@EE not even been 2 weeks and my broadband is not working again🙃

  • Emmyloubradders Emma Bradbury (@Emmyloubradders) reported from Cawthorne, England

@EE anyone else having the same problem? Agreed a new contract with #ee they’ve overcharged me extra £11 per month and charged £50 for the handset which should have been free. Still waiting for a call back from 22/7 was told it would be within 72 hours. I have the chat transcript

  • simr1984 Richard Sim (@simr1984) reported from Hensall, England

@EE I’m not one to tell you how to do your job, but as a long time happy customer of your broadband, why have you let BT use the headline of “the only broadband provider to harness the power of EE’s mobile network”. Isn’t this something you should be doing?

  • gbmcfc GLENN (@gbmcfc) reported from Leeds, England

@EE sort your signal out between Leeds n Huddersfield..... ****

  • shaunjharley Shaun Harley (@shaunjharley) reported from Leeds, England

Trying to get my PAC code @EE - you're not responding to the 65075 text, which is against industry guidelines, MyEE can't fulfill request due to a tech issue and phone line too busy. Anyone might think this is on purpose?

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

  • DannyFarrar1987 Daniel Farrar (@DannyFarrar1987) reported from Rawmarsh, England

@EE how can I make a complaint been put on hold by your advisors whilst trying to get a PAC code, surely this is against @Ofcom regulations to avoid giving out PAC codes

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

  • theandycooke Andy (@theandycooke) reported from Barnsley, England

Really glad I managed to leave @O2 and go back to @EE. They said they couldn’t guarantee signal on the 🚂 dropping me down to E like it’s 2005! But I’m here with 5G on EE! #Signal #Connectivity

  • cal92scho Callum Schofield (@cal92scho) reported from Normanton, England

@dan_rar @EE Nope. They said they wouldn’t do it, their competitors haven’t done it. And now they’ve done it. I repeat: **** @EE

  • jan3986 Janice Tiffany (@jan3986) reported from Castleford, England

    @Gaynz83 @EE Omg! Gaynz that’s awful. Xx

  • ash_flay Ash (@ash_flay) reported from Swillington, England

@TheSatanicWasp @EE They’re a shocking company to deal with Jay, I was with them for a few years but had had enough of the customer service experience, or lack of it more to the point. Finally jumped ship to @O2

  • theandycooke Andy (@theandycooke) reported from Barnsley, England

@O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

  • LagstoneHall Michael Lockley #TheLostPaintingOfLagstoneHall (@LagstoneHall) reported from Leeds, England

@BCFC_4LIFE @yvonne_cassell @EE I too seem to have the same problem on a Nokia.

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@EE Seems a bit pointless allowing your staff to offer F&F discount at all if its incompatible with completely standard deals, so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be true! I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?

  • nathlufc23 Nath (@nathlufc23) reported from Leeds, England

@EE why is the signal so poor in Leeds city centre recently?

  • woolster80 Dean Woolley (@woolster80) reported from Brampton Bierlow, England

@EE Now on my third call and counting to try to rectify a mistake made by YOUR sales team. No reply to DMs on here either. Poor show. Any chance of some help?

  • ialigizakis Ioannis (@ialigizakis) reported from Leeds, England

@wynngeol @EE I am having issues at Leeds. No data at all 4G and 5G. I also have issues with my ADSL.

  • jonathan_peck Jonathan Peck (@jonathan_peck) reported from Castleford, England

@EE 22 August I upgraded my SIM only contract to a new 24 month contract. Received confirmation email & everything had updated correctly in My EE. Today, looking at My EE, my contract has changed again to a 30 day contract, can you help?

  • 0xpeach1 0x🍑 (@0xpeach1) reported

@EE The service I purchased has fundamentally failed to deliver its core promised functionality from the outset. As I am within the 14-day cooling-off period and the service is unusable for its intended purpose, I insist on my statutory right to cancel. @EE

  • asaunders1989 Alex Saunders (@asaunders1989) reported

@EE I suddenly just lost network service. GU21 area service on your website says fine but not able to call / text / internet

  • FPLAgony FPL Agony (Scott) (@FPLAgony) reported

@EE 3 whole days without signal in EE in the Bethnal Green and surrounding areas. Why should I be paying a phone bill for a service I’ve not had for 3.5 days? Extremely difficult and extremely annoyed

  • Russ414uk Russ Price (@Russ414uk) reported

@EE is there a problem with mobile data coverage in the Bretton Centre area of Peterborough please, postcode PE3 8DX? Mobile data hasn’t worked for several weeks now and I can’t get any details via the coverage checker. Thanks.

  • lad_trade Trade Lad (@lad_trade) reported

@EE I've tried twice to give notice on my phone contract with you...and twice I've been told I'd receive a message back to sort this out...and twice this hasn't happened...I don't have time to mess about...I'll cancel my DD you can contact me instead..

  • DaddyAnt2010 Ant Q-F (@DaddyAnt2010) reported

@EE WiFi down in SA6 Swansea postcode. There has been work done recently to @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach lines in the area. Haven't got time to phone you, just letting you know you may want to investigate.

  • ItsJamesPowers James Powers 🇬🇧 (@ItsJamesPowers) reported

@EE My issue is simple. People I know have ordered after me but yet have their devices. Also EE Seems to be providing devices for new customers before existing customers. Then they is the whole pre-order price for a device I haven’t received. All other networks seem to be altering peoples price plans accordingly so why is t @EE?

  • BlueJayyyyyyyyy John McMillan (@BlueJayyyyyyyyy) reported

@ItsJamesPowers @EE No way!? What one did you go for? I’ve spoke to several people. Some of them even lying out right telling me “no pro max devices have been shipped”. Response seems to be “awk well you’ll just need to wait”. I ordered at 1.04pm on 12th for them to cancel and make me reorder

  • bjblyth Benjamin (@bjblyth) reported

@FPL_Solicitor @EE Yes I found 1pmobile to be weaker than standard EE. I’m now with Mozillion on my iPad, which I initially went with due to them offering eSIM, but they’re also cheaper and the network feels better than my main EE phone sim?! Harborough is struggling though. I believe there is a mast issue.

  • CllrHudston Former Cllr Michael Hudston (@CllrHudston) reported

@EE why am I suddenly get lots of spam text messages? What have you changed on your network that is suddenly letting these through when I never used to get any?
