@EE hi there - we’ve got 2 Apple watches, both under my EE account. We want to upgrade them both but can’t figure out which one belongs to who as the account gives not info on watch colour etc. Only 2 different numbers which don’t help much..

@EE This doesnt really help now you have stitched me up. The one minute calls were to an automated service and i was cut off after. This isnt good enough, i could have flown there cheaper. Its 2019, i would have expected these charges in 1990

@GTCieloBlu @VodafoneUK If you live in the south your better off going to @virginmedia mobile ( @EE ) I wood check the deals they got @virginmedia I got got good deals from virgin Voderfone Signal is pretty poor quality compared to both @02& @EE for single it ok not great but not terrible

@EE some feedback. it states on the Brentwood coverage page the new mast is live however the single on my iPhone 13 Pro Max is still poor. Running latest software and restarted device. Poor signal where I live and also on Brentwood high street

@EE It's a Pixel 7. I called this morning and was assured the problem had been fixed, but I still don't see the insurance on MyEE nor have I had any emails confirming the coverage. I don't want to share my mobile number publicly, can we DM please?

@EE Why is it when I pay for bolt on to use abroad then phone wont dial out abroad so i contact your customer service and someone called Lea tells me to try turning phone off and on while she does reset then she will call me back & doesn’t call me ??? #appalling #customerservice

@DPDgroup_news @EE (we live at number 2 and my wife was waiting at home to accept the parcel) Had a conversation with a member of your CS team via live chat who basically said that EE had not put my house number onto your system properly. But your CS person was unable to fix it, only EE could fix

@DPDgroup_news @EE My real problem here is with EE who are proving difficult to contact, but I do notice on the DPD website now my parcel is being returned to EE? It's all very frustrating that it was tantalizingly close but I appreciate it is mainly an issue for me to resolve with EE.
