  Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

  @EE Your agent was supposed to email me the bill's and the non existent emails I never received telling me the line was going to be cut off, I still have not received them. This problem is above your agent's pay grade, in fact I don't understand why you have a customer service.

  @scotlabnurse7 @EE It's dreadful. Thought I'd cracked it on Friday with a very helpful Customer Service person - but the attitude of the local ee shop manager today was appalling. I'm now trying to get access to their complaints procedure. They seem to have vanished.

  @EE hi. I’m trying to set up my friends ee top box but we have no volume. We’ve tried resetting the box and pressing home/7 but nothing is working. Help!

  Now in the process of setting up every single one of my devices at home after being told a router reset would NOT change the network name or password. Thanks Libby from @EE (and incidentally if you fixed the issue in the first place I wouldn’t need to keep calling) 😡
