@EE I currently have no broadband as @virginmedia are so unhelpful with this as I’ve moved house, having to hotspot my phone which eats through my data can u please help me out through this tough time

What is it with awful customer service everywhere? So far this week #Fiit refusing to replace a faulty device. @DPDgroup_news messing up the delivery of new phone by not messaging me they were coming and now refusing to redeliver and @EE just bouncing me back to @DPDgroup_news 🙃

@EE I've had enough! What's the point having 2 mobile phones that I can't make calls from. The signal is non existent, had calls cut off regularly, I can't organise my life. Why suddenly so crap?

@EE called your uk team for an upgrade. The customer service provider said his putting me on hold for 2mins. 1hr 10mins on hold to then be disconnected. Is this the definition of EE service. I want to make a complaint and would appreciate a call back ASAP! Waste of time!!!

@EE the signal/service in EH6 has been terrible for months & substantially worse this week. Calls are continuously dropping, that’s with full signal! What is being done about it
