@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

Can’t knock @EE phoned them yesterday to see why I’ve got dodgy reception at home for the last few days, bird I spoke to gave me 50% off my bill & is phoning me back Saturday to see if the issue is sorted, if not she’s gonna gimme the month free, on all 3 contracts.

@EE I am having problems with my EE mobile WiFi box. It turns on ( all 4 lights showing) but then does not go through the sequence of going off and on again. This started Saturday and still not corrected. I did have data on this device so that not the reason.

@EE I am having a lot of problems with my EE service at present. I will raise them one at a time. Your header says that you keep me connected. My iPad ran out 2 days ago but I was unable to access your app to buy more.

My problems with online access continue. My EE WiFi device is not connecting to the service . I was unable to buy more data for the 4G option despite @EE claim that they keep people connected. I had no service for 2 days ( 4G reloads today)

@VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK shocking management of a customer complaint I was advised to place by a Manager of one of your stores. Terrible inconsistency with what my case worker says will happen and does happen. Thankfully moved to @EE which is proving a pleasure/breeze
