    @mark_a_ellison @EE Similar problem with Hastings Direct. Not been able to get through on the phone to cancel car insurance policy for almost 3 weeks. Finally got through after pressing numerous buttons & hanging on for 27 minutes & then want £6.91 for insuring me past expiry date of policy. Joke

    @EE been a customer for 25 years and never felt so let let down! Ordered iPhone 24 expected it to arrive today and the expected delivery date was changed overnight. @EE didn’t even send an sms to explain why! Poor service
