@WeAreOpenreach for a year you have been supposedly working on our line to fix it, jumping between @EE & yourselves & nobody actually doing anything 😠, I am getting a little bit annoyed!!

Well just had to contact @EE technical team and wow years of dealing with @VodafoneGroup and customer service another level. Contacted the tech team direct through the EE app and all fixed and sorted within about 20 minutes. Excellent service and really nice chaps. 5 star service

@EE so I’ve had about 30% coverage on my mobile since august… rang EE to complain and they explain that 2 out of 3 towers are down and refunded my money.. In December I rang AGAIN and was put through to a guy called Steve and he explained that the main tower in Sutton

Terrible experience with @ee who told me they had sent an email saying my deal was about to expire I received nothing and then quoted me a price for an iphone 13 then cut me off when I phoned back refused to honour the previous quote IS this legal #ee #complaint #lies

@EE Hi Linzi, my EE app tell me I can upgrade but when I select a phone it tell me their is no suitable plan and that’s for every phone on the website ? I hope u can help me
