@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

@EE Same issue as a year before I was forced to leave you guys. Unable to make stable calls and video calls very unreliable. Anyway just thought I’d let you know that even though ur coverage map shows a better signal, it’s still very weak.

Well @giffgaff @O2, having evaluated your service all over the country for use as a backup to my main @EE sim on my dual sim phone. I find your service absolutely abysmal and not even suitable as a backup. Therefore I must dispense with your shocking network.
