    @EE I upgraded using my phone on 29 Jan. I just accepted the offer as EE sent by mailshot text. Realised too hasty. Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

    It seems so expensive to have #5G on @EE I am not sure if pay the cost & not upgraded. Come Jan21 we shldnt have to include EU automatically within the contracts. Bring the cost down. Beside #MiltonKeynes doesn't have 5G. #LoveMK

    @EE I just upgraded to a 5G plan but my order confirmation says you won’t send me a new sim if I only updated my plan. What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

    @EE I was kept waiting for proof of purchase. Sorted that. This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. I am going to call again today.

    @EE terrible broadband service, after being convinced to switch from virgin media with the offer of “we’ll pay off your remaining contract” the service has already been down all day. We only switched last week.

    @EE absolutley terrible signal today and I know why. You need to make more money year on year, so bills go up but there's no reinvestment so the service gets worse as prices continue to go up. Close to the mark?

    @EE Perhaps that was the problem , I can usually get 4G in town but there’s a blank spot close to your mast to be able to use Ringo and Apple Pay in Faversham central car park I have to be a long way from the mast

    @EE No signal at SY15 6TJ. Used to be ok, but recently it's not working. Now the network coverage says I should no longer get a signal. 5G 'improvements'. Cheers.

    @EE Absolutely raging. @EE “support” told me to get a relative to call for me because I’m deaf. Imagine being excluded from your own account because of their lack of accessibility. 2025 and still no respect for deaf customers. Do better. #DeafRights #AccessibilityFail
