EE Issues Reports Near Stokenchurch, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Stokenchurch and nearby locations:

  • CesaireF francky (@CesaireF) reported from Maidenhead, England

@Top_CashBack @EE With @Top_CashBack the advertised cashback amount never the one received. @quidco is more reliable

  • Jamie367p Jamie Goodliffe (@Jamie367p) reported from Henley-on-Thames, England

Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

  • RyanRay74 Ryan R 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@RyanRay74) reported from Wooburn, England

@Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

  • TheJohnnyNorris Johnny Norris (@TheJohnnyNorris) reported from Wooburn, England

@EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

  • Wharfemeister Andrew O'Connor (@Wharfemeister) reported from Cholesbury-cum-St. Leonards, England

@chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

  • MarieB_Music Marie Bessant (@MarieB_Music) reported from Beaconsfield, England

@EE She really listened to my needs and found me the best plan and option with zero pushiness. I was only thinking about upgrading early, and her service made me sure. X

@EE What are the issues in the HG3 area please? Having issues with Sky Broadband and now EE

  • LPLiveTweet LPLiveTweet (@LPLiveTweet) reported

@EE Thanks for this. I'm 18 months into a mobile contract, so have been though this once before, but have been an EE customer for many years. However I will now look for a provider who doesn't hit customers with unreasonable price rises. So, as I asked, how do I go about cancelling?

  • AliTerrington Ali Terrington (@AliTerrington) reported

Oh @EE, what are you doing? The WORST customer service, plus a 10% increase on our bill mere weeks after we renewed contracts with you? Poor show. Poor, poor show. #CustomerService

  • LPLiveTweet LPLiveTweet (@LPLiveTweet) reported

@EE I do appreciate you engaging on this issue but my £25 p/m contract from Sep 2020 is shortly to cost £28.50 p/m, equivalent to a £40 pa increase in a little under 18 months - or around 14%. I can't see how this can be acceptable.

  • Johnboy1977 John (@Johnboy1977) reported

@EE part 2. There are no brick walls between my tv and hub. It says it takes 10 days for the broadband to settle down. I have a string suspicion I will be leaving within my cooling off period this is not good.

  • GeorgeA19879107 George Archibald (@GeorgeA19879107) reported

@EE your service is terrible. I'm paying you every month for Internet that's unusable. Paid for for separate subscription service that I can't even use because the service I'm paying you far is so dreadful.

  • andrewjago Andrew Jago (@andrewjago) reported

@EE his is there a problem with the signal in the RM14 area? I have had no signal all day.
