@EE It goes from bad to worse!!!! Just waited 10 mins to be served in Sainsburys Emersons green only to be ignored and the guy jumps to the young lad who just walked in. On way to O2. Highly advise to stay away from EE folks!

@EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

Helen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, It’s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. It’s almost as if a new service is coming 🤔 3 minutes and counting

@EE You sent me a sim card with a number I transfered to another provider months ago, said the only way to fix it was to go and buy a pay as you go sim from the supermarket and you could transfer the plan. I have now been charged for both and having to fight my innocence.

@ee so I have a mobile bb router only on contract 2 months, now is faulty, changed its SSID to Quanta itself and now can't access Internet. Now your repair centre want to charge me to repair it as outside of warranty! Wtf?

@EE We've changed services. We didn't get a response from EE cust service when we needed it a month ago. I will add that my partner has a medical condition and needs reliable phone access at all times. Our new provider is a little better.
