    @EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

    @EE just found out beeb paying 15 a month extra for bt add on I never asked for.. For over a year! Absolutely fuming and to really rub salt it won't even let me remove the add on from my app! Secondary tablet contract so never thought would need to check. Contracts up in a month

    @netflix any idea why when playing on mobile the sync is out? Tried shutting down all apps and restarting but no difference. Contacted @EE who say it’s not on their end.

    @EE It’s only been the last week or so, it’s pages crashing or slow loading. Installed a program called ping that shows packet loss and at times the Pl% is 0% and at times 80%

    @EE I have a contract Samsung Galaxy A71 phone. I can't tell you how annoying it is to have no sim card software issues which means restarting my phone several times a day to make calls. How can this be sorted?

    @EE Please can you help?? I’ve been trying to complete my upgrade online, when I’m getting to payment page and trying to pay the £20 upfront cost the page seems to be missing the part about card verification - don’t know if it’s because I’m doing it on phone but have tried x4 now!
