    @EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

    @EE I am in the USA and can’t call you on any number as it doesn’t connect. I’m trying to buy a roaming package urgently. Nothing on my account to tell me what my options are. Help!!!

    @gamblinglamb @Papillion1983 @EE Yes I mean I know what the issue now is. Issue is though that I have been in all day and no one tried to deliver it. There was a crazy hail storm and next thing my parcel is heading back to no doubt start again. Some of this is my fault but some isn’t and it’s only a bit funny

    @EE zero service in Loughton area. Sort it out ee it’s never ending , the price you charge a month and you can’t even make a poxy call
