    @GuendouziDGreat @btsport Yeah I agree with that too, o used to watch it all the time on @SkySports they showed a fixture every week from the start of the season sometimes twice a week. @btsport coverage tbh has been pretty poor so far

    @bt_uk Why wasn’t i told the engineer has been cancelled, i was told there was a fault that needed fixing, broadband already dropped this morning, working from home impossible. Absoulutely crap service from bt

    So after 12 years it's goodbye @bt_uk Automatic price rises within contract and ending free weekend calls make it Hello @zeninternet Speaking to BT Loyalty Dept just wound me up. "Price is £40, until it goes up in two weeks." And I'm not subsidizing their stupid Sport channel.

    Had a problem with my broadband. Fine now. But I learnt one thing. I cannot rely on @bt_uk to fix problems quickly. #bT

    @bt_uk So you phone and tramsfer me to the same hold queue I would have been on if I phoned you. Rather defeats the object doesn't it? Surely if someone has a complaint already you don't keep making it worse?!

    @bt_uk Broadband and TV for £6 Wow I'm only £62 a month for TV/broadband that doesn't work without an aerial. Cant wait to get rid of it. #ripoff

    @bt_uk how can I query my inflated billing when the only way is sitting listening to a machine in excess of 40 minutes? Appalling....provide another interactive and more effective service please 🙏

    @bt_uk hi. 01529 private number still not connecting when I try to call this elderly person from 01778 and my mobile too, but nothing shown on outage map. I reported it on your 150 number Saturday evening.

    @bt_uk Spoken to someone higher up the chain who has now placed an order on the same account. The line should switch back from EE on the 7th Nov. Not ideal, but it's a solution!
