OMG @EE #brighton - the most incompetent service ever. Misleading information and complete inflexibility. After a wasted 45 mins I walked away. And now I’ll be walking away from EE as soon as I can. My recommendation - find another provider

@Jimmy_Jostle @EE Your seriously done with @EE just because they won’t let you upgrade for a broken phone. Regardless of what plan your on, any carrier wouldn’t let you early upgrade for free with a broken phone, hell most carriers wouldn’t even offer an early upgrade if your phone wasn’t broken.
