@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

Two hours on a train today in the UK and I probably had two minutes MAX of phone signal. I can’t wait to leave @EE when my contract is done!

Yet again I find myself wondering how @ee have won Britain's best network 11 years running. Finally managed to sort out a new phone and contract after three weeks but they've added ScamGuard - a service that costs money - without actually asking me first

@EE I am abroad for an extended period, and as you can appreciate, handling this over the phone is not economically reasonable. I am trying to act responsibly, but with such long waiting times and no alternative solutions offered, I don’t know how we can reach a resolution.

@EE is by far the most infuriating company; ever since they upgraded me from BT is been one problem after another... Now I cannot link the old BT Broadband Account to my EE Mobile Account due to product already being linked and vice-versa! Don't want to be on hold using 150!

@EE very unusual for you to provide shoddy customer service, but it's been a characteristic since you joined with @bt_uk Promised a call back in an hour, eventually I called back about 3 hours later. Agreed a new contract and call dropped after 45 minutes, didn't call me back.

@EE Yeah, I will do. Just wanted to make you guys aware that this number may be phoning people that aren’t on your network. Also make sure they are aware that the guy that answered had an accent, but couldn’t tell what accent it was.
