@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE Ur page is full of BS!when @EE was new company customer service was amazing! Any issue handled with care!today I said I have no data my card machine doesn’t work, ur useless customer service said basically “I don’t care” listen the phone conversation!!!!!!!!!!!

@ee spent three days without a working phone and have had to buy a local SIM card to be able to use my phone...can someone please explain why my phone is not working overseas because no one has resolved the issue yet?
