@bt_uk Why wasn’t i told the engineer has been cancelled, i was told there was a fault that needed fixing, broadband already dropped this morning, working from home impossible. Absoulutely crap service from bt

@GuendouziDGreat @btsport Yeah I agree with that too, o used to watch it all the time on @SkySports they showed a fixture every week from the start of the season sometimes twice a week. @btsport coverage tbh has been pretty poor so far

@bt_uk yes upload speed is so low, download is still 50Mb+ but upload is terrible. I checked the service site and there is no problem in my location.

@bt_uk Update: When did BT looss thier way? Not remotely customer centric. I've cancelled the order as BT will not simply turn on the copper Broadband as requested. They have goverment quota's to fill at the expense of the consumer.

Great @bt_uk drops my internet. Tells me it going to take 20days to fix and won’t even sort out a temporary use of a dongle without £10 a month more. Extortion and bad customer service.

@SkyHelpTeam the mini box disconnections, pixelated pictures, sound drop outs, snail speed fibre broadband are worse than ever now with this new unfit for purpose HDR v3 box. I was even advised to terminate my @bt_uk BB contract by Sky for this awful service. HELP @BBCWatchdog

@bt_uk Okay thanks for getting back to me, also someone was going to look into the situation with @OpenreachHelp seeming though I’ve put a photo on here of all the wires but they are saying there isn’t any network.

@s4ddique @bt_uk Yeah I totally agree, I didn’t expect flowers either, but the fact I got a call updating me on what they would do to train the advisor further and it was being dealt with offered me reassurance, and as a customer you also deserve that from this company. more interested in profits
