    @bt_uk Why wasn’t i told the engineer has been cancelled, i was told there was a fault that needed fixing, broadband already dropped this morning, working from home impossible. Absoulutely crap service from bt

    @GuendouziDGreat @btsport Yeah I agree with that too, o used to watch it all the time on @SkySports they showed a fixture every week from the start of the season sometimes twice a week. @btsport coverage tbh has been pretty poor so far

    So after 12 years it's goodbye @bt_uk Automatic price rises within contract and ending free weekend calls make it Hello @zeninternet Speaking to BT Loyalty Dept just wound me up. "Price is £40, until it goes up in two weeks." And I'm not subsidizing their stupid Sport channel.

    @btbusinesscare This is now being dealt with (although it’s unclear when the issue will be resolved!) but again raises numerous questions regarding BT’s efficiency and lack of communication.

    @bt_uk I’m getting a lot of phone calls from here in UK threatening me with losing my service due to illegal activities via my internet provider (BT). As an ex-directory phone number this is particularly worrying. Suspect it’s a scam, please confirm if it is.

    @bt_uk Please can you confirm how best to contact you regarding an ongoing issue with logging into my BT TV app, removing an add-on to my phone bill, and short broadband outages which make WFH a misery but are fixed by the time I try to do a line test to report them?

    @bt_uk @OllieF64554527 Bt are rip off merchants. Make billions but service is shite. You need to sort out outtage in Thanet. I was offered £50 vouchers from tescos I never got them if I joined BT. Your level of service is appauling. We need to sack you for poor service

    @DonnaPottsFire @bt_uk BT Broadband services is horrible. Getting speed of 1-2 MBps for paying 43£ for a minimum 25 MBps guaranteed speed. BT has not bothered to sort it out in spite of several calls/complaints. Doesn't allow to cancel/exit contract when minimum contractual obligations are not met
