  • ben_nuttall_ Ben Nuttall 🏳️‍🌈🚗⚡️ (@ben_nuttall_) reported from Hove, England

Wouldn’t it be good if Customer Service teams actually did what they told you they were doing… or if businesses had 100% transparency on their accounts, my @EE app for example wouldn’t it be good if I could see when you’ve just not done what I asked

  • 1louyates Lou Yates (@1louyates) reported from Hove, England

Ok! @EE ! You can’t just make u a number like £64 on landline calls without a detailed cost breakdown! I’ve not used my landline more this month so wtf!?

@EE I have never known such awful customer service. From a long time customer I have never been spoken to like that. Please could I have the details of your complaints team. Many thanks.

@EE Absolutely disgrace. I just came to @EE and now they are increasing my price suddenly. How can I cancel my contract?

  • ibailey500 Ian Bailey 💙 (@ibailey500) reported

@EE my iPhone reports 5G, with 2 bars of signal, but data does not work, even when forced to be 4G does not work. How can I find true signal strength in each room in house. Coverage maps give covered and status gives all ok

  • TruckerJoeUK Trucker Joe 🚛💨 (@TruckerJoeUK) reported

Well looks like I'll be calling it a day with @EE come June. Latest email is going up £5 soon. It's gone from £33 to £36 and now £41. As I'm a customer from #Orange days will soon be gone. @SMARTYMobileUK are offering 200gb 30 day contract for £17. No brainer really.

  • shadlx Richard Williamson (@shadlx) reported

Hi @EE I’ve just been in Australia and now in USA. my phone generally shows good signal but data rates are horrendously slow. Why is this?

  • hs1308xx hodz (@hs1308xx) reported

@EE hi my contact is ending in august but I’d like to keep it im on unlimited calls, unlimited texts and 120gb plan. Is that still available and can I just renew it i don’t really wanna leave the network

  • DogMooster Infinate Mooster Dog (@DogMooster) reported

@Hilwallmanc @EE Yep, material detriment (if applicable) is something you can use to try and leave the contract without penalty. Complain to EE, if no outcome or satisfaction within 8 weeks get a letter of deadlock and complain to communications ombudsman. It'll cost EE for every complaint.

  • tigwalker83 Gemma Walker (@tigwalker83) reported

@EE can i get help online chat with upgrades? The option is not there anymore?

  • vipodcasting paul Gough Hopkins (@vipodcasting) reported

@EE @Richard_hammond What help would EE actually offer. Standard in debt advice such as ask debt charities?Cutting the customer off until they pay? How do we get this magic other help then as we’re all pretty vulnerable to cost of living crisis.

  • vipodcasting paul Gough Hopkins (@vipodcasting) reported

@EE @Richard_hammond Their using boiler templates to respond to us. I had the exact same response about digital exclusion, bla, bla, bla the other day. Must be awful if you’re an actual human having to chose which template to use if you have any decency.

  • john1genius john graham (@john1genius) reported

@EE Having tolerated persistent failure of service at home during the last 6-8months and still using age old router I am glad to say I will have left your Fibre Phone and mobile in two weeks. £290 well spent! Britain's worst network 🖕
