@EE The app only allows me to add the large screen option on, rather than providing me with the option to create a BT login for BT sport.

@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

Seven years later we discovered this - but all records of the @EE phone - apart from the monthly direct debit - had vanished. And you can’t even get through to customer services without your phone number. So we just cancelled the direct debit. Big mistake?

Oh @EE I’m falling out of love. First my new phone never turned up on Monday as promised. Today it turned up and like an excited little boy at Christmas I opened it up just now to find some crappy pink colour phone. But I can’t call you because you’ve been engaged all night. 😢

@thelifeofjadey @O2 @EE was just as bad! I was disgusted with how much my bill was going up! I will be looking for a new provider once my contract is up!
