I don’t know how they recruit or train but whatever their secret is, I wish every company would take a lead out of their book. 10/10 every time.

I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.

David Cant (@davidgcant) reported@EE any idea when the app I use to access my account and add-ons will be active again? It's been weeks, and I keep being told by business customer services that it will be fixed soon. Not happy.

After going through a long winded online process, I did manage to speak to a guide over wi-fi calling who was very helpful (and welsh, which also helped) and then a tech guy who made some changes and fixed the issue this morning. Matt Bennett (@MattBennett93) reported@EE I can’t say that I’m impressed with the @orange service that I’ve been put on whilst in Barcelona! I’ve never had a problem with @movistar_es that I got up until this trip! Signal dropping out and still no connection when the signal returns! 🤷🏼
