@EE Hi, I've communicated with 5 different people so far (well 6 including you) 4 in support & 1 from the complaints team since the problem occurred: each time I've received different timescales but I'm no closer to having the issue resolved.

I took my faulty phone to @EE yesterday but they said the system was down so I couldn’t get a replacement phone. Is your system up and running again? @EE
