    @EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

    £16 added to my bill by @EE .. for trying to call... THEM! And they never even answered! Back to Vodafone come July!

    @EE Hi there, I know that is your standard reply, but I have since learnt that this is a widespread issue. You really need to change your standard reply to something more meaningful for your customers (and/or pin a response)
