    Best uk internet supplier for reliability? Since moving house our @bt_uk / @EE “unbreakable” wifi has been down for a solid week and they have told us if we want to break contract to switch we won’t be penalised as a result

    @EE New Customer, new phone number, and EE dont answer, recognise my number, seems I need an activation code, guess what, the EE website, says my number belongs to someone else, wow, 1st Day and zero service, exactly 40 minutes waiting now, I made an error, big time, awful

    Just to let my Twitter Family know that if you fail to respond to a text message from @EE about your contract coming to an end they will continue to take payments on devices that have already been paid for in full. In my case to the tune of £600. Money that is not theirs.
