Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

@EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

@EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

@EE what's going on with the signal I have 1 bar if that on my 4G. No wifi or TV due to virgin being down and now my signal is so low I can't even use what's app. 😠 today is not my day
