Never have that trouble with EE... we did have a few teething troubles when we got the broadband in at home but they were really good at testing, sending someone out.

Your Bromsgrove branch has transferred my daughters number to the Vodaphone network by mistake. We spoke to your technical team and she was promised a call back between 3 and 4 today but nobody rang.

I have echo on calls in my car and was advised to switch this off on my 11 pro which solved the problem. Now the issue has returned but I can’t see an option to turn volte off - help!

Well, it did seem to get a little better but the main problem is I was travelling around quite a bit on Friday - Worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Solihull, pinpointing a postcode would be too difficult. Your premium service for which l am paying was merely intermittent but now goes off for 12-15 hours at a time . When it does return it's intermittent again . So unable t work from home , unable to connect with family

When we queried it you confirmed a mast was down. Anyway now we’ve been waiting for over 1 week for an unlock of her phone. All we’re being told is the form has been done?

She had a text from you saying her phone needed to be restarted to apply an update. Which she did and this is now on the screen. You can't switch the phone off or reset it. Its completely stuck

Nick Corston : FRSA : #I💛Art (@NickCorston) reported@EE Turned out that WH Smiths in Bude are selling EE PAYG Sims that have cancelled numbers and wouldn’t register on the network!!! They gave me two more, one was the same (£10 deal), another on a different deal (£15 top up) was OK

I even upraded thinking it was a fault with my phone buts its the same issue on both. Gen thinking of taking phone back and switching providers.
