    @EE It goes from bad to worse!!!! Just waited 10 mins to be served in Sainsburys Emersons green only to be ignored and the guy jumps to the young lad who just walked in. On way to O2. Highly advise to stay away from EE folks!

    @JirwinArt @O2 I know how you feel. In the centre of Bath, O2 is horrendous. I managed to get their attention and had someone call me to tell me that they were aware of the network congestion and were working on it. I’ll be going to @EE as soon as I can

    @EE Disappointed? More like ripped off? Buy a new phone and SEPARATELY buy a new plug? So far,so #unsustainable I was told what a loyal, wonderful customer I was for staying with EE but failed to mention I needed a ruddy new plug!!! How? From where? What if I had limited mobility?

    Sitting in Inverclyde Royal Hospital, can’t get even 4G on @EE , guy next to me to me getting full 5G on O2, my phone is fully updated iPhone 17 pro max so no issue there, been with EE since T mobile, think I might have to switch, service is awful now.

For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company.     @EE It is terrible that I couldn't pay my bill on time. I phoned up & spoke to a very nice gentleman who said I was allowed to pay on 22/5/26. Yet you sent me an email saying you've tried to take dd again & it failed so I've been charged £12. I'm seriously considering leaving EE.

    @JoshCF_ Had the exact same **** with @EE broadband. 18 month contract came to an end, increased the initial price and new customers are £20 cheaper for the exact same deal. Retention is a joke to these bums.

    Warning to anyone thinking of switching to @EE - I’m switching to @plusnet on the same plan, £30 a month cheaper. Paid my final bill and an £86 exit fee on Friday. They cut me off the next day - six days b4 the switch. Still can’t get an explanation. Terrible service @EE
