I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

Then I used website to order new eSIM for my new phone and filled all the details, and been told that I will be charged £1.50 and then I get an email saying that my replacement SIM card will be in the post!
