EE Issues Reports Near Stokenchurch, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Stokenchurch and nearby locations:

  • Jamie367p Jamie Goodliffe (@Jamie367p) reported from Henley-on-Thames, England

Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

  • TheJohnnyNorris Johnny Norris (@TheJohnnyNorris) reported from Wooburn, England

@EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

  • CesaireF francky (@CesaireF) reported from Maidenhead, England

@Top_CashBack @EE With @Top_CashBack the advertised cashback amount never the one received. @quidco is more reliable

  • Wharfemeister Andrew O'Connor (@Wharfemeister) reported from Cholesbury-cum-St. Leonards, England

@chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

  • MarieB_Music Marie Bessant (@MarieB_Music) reported from Beaconsfield, England

@EE She really listened to my needs and found me the best plan and option with zero pushiness. I was only thinking about upgrading early, and her service made me sure. X

  • timdavisastro Tim Davis (@timdavisastro) reported

@philipbull @EE "Customers joining or upgrading" - so once my current contract comes to an end it will be an issue :-(

  • Rotmm Darren Allez l'OM ⚪ 💙 (@Rotmm) reported

@wavey_gravey @EE Honestly, I'm not entirely sure EE can be entirely blamed here. The reason Roaming works is because the EU forced reciprocal waiving of access to networks. If, however, EE, O2, etc are being charged by network providers in Germany, Poland, etc then those costs need passing on.

  • moldovia István Vilmos 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇵🇱🇭🇺 (@moldovia) reported

@trafficbasher @EE @ThreeUK Never trust big business but I do agree with u.

  • infromatiker Ingo (@infromatiker) reported

@EE Glad I’m not an @EE customer by the way.

  • GrndhoppingGrl NotGroundhoppingGirlAgain (@GrndhoppingGrl) reported

Oh. Well that sucks. @EE to start charging for roaming within the EU. Time to find a new phone provider.

  • pounce_uk Pounce (@pounce_uk) reported

@EE @WeAre8Official Going to cancel my account with you thieving bastards, and go with somebody else, hope to god millions do likewise and your business goes down the drain.

  • steelo1977 Ancient of mumu (@steelo1977) reported

@EE very poor choice returning to roaming fees. More so after saying your customers wouldn't face them. I won't renew any of my contracts if you go ahead with this. Might be no better off elsewhere but they won't have lied to me. #EE

  • ReallyRew Rebecca W (@ReallyRew) reported

@EE I’m taking it that the ‘upgrading’ part means that when a current contract comes to an end the charges will apply? Can see I’m not alone in wondering why I’ve stuck with you (I was an 🍊 customer) Introduce this with new contracts, but surely loyalty counts for something?!

  • hugh_wren Hugh Wren (@hugh_wren) reported

@ruskin147 Thanks @EE. That's a customer of 15 years that'll be leaving when my contract expires

  • edgeofbarkness nearly barking (@edgeofbarkness) reported

@ee When I renewed my contract you did not mention you were going to charge me for data roaming. Please let me know how to cancel my contract
