@bt_uk @EE and their subsidiary dept 'Enjoy', sorry to cancel my contract with you at BT but due to the benal way the company 'Enjoy' work's who were supposed to set up my phone twice, I was left with no alternative to cancel, they're a completely useless load of idiots serious

@daddybearcub @EE Every year my operator texts me to let me know about their RPI tariff rises. I go straight on the website and always find a new plan that gives me more data for less than I'm currently paying. They're obliged to offer existing customers the same deal, so my bill always goes down.

@MarcAllera @EE I can’t even trust EE to provide the internet connection that we pay for let alone anything else, EE Customer Service are a waste of time, my last outage was for 25 days and surprise surprise my internet is out again. Can’t wait for the contract to be up and 100% going to leave

@EE mobile Internet has been non existent since this morning, are you going to acknowledge this or just apologise that people are having issues? Only ask as stuck in hospital with patchy WiFi right now, kinda need it to keep sane, 5g been working fine all week till today.

@EE In USA on holiday,get text saying exceeded credit limit and account deactivated call 150,no service.Use USA phone,automated service says zero outstanding balance but I still need to pay £199 to reactivate?Payment service is broken too!Wtf? 30 min wait? International, no ty!
