    @EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

    @EE All done. The operator did in ten minutes what I've been trying to do for days on the internet via laptop & phone. There's an issue with swappables. All sorted now.

    @EE hi there - we’ve got 2 Apple watches, both under my EE account. We want to upgrade them both but can’t figure out which one belongs to who as the account gives not info on watch colour etc. Only 2 different numbers which don’t help much..

    Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

    @EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

    @EE Hi I was sorting a problem out on here yesterday about not being able to gift data to my phone and iPad and was having another department contact me about the issue , no one contacted me . Been without data since last Thursday !

    @ee live chat is so bad. "There's a wait time of around 20 Minutes at the moment" 45 minutes ago. Last time there was a "10 minute wait" only to wait over an hour. Can't wait for my contract to end so I can move to a better network

    @EE Should be one of your priorities too, customer should receive orders for products on date given & in correct condition, delivery failure by YOUR chosen courier is not customer problem but that is what your process makes it

    @EE is your site down tonight ? Hub has been flashing green/aqua (both colours look the same) since about 10.45pm I’ve switched it off, unplugged, rebooted still the same I’ve also done a factory reset to no avail still flashing Have switched it off for the night now

    @EE @Pete_Bassist Been with EE over 10 years and I've finally had enough. Price increase each year is well beyond a joke. My plan was £112 a month but managed to get the exact same thing with 02 for £69! Uk's best network? I beg to differ...

    @EE @Pete_Bassist Yes. Yes we do. The fact that the signal here in West Wales hasn’t changed in 20 years is a disgrace. My contract is up in April. Cannot. Wait. Ee’s standards have dropped massively in the last 10-15 years. God knows why I’ve stayed so long.

    @EE @Buckmyold47 The trouble is all the mobile networks know they can get away with it. With a soft regulator and not being held to account they basically do as they want. O2 is no different, VF is at least trying to change. But we have limited other networks to move to.

    @EE I suggest to find out facts & listen to all the calls I’ve had to make EE are more concerned about DPD than their customer, made promises by call takers that have never been fulfilled
