@GuendouziDGreat @btsport Yeah I agree with that too, o used to watch it all the time on @SkySports they showed a fixture every week from the start of the season sometimes twice a week. @btsport coverage tbh has been pretty poor so far

@bt_uk Why wasn’t i told the engineer has been cancelled, i was told there was a fault that needed fixing, broadband already dropped this morning, working from home impossible. Absoulutely crap service from bt

Dear @bt_uk you are a phone company and you can literally have as many phone lines as you want so why is it taking 30 minutes to get through to you? Using #chynavirus as an excuse for shitty customer service is not acceptable.

@bt_uk any idea when issues in east anglia/Norfolk will be resolved? Already lost half a days work and all your channels are saying the issue has been fixed, yet I’m still unable to connect. And yes, I’ve turned the hub on and off multiple times.

@OpenreachHelp absolutely appalled by your engineer this morning, aggressive and rude blaming @bt_uk for sending him out, BT have confirmed there is a fault on the line and yet you are yet to fix it! 5 days without usable broadband yet 2 engineer visits

@btsport @btsportwwe @bt_uk Could you tweak your TV app to improve navigation? There's no thumbnail images when forwarding or rewinding, no chapters. You can't resume a show despite being logged in with BT credentials, hence the problems when navigating long #WWE shows. Thanks.👍🏼

After an hour on hold. Adviser hung up rather than answer. So now im back on hold and no closer to getting my broadband installed. So no internet. Your customer service is shocking. I have literally been on the phone all afternoon. @bt_uk I should have stuck with @sky

@bt_uk And why report direct to them? I pay you for the service! the page you sent “To raise a complaint, or enquiry, that relates to the provision of telephone/internet services, engineer appointments, faults or compensation, you’ll need to go through your Communications Provider.”
