@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

It's like a kick in the teeth when you've been trying all week to find ways to get hold of someone at @EE #EE to discuss your increase in broadband bill. Then you can only get hold of someone on twitter. But they find time to email your new bill and text you about it. Awful. 😡

@EE went into store to upgrade today and walked away with a sim only and broadband I’ve since changed my mind and want to cancel the broadband and to change the sim only to to a different sim only called you this evening to change this and was told I can’t cancel…WTF?! Yes I can

@EE Hi, I am going through a challenging situation even being a loyal customer for more than an year. While is discussion with support desk they hold me on the call for more than 1 hour. The call was disconnected without resolving my issue. How should I deal with this now?

@EE Why bother your company is a lair about its signal your not number 1 in the uk for 8 years false advertising when people are getting a text a day saying network fault @MarcAllera won’t respond to tweets of false marketing and network issues because he’s ignorant to customers

@EE Dear Graham , this is not sorted …. The phone “turned on” last night but I’m unable to text or WhatsApp over the network! I have 3G coverage or less only - the minimum standard of service would be to have someone at EE sort this out and keep me updated, not me chase you guys
