Never have that trouble with EE... we did have a few teething troubles when we got the broadband in at home but they were really good at testing, sending someone out.

I have echo on calls in my car and was advised to switch this off on my 11 pro which solved the problem. Now the issue has returned but I can’t see an option to turn volte off - help!

When we queried it you confirmed a mast was down. Anyway now we’ve been waiting for over 1 week for an unlock of her phone. All we’re being told is the form has been done?

Your premium service for which l am paying was merely intermittent but now goes off for 12-15 hours at a time . When it does return it's intermittent again . What’s worse - is your phone people were utterly unrepentant there was an error from EE’s side. I now need to teach a 90 year old to use a mobile for the first time!!
