@GuendouziDGreat @btsport Yeah I agree with that too, o used to watch it all the time on @SkySports they showed a fixture every week from the start of the season sometimes twice a week. @btsport coverage tbh has been pretty poor so far

@bt_uk Having a phone line installed should have been easy..? As an ex BT customer over 20 years ago I defected to Virgin Media, however our new house is only served by BT. I suspect VM may be here by the time BT decide how to string a bit of wire across the road..

@bt_uk Managed to get an engineer book in for tomorrow - which unfortunately mean they found a problem and unless the ONT has broken (unlikely) it’s somewhere in the Openreach network.

@bt_uk yet again promised a call by a manager of BT put in her diary for this morning yet again failed to ring! BT your service is appalling week 8 now and still not resolved!!!

@bt_uk Fibre ONT box has gone in LL14, red light on it, any known outages? I fear someone might have damaged the fibre network but hopefully it’s short lived.

@bt_uk Can you make sure someone calls me today please? Even if it is just to put a time in for a follow up call. My kids can’t go another two months without access to the internet for their lessons. Two weeks has been stressful enough. I need to know there is a plan to fix this please.

@MissHeatherWild @bt_uk Not meaning to teach you to suck eggs but I’ll say it anyway on the off chance it may help but there are a couple of obvious flags in there that this is fake; poor grammar / use of language and the fact it’s addressed to ‘Customer’.
