    128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

    @MarcAllera please have a look at my recent tweets about the service I’ve recieved from Emily your agent she didn’t adhere to your values at all and was very rude abrupt and continued to over speak and told me i was arguing, I really feel rubbish as I suffer from depression. @EE

    Still paying for a phone contract that is absolutely ****. Maintenance in the area has been sorted yet I’ve still not had more than 2 bars of signal for the past 2/3 months. @EE

    @EE my phone signal has been awful for last couple of months. Get cut off regular. I rang 2 weeks ago someone told me re WiFi calling and to try it. It doesn't work and he said he would ring back in a week. Still waiting. Paying for a phone that's useless

    @EE Hi. Due the the surge of family working from home and using our bandwidth, my mobile often fails to connect, so I've switched off my mob wifi to use my mobile data. Unfortunately the EE signal, even outside, is too weak to browse and even voice only, often breaks up. Help!

    @EE That would be an additional technical challenge as I’ve never cast anything from my mobile device previously. Mobile app works, changed the password, had the confirmation from EE and BT regarding the subscription upgrade but still won’t let me login.

    @AledHughes84 @EE I am leaving this **** company too, signal crap nearly everywhere, often no signal where my friend with 3 network has signal, also like u said guaranteed 85£ a month up to 93£# Now losing money as i am delivery driver and cant work, 4 long months till say goodbye to them 🙏🏻

    @EE @bbc5live @BBCNews it would appear that EE have serious network issues across the board both mobile and data so tried calling tech support got a recorded message told call back tomorrow not very helpful

    @SeanQui95970135 @grshorwich @EE It’s not identical. They have been slow to respond, which means it’s reactive not proactive. A telecommunications company should be alerting customers everywhere to expect service issues so the customer can avert some with contingency plans.

    @EE Thanks EE my phone has been useless today as your network when working is poor both at work and at home and have to rely upon WiFi calling to make calls. I do hope you are as quick to compensate as you are to increase prices

    @SeanQui95970135 @grshorwich @EE From London to Edinburgh and countless customers in between. Many reliant on the network to perform critical jobs, from nursing to tech support. If they have no service. Do you just want them to feel, a little put out? It’s income during a crisis.
