@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

@EE Yes things are okay when I walk 10 to 15 minutes outside the area, which is not good enough. When are you going to fix this? Same thing happened again now with my phone call. I want to make a complaint, can you arrange for someone to call me on Sunday? Thanks

@EE I've been trying to sort out @btsport through you since Monday! I've spoken to you on 4 different occasions and keep being told I'll be given a call within 24 hours. So far absolutely nothing, despite being told on the phone it's an easy fix! I need it for tomorrow!
