@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

@daveLadlow @EE Agree but would be nice if they sent a text i had no access to the internet so couldn’t see that there network was down be cause i had no access to this message. Not fussed that its down but would have loved to be told.

@EE data went down, went on my online account to see whats what, apparently used 99.97 gb of my 100gb allowance and my allowance refreshed yesterday. barely been online today because of the service being down. hope my allowance is refreshed
