So after 12 years it's goodbye @bt_uk Automatic price rises within contract and ending free weekend calls make it Hello @zeninternet Speaking to BT Loyalty Dept just wound me up. "Price is £40, until it goes up in two weeks." And I'm not subsidizing their stupid Sport channel.

@GuendouziDGreat @btsport Yeah I agree with that too, o used to watch it all the time on @SkySports they showed a fixture every week from the start of the season sometimes twice a week. @btsport coverage tbh has been pretty poor so far

Told by BT internet installed between 8am & 1pm. Got text at 11am to say engineer was on way from village 20 mins away It’s now 2:30pm. I’ve been docked a full day of holiday leave by work for the afternoon I’ve missed due to no internet Thanks @bt_uk. Great service, really 👍🏾

@OpenreachHelp I’ve done that & @bt_uk & yourselves have let me down several times. I was told BT would call me back twice & on both occasions got a text to say to call them to rearrange my appointment. If you’ve an hour to spare call them. Just terrible service.
