    @bt_uk Why wasn’t i told the engineer has been cancelled, i was told there was a fault that needed fixing, broadband already dropped this morning, working from home impossible. Absoulutely crap service from bt

    @GuendouziDGreat @btsport Yeah I agree with that too, o used to watch it all the time on @SkySports they showed a fixture every week from the start of the season sometimes twice a week. @btsport coverage tbh has been pretty poor so far

    So after 12 years it's goodbye @bt_uk Automatic price rises within contract and ending free weekend calls make it Hello @zeninternet Speaking to BT Loyalty Dept just wound me up. "Price is £40, until it goes up in two weeks." And I'm not subsidizing their stupid Sport channel.

    @bt_uk I am exhausted at attempting to get signal in a small house to reach every room. After having problems with disc, the replacement doesn't want to work either. Aaaaaargh! From reading forums I am not the only one! #BT you are letting me down.....

    @bt_uk Why call me to say my contract ends next month and "now" I can get the best deal? When I ask if I can do online I'm told yes but it might not be the best deal. How is the consumer supposed to react? Just be upfront please so your phone agents dont make you look stupid.

    So probably a month ago I was getting 40mb down and around 5mb up from @bt_uk... just done a Speedtest now to see how slow it’s actually running... 5mb down and 1mb up... just great :)

    @crp_uk I’m very happy with my new 4G Router. Getting similar to you most days; never drops below 60. @btbusinesscare limping along at anywhere from 23-31. Never going to fibre our little lane, so when the contract is up I won’t be renewing BB.

    @bt_uk New customer - £39.99. Existing customer - £42.99. Confirmed by retentions/loyalty dept. Please explain how you can ‘assure’ me I’m getting the discounted rate?

    @OpenreachHelp Hi Paul, Cheers, I'd seen this when i googled it, I was trying to get the point across that the @bt_uk Customer Support operative was stating that we are misinformed as BT are the only company who can offer FTTP (as a general, not for us specifically). They were wrong in doing so

    I still think @bt_uk head of customer service should be jailed for life for torture. Both for the torture of their staff and their customers.

    Fed up of the operators talking down to us in a condescending tone and saying that we as a customer are incorrect. Unbelievable. Can't believe as a new customer you can get a better deal with BT even though we've been with them for the past 20 years. Sort it out @bt_uk.
