    @EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

    Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

    @chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

    @EE why is it when a customer contact is up you just can't stop taking my money every month for something I'm not getting anymore I have called your customer services three times now and you still keep taking my money it's time I think to cancel myself and stop the debit.

    On January 11th another text from @EE warning me that if I didn’t return phone that I’d already traded in at the store on December 5th I would get a £275 charge. I phoned up again, explained it all, asked to call store which I did in l/down again told not to worry.
