@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE I guess the reason you are much cheaper than BT is because your service is absolute shite! I've had more drop outs in service in the two months we've had your supply than all the rest over the last 18yrs. Abysmal! avoid avoid avoid!!!

@EE You should be sending new terms and conditions out to customer by text or email if you can’t manage that then unfortunately by paper which would not be good for the environment

I emailed @EE CEO @MarcAllera to complain about one of his senior staff lying to me and he passes the complaint onto the person who lied to me to deal with. Not the actions of somebody who cares about their customers.

@EE Morning The weekend was going fine until I woke up this morning and my phone would t connect to the internet. Went to check the router and the internet light is flashing orange. Is there an outage? I have tired turning it off and on again and doing a reset.

@EE My phone is showing no SIM card installed, I’ve swapped it into my wife’s phone and it does the same on hers. When I’ve tried her SIM card in my phone it works. Help.
