@EE I currently have no broadband as @virginmedia are so unhelpful with this as I’ve moved house, having to hotspot my phone which eats through my data can u please help me out through this tough time

@EE Well basically I can no longer get signal at my place of work, I've spent 2 hours on a train with at most 10 mins of connectivity and ita slow as anything. Ask anyone about EE and they'll tell you they've gone downhill

Very disappointed with the service from @EE. 89yr old emergency lifeline PAYG phone disconnected without notice. Claim to be UKs No1 network but your customer service is shocking, leaving my dad stranded. @O2 @VodafoneUK

@EE thanks for the wasted journey to your store. Your “technical advisor” said to visit a store that could generate an e-sim for me no problem. Didn’t mention that the entire e-sim system is currently unavailable though!!
