@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

@EE not sure what's going on. Had huge issues trying to get EE broadband, kept being told openreach were rejecting. Got numerous emails now confirming installations for three different dates with different prices and not sure what's happening. Can anyone tell me what's going on?!

@EE Been in the shop felt like I was in a rude boy zone.Shouldn't use probably language brove no brove. I don't understand how you get the best UK service like that. Can't wait for the 9 months to be over. If you don't want my business ther is always someone else out there

@EE No. No timeframe. I feel like I wasted my money on a dongle that doesn’t work in the area I live. For personal reasons I had to cancel my broadband. The dongle was meant to be a suitable stopgap.
