@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE can't get through to anyone on the phone as you are having issues you just took 235 upgrade fee and then the page crashes and takes me back basket I want to speak to someone now as I'm out of pocket and getting mugged off here
