    @bt_uk Why wasn’t i told the engineer has been cancelled, i was told there was a fault that needed fixing, broadband already dropped this morning, working from home impossible. Absoulutely crap service from bt

    @GuendouziDGreat @btsport Yeah I agree with that too, o used to watch it all the time on @SkySports they showed a fixture every week from the start of the season sometimes twice a week. @btsport coverage tbh has been pretty poor so far

    @bt_uk why is my experience being just as bad as @TalkTalk? Engineer was a no-show and the line is still inactive. Is anyone actually capable of providing a bloody internet service?! A whole month, 2 companies and I'm STILL nowhere 😡🤬

    @androidcentral I'm actually debating on getting an iPhone 11 when my contract is up for renewal this August. But I'm tempted to just stay with Pixel *if* my network provider gets newer Pixels *wink wink, nudge nudge* @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Nope, everyone is acting like it’s not their responsibility- you can’t do anything because it’s an openreach issue and every-time they come out they don’t do anything or break something.

    @bt_uk Ha ha. Yes they have just called only to tell me that BT engineer will perhaps call me on Monday to maybe organise a visit next week to fix the fault. @BT_UK - wow, that's just another four days to MAYBE have it fixed.

    Are @BT_uk having a laugh!!! It doesn’t offer up a negative option just a negative customer experience. Based on your recent interaction, how likely are you to recommend BT to friends or family? From 0 (not at all likely) to 10 (extremely likely).

    @BTCare I am by no means adverse to technological improvements. However.....phones going digital. We have always had a land line in case of emergencies if the power goes off. You have stated that in an emergency we must use the mobile. What if you have VERY poor or no signal?
