This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

Your service at Euston is worse than at least one of your competitors. 1000’s of people travel through Euston every day. Just a little acknowledgement of the problems there and a note to say you would look into it would do wonders

Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

Chris Rosser (@chris_rosser) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE All Internet in UK is moving away from copper to the premises - and all the replacements require power to function - if you get a UPS you can plug your router and other devices (such as a phone interface) into it to keep them running during a power outage.

Tried twice this morning & had to give up after>10 minutes listening to the awful music. This is re broadband but I may cancel my phone too!

CraigH (@cragz_uk) reported@stuuk11 @LeilaniDowding @EE Copper is being phased out for Fibre Optic not WIFI. Maybe its different for mobile companies but you would have to be insane to get your home phone and internet service with a mobile network company.
