    @tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

    @EE we are having problems sorting out a supposed unpaid bill of my daughters, and are being batted 🏏from one dept to another with no resolution....Can anyone take ownership of this and help get it sorted ???? It’s really worrying her.

    @EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

    @Dawsy16 @EE Yeah it's bullshit. Like alot of companies,unless you come in as a new customer, you'll have to threaten to leave, then they'll throw all the offers at you.

    @EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

    Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

    Wow now @ee claim you cannot expect your phone to work when travelling inserts definition of mobile phone a telephone with access to a cellular radio system so it can be used over a wide area, without a physical connection to a network. @MarcAllera what is your response???

    @ourrachblogs I moved years ago from Vodafone to @EE . Not only was the signal better, but their customer support is far far better.

    @EE That's an unbelievable **** deal if I ever seen one. iPhone 12 on Virgin, 200GB data, unlimited mins/texts £35 a month. None of this upfront shite.

    @EE I contacted you yesterday via Twitter and apparently my order for a new SIM doesn’t exist in your system, when I try and call to discuss I can’t enter my EE number as I’m waiting for the SIM! Please can someone contact me to rectify this issue??
