    @ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

    @EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

    @EE I am trying to cancel my rolling monthly contract as I now live abroad and I don’t have my old phone or SIM card with me. How can I cancel my contract from abroad without having the sim/number active anymore . I can’t do it from my account online as it needs an OTP to the no.

    @EE Oh so they is someone alive there? I have got 39 hours to sort this issue with my tablet line, if we miss out on the promotion due to @EE inability to address our very simple issue then we will be taking our business elsewhere.
