@EE How acceptable is it for EE to leave a elderly relative with out a working phone ? The network in my area has been rubbish for the last few weeks. My mother has a basic 3G only phone. This no longer works due to network problems. Disgusting service from EE

*******. I know things are going up but @EE a 9.3% increase in tariffs is a bit much isn’t it? I know there’s yearly increase but never has it been this much. Another case of consumers bearing the brunt of the hard times suffered by all 😤

@EE So what you are saying is we pay for those who can’t afford to pay and for your future upgrades yet you can afford to give enormous amounts to your shareholders? Also the service has not changed over the past two years either.

@EE Cool, it's just when you call the line doesn't actually even ring, it just drops the call. Very strange. Seems a couple of others are having the same problem.
