@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

@EE Guys I have literally been ignored by the EE team on here ALL DAY despite I see you actively replying to other more recent tweets! Have sent mutiple DMs with zero response. 2 EE stores no help all have systems down, online same & ZERO clue as to when they will be back up.

@EE best network, what a load of crap, first you send me the wrong phone to then cancel my account to then credit check me again and tell me I'm not entitled to a new contract? Please tell me why I was approved for two phones (only took one) to now being told no???

Awful service provided by @EE ! Thanks to shutdown my home broadband because someone else put the wrong address on a internet transfer request. Minimum 2 weeks wait to get it back. What about sending a confirmation email to the registered contact to confirm the transfer?

@EE @EE Firstly, I've been with EE, and it's forebearers since 2000. The service in Great Barr/Sandwell area, disruption notified by text a week ago - 24 hours essential maintenance? - simply appalling, you should have been honest and said 24 DAYS! Compensation! #nothingnowhere
