@EE Hi. Due the the surge of family working from home and using our bandwidth, my mobile often fails to connect, so I've switched off my mob wifi to use my mobile data. Unfortunately the EE signal, even outside, is too weak to browse and even voice only, often breaks up. Help!

@EE That would be an additional technical challenge as I’ve never cast anything from my mobile device previously. Mobile app works, changed the password, had the confirmation from EE and BT regarding the subscription upgrade but still won’t let me login.

@EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

@ee despite texting 'ROAMING' to 150 from the UK it appears I have bought the most expensive paperweight there is. Phoning your call centre with someone else's phone and you just press lots of menu buttons and wait ages and hang up. My phone is a @huawei

@EE the in store service at Ealing has been terrible we cancelled my Mother’s sim plan a month ago and now her phone can’t be used because your incompetent staff refused to help and do their job properly. Customer care were useless on the phone too.

@virginmedia Appears there are issues due to planned upgrades. It would have been nice to have been notified? Had to make a last minute dash to the office now. Boss not happy as I missed an hour. @EE provided a much better CX.
