    Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

    @Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

    No service on @EE at the moment. Reported it to see if there’s a wider issue and apparently they will get back to me “within 48 hours”. Not the most helpful…

    @chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

    @EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

    @EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

    @EE well I knew it wouldn't be long until I was back here. I raised my complaint, spoke with your complaints team, who agreed with me and offered to honour the deal originally pulled by your customer service team. Was offered an email to back up what customer service agreed 1/2

    @EE it is possible to send me a free SIM card just so I can test the signal in by house with you? Could never get a signal before but you have installed a 5G mast less than half a mile away from me. Don’t want to pay £10 for one if no signal still. With O2 at the moment.

    @EE It sorted itself, was just a gripe that it was the second time in as many weeks that the network had gone down when it was needed the most 🙄🙄

    @EE Hey EE, how about sorting your system so that when the weather gets above 25c your phone system doesn't go down? In the north east, and once again, can't make or receive phone calls.

    @EE is there an issue with the app on android? It's not letting me log in and keep getting a try again later. It's doing it on 2 different phones.

    Hey @EE there seems to be an issue with the app since it was updated. Everytime I login into it, it logs me back out after a short period of time and I have to enter all my details once more, slightly annoying that it keeps happening.

    @EE second time our broadband has gone down in 6 days.. I wouldn't mind if it was for a few mins or even an hour but last time it was down for many hours! I have work I need to do and not enough data to hotspot. Any idea when it will be back up? CW8 area by the way

    You’ve really let me down this week @O2 My signal in Blackpool has been terrible. Completely nothing at times. And other times virtually unusable. It’s the last straw. Been with you for nearly 20 years. This will be my last contract. @ee has 5G in places here.
