@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

Changed phone provider for my son to see what @EE is like ordered the new iPhone for him- promised it was in stock and would get here before Christmas- still waiting- dreadful service - should’ve stayed with 3!

@EE how do I get out of a sim only contract? I have been with you for absolutely years, renewed last year 24mo contract, another year left to go and the signal I get with EE is utterly shambolic. It literally works nowhere. Something to do with a 'network guarantee?'...

@NataleeValleys @EE How long you had the signal problems? You need to ask to speak to a manger to team leader who have the authority to do something. Anybody else is useless to you. Explain and then ask to leave without no fee due to having no signal for weeks/months and that you’ve tried everything

@Pazza_81 @EE I nearly got caught with this too! If you allow the help to find you a phone it comes up with £13pm for 5GB SIM only. I got suspicious as it appeared as 3 months only on the main screen. The helper doesn’t show the ‘deal’ & is misleading the sale. I almost clicked buy too.

@EE hiya, at 01:38am this morning, my broadband went down and is still down to Lincoln LN4 2.. area (wont give full postcode on here). I’ve reconfigured the primary power coupling quite a few times, but Still ‘No Internet Connection’ displayed & other devices too (so not just 1)

@EE hi, your website is erroring. Was a customer, come back, trying to buy a phone. Tells me it’s found me so will log me in (no choice), then says something has gone wrong, can’t log me in. I can login on the id url but the shop one errors. Tried 2 browsers. Can’t buy phone!!!
