Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

Skiing with friends and had panic when separated today. Over 3 full day no. Any idea of when it will be resolved.

Ninzolow (@Ninzolow) reported@Ofcom Long overdue. You should never be able to agree a contract and then just months later it goes up by 14% - @EE and @virginmedia are prime examples of this. Free license to fleece customers.
