@EE Very disappointed and not even been a new customer for 24 hours and the SIM card doesn’t work.! I’m stuck on 3G, I’m on long shift with my nhs employer and the best solution given, find a phone to try your sim in it to see if you get 4G.!! Thanks 👍🏻

@EE Yes, it was your tech team that offered the advice that I find someone with a phone put my Sim in it and see whether the 4G works bearing in mind I need to find someone that has an iPhone takes a nano Sim isn’t locked to a network and isn’t on EE.

@EE Hi. I am able to track my order no problem. However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). The link on quidco does indeed take me to your own official website.

@EE won't be upgrading with you again. Misleading customers into buying unnecessary products isn't good service. Always check your bill... what appears FREE maybe not be.

Each time i call another new person speaks to me , have to explain the whole issue again and doesnt come with any solution ! Each time i get an email from your its either at 19:50 during week or at 13:50 during weekend so i dont get a chance to reply ! @EE
