@EE Lots of failed DNS lookups to non-Facebook properties, slow data rates. The usual.

  • VickieGermaine Vickie Sargent (@VickieGermaine) reported

@EE is there some kind of service issue? Can't connect to the Internet despite the TV being able to, so don't think it's our Internet provider. Been waiting for someone to respond on live chat for 40 minutes now 💔

  • John__Robinson John Robinson (@John__Robinson) reported

@sophslou @EE There's a suggestion EE's DNS servers are down. For both to go down suggests they are having infrastructure issues. I won't hold my breath for a quick resolution if that's the case - it'll take them at least 12 hours to read up what DNS stands for.

  • TrustMeImmaNerd Rebecca Burge (@TrustMeImmaNerd) reported

@EE I have tried 18 times today to contact yourselves about you overcharging my bill. Where it should be £40 you've taken £123. I finally got through to someone who left me on hold to get her team leader for 30 minutes then hung up. As well as overcharging my network is down.

  • neilbuilder1969 Builder (@neilbuilder1969) reported

@EE hi can you tell me if your broadband is down in my area. I can't connect to the Internet. Tried switching router off and on and have reset it and still no joy.
