@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

@indextwo @jemjabella @EE Yeah I've noticed that phone companies in general are really bad with that. Had the same thing with 3 where they charged me for something despite me cancelling the product. They said they had technical issues & they couldn't refund me 🙄 They refunded in the end.

@England @EE Yeah the new launch a beer lad culture used to be for students only in the 90s, and if they launched a pint on the wrong bloke god help them. Now every prat thinks it’s great, beer cost money. If I ever dropped a pint I gutted, never mind this for show culture.

@mouthwaite @EE It never fails to astonish me, that people think there’s actually an upgrade process attached to getting a new phone. Through network providers you pay extra for it (total cost and some) and you pay for a new fixed term contract each time. Why?!

@EE it's a shame how far your customer service has gone down over the last few years... Completely ignoring my request to cancel my contract to being told that I don't understand the situation.
