@EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

@foxtrotluna @EE I've had similar difficulties with other service providers. Until I politely reminded them that if my deed poll was good enough for HMRC, HMPO and the DVLA - why was that not the case for them?

Disgusting I wanted to add something to my plan with @EE I’ve been with you over 2 years but because I’m sim only and I have another sim@only on my account I can’t because I don’t have a phone with you! It’s a utter con, that’s the worst of EE I kind of dislike now 👎
