Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

@chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

@EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

@EE just been on hold for 20 minutes … finally got through to somebody who then said “let me transfer you” and then the call was ended in your end … I only joined you guys today because the customer service was supposed to be great 😒
