@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

Just wasted an entire evening attempting to get my utter heap of junk @EpsonUK WF2950 to try and reconnect to my wi-fi network so I can print stuff. It fails a MAC Address Filtering check even though my @EE router doesn't filter MAC Addresses. Everything was fine yesterday

@EE No service for 3 days since joining. Zero real support — just bots, FAQs, and “diagnostics” that solve nothing. Now you want to charge me £10 to leave and I’m paying for a service I can’t use? Joke of a network. #EE #CustomerServiceFail

And then to add insult to injury, I am unable to look at the settings on my @EE router from my pc because they want me to download and use an APP instead which I will never do. The great enshitification continues...

@EE signal checker says signal in my area is good…. But got several weeks it’s been noticeable how poor it is across the town centre in particular and the neighbouring town too… anyway to report this when the checker says it’s ok?

For ***** Sake.. My @EE Hotspot Wifi signal dropping out faster than a Blue Lodge Freemason in a competition against a non mason where the deciding factor is skill and ability not handshakes and leg ups... Leave my internet connection alone...

@EE Tried that they say network ok, strange that I or anyone visiting me can’t hardly get a signal. Also WiFi calling is extremely annoying as it doesn’t hardly initiates.

No phone signal with @EE, their app doesn't load and their service check isn't working on their website. What ******** is going on big companies today? It's disgraceful.

Would never recommend @ThreeUK - poor network (often getting <10mbps + poor call quality), poor customer service and even when leaving to change network again, they managed to mess up my number port to the point my temporary number doesn't work! @EE and @O2 highly recommended
