    @EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

    So since I moved into my house in April, I’ve been having constant issues with @EE and no signal in my house. It was bad enough that I couldn’t make or receive calls in my own house but now I’m working from home full time, it’s even worse. I can hardly use my phone (cont).

    @EE you guys just lost £100 per mth cust, no signal,hot when charging told 2 weeks to repair or travel for same day repair manager no help instore only to turn off location to say battery, need to charge it twice a day.. wanted 2 downgrade phone not upgrade it !!!!

    Excellent service by @EE today. My son lost his iPhone on Aug 19th and it was promptly blocked when reported. Today it was found and now back up and running after calling! Thank you!

    @ee been on the line for over 7hrd in 7 days. Recieved lies about service and sending transcripts all of which customer support info found online is not applicable when you call in?

    I am approx 3 months away from the end of my contract paying £58 a month for a phone that doesn’t work. @EE continue to hide behind the “we can’t guarantee indoor coverage” line and want ME to pay £165 for early termination. I asked could we not reach a solution? (Cont).

    @EE I have a complaint that's been unresolved for 14 days, so I've logged a new one that seemingly has been ignored, and I'm sick of calling you. What's the best way to resolve this please? Hours of my life enduring such poor service is become very tedious.

    .@EE have data that proves my calls cut out. I was offered 20% off my bill at the time which I accepted. Over the last few weeks I’ve had to make multiple important calls, that have been impossible. My WiFi may go down Thurs & I can’t connect to my 4G because of this issue (cont)
