    @EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

    Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

    @Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

    @chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

    @EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

    @EE I assume that will change at some point as otherwise all the monthly customers would move to PAYG. Either way between the roaming announcement and getting ignored for days I already got my PAC code and submitted it to another network. Roaming charges are a red line for me.

    @EE I'm really not sure this is the sort of advertising claim you want to go for, track alignment is awful for mobile signal, train wifi is fed with kit that sits higher up and is better suited to dealing with that but my phone sure isn't.

    @EE Helpdesk already checked signal in area, no issues. They said there is a known issue with these boxes.

    @iamlozmaris @EE I'd just change provider. All I ever hear are problems with that network. Just go to @VodafoneUK instead.
