Well, it did seem to get a little better but the main problem is I was travelling around quite a bit on Friday - Worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Solihull, pinpointing a postcode would be too difficult. I have echo on calls in my car and was advised to switch this off on my 11 pro which solved the problem. Now the issue has returned but I can’t see an option to turn volte off - help!

Never have that trouble with EE... we did have a few teething troubles when we got the broadband in at home but they were really good at testing, sending someone out.

All the websites now have an AI bot that absolutely pointless but needs dealing with before speaking to a human. It’s just so frustrating and stressful.

Their newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline doesn't work. Customer service is appalling, also now told can only view bill via App. 😤 Good luck!

LK (@AMothersSon) reported@EE My roaming was all set up from my previous trip a few months ago. I've never had to take any additional steps prior to this. If I turn my phone on and off or manually search, it connects for just a minute. Already said I don't have access to another phone.
