  @GuendouziDGreat @btsport Yeah I agree with that too, o used to watch it all the time on @SkySports they showed a fixture every week from the start of the season sometimes twice a week. @btsport coverage tbh has been pretty poor so far

  @bt_uk @EE 1 month into a new internet deal and now the 3rd time I have been disconnected due to your poor admin. Been messed around numerous times. 2 engineer visits (5m each), 2 routers , 2 contracts , no email comms ...internet down today due to contract swap over , no comms .

  @s_starrr6 @bt_uk @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

  @bt_uk learn how to manage an account database. not being able to change the e-mail address back when you changed it in error... thats some high school level computer problem, not a real one in the real world for a megacorp.

  Hi @bt_uk I am desperate to talk to a real person. I don't have a BT account. My 95-year old neighbour has lost her phone and broadband connection. She is largely deaf as well. I can't call from her phone as it is not working...1/2

  @bt_uk Hi, thanks for response, are you able to give me a number to customer services... I have all the WiFi and tv equipment ready to go.... not installed, zero communication... basically left to dry and this is over a week.

  @bt_uk I’ve recently bought a business in Brentwood. And I have to be honest your service your communications has my other half in tears at the moment. Disgraceful doesn’t even come close to the way you’ve handled things. Please DM me for information ASAP.
