I can use my work phone, which is on a different network, at the same time and it is super speedy and does everything I ask of it. My EE phone does nothing. Maybe take this as feedback and investigate the issue rather than send a generic response.

We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

Your service at Euston is worse than at least one of your competitors. 1000’s of people travel through Euston every day. Just a little acknowledgement of the problems there and a note to say you would look into it would do wonders

Gavin Peacock’s Gilet (@korsikoff) reported from Milton Keynes, England@EE I commute into Euston every day M-F. It’s the same EVERY morning and evening. My EE phone doesn’t work, my work O2 phone is excellent. No issues elsewhere, so maybe look at improving your service in around Euston.

However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful).
