@EE @Pete_Bassist As a customer we sign a contract agreeing to a price, as a company why don't you agree to all contract for a set price throughout that duration? The customer doesn't recieve anything extra for the increased prices year on year.

@EE when can a customer expect to find out cost to continue plan after it contract period ends if do not wish to upgrade - family members contract is up in less than 28 days and not heard anything and nothing on account

@Pete_Bassist @EE @Ofcom You can leave penalty free. U just say you do t agree to the out of contract rises in feb and its a breach of contract and therefore you wish for them to terminate the contact penalty free and provide the pac code. What’s the issue

@EE @Pete_Bassist Still a joke mind EE. To me a contract should be set at a price and if that increases the customer should be able to cancel. Bit like the roaming charges. All about the profit💰💰💰

@EE is your site down tonight ? Hub has been flashing green/aqua (both colours look the same) since about 10.45pm I’ve switched it off, unplugged, rebooted still the same I’ve also done a factory reset to no avail still flashing Have switched it off for the night now
