  • korsikoff Gavin Peacock’s Gilet (@korsikoff) reported from Milton Keynes, England

@EE I commute into Euston every day M-F. It’s the same EVERY morning and evening. My EE phone doesn’t work, my work O2 phone is excellent. No issues elsewhere, so maybe look at improving your service in around Euston.

  • korsikoff Gavin Peacock’s Gilet (@korsikoff) reported from Milton Keynes, England

@EE Oh dear. Another corporate standard response. Your service at Euston is worse than at least one of your competitors. 1000’s of people travel through Euston every day. Just a little acknowledgement of the problems there and a note to say you would look into it would do wonders

  • VanguardVirtua1 Vanguard Virtual Assistant (@VanguardVirtua1) reported from Bedford, England

@EE Yes and so is my husband who is an EE customer. We can get on the website but when we try to buy something the error message pops up. We've tried on: Phones Tablet PC

  • 1AustinMitch Mitch (@1AustinMitch) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@EE No bud, basically your network is really bad and am paying to be on that rubbish network... where’s @giffgaff when you need them!

  • AlSoprano Allister (@AlSoprano) reported from Milton Keynes, England

@EE One of your team leaders applied a credit to my account to apologise. Just wanted to make my many followers aware of the latest in my long list of poor customer service experiences

  • AlSoprano Allister (@AlSoprano) reported from Milton Keynes, England

@EE Hi. I am able to track my order no problem. However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). The link on quidco does indeed take me to your own official website.

  • shortyn2201 Nikki (@shortyn2201) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@EE Very disappointed and not even been a new customer for 24 hours and the SIM card doesn’t work.! I’m stuck on 3G, I’m on long shift with my nhs employer and the best solution given, find a phone to try your sim in it to see if you get 4G.!! Thanks 👍🏻

  • WhiteHart_Lad -=🍋🍋 King_Monkey 🍋🍋=- (@WhiteHart_Lad) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@EE I'm an EE mobile customer and the lady said the monthly cost is £26 a month inc VAT approx 41-67mbs or around those figures. We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

  • LevittCheryl Cheryl Chapman (@LevittCheryl) reported from Northill, England

@ee once again your service is appalling, I really have no idea why I remain with you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • LukeLukeyboi Luke cottrell (@LukeLukeyboi) reported from Bedford, England

Had some of the worst customer service from @EE today, after 8 years of being a loyal customer I won’t be renewing my contract again. #Disappointed #poorcustomerservice

  • penfoldholes Richard Barker (@penfoldholes) reported from Shefford, England

    @victoriamscott @EE I thought the customer was king ....

  • Dawn4Io DAWN4IoE (@Dawn4Io) reported from Milton Keynes, England

@NoServiceHereUK hardly any signal (not even 3G) in MK shopping centre. @EE

  • shortyn2201 Nikki (@shortyn2201) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@EE Yes, it was your tech team that offered the advice that I find someone with a phone put my Sim in it and see whether the 4G works bearing in mind I need to find someone that has an iPhone takes a nano Sim isn’t locked to a network and isn’t on EE.

  • flyfour Flyfour (@flyfour) reported from Milton Keynes, England

So frustrated with @EE and their lack of common sense. I can't even get a 2G signal indoors at home but as EE say the coverage is "fine there" according to their system, that's the end of the debate.

  • WeisiG Weisi Guo (@WeisiG) reported from Milton Keynes, England

@NoServiceHereUK No signal from @EE inside Jury Inn hotel

  • flyfour Flyfour (@flyfour) reported from Milton Keynes, England

It's not my handset, it's their lousy coverage. I even showed them @rootmetrics maps showing how bad it is round here. "Sorry we can't rely on that data"... So it's goodbye @EE and hello @VodafoneUK

  • Rachel28911 Rachel🏉😇🙏⛑⛾🚑🏳️‍🌈 (@Rachel28911) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@EE won't be upgrading with you again. Misleading customers into buying unnecessary products isn't good service. Always check your bill... what appears FREE maybe not be.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • AlexDSAvery Alex (@AlexDSAvery) reported

@EE Just had the bluntest "we're charging you ~£10/month" email from you. For the record, how much does it cost to cancel mid-contract? The prices you're charging aren't fair value or sustainable. I've seen how you try to justify it to other customers. Not interested.

  • Peacherz Country Peach (@Peacherz) reported

@munchl4xx @EE I know right!! That’s why Stu switched, and I’ll be dropping my contract as soon as I can. Bet prices won’t go down when inflation goes down

  • Raymbb Rachel Benbow (@Raymbb) reported

@EE I took my contract out in September 2021, there certainly wasn’t a clause for a 16% increase with 3 weeks notice. Maybe a slight increase but 16% is absolute day light robbery. Maybe if your network actually worked efficiently then it would be less insulting.

  • CeceWoodox Christie (@CeceWoodox) reported

@EE So I get a text saying about price increase that’s based on inflation so you ‘can continue to run.’ But based on profit for the last couple of years that’s a load of ****. Definitely time to look elsewhere for my phone provider

  • admrobrts Adam Roberts (@admrobrts) reported

So I joined @EE in 1 March. A monthly contract of £101. 7 days later they email to inform me my bill will increase to £115.54 on 31 March. 14.4% increase. Nice way to welcome a new customer. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

  • FxckBethaanyy Biff🔮 SAW MAYA!!! (@FxckBethaanyy) reported

@ee putting my phone bill up by £12 a month is outrageous! I already pay £89, bet as soon as prices come down you won’t be putting them back down, money robbing!! 😡😡

  • ChrisxxxOvO chris thomas𓅓 (@ChrisxxxOvO) reported

EE contract up £3.90 a month "disgusting" you've just lost a customer come the end of may @EE

  • Johnbri72316458 Jack brindle (@Johnbri72316458) reported

Lovely message from @EE this morning, due to inflation we are putting your bill up £8.24 great way to treat your customer of 14 years guess who I won’t be renewing with ever again

  • LizH_11 Liz (@LizH_11) reported

@EE @RFC_RhinoRyan I have never had as many Txts telling me a problem with the network in my area, doesn’t look like my increase is being used near me ! 👋EE

  • Crabbers29 Ian Crabtree (@Crabbers29) reported

Don't know why i ever went back to @EE . I'll be leaving as soon as I can. Awful customer service and now putting up my bill nearly £8 a month.
