    @AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

    @EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

    @EE well. I am shocked by the customer service receieved. EE agents have let me down. Thete staff are highly incompetent. Being told false information which has resulted in having to pay for cancellation. Long term loyal customer obviously means nothing. Not happy.

    .@EE The quality of your mobile phone signal for the last few days has been utterly dismal. I am in London NW2 and have calls cutting out and dropping continually for 3 days now. Was speaking to another EE user in the Solihull area this afternoon, who reported similar problems.
