    Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

    @EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

    @bobbymoore76 @EE We are open until 20:00, if you dial 150 from your Mobile then you can go through fault automation (do test without speaking to help desk)

    @ee got to be the worst mobile network in the UK, meant to be 5G but phone says 3G. No internet without WiFi

    @EE I do not know why I didn't receive the notification @EE . Only saw your reply today. I just tried through the website and managed to login, so it's only happening through the app.

    “Watch your rabbits play in the garden and fix that server at home remotely, with 5G on @EE”, not quite what Kevin Bacon said on the ads but it’s what I just did at the local garden centre. Picked up some lovely plants too. Maybe I should film it instead 🤔

    Thinking if I should ring @EE to see if they can give me a deal on a new phone. I have discount online but thinking maybe they could do even better if I ring :) 10+ year customer as well
