@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE recently convinced to get 4gee mobile router, assured would have no issues with signal. Spent 2 days rebooting or resetting factory settings. Call technical team, could not help + no idea about booster aerial they offer. Call back expected, no call back #timetocancel #poorEE

@EE No signal in my area (SA15 5UG) all day due to engineering work. Had a text through earlier to say that it’s finished but still NO SIGNAL. I would like to be reimbursed for this loss of service. I have three EE numbers and all unusable today! 😖

@EE I've not had signal for 2 days and your website coverage checker doesn't have my device in the drop down menu, so I can't check. It seems like a fair amount of other people are having this issue based on down detection sites
