    Hey @EE Right now, 21:35 on a Friday evening, in the centre of Truro, this is the appalling state of my 4G connection. This is a regular occurrence, any time of day, but again I find myself so frustrated that I'm calling you out on Twitter. Many millions of users pay you huge amounts of money ... you really need to up your game for your customers. @Starlink is breathing down your neck now, and price comparison means many of us could very well switch providers if service doesn't improve.

    @EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

    @AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

    I despair of @EE . After huge problems, I ended up staying with them (broadband) after a local company let me down. But a week after agreeing a new contract, I haven't had it confirmed in writing.I can't get through on the phone (30 min wait) and exec complaints haven't replied.

    @EE It didn’t. It connected to a service called “Free” that would let Mke make ANY calls. I have now manually switched to a service that does work.

    BT & EE @EE @bt_uk hello WiFi and mobile both have a same problem low connection sometime no connection need help.

    @h1xone @EE The same ee signal always crap where i live , went to smarty £7 a month as opposed to £24ish with ee , both sim only plans i still get unlimited calls and texts and 6 times the data i had with ee , now get 24gig

    @EE Can’t be that concerned or you wouldn’t have a 45min wait time to speak to someone or just get fobbed off with a cheap AI bot that just repeats the same questions. Very poor

    @EE And that means if my connection goes wrong you want me to set up an entire other router, and then change my devices to work with that new router just so you can word for word a script instead of being like the @Plusnet support I used to get that just gave me information and trust

    @EE tried that - both on phone & online through app. Can’t make complaint as don’t seem to have an account set up for my Broadband. Been an EE customer for many years. I have full details of call on 1 July when I ordered broadband including full name of call handler but EE no help

    @EE Abysmal. Got an automatic voice telling me they'd sent me a text and then telling me AGAIN to text VM on or VM off. Such rubbish - it is a voicemail pin issue, where I did not re-set my pin. 4 hours since I got your message and no luck getting through to a REAL person. Abysmal
