@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

Hey @bt_uk I have no idea who to contact. But be sure what’s happening with my internet installation now ?! I have no signal etc because of @ee and now I have no idea what you are doing. It’s meant to be live tomorrow. Not happy one bit as I’ve been left not know what’s going on!

@EE @DarrenHorner9 Alex are you able to reply to my comment about the 2 bar signal & only 4G in my area & claiming to be the best 5G network around, while you’re talking about investing in the network & the signal. Seeings as that’s being ignored.

@EE hi, I am looking at unlocking my partner's old iphone to sell it. When we enter the imei online, it says it is partially unlocked. We don't have a sim from a different network to complete the process - when someone buys it, can they insert any sim, or will they have issues?

@stace_the_face @EE Stace we’ve had loads of problems in Kingswood! I’ve ended up having to use wifi calling at home and they’ve refunded me a whole months bill.

@rich_atkins @Faymondo73 @EE Is there still a percentage rise which effectively breaks the contract? That always used to be the case, always kept quiet. Once a rise of a certain percentage (mid contract) the contract is in breach of terms. And you have the right to cancel ( I’m a decade out of the game)

@RockcliffeFiles @EE All for zillions of minutes and texts you never use in my case. Cheap pay and go sim is the future i think once this contract expires especially now that smartphone technology has plateaued it seems

@EE No but it's working now. When both my wife and myself can't call any numbers it figures it wouldn't be a me issue. Thanks for whatever the fix was.

@EE Back to being able to make calls but now being told a 15% rise in my bill. I've had issues with signal for a while now and was told masts were being sorted in the area. Still not great at times. Been a customer for years, now feel service isn't as good and prices are up!

@EE I Can use internet Facebook and twitter but cannot use mobile or landline to make phone calls landline receives phone calls but mobile goes to voicemail new customer and vulnerable luckily call button works
