Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Stokenchurch and nearby locations:

  • Wharfemeister Andrew O'Connor (@Wharfemeister) reported from Cholesbury-cum-St. Leonards, England

@chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

  • lukehashman Luke Hashman (@lukehashman) reported from Princes Risborough, England

No service on @EE at the moment. Reported it to see if there’s a wider issue and apparently they will get back to me “within 48 hours”. Not the most helpful…

  • _CreateEvents Sarah Miller (@_CreateEvents) reported from Aston Clinton, England

@EE when will the signal in a Buckinghamshire improve? For the last week the signal is so poor there is no 4G???

  • CesaireF francky (@CesaireF) reported from Maidenhead, England

@Top_CashBack @EE With @Top_CashBack the advertised cashback amount never the one received. @quidco is more reliable

  • GarethDeanPR Gareth Dean (@GarethDeanPR) reported from South Stoke, England

@EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

  • TheJohnnyNorris Johnny Norris (@TheJohnnyNorris) reported from Wooburn, England

@EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

  • adntaylor Alex Taylor (@adntaylor) reported from Tring, England

@hindleyoung @EE @MarcAllera As somebody who used to work for them, that makes me really sad. Unfortunately we got bought by BT, who promised not to screw us up, and then, erm, did. That’s why I left. Marc is a good guy though, so I hope he will fix things for you.

  • MarieB_Music Marie Bessant (@MarieB_Music) reported from Beaconsfield, England

@EE She really listened to my needs and found me the best plan and option with zero pushiness. I was only thinking about upgrading early, and her service made me sure. X

  • Jamie367p Jamie Goodliffe (@Jamie367p) reported from Henley-on-Thames, England

Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

  • RyanRay74 Ryan R 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@RyanRay74) reported from Wooburn, England

@Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

@EE Thanks Neil. Just out of interest while you’re replying could you outline your profit over the last year? And as an aside saying the rises are needed because people rely on the network is daft. They relied on it before didn’t they? 9.3% is not justifiable

  • ArcangeloDaniel Daniel D'Arcangelo (@ArcangeloDaniel) reported

@EE I’ve been trying to call 150 to activate as my bt smart add on doesnt work any more. Can you help please? Is there a problem with 150? Thanks

  • DottyDoolittle Dotty (@DottyDoolittle) reported

First class customer service from Danielle T at @EE this morning! I shall be refusing delivery of my @O2 handset arriving today, in favour of remaining with #EE after a much less satisfying communication with #o2

  • EllyPowis Elly Powis (@EllyPowis) reported

@EE can someone help, I have an account number but no phone number and all of your automated services won’t allow me through to discuss my bill without a phone number, which I don’t know as I had a sim only and no longer have the sim!

  • jon_newton01 Jon Newton (@jon_newton01) reported

@EE I notice your customer service number (150) isn't working now that you have announced a 9% increase in monthly bills... surprise surprise...

  • Emptynestfultum Jo (@Emptynestfultum) reported

@EE can’t get through to customer services 150 or 0800 - just cuts off

  • gcwoods1 Gordon Woods (@gcwoods1) reported

@EE Full Fibre? Not in my neck of the woods in N Shropshire. But nevertheless got a letter from @EE yesterday stating a 9.3% (CPI + 3.9%) only EE didn’t have the integrity to say it was 9.3%…too frightened of the reaction?? Gutless? Treat customers with respect.

  • AzzaMcQ Aaron McQuaide (@AzzaMcQ) reported

@EE is your call centre closed? Cannot get through on any customer service number?

  • kirstythealien kirsty👽 (@kirstythealien) reported

@EE worst ever phone provider in the ever. Strongly recommend anyone to look else where. Most unorganised, unprofessional service. After 7 phone calls still not one person knows how to solve the issue. Company filled with people who don’t know what they are doing.

  • Ruby251Tc Tim (@Ruby251Tc) reported

@EE no phone signal in Bampton, Devon for info.
