I’m getting really fed up with the quantity of scam calls I’m receiving each week. I’ve had 4 this week already. I don’t share my telephone number with many, so I cant understand why this keeps happening. @EE sort it out! Never had this with other networks.

@EE @MarinaPurkiss @EE are so bad. They've lost me and my whole family as customers. Price rise after price rise with less signal coverage and charges after charges with no loyalty reward. Bye bye **** service.

Second night in a row that @EE broadband has gone down at midnight. This is the exact reason I switched from Sky so they'd better sort it out.

@RalphUpton @EE They used to be good. Can’t get thru to anyone now. Before my bill is due they have stopped my data even though I have unlimited everything. Very very poor. Leaving them. Disgusted

Hard to believe it was possible to receive the level of customer service received today from @EE Three hours of me phoning them. Spoke to 11 different people. All very apologetic about the mistakes made. Told what my options were. Made my decision. They’ll get back to me.
