Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

Your service at Euston is worse than at least one of your competitors. 1000’s of people travel through Euston every day. I’m stuck on 3G, I’m on long shift with my nhs employer and the best solution given, find a phone to try your sim in it to see if you get 4G.!! Thanks 👍🏻

However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). Peter Alston (@paalston) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better
