  @bt_uk Why wasn’t i told the engineer has been cancelled, i was told there was a fault that needed fixing, broadband already dropped this morning, working from home impossible. Absoulutely crap service from bt

  @GuendouziDGreat @btsport Yeah I agree with that too, o used to watch it all the time on @SkySports they showed a fixture every week from the start of the season sometimes twice a week. @btsport coverage tbh has been pretty poor so far

  @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.

  @bt_uk My BT broadband was down from last Wednesday until about 4pm yesterday. Now that it is working again i looked about messaging them to complain and ask how they will compensate me. Has anyone had any success or a helpful answer from a stupid bot. Me thinks its switch time

  @bt_uk It seems to have been cancelled now (I don't know how that actually was actioned though!). But that still leaves her with the issue of getting the correct internet (as the whole package was cancelled).

  @bt_uk you have one of the worst set top boxes ever. Keeps glitching and restarts on its own. I was told it was WiFi issue but connecting via Ethernet plugs that you provided hasn’t fixed it. I am in a contract - what ar my options ? I don’t want to go to the ombudsman (yet).

  @Ofcom @bt_uk I do not understand why it is so difficult to report Nuisance Calls / Hang-ups. You have to complete a very lengthy form for a Call. And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.

  @bt_uk : Very disappointing service overall, and equally disappointing to find out engineers do not attend properties on weekend to fix fibre connection issues!!!
