@EE I've had problems with my messages. Yesterday it took a very long time to send a MMS and another one didn't send at all, and just now I've sent a SMS that was marked as "sending" for at least a full minute before going. Is there a problem?

@EE Hiya, woken up and my phone has completely no service to it, so does my partners but we always have signal on our phones where we are living usually, it just says no service.

I never do this but the customer service of @EE is amazing!! There’s an 0800 number to call and you get straight through to a human being!!! 😱😱😱 Didn’t even have to choose a single number and they solved my problem straight away #EE #BT
