I live in Chelmsford in a large housing estate and have 0 signal inside my house. If I want to make a call I have to, well use the stupidly expensive landline or sit in my car on the driveway 🤣 @EE #Mobilecoverage #CM1 #chelmsford

@EE normally I get a request to rate your services after a call odd how none came through now. Your employee was abhorrent and rude and should not be in a front facing role if she hates questions and ppl. Tech support was polite and very helpful though. Grateful!

@EE I did speak to the store as I want to move to sim only and they weren’t able to give me that offer. Have requested pac code to move customer service from een when trying to upgrade was really poor.

In the middle of asking a very rude customer service person from @EE to break down my bill, she hung up. Asked her to speak to someone else as she was abrupt/unhelpful/impatient, she ignored my request. Called back 4 times can’t get through. I loathe this company.

For the avoidance of doubt, the call handler was lovely and not at fault at all. We talked about transphobic barriers and I pointed out that this was a prime example of one! So, @EE, what are you going to do to fix this...?

@EE Hi mark no this is a 24 month contact also.upset that I havnt been offered the same deal after being a loyal customer for 7 years with 2 phone contracts & broadband with yous.Honestly this time I will have no choice but to take my accounts elsewhere but I’d prefer to stay
