@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@M1K3YTAY @EE Good opportunity to leave EE and move to another network if you've only just upgraded. I made the mistake of being manipulated into upgrading. Customer services keep getting worse and prices have gone up a few weeks later. The worst mobile network in the UK! #unEEthical

@EE Why text me and say you will PRICE MATCH but offer me the same deal on your website? Furthermore, is it true that by purchasing an EE contract with USwitch, you reduce the speed and connectivity on the EE network? Very dissapointed!

While playing @iracing and in a good battle for 3rd, my @ee 4g router decided to cut out for a split second kicking me from the race. And this is the second time today that the router has done this. And each time I've checked it it has blue lights on all the symbols!

@EE honestly your website is the worst and is so buggy!! Other then having to log into my account every 30 seconds cause every time i add something to my basket i get logged out, when i log in I’m re directed to my Ee home page and an empty basket!
