Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Stokenchurch and nearby locations:
-
Luke Hashman (@lukehashman) reported from Princes Risborough, EnglandNo service on @EE at the moment. Reported it to see if there’s a wider issue and apparently they will get back to me “within 48 hours”. Not the most helpful…
-
Sarah Miller (@_CreateEvents) reported from Aston Clinton, England@EE when will the signal in a Buckinghamshire improve? For the last week the signal is so poor there is no 4G???
-
Stevie Stevie (@Gobshy8e) reported from Marlow Bottom, England@EE Help. I need to urgently go to Bosnia Herzegovina on Monday and have an EE payg SIM card. I have topped up credit on top of the monthly sim only plan but I can only call home numbers in Bosnia but it won’t allow me to call mobile numbers. How can I?
-
francky (@CesaireF) reported from Maidenhead, England@Top_CashBack @EE With @Top_CashBack the advertised cashback amount never the one received. @quidco is more reliable
-
Ryan R 🏴 (@RyanRay74) reported from Wooburn, England@Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!
-
⚽Russell Cox💙 (@RussWWFC) reported from Hazlemere, England@tescomobile I'll be shopping around when I leave @EE in June, though I'm happy with the service, the rises are steep. Fancied another Pixel but you don't do that at the moment.
-
Marie Bessant (@MarieB_Music) reported from Beaconsfield, England@EE She really listened to my needs and found me the best plan and option with zero pushiness. I was only thinking about upgrading early, and her service made me sure. X
-
Andrew O'Connor (@Wharfemeister) reported from Cholesbury-cum-St. Leonards, England@chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.
-
Steve Perry (@pezzaspurs) reported from Thame, Englandcomplain to @O2 about poor signal and no data.. they agree to send you a new sim card in the next few days and decide to completely cut you off before you've got it. Absolute amateur hour. Worst decision leaving @EE 🥺🥺🥺
-
Jamie Goodliffe (@Jamie367p) reported from Henley-on-Thames, EnglandAppalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.
-
Gareth Dean (@GarethDeanPR) reported from South Stoke, England@EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.
-
Johnny Norris (@TheJohnnyNorris) reported from Wooburn, England@EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.
-
Alex Taylor (@adntaylor) reported from Tring, England@hindleyoung @EE @MarcAllera As somebody who used to work for them, that makes me really sad. Unfortunately we got bought by BT, who promised not to screw us up, and then, erm, did. That’s why I left. Marc is a good guy though, so I hope he will fix things for you.
-
Dave Hampton 🌍🌳 (@carboncoach) reported from Marlow Bottom, EnglandAnyone else having problems with the way @EE seem to measure monthly data use? EE are telling me I’m using significantly more -on average-and over a prolonged period- than I ever did on old @O2 contract (since switching: to save £1pcm) Nothing else has changed Over to you @EE
EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Dominic Geraghty (@DominicGeraghty) reported@EE I’ve tried calling you - no one seems able to help me. BT say I don’t owe them any money. Your broadband didn’t work in my new house, I returned the equipment and cancelled the contract in good time.
-
Martin Powell (@MartinPowe16355) reported@loisgriff_ @EE EE thats the problem
-
Jack (@UtdTait) reported@EE please respond to my DM. My Mum is in the USA and unable to buy a roaming pass because your system appears to be down. We have been sent in a loop of calling, being told to do a text conversation, and then being unable to receive texts while abroad. Please respond for help
-
MD. European. 🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@surfdoctor) reported@robbopalmer @EE They miss sold me their latest package and then tried to add on extra charges for the parts of the package that they had already promised were included. I cancelled within 14 days but they then charged me for early termination and equipment I never had. Absolute racketeering.
-
Emm (@BlackM1710) reported@NobleExcalibur @BenGungyal @EE Not if she doesn’t eg have password to access her online account: a v common issue in the elderly.
-
Gav (@aftertheflood_) reported@_NFFCJosh @EE frustrating. downdetector is reporting it. my issue my downstream fibre (installed 6months ago) has gone from 900Mb to 60Mb. whilst my upstream is still 70Mb and i dont know if its to do with their "app" issues and knock on effect or my end. i've rebooted all and its the same
-
Simon 101 (@sc101_101) reported@EE @BenGungyal The basic problem is that large companies (all, not just you) view long term subscribers as cash cows to be exploited rather than valued customers. The fact that switching supplier every two years is better than being loyal to one is a sign of a fundamentally broken system.
-
Jamie F-Welsh (@punkikin) reported@EE Complaint already escalated… however no real word… on to EE this morning to cancel… looking online so many people angry with lack of service, poor repair and addressing of issues… I’ll be adding to their voice. 2 weeks no broadband: comms between EE and Openreach not working
-
Samantha 🫧 (@samanfee) reported@EE why do you never have anything I want in stock 😩
-
Ken Miller (@KenMiller1969) reported@EE Your app isn't working, and I believe most EE systems are down. If you employ the cheapest developers, you get terrible systems. You reap what you sow
