@EE would anyone who cares about customer service please get in touch. I have a faulty home router and I've just been told to send it in for repair WITH NO REPLACEMENT. Advice is to run my home broadband via a phone hotspot. Yes really!!

@EE @JakePlaskitt I am having the same issue. Tried multiple browsers and it just says can’t reach this page.

  • jenniferfleur Daisy (@jenniferfleur) reported

@EE Hi Helen, thanks for the quick reply! I’ve tried that yesterday and again today but just get the error message “Sorry, we're having some trouble completing your request at the moment. Please try again later.”

  • ATJ01031968 Andrew T Jones (@ATJ01031968) reported

@EE Instead of making adverts about how great your broadband is, how about improving your network coverage. The two places I'm at the most, home and work, it's virtually non existent. Be better off with two paper cups connected with a bit of string. #EE #Useless

  • skezzas ⓈⓀⒺⓏⓏⒶ (@skezzas) reported

@MrNTango @EE They usually have a few flashy features that your average user never uses after the 1st week, the best upgrade possible would be a battery that lasts a week and Samsung supporting firmware for their phones for longer instead of launching 10s of phones every year
