@ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

@EE EE via 3rd party had better deals & the rep said "they're cheaper as we have more overheads than them". That is not an acceptable answer for a contract £10 a month cheaper...they then offered me a cheaper deal. Why not offer a loyal customer a good deal first of all?

@EE internet is down in arbroath angus. Can you confirm? We have no internet for one 1hr and are home working. Router all green and restarted many times.
