Your service at Euston is worse than at least one of your competitors. 1000’s of people travel through Euston every day. We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

BT owns EE - and they are just as bad. I am not comfortable in this digital age. Bring back carrier pigeons, morse code, proper telephones, the abacus and television with 3 Channels.
