We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. I can use my work phone, which is on a different network, at the same time and it is super speedy and does everything I ask of it. My EE phone does nothing. Maybe take this as feedback and investigate the issue rather than send a generic response.

However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). We paid for a fibre upgrade in March, you only JUST installed it last Tuesday, 3 days later you switched it off. Help!
