I give in, now I can't even get past the automated @EE Message to speak to someone and the time is running down on my window of Return. I think im just going to take it to the nearest #EE Store. Because u can't spend all day trying to correct something that isn't my fault.

@EE I can't get through to a customer service advisor due to the high amount of calls you're receiving. Tried multiple times. You are a communications network provider??? Get some more staff to communicate with your customers.
