@EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

I live in Chelmsford in a large housing estate and have 0 signal inside my house. If I want to make a call I have to, well use the stupidly expensive landline or sit in my car on the driveway 🤣 @EE #Mobilecoverage #CM1 #chelmsford

@EE just got a call from “ee” saying my SIM card will stop working in 3 days. I said I would call EE myself, I hung up they called back immediately.I blocked them. Tried to report it but no customer service on the app that work. Considering shopping for another carrier.

@EE Customer service for Broadband issues is non existent! For 3 weeks I keep getting promised a fix to my problems 'in a few days' and nothing ever happens. No-one owns the issue at all, and a manager is never available.

Totally disgusted with the customer service I've had off @EE in the last month. Spoken to customer service 8 times and still bill and service not close to reality. Avoid.
