Whoever redesigned the @EE mobile app for iOS did a bad job. Whoever signed it off has no idea how somebody uses the app. Absolutely lacking a user-centric design.

@EE this company has gone down hill bigtime.Hav been with them for years.Wanted to upgrade and agent couldn’t even knock off £30 for me. I’m willing to pay £100 but agent stubborn and wanted £130. Wats happened to the loyalty with EE. Not happy. changin network once contract ends

@ee @MarcAllera how can EE fraudulently claim it’s market leader for 8 years have the best signal may be in that there London, but in reality here in the north Shropshire countryside where the same transmitter failes daily EE admit the fault not bother about it its become a joke

@EE why is it when you ring up tells me your number 1 network for the past 8 years running yes I pay over £170 a month and can't even get signal why I'm at home it's ridiculous
