    Given up. Tried the process exactly as stated on the glossy package from @ee with another email address. It just doesn't work. Worst customer onboarding experience ever.

    Please sort your rubbish network @EE rather than showing some stupid advert of someone being shaved remotely on a mountain top. Try doing that on the North Norfolk coastline and then watch the blood spill everywhere.

    @EE Network you can trust!!!!!! Your network is awful I spoke with your team a month ago and still today this has not been sorted I have 4 phones with you yet you continue to offer a substandard signal that continues to drop out and your mast is 5 mins walk from me

    @EE Im trying not to be rude here but im honestly getting fed up with it- Its impossible for me to believe that a phone battery degrades that much in under a year! my last phone took 3 years to get to this point. Yes the phone has been reset about 3 times by you and apple, no diff

    @EE Its been like it since 9pm it's now 9am that 12 hours so you guys can't try that hard to get it up and running..if I did have an update from your tech team I wouldn't be saying I've not had an up date would I..12 hours the service I pay for has been down.....best network my arse

    Terrible service and harassment from @EE for my Nanna 🥺 stopping her from topping up her phone, rude call takers and then the phone being unusable.

    @EE I got told to phone them and explain so i did, to be told the phone lasts 14 hours which im assuming they werent using it so obviously it would. Its on its way back to store now as they just reset the software - which isnt the issue. It is unbelievable 1/2
