@EE For most of today, my mobile phone has said ‘No Service’ Why? I have restarted it several times. It is only working over my home wifi (not supplied by EE) Surely I should not be paying for a service on the days when you don’t give me one?

@EE Hi, has the Volte option been removed from the iPhone 12? I have echo on calls in my car and was advised to switch this off on my 11 pro which solved the problem. Now the issue has returned but I can’t see an option to turn volte off - help!

@EE my broadband has been quite pants for a few weeks now; keeps dropping out. No problems in the area on your checker. The modem/router/box is almost 3 years old now, what's their shelf life?

My 78 yr old mother-in-law has had to move from @EE because she moved and can’t get a signal from EE. When we queried it you confirmed a mast was down. Anyway now we’ve been waiting for over 1 week for an unlock of her phone. All we’re being told is the form has been done?

@EE - I need to speak to someone urgently regarding a messed up PAC transfer. Your Bromsgrove branch has transferred my daughters number to the Vodaphone network by mistake. We spoke to your technical team and she was promised a call back between 3 and 4 today but nobody rang.

@EE what a joke received a text saying early upgrade waivered if choose same price plan for a smart phone. Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

@EE I've already tried, absolutely useless, rang to cancel, cancellatons said they'd pass me to billing to remove the charge. When eventually got through to them they refused to remove the charge and refused to cancel my account.

@EE still no update. the order number i've been given (by having to call up) doesn't show any order online and your online chat says it's closed while literally quoting hours that would mean it is open. how do i complain? this is beyond bad.

@EE Renewed broadband with you earlier which was fine & added an unlimited call pack which was also fine, but a 700 minute call pack is also included on the contract documents which we don't want. This happened yesterday & failed the renewal. Any help please?

@EE I’d love to know who was on the voting panel. I say bring back the old style dial up which was much more reliable than the service I am paying for! I have had so many conversations and still it’s not working. The only new items are the router and boosters. Hmmmmm?

@EE I am so disappointed with the service from EE. I have been told it’s my phone, the construction of the house, which incidentally has remained static for the last 10 years. You really need to solve this problem without any condescension! The signal is not constant.
