    Brilliant service from Tom @EE Bath retail store. Went in for a sim swap, due to having to reset my iPhone. Done & dusted in 5 minutes - that is so good 😀😀😀

    @O2 can’t believe you Discriminate against people with learning disabilities. I can’t drive ever so no need for d/licence and to scared to travel abroad so no passport. I was a loyal customer that will be joining @EE as they happy to help

    Helen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, It’s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. It’s almost as if a new service is coming 🤔 3 minutes and counting

    @EE Dw complaint has been made. We get our pac codes in an hr and are off.

    @EE No it didnt. This is the same albeit slightly modified solution that @GoogleUK suggests. Neither solution has worked. I have also tried a factory reset. I will try a new SIM and let you know what happens!

    @littlenaughty38 @MarcAllera @EE After almost 4yrs of promises that it would improve at my home, I was told that it was not going to happen and tech support said “as you are near the end of your contract, you know what to do....leave!” Left for #vodafone, better coverage, speeds and can make/take calls at home!

    @EE It goes from bad to worse!!!! Just waited 10 mins to be served in Sainsburys Emersons green only to be ignored and the guy jumps to the young lad who just walked in. On way to O2. Highly advise to stay away from EE folks!

    I have had 2 experiences this w/k. Talk about night and day @EE supporting me with enabling my brother to use his new phone who has learning difficulties. Could not have been more thoughtful and thorough @Halfords_uk the WORST experience I have ever had! THAT BAD.

    @EE Hi. My 4g home hub speed has dropped dramatically this morning. I've switched the router off and done reset but still very slow. Are u having issues? I've had to use my phone as a hotspot instead through O2 which I don't want to be doing on a regular basis. I've DM you too.

    So I thought I had finally got the issues with MY @EE upgrade page sorted out after 7 different phone calls, Well you know what thought did don't you? It thought wrong. So now the page will let me go to the upgrades page but will only show me sim only upgrades. Patience🤦
