    So after 12 years it's goodbye @bt_uk Automatic price rises within contract and ending free weekend calls make it Hello @zeninternet Speaking to BT Loyalty Dept just wound me up. "Price is £40, until it goes up in two weeks." And I'm not subsidizing their stupid Sport channel.

    @GuendouziDGreat @btsport Yeah I agree with that too, o used to watch it all the time on @SkySports they showed a fixture every week from the start of the season sometimes twice a week. @btsport coverage tbh has been pretty poor so far

    @bt_uk Why wasn’t i told the engineer has been cancelled, i was told there was a fault that needed fixing, broadband already dropped this morning, working from home impossible. Absoulutely crap service from bt

Schools and teaching staff are on their knees and you have the audacity to get parents to report remote learning to Ofsted if it isn’t up to scratch.     @bt_uk Or are you saying that BTBusiness isn't part of BT? In which case I can understand why you can't do anything about the SMS from BTBusiness. But telling me to contact EE regarding SMS marked BTBusiness just makes you sound stupid.

    @bt_uk WiFi is not the same as internet speed, I have a gigabit network in my house but a 9 mbps internet connection (fttc) it’s just bt, open reach or whatever the call themselves way of trying to con you, don’t fall for it!!
