@EE Poor service from EE this evening. Son has 2nd phone on my account. SIM is obviously faulty. Helpful colleague on Saturday but didn’t call back as promised. Very rude woman this evening,very unhelpful. Just send a new SIM card so we don’t have to keep doing this!

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

@EE why am I getting a very weak signal most of the time. Never had this before .been.going on for about 2 weeks. Unable to msje calls even with WiFi calling on. And missing calls .very frustrating I'm paying £37.90 a month and unable to call alot of the time

@EE It’s not fixed despite numerous phone calls to ee, awful service despite being told how much you value me and my custom. Only have 5 phones with you. Absolutely fuming. Customer service has plummeted in the last few years along with some of ee’s customer service listening skills
