    @EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

    @EE You seriously having a laugh. You are by far and away the worst phone service in Birmingham. Can't even get a signal to make or receive calls in many areas of the city!

    @EE Good afternoon Peter, hope you’re good. As working from home 5 days a week, I’ve been struggling with the quality, in my particular area. Haven’t really used the mobile elsewhere. The same awful quality is happening with the use of my fathers mobile.

    Email from @EE at 07:21 to confirm all work completed. 4G signal went off at 10:28 and only came back on there at 12:30. Shocking that customers don't get told that the network will be out - for planned works! If I had known, I'd have gone into town to work! @weloveSY @Sygazette

    Very disappointed to read that @VodafoneUK have followed @EE in showing a total disregard for their customers by reintroducing the scandalous, openly profiteering European roaming charge that was previously banned by the EU. Shame on you for your poor #customerexperience

    Hi @VodafoneUK , I finally decided to move to @EE . I hope after finishing the early termination fee, I will not be charged like I was charged, post termination, for broadband service before.
