    @TheSatanicWasp @EE They’re a shocking company to deal with Jay, I was with them for a few years but had had enough of the customer service experience, or lack of it more to the point. Finally jumped ship to @O2

    @EE my phone signal has been awful for last couple of months. Get cut off regular. I rang 2 weeks ago someone told me re WiFi calling and to try it. It doesn't work and he said he would ring back in a week. Still waiting. Paying for a phone that's useless

    @kieran_stanley @EE My last one was worse, multiple cracks bad enough I had to get a protector to stop it getting more damges until I could trade in 😅 paid £100 so they could refurb it, hoping this is similar/less 😅

    @EE comms are appalling. I made a complaint, text to say being investigated and now one to say its closed. No other info, was complaint rejected, upheld or rolled up and smoked. I have no idea

    @O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

    @EE how can I make a complaint been put on hold by your advisors whilst trying to get a PAC code, surely this is against @Ofcom regulations to avoid giving out PAC codes

    @EE That would be an additional technical challenge as I’ve never cast anything from my mobile device previously. Mobile app works, changed the password, had the confirmation from EE and BT regarding the subscription upgrade but still won’t let me login.

    Really glad I managed to leave @O2 and go back to @EE. They said they couldn’t guarantee signal on the 🚂 dropping me down to E like it’s 2005! But I’m here with 5G on EE! #Signal #Connectivity

    I've just been told that @EE is not going to fix the broken mast near my home until the end of November. The end of bloomin' November! I really hope that this is a joke as it's already been broken for over 2 weeks! Surely @EE that time frame isn't correct. What am I paying for?

    @EE can you let me know why the signal in my area (SW London / TW9 area) has been so awful these past several weeks? It’s gone from full signal on 4G to either 1 bar or none at all. Not happy.

    @EE @MarcAllera No responses - wow and why on earth was a decision made to have all BT Mobile customers move to EE. EE Service levels are atrocious and can someone at EE respond to let their customers know what is going on?

    @alicetheunique @EE oh they did that to me! it's a real scam (I complained - months late because I was in a depression so they did get a lot of money out of me in the interim) and they disconnected the tablet from data and just let me keep it to use on wifi (which I never do because it sucks)

    @EE I would not recommend anyone buys a anything from EE. They are happy to sell faulty goods and then try to charge you for repair Poor customer relations

    @EE how come you don’t take into consideration Royal Mail strikes? I have an engineer coming on Friday and Royal Mail just said that my parcel from EE will not be delivered on time. I booked the service 3 w ago, surely you could have send it earlier!

    @EE is there a known problem with signal in the worksop area of England. These past couple of months signal has been really poor. I recently upgraded to S22 ultra so not sure of the phone has known issues or if its network related. Thank you for any info.
