@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE You’re scammers! I called, went to the store, and did all I can to cancel a plan I didn’t sign up for but had no luck. All your CS agents promised to look into my issue and give me call back but they never did. One of them even booked a slot to make sure I am available

@EE let’s discuss: do you think it’s fair to pay the full price of my monthly plan if I don’t receive full service throughout the month? And when I say service I mean the network and customer service are both mediocre at best.
