When we queried it you confirmed a mast was down. Anyway now we’ve been waiting for over 1 week for an unlock of her phone. All we’re being told is the form has been done?

Well, it did seem to get a little better but the main problem is I was travelling around quite a bit on Friday - Worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Solihull, pinpointing a postcode would be too difficult. Your Bromsgrove branch has transferred my daughters number to the Vodaphone network by mistake. We spoke to your technical team and she was promised a call back between 3 and 4 today but nobody rang.

Never have that trouble with EE... we did have a few teething troubles when we got the broadband in at home but they were really good at testing, sending someone out.

Your premium service for which l am paying was merely intermittent but now goes off for 12-15 hours at a time . When it does return it's intermittent again . So unable t work from home , unable to connect with family

I have echo on calls in my car and was advised to switch this off on my 11 pro which solved the problem. Now the issue has returned but I can’t see an option to turn volte off - help!

I've seen this in other countries, and there's no reason it can't be implemented in the UK. Because these networks don't have the ability or will to properly cover the entire country, there's absolutely no reason we can't have domestic roaming in the same way we have international roaming. They wouldn't have to charge for it (although I'd pay if I had to) because every single mobile network would benefit from it. If you can't get an EE signal, for example, you would roam to Vodafone instead. It could be switched on instantly with no expensive engineering needed, but they choose not to do this.

Found out last week it was never put into their system! I've been paying much more than I should have been. 3 trips to shop this week and app still shows wrong price.
