@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@bt_uk Can you please change couriers please. Paying £10 for a 24 hour tracked special delivery that was meant to be here yesterday and still hasn’t turned up, and the tracking information hasn’t been updated since Monday. Very poor regardless of Christmas post.

@bt_uk done this and now getting very slow speeds. I think my hub is faulty. I’m not getting where near the 100mb guarantee. When I try do a test to record results it won’t even work. Very very poor

@SkyUK Don’t buy SKY Glass, stick with your old television and get a puck or even go to @TalkTalk or @bt_uk . I’m having a nightmare with these guys even through there “Priority Team”. I’ve had problems ranging from cosmetic damage screen problems all I want is a working tele!
