FourTheVirtuoso (@VirtuosoFour) reported@MrGGJay @EE One of the support call was like. 'yeah, we can send it to get repaired, which would take up to 14 days and you may be billed for it' and I was like nah. I'll call someone else. Next call 'oh yeah we will send you a new one tomorrow
