Why don’t BT have live chat? What a ball ache... just had an issue with @EE and they got it sorted spot on over live chat with an agent.... BT broadband. Poor effort

@EE my partner has been having issues with his phone since 23rd December and is unable to connect to MyEE App, Google, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger etc via WiFi or Mobile Data. Is there an issue with the network at all?

Can honestly say @EE are the worse company for customer service. Ruined Christmas and all they will do is give 30 quid refund after years of being a customer and not even looked after.Sold a contract under false pretences and also told agift would arrive guaranteed. #LieAfterLie

@EE I have! I’ve been told “24 hours” three or four times!!! You’ve had 168 hours since I should have had a service so far and they keep telling me lies!
