  @EE hi,I've just been looking at your offers for 5g but tbh they are not very competitive. Bt offer on a 12 month 5g sim only deal ,25g data and unlimited txt and calls for £20 pm. I am a current ee customer.

  @EE follow your letter of dump my customer for 3 g phone I requested no further. Service after September for 2 phone. Bt has sunk ee custom reality in my mind for eu roaming I will be leaving with all my business phone as soon as possible I will not be subject to blackmail

  @EE @imjonnychambers He's reporting a key issue that will affect any and all users, and gave you all the info you need to investigate it. The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), is broken on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!

  I’ve only been a @EE broadband customer for a few more and we’ve had a few issues with our income through our fault of our own. I can’t even begin to put into words how unbelievably helpful and accommodating and they have been. Absolute top-notch customer service 👌

  @EE It was suggested I get a WiFi extended but if the signal cuts (sometimes the TV buffers) I'm not sure that would help. Whilst that didn't bother me but explains recording fail because of lost power I didn't realise it was affecting team calls.
