    Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

    @chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

    @EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

    @EE why is it I am in the middle of Oxford with 5G but 1 bar or less of signal? Have had no signal on my phone for weeks any help would be greatly appreciated

    Just walked into a @EE shop to look at new phone options. Was told sorry "no browsing due to covid"! WTF?! Since when has one of tier two restrictions been "no browsing"? There was only one other person in the shop. Bloody ridiculous

    @EE we've tried topping up my mum's payg phone online (not working), via text from her phone (not working) and then by calling 150 from her phone (not working). Any suggestions?
