Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE can you tell me why on website is it telling me that i can get 100% discount on early upgrade BUT EVERY phone/sim plan shows me having to pay £xx to upgrade early - then when i tried online chat its not working.... (nothing showing to chat)

@EE Here’s the thing nobody cares about the stuff you are tweeting about they want customer service. They also want products at a DECENT price. If you charge a heck of a lot more then the product had better be like Gold standard not be extortionately priced. Clearly badly run!!

Absolutely baffling this - @ee are literally willing to lose a customer of 20 years rather than offer the same deal as a new customer. Even Cancellations aren't offering to match! Enjoy when new customer jumps ship again in 2 years and those willing to stay have been driven away!

@EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

@botrash @tonywaters @EE More fool you if you ask me. Why not bounce around every year? If the service or convenience is worth staying and paying then fair enough but loyalty means nothing to big companies.

Absolute fed up with @EE never getting a signal didn’t bother me much before but now my mam is generally really sick how I’m a supposed to receive or call my family to hear news about her on a daily basis
