    @hindleyoung @EE @MarcAllera As somebody who used to work for them, that makes me really sad. Unfortunately we got bought by BT, who promised not to screw us up, and then, erm, did. That’s why I left. Marc is a good guy though, so I hope he will fix things for you.

    @chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

    @Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

    No service on @EE at the moment. Reported it to see if there’s a wider issue and apparently they will get back to me “within 48 hours”. Not the most helpful…

    @EE She really listened to my needs and found me the best plan and option with zero pushiness. I was only thinking about upgrading early, and her service made me sure. X

    @EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

    Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

    @EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

    Very poor service from @EE was told in store that my cheapest option would be to take a new phone line out rather than upgrade. However was not told I’d have a huge cancellation fee or have to continue paying for a phone I don’t use! After over 15 years custom I’m fuming!

    @EE I've been waiting for you to give me access to my bill since Thursday. I've called twice and apparently it has been done. IT HAS NOT. Called again, waited 15mins, got an engaged tone and then cut off. Please help
