Excellent customer service from @EE Small discrepancy on a new number I added recently, dispute was raised, original call was listened too, agent called me back when he said he would and all resolved. Mistakes are made, it’s how to deal with them that counts! Thank you 👍🏻

@EE APPALLING installation service from @BT. This was exactly why I was so reluctant to change my hub. And provider,BT. Totally incompetent engineer. Now needing third party permission?? total joke. I’ve had an ok service from BT for 11 years at this address.sort your lives out.

3rd month in a row im unable to view my @EE broadband bill and customer service have been no help! According to them everything is correct..... even though im unable to veiw my bloody bill! Worst network ever why @bt_uk moved me over I'll never know 😪

@internet_careh @EE We seem to be ok now, I’ve been checking for the last 24 hours, thx for your attention - I’m curious what went wrong though that wiped out your network for nearly a week - maintenance last weekend went wrong?
