However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

Your service at Euston is worse than at least one of your competitors. 1000’s of people travel through Euston every day. In Oxfordshire an intellectual heavyweight, you cannot get reliable signal in the city centre an don't signal in most places you drive to. My son went to a school trip to India and another one in Wales. Guess where he was out of reach....in Wales.

Jim Fogarty (@64Jimfogarty) reported@EE must say very disappointed that you ask for extra £10 for wifi extenders after promising when taking contract out that I wouldn't need them and if I did you would provide them. Like the rest once in contract yous do what you want at customer cost. Lesson learned be careful
