It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

This is a regular occurrence, any time of day, but again I find myself so frustrated that I'm calling you out on Twitter. Many millions of users pay you huge amounts of money ... you really need to up your game for your customers. @Starlink is breathing down your neck now, and price comparison means many of us could very well switch providers if service doesn't improve.

Loads of issues have come up, still no fibre & appt moved 3 times, & when I’ve tried to call to speak, no way at all. Went to complain, could only do via AI and it kept stopping me from typing 😡
