@EE For most of today, my mobile phone has said ‘No Service’ Why? I have restarted it several times. It is only working over my home wifi (not supplied by EE) Surely I should not be paying for a service on the days when you don’t give me one?

@EE what a joke received a text saying early upgrade waivered if choose same price plan for a smart phone. Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

@EE - I need to speak to someone urgently regarding a messed up PAC transfer. Your Bromsgrove branch has transferred my daughters number to the Vodaphone network by mistake. We spoke to your technical team and she was promised a call back between 3 and 4 today but nobody rang.

@EE Hi, has the Volte option been removed from the iPhone 12? I have echo on calls in my car and was advised to switch this off on my 11 pro which solved the problem. Now the issue has returned but I can’t see an option to turn volte off - help!

My 78 yr old mother-in-law has had to move from @EE because she moved and can’t get a signal from EE. When we queried it you confirmed a mast was down. Anyway now we’ve been waiting for over 1 week for an unlock of her phone. All we’re being told is the form has been done?

@EE I am experiencing issues with your network. The speed is very slow almost like it is 3g speeds or maybe even slower. I have an unlimited 4g package with yourselves. Can you look into this?

@EE I needed help as no service. Rang EE and recorded message said EE would check and cut me off. I next got a text saying Hi from EE. We haven't found any issues with your network. Two days since EE have had further network problems. Changing network.

@O2 Your network in the city centre of Manchester is ATROCIOUS! Full bars, on 4G and can’t even send a WhatsApp. Friend I’m with, also O2, same issue. It’s basically unusable. Friend on @EE no issues at all. I want out!

Just rejoined @ThreeUK after 11 years with @EE. £21/ month cheaper for faster service (550mbps v 110) but also cheap @_CaffeNero_ ? If something is too good to be true it usually is, I think Three may be the exception.
