Any1 else on here dealt with @EE for a PS5? Our delivery was supposed to be here bye the 15th but still no sign of it. From what I’ve heard there have been a lot of issues with getting them out to customers.

@EE just need to dig through the fine print of what you're contractually obliged to provide etc as my pixel 5 is a bit dodgy with charging and your executive customer care team aren't too keen on replacing it

@EE Good afternoon! What on earth is going on in the SY11 area? This is the 5th consecutive day there have been problems with little or no mobile signal in Gobowen, SY11 3 . . area. I have had more texts from you saying normal service will be resumed in 14 hours than I can count!

Terrible service from @EE who say they can’t refund me for June despite me having had no service and calling them in June to report it. They said I should have called in May ahead of their billing cycle?! And local area fault is still ongoing after 3 months.

@EE Thanks Jo. I've done just that. A quick enquiry as a result, my broadband now needs the attention of an engineer tomorrow morning and is not working until then. I've a few things I need to do via 4g on my phone as a result that I needed to do from my broadband...
