    @AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

    @EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

    Hey @EE Right now, 21:35 on a Friday evening, in the centre of Truro, this is the appalling state of my 4G connection. This is a regular occurrence, any time of day, but again I find myself so frustrated that I'm calling you out on Twitter. Many millions of users pay you huge amounts of money ... you really need to up your game for your customers. @Starlink is breathing down your neck now, and price comparison means many of us could very well switch providers if service doesn't improve.

    @EE Loyal customer for years. Invited to upgrade last month so did. Was assured I did not need to do anything to keep my business as it was. Made a visit to Spain and when I got back I have been charged for roaming despite being assured it would not happen. No refund allowed.

    @EE credit as run out. call 150 says"mobile network not available" so run out of credit can't top up. What a **** network, been with you 18 months, am leaving you tomorrow. log in website, send code never arrives. ****!

    @EE @EE How am I meant to check local service issues if ya own website tells me it can't even get information from its own service? Kinda need the data i've paid for or should I just request a chargeback and swap providers?

    My grandfather has been having an issue with EE since February of this year & has been repeatedly fobbed off & is still being charged for a tablet & sim, which he returned as received, that has since been lost in transit, despite having proof of postage! @EE
