    @EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

    @EE @WeAre8Official I only switched my family to @EE for the first time last year. My contract is up in January 2022. If you persist in this idiotic idea you've lost three contracts from me. Funny how no other network needs to screw it's customers in this way to, "invest in the network".

    @Liam_Saunders_ @EE Their all as bad as each other I’m sure! I pay for 80 get about 5! They do their test which is a copy and paste job and tell me I’m wrong! If I’m watching iPlayer and using my phone at the same time the tv stops dead!! Brilliant service from @sky

    @mouthwaite @EE Join the club! Unfortunately EE r the best of a bad bunch. Our local towers went down and it took them over 6 mths to fix, all the time saying there was no issue.

    @mouthwaite @EE Regardless of their customer service, there are global shortages and delays on all things technology. 7 days is lucky, a lot of people are waiting much longer so a bit of patience is needed 👍🏻

    @mouthwaite @EE 02 isn’t any better. To be honest I can’t say any provider right now is bothered about customer services cause truth is you need a phone and your going to keep the contract till you can move and try another provider
