@GuendouziDGreat @btsport Yeah I agree with that too, o used to watch it all the time on @SkySports they showed a fixture every week from the start of the season sometimes twice a week. @btsport coverage tbh has been pretty poor so far

@BTCare you are pathetic. You automatically renewed BT sport on a contract without checking. Try to cancel it as the accout belongs to a 90 year old with dementia, and you want the contract paying up. @skytv were brilliant when we had to cancel.

A @BritishTelcom @bt_uk customer for over 50 yrs Margaret at 95 relies heavily on her phone line for her emergency button system & communication with the outside world. You’d think a fault on her phone line would be dealt with as a priority - being told AT least 48 hrs! FFS!

@bt_uk Fact remains, our customer service is way below that of @skytv in matters like this. They were so helpful, where @Bt_uk were just so unhelpful, and unsympathetic to the situation

Yet again @bt_uk show how poor they are at service Reported a fault last week Appointment booked for today 8am to 1pm Took time off work checked status online @bt_uk say report cleared at 3.30 am! Was it b****cks Still got fault Now coming out on Wednesday
