    Don’t think @EE should ever use DPD as a courier service again. They’ve been a complete failure trying to deliver the Switch 2 since Thursday and now our package is lost. An absolute joke

    @bt_uk @BTCare @EE wow I've never dealt with such awful companies. It's been a total farce. All recorded for shock value how bad the journey has been. Def worthy of a CG bt creator comforts. Am un funny joke. I'm lost for words. :( so so bad. Nightmare.

    @EE hi, EE service in Royston Herts is totally down. No mobile data, no calls, nothing. Website is saying service good but clearly not. Let’s hope I don’t have an emergency where I need to contact someone

    The usual annual increase in April of £1.15 per month for the same pathetic mobile service across all networks but more so my own @EE. Printing money for themselves

    After porting my number, I had a persistent issue with incoming calls that my previous provider couldn’t fix. Since moving to @EE, their outstanding customer service took the time and care to resolve it. Impressed!
