in an austin butler state of mind ✨ (@jamiebutlers) reported from Huntingdon, England@EE Had issues with my data since the early hours of this morning but can somehow still text. I’ve had 5G but nothing was loading then kept getting an E symbol. Can only tweet now to ask as I’m using public Wi-Fi

Paul Worth (@paulworth) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@EE great work guys. Advertise an offer that closes at midnight tonight, then start a pre-planned maintenance outage at 2200. That’s quite a few sales scuppered I’ll wager.
-
Phill Peck (@StevePeckandson) reported from Somersham, England@EE is there a way I can get in touch with customer services if I don’t know the account phone number. I havnt pod my bill because I’d like to cancel the contract that is no longer use shut impossible to speak to someone
-
Munty (@Liam_safe_hands) reported from Cottenham, EnglandGreat so @EE are putting my price plan up yet again, but cant even provide me with a 4G signal. Can't wait for my contract to run out.
-
Nigel Leaney (@nleaney) reported from Willingham, England@JoeBaguley What’s your 4G like when you lose power? Often when we have a powercut both the broadband and 4G signal dies too. I’m running a UPS but guess @virginmedia / @EE don’t protect their kit 🤔
-
🦊Matthew Fox🦊 (@Mattfox24) reported from Saint Ives, England@EE Just tried ringing@EE can't get through. Absolutely brilliant. Paying nearly £80 a month for having a poor signal nearly most of the time. Not happy
-
Katie Conyard (@KatieConyard) reported from March, England@EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨
-
Nigel Leaney (@nleaney) reported from Willingham, England@UKPowerNetworks short (7 minute) power outage experienced in CB245** @virginmedia service lost as well as @EE service too. I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.
-
Jason #MUFC #GlazersOut ⚽️🔴🇺🇦 (@JasonMUFC85) reported from Cambridgeshire, EnglandShocking for @EE not to offer me a decent upgrade and I’m a loyal customer as well
-
Jason #ThankYouNHS (@HBeats4JessieJ) reported from Cambridgeshire, EnglandWhy is my phone signal on @EE always so poor? Can only get 2 bars and it’s making the battery drain much quicker too

Phil Huff (@FrontSeatPhil) reported from Brampton, England@packlam73 @O2 @EE That's not how that works (speaking as an ex-network guy who worked on building the EE née T-Mobile / Orange 4G network.) Also, EE were the only bidder ;-)
-
Scott Westron (@ScottWestron) reported from Cambridgeshire, EnglandI know I’ve said this before but I can’t say it enough. Every single interaction I have with @EE customer service is exemplary. I don’t know how they recruit or train but whatever their secret is, I wish every company would take a lead out of their book. 10/10 every time.
-
chris scudder (@chrisdxb) reported from Peterborough, England@EE not happy with the service in the PE6 area of Peterborough. Paying for a service that’s hardly working.

EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Phoenix Rahman (@Phoenixrahman) reported@VisionsofGold @EE @SamsungMobile No such thing as loyalty for existing customers. I’ve been with EE since they were one2one. In early days when they were T-Mobile, would get rewarded for being a loyal customer but as a EE customer, no such luck. Instead it’s higher costs and poor customer service.
-
Neal (@wxmsmith) reported@EE please provide a contact link or phone number to discuss my mother’s account with you (I am on the account). Your website is no help
-
Princess Amira ***** Boy (@ScotDommesSlave) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Virgin did these like 4 years ago. On the odd occasion the wi-fi is down my elderly parents who can only use a landline are unable to call anyone.
-
Jo Oliver 💜🇬🇧 (@BagFleaBag) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Yes, it’s usually days if it’s a bad storm and that’s in southern England and not that rural, my friend on a quieter month had no electricity for 2 weeks and no internet for a month the other year after a big storm.
-
Andy (Honk Honk) Robertson (@AndyRob04327914) reported@ee why are so utterly terrible. BT want even this bad. You've added a layer of extra awful to what was already a very expensive service.
-
Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported@EE EE supplies my broadband, not my mobile service.
-
Lizzy (@Lizzyzsu) reported@EE ‘Oh you have to personally cancel it’ I was told then after paying for 3 more months of EE while on a Canadian sim & not even using EE. That’s why I’m so intent on doing it now but you make it purposefully difficult!!
-
Rebecca J Lockley ➡️ Shenanigans (@annaonthemoon) reported@EE I tried to redeem my oneup reqard code for the @marksandspencer voucher but the website to claim has timed out several times. I was really looking forward to the extra treat since today is my birthday :(
