Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

@EE on My EE. Sent the SMS but the response says “charges” vs extra charges so I am still not sure, and I’d love to see the details of the charges. I should not need to send a SMS if I’m using the mobile app in any case. Not happy with the customer experience.
