    @EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

    @Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

    Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

    @hindleyoung @EE @MarcAllera As somebody who used to work for them, that makes me really sad. Unfortunately we got bought by BT, who promised not to screw us up, and then, erm, did. That’s why I left. Marc is a good guy though, so I hope he will fix things for you.

    @chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

    No service on @EE at the moment. Reported it to see if there’s a wider issue and apparently they will get back to me “within 48 hours”. Not the most helpful…

    @EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

    Seems @EE like to lie, I've got 4 lines been with you 10+ years never missed a payment, upgrade yesterday and best plan for samsung 22+ 125gb data was £30 upfront £59 a month(16:03 placed), 10:34 this morning I get a txt same phone,data £0 upfront £42.30 a month

    @EE advice from executive complaints regarding poor signal in our area. EE says they can’t offer any support if signal does not work in your home and it is to be expected that your phone works better outside. Great selling point if your thinking of a contract with EE

    @EE been a customer for at least 4 years, trying to upgrade and get passed to retentions department and they cannot offer anything close to a deal I can get with o2. Disappointed.

    @EE @bt_uk making a big song and dance about uninterrupted Wi-Fi using EE, yesterday I experienced a power cut and when I tried to get emergency help via my EE mobile, it wouldn't connect to internet, who's fault is it, BT say it's you guys?
