@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

@EE Honestly I wouldn't bother. Been subject to multiple cases of misinformation or straight up lies in the past few months by this company and now been advised that customer support can't offer customer support if you purchased your device in store

@EE I ordered ROAMING PASS yesterday and have arrived in the US today with no phone service for either myself or my wife. This is not good.

@PureSasori @Jessica85079057 @EE I ended up reversing the DD and cancelling it. I’ve spoken to them on two occasions and all they have done is close the complaint. The Fraudulent charges are still on my bill!!
