@SkyUK why won’t your broadband let me on @Facebook @Twitter etc. Next doors @TalkTalk and my @EE 4g is fine. Maybe I’ll cancel and switch. Not happy.

@EE All done. The operator did in ten minutes what I've been trying to do for days on the internet via laptop & phone. There's an issue with swappables. All sorted now.

@GTCieloBlu @VodafoneUK If you live in the south your better off going to @virginmedia mobile ( @EE ) I wood check the deals they got @virginmedia I got got good deals from virgin Voderfone Signal is pretty poor quality compared to both @02& @EE for single it ok not great but not terrible

Never known a company to have such disrespect to customers then @EE you speak to people on the phone and in store. They all say different things, they all lie and they all have no spines to sort **** all out. Honestly feel like cancelling my direct debit to them is my best option

@EE I never asked for it for £20 I only asked what deals they had so I just walked out after how rude she was. So I looked only on your site and it said I wasn’t eligible till the 17th of this month but my wife’s contract runout a month later with 02 and they have offered her one now

Part 2. Mum uses WhatsApp, iMessage and FaceTime to communicate. As a BSL user received English texts to say the phone will terminate if not used. She assumed it was junk msgs and ignored. @EE said @Ofcom said if a phone is not used within 265 days it’s be terminated.

It's unbelievable. My friend is type 1, partially sighted ...etc etc. I could go on. Her phone with @EE is crucial..no real help - just talking. At 9am GMT @EE e sent this text "Your Unlimited Mins, Texts & Data for 3 days will end at 23:59 on 13/02"...she can't use the phone.

@EE You obviously didn’t understand what I tweeted. It’s EE’s rubbish signal strength and lack of coverage in our area of 4G & no 5G signal. I have 4 mobiles (iphone & Samsungs) currently on EE which reiterates the poor signal coverage from EE.

@EE your phones are crap..got it for Christmas.. and this is the second time sending for repair.. Not only that but it's gone black and rang 999 three times..wasting there valuable time.. you've had the phone more then me since I've had it it's not good enough!!!

@EE My mobile phone has been cut off for some reason (no internet, calls texts). Logging in to EE via WiFi brings up an error. This is after a software update, phone was restarted twice since. Any help?
