@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

@EE is anyone going to answer my query? What on earth happened to EE? Used to have amazing customer service. Now nobody answers the phone, nobody answers on social media - dreadful. I’ll be cancelling my contract entirely if I don’t get an answer tomorrow.

Can anyone recommend a decent mobile phone provider? @EE have finally done it and I’m about to cancel my (brand new) contract with them. Best network for customer service, my arse.
