@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

Back in South Wales, which has a 5G phone signal…now takes twice as long to do anything on phone! Any advice on whether you can turn it off to use 3 or 4G? @EE

@EE That makes sense as it follows iTil which I'm qualified in, but that's not been the case. So if you're closing the complaint without resolve then it shows there is something you aren't telling me. I will message you my information now.

@EE hi, i have just gone to use my phone, i can't dial or receive calls, receive confirmation texts from 2FA (which is the urgent issue), nor can I use 150 as apparently not enough credit (may be true, i do not know, but i can't confirm this through call or sms means).

@EE Despite my calls constantly dropping out, your wi-fi calling not working properly, which one of your own operatives told me & EE are currently going through a huge investigation! Is it really necessary to send me a text saying my bill is ready on Christmas Day??
