Jamie Goodliffe (@Jamie367p) reported from Henley-on-Thames, England
Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

Johnny Norris (@TheJohnnyNorris) reported from Wooburn, England
@EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

Ryan R 🏴 (@RyanRay74) reported from Wooburn, England
@Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

Gareth Dean (@GarethDeanPR) reported from South Stoke, England
@EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

Andrew O'Connor (@Wharfemeister) reported from Cholesbury-cum-St. Leonards, England
@chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.
-
Sarah Miller (@_CreateEvents) reported from Aston Clinton, England
@EE when will the signal in a Buckinghamshire improve? For the last week the signal is so poor there is no 4G???
-
Marie Bessant (@MarieB_Music) reported from Beaconsfield, England
@EE She really listened to my needs and found me the best plan and option with zero pushiness. I was only thinking about upgrading early, and her service made me sure. X
-
Luke Hashman (@lukehashman) reported from Princes Risborough, England
No service on @EE at the moment. Reported it to see if there’s a wider issue and apparently they will get back to me “within 48 hours”. Not the most helpful…
-
francky (@CesaireF) reported from Maidenhead, England
@Top_CashBack @EE With @Top_CashBack the advertised cashback amount never the one received. @quidco is more reliable
-
Alex Taylor (@adntaylor) reported from Tring, England
@hindleyoung @EE @MarcAllera As somebody who used to work for them, that makes me really sad. Unfortunately we got bought by BT, who promised not to screw us up, and then, erm, did. That’s why I left. Marc is a good guy though, so I hope he will fix things for you.

@EE I’m glad your confident, I’m less so. I replied saying I’d try the DPD service but it depends where they’re located as it’s up to me to drop the phone at the DPD collection point apparently. I just hope there’s not

@honzabilek4 @EE @VodafoneUK That's interesting to know, yeah, I finally managed to get through to a Claire, who managed to help, she was great, managed to fix all that I needed after her colleagues had entirely messed my account up! 😲
-
Natalie O'Brien (@NatObri24601) reported

When you are used to Amazon's ordering process and delivery network, every other website seems terrible. Ordered something from @EE 24 hours ago and it's not even been processed yet.
-
Daniel Davies (@danjyyd) reported
@irving_graeme @lizxeden @EE 'by the 15th' isn't really acceptable when the order was placed a month previous and we know that stock is now received into the UK for those companies that had them on back order with Sony. The communication from EE has been terrible - they should be able to tell us
-
catherine beak (@beaky29) reported
@EE @RitaOra Really? I don’t think anyone should be paying Rita Ora to promote anything while the rest of us are locked down and she thinks it’s ok to have a party with her mates. Personally I’d look anywhere else other than EE
-
Chloe (@hellowandererUK) reported
@EE No worries and just cancel it completely, i don’t use it so obviously i would like to end the contract on it :)
