K Grimsley (@KazzaGrims) reported@OpenreachHelp They have contacted you every day for the last 4 weeks, apparently it has been escalated 4 times and no one from @OpenreachHelp has even attempted to get this fixed. Rach (@essexRach) reported@bt_uk I am totally disgusted with how BT can treat customers, 4 failed appointments. Appointments booked by them! No notifications to say they cannot be bothered to turn up. How dare they have British in their company name when they treat customers like this!

Lauren Care (@KrugeLauren) reported@bt_uk Been without wifi since the 25th. Had an engineer out today to tell us the transmitters have gone and because we're switching away on the 5th December there is nothing you can do. a refund for 10 days without the proper service would be appropriate

Janice Lucas (@JaniceL17880514) reported@bt_uk why is it every time I contact BT with a small issue I end up with a bigger issue? Thanks BT for leaving me without a mobile phone signal. Due to RM strike it could be next week before it’s resolved It has been investigated but it should never have happened.
-
Jimi King (@jimikinguk) reported@btbusinesscare I wouldn't call having to refer my issues to the Communications Ombudsman "resolved".
-
Dave Stebbing (@GStebbs1981) reported@bt_uk I have an unresolved complaint that has been going on since September for an issue that is about 5 MONTHS old!!! No-one at BT appears to care that I am paying for a service they cannot provide nor are they advising when it will be fixed. CAN ANYONE HELP?
