Fairly sure no one at @EE knows how to convert an old T-Mobile contract into a new EE one. Told to go to the shop to collect a sim and the contracts not even been processed and suck with no one able to fix it. Bloody shambles.

@EE I simply don't need it anymore. I did consider a new handset but I'm not prepared to pay any more than I do already so best to just cancel it altogether I reckon

@EE Hi Matty, no need mate. I’ve solved the problem and am now getting emails again. It turned that, for some reason, the words “recent:” had been put before my user name. I removed that and re-entered my password, and it all fell back into place. I can now send and receive again.
