Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

@EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

@EE I've been onto support using MyEE, and they didn't really help. Unless the general service improves, there's not much that can help. No hardware issues or problems with my settings, so it's just bad mobile data on your end, I think.

@EE part 2 - I called the customer service line and the guy on the upgrade option was very helpful until I got though to Chanel returns when u can’t get thought to a person. Finally got through to Steve who was very unhelpful and blamed my wife and dpd

@EE I tried about an hour ago and received one email for verification but upon clicking the link it said link invalid and to try again but again no email for the retry. It is a sim-only pay monthly contract that we bought a few months ago but never registered for an online account

@EE @nathanmatthews Sorry so the 3.9% is to invest into your network? So at what point did any customer agree to pay EE a contribution to invest into tour own assets? Are us customer going yo be receiving shares in EE in return for this additional financial contribution? @MartinSLewis

@EE First a salesperson took a contract without my permission, then I was told a manager would contact me, then I was told my case had been closed without resolution, then contract was finally removed, was told loyalty team would contact me and this was a lie AGAIN.

Is it legal for a company to continue to charge you for a service that is out of contract and not give you the option to cancel from your account, without having to call and wait for 3 hours for a ******* answer? Im talking about @EE I have kids and cant even talk because Im ill.

@RenaudClaire @EE Mate I am fuming about this the last 6 months the EE network has been shockingly bad a quick search of social media confirms this for many customers. And they hit us with this increase. Been a loyal customer for 15 years. Time to change I think fed up of them
