Typical @EE it’s your bill date so you go to pay your bill but the app is down for maintenance & the my ee part of the website is down as well so can’t pay the bill at all 😡

@Dadyougeek @EE I've just done it on my Google Pixel. The app is down for maintenance, but accessing the browser through Chrome had no difficulties at all. Sorry dude.

@EE spent an entire day in Hyde Park yesterday. Phone said I had signal all day, but all day long, nothing would load. You lot are a sham. You make these bullsh*t tv ads about being the best, but you dont deliver. £90 per month - not worth a penny of it!

Between attempting to charge me over £800 for a simple repair (of a phone with a retail price of £850) and their staggeringly bad coverage over the last week suffice to say I'm fully done with @EE after the contract runs out

Due to my new broadband provider not notifying you of the changes.. you aren't refunding me for the last 2 months when I've already left. You said I have to contact the new provider for a refund. Ridiculous policy @EE - I've paid you the money so you should issue me the refund.

@EE our wifi is a Huwaei router with an EE SIM card in it. We are experiencing a poor signal today - we’ve tried rebooting etc but nothing is working - any ideas please? Thank you
