since 4 o’clock and they are saying that I won’t have any service till 7th or December. The mediocre apology and the promise of a refund for the days without internet is diabolical.
