@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@EE right had enough my internet keeps getting cut for "non payment" despite me paying my damn bill and the people on the phone are just damn rude Tell you what I've had enough of the **** now and following people around shove your contract

@EE Yeah figured as much can you internally pass it up or over to whovever needs it? every time I try to get this dealt with by phone I guess I'm the unlucky one who gets a rude dipass every time who won't take I've paid my bill already as a reason to do anything

@EE I'd rather not contact my bank however if I have to i will as I paying for a service that if I do get it's inadequate and most of the time I'm lucky to get that

@EE I'd get it a couple of times ya know teething problems new connection etc when I first called and it happened I was told that it was because I had a new connection and to wait it out so I did but even now it still happens
