  Any1 else on here dealt with @EE for a PS5? Our delivery was supposed to be here bye the 15th but still no sign of it. From what I’ve heard there have been a lot of issues with getting them out to customers.

  @EE I've already done that and been referred to the Ombudsman and given £40, leaving me with a phone that doesn't work with two years left to pay. Doesn't seem like you have taken it very seriously, especially considering the flags on my account that all advisors should be aware of.

  @EE Still no resolution on this. After all day trying I was eventually told on Monday the 12 month would be created for me. Only for the contract to be sent over at 24 months. When I queried they said contact again in 48 hours for it to be re written. Now being told o can’t have it

  @LeilaniDowding @EE So the answer seems to be an emergency generator. Or you can plug starlink into a car adapter - that’s another emergency option, run it off your car battery.
