  • SocialTechHD 𝓢𝓸𝓬𝓲𝓪𝓵𝓽𝓮𝓬𝓱𝓱𝓭💙🧡 (@SocialTechHD) reported

@rab1dkorndogg @stuartjbull @EE I agree with the points you are making 👍 but that's why they offer a minimum guaranteed speed to probs handle the traffic I ain't saying whatsoever it will work out to be the best in future but from my experience I've had no issues I've faced more issues on FTTC than FTTP 👍

  • rab1dkorndogg andy marsh (@rab1dkorndogg) reported

@SocialTechHD @stuartjbull @EE Even though it's high capacity, it doesn't mean the provider will push it to the max...they will try work out an average but the speeds are never guaranteed...the joys of the ISP screwing the customer

  • xCalumHarviex Calum Harvie (@xCalumHarviex) reported

Hello, @EE. There have been problems with your network in my postcode area since November 25th. I first contacted you about it on Nov 26th. Your network checker keeps returning a "we expect good service within 16 hours", but it has been doing so for several weeks now. Not good!

  • vickipulman78 Victoria Pulman (@vickipulman78) reported

I take back everything I said about @ee and @bt absolute joke company with crap customer service and useless staff. Wish I hadn't bothered upgrading my mobile and broadband.

  • SocialTechHD 𝓢𝓸𝓬𝓲𝓪𝓵𝓽𝓮𝓬𝓱𝓱𝓭💙🧡 (@SocialTechHD) reported

@rab1dkorndogg @stuartjbull @EE I live in a town and had full fibre for years and that's incorrect you get your own fibre cable from the ducts and also a allocated speed won't affect anyone else on the same network wouldn't offer it if capacity wasn't there it's so much different to FTC which does affect speeds

  • lochvue Mark #IndyScot #FBSI 🦄🕷️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@lochvue) reported

Seven weeks now without phone service from the incompetent @EE I thought Currys were hopeless, but we have a new champion #EE

  • Oz_UK 10101111 (@Oz_UK) reported

@stuartjbull @rab1dkorndogg @EE Still requires exchange support. EE Availability checker says I can get 31mbps over mobile network and 5-11mbps (3 guaranteed lol) over landline and doesn't offer FTTP because our exchange doesn't support it. Their estimate for landline is way off as well as I already get 65mbps.

  • M_at Matthew Thompson (@M_at) reported

@SocialTechHD @EE But really the original tweet is a complaint at EE for not being clear as to what they supply.

  • JIMISAGNOME Mr Punderful (@JIMISAGNOME) reported

@EE As a long standing customer of EE I will be looking to change from your services. 1) I'd just like to see what it's like with someone else's service 2) just had a poor experience. Good luck in the future though you don't need my money XD

  • GWilliamsLLM Grant Williams (@GWilliamsLLM) reported

@EE Dear Bob. I did eventually but they weren’t able to help as the security questions rely on my mother being able to remember things she’s no chance of remembering. The alternative being a text to the list phone or an email which, of course, she’s only got on the lost phone… 🙄
