@hindleyoung @EE @MarcAllera As somebody who used to work for them, that makes me really sad. Unfortunately we got bought by BT, who promised not to screw us up, and then, erm, did. That’s why I left. Marc is a good guy though, so I hope he will fix things for you.

@EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

@EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

@Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

@chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

@EE I’ll just cancel to be honest, I moved my phone contract to Vodafone last year so I’ll probably do the same with this, just disappointed not to get to use any of the data I’ve paid for over 2 years

@EE I appreciate that, it just disappointing in the sense that nothing can be done with the fact I’ve paid 2 years for data I’ve not been able to use, it’s fair enough but I had issues with my phone contract which was why I left, never feel like EE actually care

@EE Finally managed to speak with someone via the App who then couldn’t really offer anything better than the standard webpage offers. I was hoping for better as a long standing customer but was a waste of time tbh. Looks like I’ll just see put my current deal and move provider.

@EE Voicemail still only a dial up service. And even that doesn’t work anymore. #poorcustomerservice. How many days does it take just to give me the service I’m paying for #disappointed Am not spending another entire day to sort out what should have been done already
