Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). We have checked thoroughly for faults on our end and can't see anything that would call for us to have this flag. We have been talking to the EE technical team and haven't been able to progress or come to a resolution. @EE we would greatly appreciate a deeper look into the reason so many of your customers are experiencing this issue - some of them have made contact but haven't been able to come to a resolution.
