@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

@immaSidd 4 years of having 5g and outside 1 or 2 pointless speed tests , I have personally yet to see the benefit of it. Still have absolutely zero signal in my own street and very very limited signal over our whole county. @EE
