    @EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

    @EE The app only allows me to add the large screen option on, rather than providing me with the option to create a BT login for BT sport.

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    Leaving @VodafoneUK after only 4 days of broadband activation. Been on the phone to them for more than 4 hours trying to resolve simple issues. Still not resolved. Looking for an active line takeover...Any decent offers @bt_uk or @EE?

    @EE I am very disappointed with you. Ordered an upgrade and new phone and you have delivered a reconditioned one. Seal broken. When I contacted you by phone to sort this out so unhelpful and told me I have to ring another number and will only discuss this once you receive back.

    So, @O2 and @EE, I'm currently paying £10 a month for 15gb of 5g data, but their service is getting worse, even in non busy areas. Do either of you have something similar? PAYG only, no contracts, even rolling monthly ones, @ThreeUK have screwed me over in the past with those

    @EE Hi, with your kind help I have looked at the list, but I'm still waiting for one of the providers to call me to see if I'm entitled. I'm already with EE & my contract comes ends on the 23/11, this has worried me that I be locked in before I hear. Your advice would be helpful.

    @AbbieSBrooks @EE Same customer service as @AmericanExpress then. I’m 3 days with a blocked card and still can’t get through . It’s truly pathetic

    @EE want to complain about your mobile signal from Colchester to Liverpool Street station, London. Never had any issues until the last couple of months now contstant slow buffering all the time. Mobile signal shows as full 4g most of the time and it just doesn't work!!!!!!!
