@chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

@EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

@EE I went from an S10+ to and S21 Ultra. Google tells me a network refresh from yourselves would sort the issue

@EE Our EE broadband went down today. I called and was told it’ll take 2-4 working days for someone to look into it. Partner and I are WFH - we rely on the internet to do our job. I’m a customer for 10 years - how is this good customer service? EE is putting our jobs in danger

.@EE Any issues Exeter EX1 and EX2? I see you have 5g now, but am unable to make and receive calls. As soon as I'm out of the area, back to normal. No data either.
