@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

@EE Data. Every time the connection renews, I get a notification of a voicemail message .. although I don't use the service and repeatedly requested it be switched off.

You know what's really fun? Calling your ISP (in this case @EE) because your internet just randomly went down and the IVR tells you they're closed, then suggests you check their online community for help. Brilliant idea that...

@EE I can’t get through to any sort of customer support and my phone that was supposed to arrive in 48 working hours still has no tracking info, I haven’t received a single text. Can you tell me when it will be dispatched? Or who I can contact? I need a working phone.

Also - .@btsport I have a deal with.@EE and I can't access it after sorting email out and password and it sends a confirmation text to an old phone number and doesn't allow me to change it!!!! Shocking service and cancelling tomorrow.

For god sake @EE , why you keep a notification on the app when my issue was resolved during the contact? Now I’ve got 7 for no reason.
