@EE anyone else having the same problem? Agreed a new contract with #ee they’ve overcharged me extra £11 per month and charged £50 for the handset which should have been free. Still waiting for a call back from 22/7 was told it would be within 72 hours. I have the chat transcript

@EE hi,I've just been looking at your offers for 5g but tbh they are not very competitive. Bt offer on a 12 month 5g sim only deal ,25g data and unlimited txt and calls for £20 pm. I am a current ee customer.

Trying to get my PAC code @EE - you're not responding to the 65075 text, which is against industry guidelines, MyEE can't fulfill request due to a tech issue and phone line too busy. Anyone might think this is on purpose?

@EE I feel the reply deliberately misses the point. Just saying I will be leaving when I want a new deal/contract. Roaming charges (don't pretend packages are anything but extra charges 🙄) are a big issue. Smart competitors are going to corner the market.

@jimbo_h_46 @EE I was with EE and they were pricey but by far the best network. I changed to sky mobile (Tef) and its absolute dog ****. Can’t make calls to some numbers, struggle with coverage at home and out and about and the data is hopeless. I’m off back to EE soon.
