@sihoughton @EE It’s got everything to do with it. They are doing it because they no longer have concessions in the EU. Like there’s no EU Medical insurance so if some idiot breaks their leg in Benidorm there’s no insurance and it will cost a fortune.

@EE I need to top up my son's £ balance using the 150 support number, but apparently the 150 number isn't working because he has no £ balance. How is that meant to work?
