This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. Dai John (@Dai_John_7) reported@EE since switching from BT to EE with the new hub all I’ve had is problems, having to constantly switch it all off and reset it. WIFI still off and call centre shut, looks like my plans to work from home tomorrow are gone. Terrible service, time to switch providers
