I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.

I don’t know how they recruit or train but whatever their secret is, I wish every company would take a lead out of their book. 10/10 every time.

Sheree (@sheree17smith) reported@EE get your act together. Sent a complaint in over two weeks ago asking for this complaint to be resolved and to send me a PAC code. You came saying you were looking into it and that you would call back. I request you deal with this as a matter of urgency.

Dale (@gde_dale) reported@EE Because the signal strength and Wi-Fi channel are identical to my neighbors. This usually happens when the a single access point is broadcasting multiple SSIDs for multiple networks.
