  • ChelmsfordAhmed Chloe Ahmed (@ChelmsfordAhmed) reported from Chelmsford, England

I live in Chelmsford in a large housing estate and have 0 signal inside my house. If I want to make a call I have to, well use the stupidly expensive landline or sit in my car on the driveway 🤣 @EE #Mobilecoverage #CM1 #chelmsford

  • AlexDay96 AD (@AlexDay96) reported from Halstead, England

£16 added to my bill by @EE .. for trying to call... THEM! And they never even answered! Back to Vodafone come July!

  • JackHorrey Jack Horrey (@JackHorrey) reported from Chelmsford, England

@EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

  • KirstenJayn Kirsten (@KirstenJayn) reported from Great Notley, England

@EvilGayTwin @johnellis83 @EE My signal is so frustrating, times it even says I have pretty much full 4G signal yet nothing loads

  • hattieholmes_ Hattie Holmes (@hattieholmes_) reported from Braintree, England

@EE Mark at the EE store in Braintree gave me the customer service I have ever had, he deserves recognition so I’m tweeting you about it! #mark #ee #eebraintree

@EE can you please advise how I cancel an upgrade within the cooling off period and send the phone back. Thanks

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ElectricBearCom Jimmy R (@ElectricBearCom) reported

@EE No home Internet connection since the morning and no way of checking if there's a problem on your end, service status checker seems to be mobile network only. Tried restarting the hub multiple times, unplugging the cable to the socket, even a factory resstart

  • ValveRpz RPZ valve testing (@ValveRpz) reported

@EE In January 2021 EE promised there would be no increase in phone charges in Europe, you lied and I will no longer use your network.

  • Yoonicorn252 The Dalek of Yoon 🇬🇧🇬🇧🏴‍☠️ (@Yoonicorn252) reported

@EE Investing in customer services is more than a financial transaction. Small charges grow, it’s the start of a slippery slope. Those of us who travel will gravitate towards other suppliers who honour their zero EU roaming charge promise.

  • ProEUdreamer Kevin (@ProEUdreamer) reported

@EE You previously vowed not to reintroduce EU-roaming charges. How can anyone feel confident using a network which lies and gets too grEEdy?. Obviously more interested in satisfying your shareholders. BT fatcats just cannot get enough cream! I hope you lose a lot of customers!

  • bellyncfc supanotts (@bellyncfc) reported

@EE Yes well my contract is up in Oct,can you mark it down now that I am 100% leaving at that date for another company that does not rob

  • DadPool40 DadPool (@DadPool40) reported

@EE what a joke. I have 3 months left to upgrade and a broken iPhone and you won’t do anything. Not good customer service. #ee #crapcustomerservice #stayaway

  • WillLambert4 Will 🌍🌳⚡️ (@WillLambert4) reported

@EE are you aware there’s an issue with login on the ‘my EE’ app? Can get to my account fine on webpage, but app just returns the ‘username or password not recognised’ I’m Absolutely using the same. Quite a few other comments on App Store indicate this is impacting others

  • venkman2_11 Paul Steer (@venkman2_11) reported

@EE Can’t beat trying to upgrade on your website when you get to the final page and it comes up with “can’t find the page”. If it wasn’t bad enough every other company undercuts you on price you make it as difficult as possible

  • angewilliams92 ange (@angewilliams92) reported

@EE absolutely rubbish customer service called up today to ask what deal they could offer when my contract ends. The call ended with the person saying “we can’t help you. Call back on august 1st to cancel”. Wow.

  • Ginger___Gaming GG (@Ginger___Gaming) reported

@EE I understand 5G will depend on my coverage but I was told I was in an area to receive a suitable 5G signal strength to surf, stream etc but with previously mentioned speeds I was unable to do anything at all and just outside of London and not on a mountain having a shave!
