So after 12 years it's goodbye @bt_uk Automatic price rises within contract and ending free weekend calls make it Hello @zeninternet Speaking to BT Loyalty Dept just wound me up. "Price is £40, until it goes up in two weeks." And I'm not subsidizing their stupid Sport channel.

@bt_uk Why wasn’t i told the engineer has been cancelled, i was told there was a fault that needed fixing, broadband already dropped this morning, working from home impossible. Absoulutely crap service from bt

@GuendouziDGreat @btsport Yeah I agree with that too, o used to watch it all the time on @SkySports they showed a fixture every week from the start of the season sometimes twice a week. @btsport coverage tbh has been pretty poor so far

@bt_uk And what about the money I have paid for no service? After all, you did say that I wasn't getting refunded for losses to service, a service that I haven't actually used but still you take my money. Its in hands of ofcom and Ombudsman now.

@bt_uk Sadly with BT is was all talk. We never managed to get her added to the vulnerable persons list, the team were totally inaccessible, requiring writing to them and never responding. It's all about sales and comission.

@bt_uk Hi Nicola. Husband was told he would have to move to EE as bat mobile not good in this area. We are very angry, surely that should have been mentioned before we left Vodafone and signed up with bt? Paying for a service we can’t use 🙁

@bt_uk 1/2 Not that this will go anywhere. BT SH2 had massive issues with service. OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

@bt_uk It is too complicated to type. Two months of failed service. At least six fault reports. At least five engineer visits. Going round in circles. Being asked to return a Mini Hub which was never sent. Is that enough to get to speak with someone higher up?

@bt_uk I’ve just got off the phone taking to one of your team. Unfortunately your happy losing a loyal customer dating back to 1991. I don’t think DMs gonna change anything you canceled my contacted with no explanation.
