  @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 If this is genuine DO NOT make the switch. Regardless of cost, EE are the mut’s nuts. I moved from o2 because of how simply shocking they are. EE are the best network for a reason. You pay for what you get and on o2, you’ll get nothing !!!

  🚨SECURITY ALERT! If your @EE SIM card fails they require a maskless (& presumably no glasses / hat) scan of your face to replace it 🤬Also means any immunocompromised customer either risks their life or has to get a new phone number (top tip: NOT wt EE!)

  @EE with just awful customer service. "Sold" broadband to wfh and stream and we get 6 mps (six) to 10 (ten) down from 250 with old provider. Agent closed complaint within 5 seconds of setting it up (without consent). When the mobiles come for renewal they are all gone.

  I’ve only been a @EE broadband customer for a few more and we’ve had a few issues with our income through our fault of our own. I can’t even begin to put into words how unbelievably helpful and accommodating and they have been. Absolute top-notch customer service 👌
