EE Issues Reports Near Stokenchurch, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Stokenchurch and nearby locations:

  • TheJohnnyNorris Johnny Norris (@TheJohnnyNorris) reported from Wooburn, England

@EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

  • RussWWFC ⚽Russell Cox💙 (@RussWWFC) reported from Hazlemere, England

@tescomobile I'll be shopping around when I leave @EE in June, though I'm happy with the service, the rises are steep. Fancied another Pixel but you don't do that at the moment.

  • _CreateEvents Sarah Miller (@_CreateEvents) reported from Aston Clinton, England

@EE when will the signal in a Buckinghamshire improve? For the last week the signal is so poor there is no 4G???

  • Jamie367p Jamie Goodliffe (@Jamie367p) reported from Henley-on-Thames, England

Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

  • Wharfemeister Andrew O'Connor (@Wharfemeister) reported from Cholesbury-cum-St. Leonards, England

@chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

  • RyanRay74 Ryan R 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@RyanRay74) reported from Wooburn, England

@Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

  • lukehashman Luke Hashman (@lukehashman) reported from Princes Risborough, England

No service on @EE at the moment. Reported it to see if there’s a wider issue and apparently they will get back to me “within 48 hours”. Not the most helpful…

  • GarethDeanPR Gareth Dean (@GarethDeanPR) reported from South Stoke, England

@EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

  • CesaireF francky (@CesaireF) reported from Maidenhead, England

@Top_CashBack @EE With @Top_CashBack the advertised cashback amount never the one received. @quidco is more reliable

  • Gobshy8e Stevie Stevie (@Gobshy8e) reported from Marlow Bottom, England

@EE Help. I need to urgently go to Bosnia Herzegovina on Monday and have an EE payg SIM card. I have topped up credit on top of the monthly sim only plan but I can only call home numbers in Bosnia but it won’t allow me to call mobile numbers. How can I?

  • MarieB_Music Marie Bessant (@MarieB_Music) reported from Beaconsfield, England

@EE She really listened to my needs and found me the best plan and option with zero pushiness. I was only thinking about upgrading early, and her service made me sure. X

  • pezzaspurs Steve Perry (@pezzaspurs) reported from Thame, England

complain to @O2 about poor signal and no data.. they agree to send you a new sim card in the next few days and decide to completely cut you off before you've got it. Absolute amateur hour. Worst decision leaving @EE 🥺🥺🥺

  • adntaylor Alex Taylor (@adntaylor) reported from Tring, England

@hindleyoung @EE @MarcAllera As somebody who used to work for them, that makes me really sad. Unfortunately we got bought by BT, who promised not to screw us up, and then, erm, did. That’s why I left. Marc is a good guy though, so I hope he will fix things for you.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • KOL1978 Kieran (@KOL1978) reported

@EE Had two conversations this morning and on both calls my phone kept going silent for approx 5 seconds, several times on each call from 2 different people ? Any help?

  • KatAndTheTribe Catrìona♡ (@KatAndTheTribe) reported

@EE Hi sorry for some reason my notifications haven’t been coming through, the issue seems to have resolved itself thankfully but thank you for your help

  • TinyPurplePug Leighanne🦄 ⚯͛ △⃒⃘🚀🇺🇦 (@TinyPurplePug) reported

@EE I’ve done all of the above and it doesn’t work, even resetting it doesn’t help, but I will be cancelling it and going with someone else this has happened several times in the past not just last night so I’m not paying money for unreliable broadband

  • ExasperatedOf Daniel Morris (@ExasperatedOf) reported

@EE Hi Michael, appreciate reply, seems EE wants to offload traffic. 16 EE service alerts in 2wks show probs with @EE network, but you've no idea how terrible copper from *** cabinet to our homes is, nor how contended 4.2/0.5Mbps is for family. Splice 2022 FTTP run @WeAreOpenreach

  • Bets031221 Bets031221 (@Bets031221) reported

@EE Why don't you actually IMPROVE things instead of sitting there on your minimum wage *** doing just about enough to look interested & get your pay check? It would help if the social media team were actually people with brains & technical knowledge.

  • LuciaKlencakova Lucia Klencakova (@LuciaKlencakova) reported

@EE I need to talk to customer service to purchase PAYG plan with add-ons; calling from abroad what’s the number please?

  • baristurna BARIS TURNA (@baristurna) reported

I’m living at Ham and there is no reception on my #EE since days which is unacceptable! I find it very strange that kind of technical issues take so long to be resolved. It’s not that hard to provide temporary solutions such as mobile transmitter vans in this case, isn’t it? @EE

  • squawkbox Will. (@squawkbox) reported

@EE Hi Glen, I used to work at third line technical support for another network before going back to academia, so have done all the troubleshooting. This is something that EE needs to look at, as it is leading to poor customer experience.

  • GwenEvaBearLuvs Gwenny Eva: your dude-friendly egalitarian lebbi (@GwenEvaBearLuvs) reported

@EmmaCB_ @EE Women— commit 70% of DV commit reciprocal SA are responsible for the majority of online misogyny change (for instance) FVPSA to VAWA falsely accuse men of assault or **** protest shelters or organizations solely for men ...But it's a problem that begins and ends with men. Right.

  • AndyAndyhawes Andy (@AndyAndyhawes) reported

@EE hi guys can you help I am currently in Florida and I have the roam further pass as a bolt on . My phone is blocked from roaming so I can’t even call you !
