  @EE That would be an additional technical challenge as I’ve never cast anything from my mobile device previously. Mobile app works, changed the password, had the confirmation from EE and BT regarding the subscription upgrade but still won’t let me login.

  @EE my phone signal has been awful for last couple of months. Get cut off regular. I rang 2 weeks ago someone told me re WiFi calling and to try it. It doesn't work and he said he would ring back in a week. Still waiting. Paying for a phone that's useless

  @EE hi,I've just been looking at your offers for 5g but tbh they are not very competitive. Bt offer on a 12 month 5g sim only deal ,25g data and unlimited txt and calls for £20 pm. I am a current ee customer.

  I’ve only been a @EE broadband customer for a few more and we’ve had a few issues with our income through our fault of our own. I can’t even begin to put into words how unbelievably helpful and accommodating and they have been. Absolute top-notch customer service 👌

  🚨SECURITY ALERT! If your @EE SIM card fails they require a maskless (& presumably no glasses / hat) scan of your face to replace it 🤬Also means any immunocompromised customer either risks their life or has to get a new phone number (top tip: NOT wt EE!)

  @EE Your complaints process was disgraceful For an agent to open/close a complaint 10 seconds apart without my consent is why we are reporting you to CISAS and ofcom. Being told what turns out to be a poor speed is sufficient enough to work from home is false representation
