@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

@EE The app only allows me to add the large screen option on, rather than providing me with the option to create a BT login for BT sport.

@NarrowboatTales @WoodyBrewer2011 @EE Have you been ‘slowed down’ under their fair use policy ? I dont use EE only Vodafone Unlimited & Smarty Unlimited - neither of which have suffered this issue. We also use it every day for work, and use for streaming catch-up/Netflix etc

Ever since the switch, within the same house where I used to golet decent network with @bt_uk I have been getting rare to no service with @EE. I called today with that regard, explaining that I work from home and need the service. But I was refused solutions for whatever reasons.

@EE I was on the phone for over an hour while trying to speak to a rep yesterday, but still couldn’t get through. And I’m having the same issue today. You can’t use covid as an excuse, neither do I expect you to be short staffed, considering you claim to be the biggest network.

My @ee 4G broadband contract comes to a premature end in 2 weeks after battling the shocking lack of service and speeds slower than the 90s. I’ll be having a ceremonious smashing up of my router. Any destruction ideas are welcome. Stamping on it just seems a bit of a cheat 🎉🎊

Dear @EE there have been 13 problems with the signal at my place since the start of May. No discount offered for the inconvenience, just text after text informing me that I can't use data ( the bit that costs the most) despite a rise in price earlier this year. It's a disgrace
