Any1 else on here dealt with @EE for a PS5? Our delivery was supposed to be here bye the 15th but still no sign of it. From what I’ve heard there have been a lot of issues with getting them out to customers.

@EE I currently have no broadband as @virginmedia are so unhelpful with this as I’ve moved house, having to hotspot my phone which eats through my data can u please help me out through this tough time

@EE why do you keep closing my complaint down when the issue is still on going after 6 months. My latest complaint was about closing the complaints and got told you can't keep them open. Why when the customer still has the fault.
