    @EE hi, I’m trying to change my direct debit date but not having much luck. I called 150 to but the automated service just set me up a new direct debit ! All I simply want to do is change the date ?

    @EE your data network is down here in Leeds. Entirely - no throughout although it's connected to 4G. Looks like you have a network issue but blame some "social networking" issue. Get a grip please!

    Maybe @EE should change their name to NN.. "Nothing Nowhere" No mobile data network for thousands of their customers! Its not difficult to issue a statement saying they have a problem and to give a timeframe on when it will be fixed. Useless!

    @EE can you please acknowledge you have a network outage? I've had no signal all day. It seems a national problem from reading the tweets. My postcode is RH12 area. Every reply from you says "that's strange, please DM your postcode" isn't helping the situation! Update us!
