  @AJHobbsy @EE Totally agree, the CX is terrible. Getting a phone from EE is great, the team on the phones are brilliant Once a phones goes wrong and you walk in to a store.. they are horrendous. Once they work out you're not there to increase their revenue they pass you around. #EE #Bullring

  @EE can you tell me why I can spend the vast majority of the day at Paultons Park which is entirely outside with no signal to load anything whatsoever despite having 2 bars and 5G showing? Really is soo poor, due for renewal next month making my decision pretty easy.

  @EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you can’t do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying £65 a month for contract. Poor poor service

  Now in the process of setting up every single one of my devices at home after being told a router reset would NOT change the network name or password. Thanks Libby from @EE (and incidentally if you fixed the issue in the first place I wouldn’t need to keep calling) 😡
