Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

@chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

@EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

@EE It’s about being overcharged since January so I guess billing/accounts. Have had two advisors say they’d sort the refund and would get back to me, but they never do.

@EE customer service is shocking. Took out a new phone with 20% discount in Nov and still yet I’m being charged at the price it states without the discount. I got in touch the other month and your operator said I would be back paid on next bill and discount will be applied (1/2)
