  Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

  @dcuthbert I'm on @EE and over the past year it's become useless. Says 5G doesn't load anything. Worst part the mobile signal is shocking and it drops nearly every call. As Soon as i'm out of contract they gone. Would be nice if they let me out for providing a **** service.

  @EE Can you please fix your service that I pay you to provide by contract. I have gone through all of your different avenues and no one can provide me with an answer as to what the fault is. The connection is spotty at best and drops out fully roughly every hour.

  @EE Reported my wifi keeps dropping, the lady I spoke to said she could see it had been dropping for a few days & changed the channel. Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.

  @janettocornetto @EE If you can get online using wi-fi, maybe you could install a navigation app that just uses GPS only and doesn't need an Internet connection. The US is quite big, I'm guessing there's places without mobile signal.
