@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@MartinSLewis I have a mobile contract with @EE, I’ve been with them since they took over orange. This year they are increasing contracts by 11.5% in line with inflation. This is so they can continue to provide service. However my contract includes a phone.

@EE demeaning! Asking me how much I earn - being told that I couldn't be offered any phone contract without EE knowing my income!! I've been with EE for over 10 years and I have never felt so insulted! I'm off to Vodafone!!
