  • rahim94
    Rahim™ 🇲🇦🇬🇧 (@rahim94) reported from Southampton, England

Given that virgin mobile use @EE's network and tesco use @O2's, it's not really fair to compare them to the other 4 for coverage #Watchdog @BBCWatchdog

Catherine Morrow (@catherinemorrow) reported from Southampton, England

Hi @EE I’ve tried several times over several days to order an Apple Watch on the website and app and the order page has frozen every time. Is there a problem with ordering at the moment? Thanks

@Dawsy16 @EE Yeah it's bullshit. Like alot of companies, unless you come in as a new customer, you'll have to threaten to leave, then they'll throw all the offers at you.

  • Vdweller
Vivienne 🖤🐟🏠 Wear A Mask (@Vdweller) reported from Southampton, England

@EE @RitaOra Get this awful woman off Twitter. She should hang her head in shame after her recent behaviour. Not gyrating around in my timeline. Arrogant and offensive.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • wasima
    Wasim Ahmad (@wasima) reported

@EE @TomTugendhat Wimbledon here - no signal in the Village - we have hordes arriving in less than 2 weeks and the reception and data is appalling. You should be ashamed of yourselves ripping off the British public.

  • CouncillorLuke
    Councillor Luke Bennett (@CouncillorLuke) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Correct. I had a better reception from my first (Cellnet) mobile in 1995 (in Devon)! Gone are the days of being able to rely on a decent signal! Despite that, ugly / tall mobile phone masts are everywhere (with zero effort to camouflage them or place them 'sensitively').

  • Ummnope7
    Umm...nope (@Ummnope7) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE It's not the government's job to help you choose a decent mobile phone service. You're a grown man. You can make your own consumer choices, whether they be sensible or stupid.

  • BebbMalcolm
    Malcolm Bebb (@BebbMalcolm) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE So which government mobile phone network do you use? 'Cos I don't see the connection.

  • TNS1184
    Tim (@TNS1184) reported

@EE thanks i don't have access to a phone and when i go to make a claim it says the server is down to i can't proceed. also, i see i have the following EE insurance -but unsure as to whether that covers theft?

  • Bloatee1
    Bloatee (@Bloatee1) reported

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I don’t see the problem.

  • paalston
    Peter Alston (@paalston) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better

  • britgermanbloke
    Dr Steve Fleischer (@britgermanbloke) reported

@RichardBentall @drew_carver @EE Agree. I signed a bb contract in January, paid the bill by direct debit so didn't pay too much attention to it. Found out last week it was never put into their system! I've been paying much more than I should have been. 3 trips to shop this week and app still shows wrong price.

  • ChrisMilbank
    Chris Milbank (@ChrisMilbank) reported

Well Laura from @EE Customer service promised me she would call at 4pm today, it is 5.45 pm and she hasn't called. Can a real human look at this. Thank you.

  • 64Jimfogarty
    Jim Fogarty (@64Jimfogarty) reported

@EE must say very disappointed that you ask for extra £10 for wifi extenders after promising when taking contract out that I wouldn't need them and if I did you would provide them. Like the rest once in contract yous do what you want at customer cost. Lesson learned be careful
