@EE The app only allows me to add the large screen option on, rather than providing me with the option to create a BT login for BT sport.

@Fotomotion @EE Hope I get one soon. I ordered it online a few minutes past 1pm on the pre order time and took a day's unpaid leave from work yesterday to make sure I was in as customer services said it would be yday!

Beware of @EE and @BT. @EE miss sell you products in store and neither company deals with your complaint and only say you can do it in store. Shame the customer service isn't as good as their network!!

Had nothing but problems after taking a phone out with @EE , contanst chasing them, wrong billing amount, and all sorts 😫😫😫 defo will never be taking a contract out with them again
