  • ash_flay Ash (@ash_flay) reported from Swillington, England

@TheSatanicWasp @EE They’re a shocking company to deal with Jay, I was with them for a few years but had had enough of the customer service experience, or lack of it more to the point. Finally jumped ship to @O2

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

  • d2_savv Dan Grott (@d2_savv) reported from Doncaster, England

@EE I’m having issues with my phone service in doncaster i’ve got no phone service at all i’ve reset my phone i’ve put my phone into airplane mode is there any issues on doncaster south yorkshire?

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

  • jan3986 Janice Tiffany (@jan3986) reported from Castleford, England

    @Gaynz83 @EE Omg! Gaynz that’s awful. Xx

  • simr1984 Richard Sim (@simr1984) reported from Hensall, England

@EE I’m not one to tell you how to do your job, but as a long time happy customer of your broadband, why have you let BT use the headline of “the only broadband provider to harness the power of EE’s mobile network”. Isn’t this something you should be doing?

  • DannyFarrar1987 Daniel Farrar (@DannyFarrar1987) reported from Rawmarsh, England

@EE how can I make a complaint been put on hold by your advisors whilst trying to get a PAC code, surely this is against @Ofcom regulations to avoid giving out PAC codes

  • jonathan_peck Jonathan Peck (@jonathan_peck) reported from Castleford, England

@EE 22 August I upgraded my SIM only contract to a new 24 month contract. Received confirmation email & everything had updated correctly in My EE. Today, looking at My EE, my contract has changed again to a 30 day contract, can you help?

  • bethxnyjxyne Bethany Jayne Ⓥ✨ (@bethxnyjxyne) reported from Featherstone, England

@EE not even been 2 weeks and my broadband is not working again🙃

  • jmyorks Just Music Yorkshire 🏆 (@jmyorks) reported from Castleford, England

Knew I shouldn't have got out of bed..latest, out walking, sneezed and one of my galaxy bud earbuds falls out, rolls down the street and down a drain. Gutted @EE

  • ialigizakis Ioannis (@ialigizakis) reported from Leeds, England

@wynngeol @EE I am having issues at Leeds. No data at all 4G and 5G. I also have issues with my ADSL.

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@EE Seems a bit pointless allowing your staff to offer F&F discount at all if its incompatible with completely standard deals, so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be true! I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?

  • theandycooke Andy (@theandycooke) reported from Barnsley, England

@O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

  • Emmyloubradders Emma Bradbury (@Emmyloubradders) reported from Cawthorne, England

@EE anyone else having the same problem? Agreed a new contract with #ee they’ve overcharged me extra £11 per month and charged £50 for the handset which should have been free. Still waiting for a call back from 22/7 was told it would be within 72 hours. I have the chat transcript

  • cal92scho Callum Schofield (@cal92scho) reported from Normanton, England

@dan_rar @EE Nope. They said they wouldn’t do it, their competitors haven’t done it. And now they’ve done it. I repeat: **** @EE

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

  • gbmcfc GLENN (@gbmcfc) reported from Leeds, England

@EE sort your signal out between Leeds n Huddersfield..... ****

  • shaunjharley Shaun Harley (@shaunjharley) reported from Leeds, England

Trying to get my PAC code @EE - you're not responding to the 65075 text, which is against industry guidelines, MyEE can't fulfill request due to a tech issue and phone line too busy. Anyone might think this is on purpose?

  • woolster80 Dean Woolley (@woolster80) reported from Brampton Bierlow, England

@EE Now on my third call and counting to try to rectify a mistake made by YOUR sales team. No reply to DMs on here either. Poor show. Any chance of some help?

  • theandycooke Andy (@theandycooke) reported from Barnsley, England

Really glad I managed to leave @O2 and go back to @EE. They said they couldn’t guarantee signal on the 🚂 dropping me down to E like it’s 2005! But I’m here with 5G on EE! #Signal #Connectivity

  • Jane_Dunford Jane Dunford (@Jane_Dunford) reported

@EE is it possible to actually speak to someone about an account issue?

  • helenbarrell Helen Barrell (@helenbarrell) reported

@EE It's terribly inflexible to insist everyone calls. I was told yesterday to use Relay to speak to someone about my account. I've never used it before, and I shouldn't have to learn a whole new system when I could do it by email. It would be SO simple.

  • jakechancello Add your name (@jakechancello) reported

@EE absolutely appalled with how shoddy customer service has been. Had my phone cut off after direct debit fraud and told I have to pay back the stolen money to get my phone back online. Told I have to “take responsibility for it”. Disgusting

  • alibean2002 Ally B 💙 (@alibean2002) reported

@EE Hi, is the network down? I've had no signal on my phone for 12hours now. Have tried turning off and on again, turning airplane mode off and on. I had a look on ee and it said coverage was good. Bit confused, thanks for any advice

  • _hollymcmylor Holly-Jade (@_hollymcmylor) reported

@EE Cancel my contract please 👍🏽 ur service is ****. paying £50 a month for ******* NOTHING. spoke to you multiple times about this and you tell me to do the same **** over n over again when i’ve told u already it did nothing!

  • Kieranparr17 Kieran Parr (@Kieranparr17) reported

@EE My internet hasn’t been working for nearly 4 days now, I’ve reset it the router, turnt it off and back on, still not working, I switched over from talktalk because I was told by one of your team member that this would be better, I regret the switch over now

@EE Shocked to hear I am still being charged my full contract for the 2 weeks it will take to repair a faulty device. Can't access your network or use my phone, but pay full price??? Disgusting customer service

  • IsThatPL IsThatPL (@IsThatPL) reported

@tom550993 @VodafoneUK Ive had a few issues and @EE have been superb in dealing with whatever it’s been. When they worked out that one issue was because my house is now equal distance from a 3G and 4G mast they were totally honest and even offered to rip up my contract if I wanted to!
