  @EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

  @EE When I first set it up end of last year i just set up finger print i.d. on my Galaxy S8 and it always asked me to log in with finger i.d. Now app takes me to login page on phone. Stored Macbook browser p/w saying wrong password.

  @EE Upgraded my contract DPD decided to pocket the phone rather than deliver it to me. EE trying to set up a new contract but there is a hold on the account has been for 9 days despite me not having the phone. Escalations tried to set up a new account but systems gone down no idea
