I live in Chelmsford in a large housing estate and have 0 signal inside my house. If I want to make a call I have to, well use the stupidly expensive landline or sit in my car on the driveway 🤣 @EE #Mobilecoverage #CM1 #chelmsford

@EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

@EE After my 94 year old father's phone broke, which is on a Contract with EE, I sent my partner in with note for a micro SIM, instead he was sold a new 2 yr contract, complained to customer service, told go to store where they tried telling I had no right cancel, DISGUSTING!!

@EE so I’m thinking of joining you in November cuz I’m sick of @VodafoneUK ‘s unreliability. I use my phone hotspot a LOT with my unlimited data. Is there any limit to what I can use my data for with my phone hotspot on your network? I don’t have broadband which is why I use it
