@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE And when u consider my iPhone pro max is also over 28 days from the 21 days when I ordered it feels like there is an issue with Apple providing you good information. In the end is customers are being told wrong info that’s causing a spike for you guys

Imagine paying £79 per month for a @EE phone contract only to have no signal in your house and them tell you to use Wi-Fi calling so have to pay £37 a month for broadband and they’re ok with that. As long as they’re getting my money they don’t care really.

@EE I CANNOT make calls in my village. Had to call emergency services the other night and the signal dropped, couldn’t hold a call, had to call from dads phone @VodafoneUK with no signal issues. @EE says signal is fine. Why don’t you come to the village and see for yourselves!

@EE hope you can help, was expecting my new phone 3 days ago being delivered by dpd but I've not received it yet. All I keep getting from dpd is there is an issue with your parcel and its being held at the depot in Gloucester.

@EE randomly charging an extra FOURTY POUNDS (£40) on a bill as 'extra charges' with no explanation for what the hell it is!!!! Wtf???
