    Helen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, It’s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. It’s almost as if a new service is coming 🤔 3 minutes and counting

    @Liam_Saunders_ @EE Their all as bad as each other I’m sure! I pay for 80 get about 5! They do their test which is a copy and paste job and tell me I’m wrong! If I’m watching iPlayer and using my phone at the same time the tv stops dead!! Brilliant service from @sky

    @EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

    @littlenaughty38 @MarcAllera @EE After almost 4yrs of promises that it would improve at my home, I was told that it was not going to happen and tech support said “as you are near the end of your contract, you know what to do....leave!” Left for #vodafone, better coverage, speeds and can make/take calls at home!

    @EE It goes from bad to worse!!!! Just waited 10 mins to be served in Sainsburys Emersons green only to be ignored and the guy jumps to the young lad who just walked in. On way to O2. Highly advise to stay away from EE folks!

    3 months of the worst customer service to renew a contract with @bt_uk & @ee, to be miss-sold contracts for just a simple renewal, what an utter joke, the time and mess about from this company it's just not worth having an business with them.

    @EE Hi. Trying to upgrade my phone account. The deal I want (monthly sim) is on the site but not presented as an option for upgrade. Tried phoning but deal is online only. Contract expired without me being informed so keen to sort ASAP. Messaging down. No email address. Advice?

    @EE Hi Michael, I think it might have been related to moving to a new sim only contract. I turned phone to airplane mode then off again and it seemed to fix it. I then got a few texts about my new sim. Thanks for replying
