  Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

  @EE I did. It told me it couldn't find any issues at my home address, which is true. But there are in my local town centre. It told me to "press 1 to speak to someone" but when I did, it told me to hang up and check my texts.

Too see it you have to log on and follow our system instructions designed to make our lives easier not your. Same to see why we've raised your charges.   @Ofcom why is @EE able to suspend my phone despite asking repeatedly to set up a direct debit? Followed all their requests. Spent a whole day on the phone. Women’s refuge. Having no phone is dangerous! No one listening or doing anything! Very frustrated! 😩 please help!

  @EE @EE now this has affected my credit score 😡 all because of inept advisors. The service has been so bad. I need to speak to someone I head office ASAP
