@mouthwaite @EE I had been with them since they were ‘one to one’, they had no interest in keeping me as a customer. I gave up on them and bit the bullet and switched to an alternative provider, it was the best decision.

@EE making calls this morning was absolutely fine but for the last hour or so every time I try to call someone it comes up “call failed” I have tried turning my phone on and off, I have come off the WiFi and reconnected but it’s still not working and still coming up call failed.

@EE Just general dog slow 4G, been like it for months and as Wi-fi is poor throughout the house 4G was best but now I’m at a point of it’s just poor across all the devices in the house, specifically IOS devices
