    @EE Maybe will try again. The apple music hasn't been added as tried to download and it said EE hasn't applied. Teething problems I guess.

    @EE Yes, it was your tech team that offered the advice that I find someone with a phone put my Sim in it and see whether the 4G works bearing in mind I need to find someone that has an iPhone takes a nano Sim isn’t locked to a network and isn’t on EE.

    @EE Been with @ThreeUK for years & the prices get better & better the longer you're with them. The communication aspect is hit & miss but they recently sorted out a problem for me so fast, I couldn't fault them. The speed is okay to me. Lower prices & I'd reconsider.

    @EE HiGlen. I got the watch order changed so that’s sorted. When in the last 12 or even 24 months have you not been busy? That’s my issue. Either the management need to fix it or stop making excuses.

    @EE @MarcAllera I’ve been in touch about my attempt to upgrade. I’ve only been a customer for about 10 years but whilst your team try to be helpful sadly I couldn’t feel less valued. Guess it’s time to move. I’ll cancel my upgrade, get my money back and give another network a try

    16 calls from a different 07584 number over the past hour. Some Amazon scam, answered one to hang up thinking it would stop but they just keeping coming. Any ways to disable this please @EE 🙏

    @EE Interesting response. I can use my work phone, which is on a different network, at the same time and it is super speedy and does everything I ask of it. My EE phone does nothing. Maybe take this as feedback and investigate the issue rather than send a generic response.

    @EE It’s a moto E13 I think but it’s no good trying to guide me through it as I’m not with her again until next weekend. I am trying to find someone who can go with her to the shop in the hope that they can, at the very least put in some emergency contacts for her

    @EE this service is getting worse! Why is it your app, which is vital to adjust schedules for my kids, is always 'under maintenance' at the most inconvenient times! Why is this work never done at like 0100-0500 when it's less likely to be used!! Never had this issue with BT 😡

    @iowrunningmum @EE But when this sort of thing happened to me when I worked there, if they said X, and there was a call on the date they said and what they said was credible (I.e. not saying you were offered free BB for life), I’d believe the customer.

    @EE Done that today - they reset the mast (even though your system said no internet issues) now it’s even worse than before!! 4 hours I’ve been logged on with minimal activity…. How do I complain so I don’t pay my next bill as am not paying for service we’re not receiving!

    @DerekAllan61 @EE Hi Derek try Mozillion they piggyback on EE just don’t have 5G Stand alone (5G+) but isn’t the end of the world, I ordered a iPhone through them and the service has been top notch 👍🏻

    @EE Should I be expecting calls from this number 07393 227481 claiming to be from the EE Customer Care dept. Sounds like a scam to possible clone SIM or gain access to customer phones. Please review.

    @EE Thank you very much for your quick and responsive reply, however, it didn’t work! No help from HELP 66033, as far as I read it, the whole thing since joining BT has gone bonkers, it’s costing me a fortune for absolutely nothing, every penny counts when you rely on on pension
