@EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

@EE Waited week & half for new phone: it comes WITHOUT A PLUG? which has to be PURCHASED SEPARATELY?!! I cant use the handset I have signed up for. Unbelievable. Also, what a waste of plastic - what am I supposed to do with the perfectly good old one? @Ofcom #Sustainability fail

  • CaptSauve Dan White (@CaptSauve) reported from Bristol, England

@EE @WeAre8Official I only switched my family to @EE for the first time last year. My contract is up in January 2022. If you persist in this idiotic idea you've lost three contracts from me. Funny how no other network needs to screw it's customers in this way to, "invest in the network".

  • bayleighbessell Bayleigh ✩ (@bayleighbessell) reported from Kingswood, England

@EE plz help. My estimated hasn’t worked since I got it so I’ve been forced to use the physical and now even that isn’t working. Please advise.

@EE Friday has woken and your app is broken, it's an app with no frills but i can't pay my bill?

  • MiddleMan_ Jay (@MiddleMan_) reported

@W1986Andy @EE A late payment is marked on your credit file regardless of the reason. The onus is then put on us to add notes explainin why. You have to write a formal request to EE; gather evidence & submit with a request/complaint. At best they may put a note on your credit file as the lender

  • quickhakker Iain Lewis (@quickhakker) reported

so @bt_uk is down for me for some reason (even though all sources point to them being up, they might be pissy that i tried to mine, anyway, cause im on @EE i got 100gb data on my phone, lets see how quickly i can drain that

  • W1986Andy Andrew Watson (@W1986Andy) reported

@EE I hope you won’t be quick to put markers on credit files for late payment if I can’t pay due to your system being down!

  • DonLimbert Don Limbert 🐺 (@DonLimbert) reported

@EE hello I have a virgin mobile account (07305159356) & I believe virgin use your network. But just lately the 4G signal in the WV10 0LL is none existent. I have an EE mobile account (07817603258) as well and the 4G signal is fine. Can you please check? I can send proof, thanks

  • chriswarchal Chris (@chriswarchal) reported

@EE I’ve tried to call 360 twice to pay my bill and “there’s a problem with the payment service”

  • gizm083 dean ellis (@gizm083) reported

@EE So it is not just me then. I have sent a dm but if it is a wider issue then there is no point.

  • MrsWink13 LD (@MrsWink13) reported

@ViolaLevy @EE Yeah. I had the same issues when I left. They give you a massive spiel about being the best. I left 5 years ago and I've not noticed the difference with O2 or Vodafone and they were both a load cheaper.
