@EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

@EE I’m using iPhone 12 Pro Max says I have 4g full signal but can’t actually use internet nothing loads safari won’t work either. So I connected to my plusnet wifi and that’s working so maybe somethings wrong on with ee?

@EE Having a weird issue with data, can use iMessage and YouTube etc but not able to use mobile websites and certain apps, could you please indicate if you’re actually down? @DowndetectorUK seems to suggest I’m not alone! #eedown
