@EE I’ve just called 150 to discuss an upgrade and had a very rude and abrupt adviser not interested in my query. Made to feel I was interrupting his day off. Very poor service for such a large organisation. Shame on you!

@EE Monday I was told it was a widespread server issue that would be fixed in 2 hours. Tuesday I was told EE don't know what the problem is (but is affecting other users too) and so it may be weeks before it's fixed!

@EE Monday I was told it was a server problem and would be fixed in a couple of hours. Tuesday I was told EE don't know what the problem is (many others affected too) and so it may not be fixed for weeks!

@EE Good day folks, My new contract is including Amazon prime video. I’ve done the registration but when I logged in to the prime video app they ask me to pay for any film or show I want to see ? Can you help me please ?

.@EE must have the worst network coverage in the UK! When I'm in N.Ireland it is sketchy to say the least 🙄 Just had 5 days in Cardiff and at times my signal was non existent😔 I have been a customer for many years but maybe it is now time to switch!
