Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

@EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

@chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

@elliirosee @EE There was definitely an issue, my Internet went off around 5pm and them sporadic access for a number of hours. It seems denial is not just a river in Africa!

@EE @motaboy1979 Daily Mail now reporting EE is down in the UK as well as Facebook apps. The internet is broken. I thought it was my phone.

So @EE 4g goes down and somehow also blocks access to my broadband which isn't with #EE yet the only Internet related app I can access is twitter 🤔
