@EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

@EE No response to my message. EE has incorrectly informed credit agencies that I am in debt. My account has been closed and EE sent it two cheques as final payment to me. EE phone line has no way for an ex customer to navigate the menu.

@EE Hi Russ. Thanks for responding. They have been told they cannot cancel. I understand they will be looking further for advice as the vulnerable person is not aware of the consequences of what they have signed up for. Hopefully, a good store manager will see the difficult situation

@EE hello, I’m on a SIM contract for 10GB but I’m running out of data for this month. I looked up online and the instructions doesn’t work as the options on the ee app aren’t full. I’d like to add 5GB of data for this month only. Could you please help?

@EE we’ve had fibre plus installed a week ago since then our internet is hardly working it keeps coming on & off all the time it’s really bad & extremely frustrating what is causing this to happen ? If I knew it was this bad I would have bothered changing.
