Seems someone has nicked my ID and has arranged to switch my mobile phone network. Apparently they'd rung customers services and been verified. Fortunately, the team @EE are sorting it out for me. Be careful out there, people.

@EE your broadband service is absolutely terrible, the older broadband was faster and didn't drop out 50 times a day!! What a rip off! 48 hours to download a ps5 game is outrageous!!!

@EE very unhappy customer, reoccurring fault on my phone, missing vital voicemails & the best you can do is send me ombudsman info!!! You don’t get my vote on the best mobile provider for 9 yrs as you state!!

@EE I have done all the reset options, I have even done a factory reset and it still doesn't help, we have had a new router and that didn't help. Your service is terrible and your customer service is even worse as your customer service agent doesn't reply to emails.
