@chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

@EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

@Top_CashBack @EE With @Top_CashBack the advertised cashback amount never the one received. @quidco is more reliable

@OpenreachHelp Yes it’s confirmed as an outrage but you won’t let any engineer be booked as you keep telling them to give you 24 hours to fix the damage caused by construction work in the area. This has been a week now. There is no help. It’s terrible from you and @EE

@fireflyphil @EE All Communication Providers (CPs) will need to offer and move landline phone customers to their VoIP phone service as Openreach and Virgin Media's analogue landline phone network will close by 2025. You'll probably find the majority of CPs doing mass migrations in next 12 months

Do you have an 8hr SLA for social media? You’re now texting me demanding money! It’s not like it’s £20 it’s a £250 contract pay off that I’ve already paid! Poor show @EE
