Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@EE I will be very honest in expressing my displeasure with your service to me and my family. First it was the non-functional App, limiting my ability to control my children's online activities (which has lingered for over 4 months). The latest is total outage of the Internet.

@EE why do you make it so hard to buy from you? Want to renew for another 24 months. Web site broken (too many redirects), phone line 20+ minute wait, and shop in Canterbury left me standing like a lemon for 15 minutes before I gave up and left. Have now got my PAC to go to three

@EE I’ve spent hours on calls with your unhelpful team…I explain to them that I have no signal in my area but because their checklist tells them that it’s “good service” they don’t do anything about it. I’m paying monthly to receive no/poor service and no support to try sort it.
