@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@EE just printed out all the instruction I have facebook on the phone but not whatsapp the galaxy has lots of storage problems daily maybe even more than once a day

@EE When are you going to sort out coverage issues. It’s been a month now since I had service and all I get is it’s repairs to a mast further down the chain. Please fix it and stop saying it will be working in 16 hours as that’s clearly just lies

@EE I tried to get help in both Nottingham shops and no one knew even the samsung staff I have been told what to do but can't now no wifi because no virgin since they cut me off in april and are now history after 23 years corrupt now virginmedia never recommend anymore

@claire_j1981 @O2 I resisted for years, but after O2, then going to Three, then back to O2, I went to @EE after getting really good contracts for the kids, my coverage up around Strathyre to Tyndrum and along Loch Laggan to Dalwhinnie is far better on EE. I get data AND phone signal everywhere

@EE I came to the end of my 24 month contract in December, did not renew it as I have left the UK but have had charges to my UK bank account over the last few months which I need refunded. I cannot call the customer service number through Skype as it is a mobile number

1/2 @EE 's new 24 hour repair service is an absolute joke. Been 2 weeks now and I've had to send it off 3 times because the repair centre has been ignoring the problem. 2 promised callbacks have been and gone, not even a text to say sorry (1 retail staff, 1 cust service rep)...
