@ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

@EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

As a 10 year @EE customer, last year I went into @EE store and explained that I wanted to obtain a basic phone for my 94 year old hospitalised grandmother so she could receive pictures and updates because she was so isolated and lonely without being allowed visitors
