@EE could you please explain why 4 phones in my house on your network have no signal or very little signal. Even when we have a little signal our phones say "emergency calls only". Just lost 1.5 hours of my life, and fankly the will to live, on a support chat which was no help!!!

Absolutely sick of adding BT sport to my benefits @EE . Every single time I do it, the log in fails and I have to call you to fix it. What’s the point in paying for ‘benefits’ when it’s a total pain to set up

"We're experiencing a high level of calls at the moment, so you may experience a delay" If this happens EVERY time I call you, @ee, it is not unusual, it is usual and you are therefore understaffed and under-resourced because you have not invested enough in customer service.

Update on phone gate. - Eventually I managed to cancel my contract with @EE. It’s going to cost me £220 when they can’t fulfil the services - got to love “we can’t guarantee indoor coverage” small print. - I’ve gone to @ThreeUK, got the iPhone SE 2022. £40 v £58 I was paying.

£7 a day for 500MB of data. Are @EE ***************? So I can’t use my phone in turkey without a hefty bill. O2 is £6 but atleast the internet is unlimited and you get calls and texts too: absolute joke man. Cannot wait to get off this network honestly.

So @EE now decides to send an apology and a little baggy to my old address to collect the phone that was fraudulently ordered via my account and never received and that they confirmed was sitting in a DBD station.
