Jason Williams-James 🏴🧪🥼🚲 🇪🇺 (@JWilliamsJames) reported from Penally, Wales@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.
-
Kevin Stanley (@kevwoodlandpr) reported from Tenby, Wales@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.
-
THE BAND OF BROTHERS (@Raggamuffin5446) reported from Kilgetty, Wales@joehoward91 @EE With the service as bad as it is In Pembrokeshire constantly going down daily and with this over-inflated price increase we should be offered an option of being released from the contract with no penalties.
-
Sam Schwartz 🏴 (@samschwartz95) reported from Kilgetty, Wales@xXN3WTXxiVi @EE Definitely don’t mate been without signal for around 3 days now
-
Lien Setab (@BlankFrank__) reported from Kilgetty, Wales@EE Yeah so if your so f**king good how come your network in South Pembrokeshire is shite. It's on a par with 2 cans and a piece of string actually I think the later might just edge it
-

-

Ray Planet Earth 🇬🇧 (@JimBob1046620) reported@CallMeMysticall @LeilaniDowding @EE there is that, but they will get IP, should they want Old Phone , yes! Cookies is an issue tbh
-
TheGreatCordwainer (@zombiestyled) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Personal use satellite radios on their way. CB radio. Personal use batteries. Could be considetrd a backwards step, but copper line phones were never power free magic.
-
Luke Maguire (@_LukeMaguire) reported@JacobiteJen Which network? I’m like this with @EE 😒
-
wrrnnfs (@Warrennnf) reportedI would rather slice myself in half than use bt/ee internet. Shits a scam and im getting 1mbps speeds lmaoo **** you @EE
-
Maisie the Tortie / Margaret 🇬🇧🇨🇦 (@maisiethetortie) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE We had no landline, no internet and no mobile signal last week due to issues with Vodafone . I had to walk up the road and basically shout my account details at someone to try and fix it. What would happen if there was an emergency? I couldn’t call 999.
-
Les Cashmore (@LesCashmore) reported@EE @sophie_reed98 I never understand why companies reply with “contact our team & they will assist” good customer service starts with EE taking the lead to contact the customer & directly assist the customer, if EE or any company value loyalty make the effort to keep your customers, it’s just lazy
-
Lumpy Pete (@LumpyPete) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE They did this to us a couple of years ago, bought an uninterruptable power supply (UPS) for any power cuts which happens a lot round here. Can't help thinking we'll regret getting rid of landlines, we're putting all our eggs in one (digital) basket, no good will come of it.
-
beth (@loisgriff_) reported@jonesaw @EE I just called. We the masses are broke in my area, so they are going to get fixed. So, could be without service for a few days or hours.
-
Chris Rosser (@chris_rosser) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE All Internet in UK is moving away from copper to the premises - and all the replacements require power to function - if you get a UPS you can plug your router and other devices (such as a phone interface) into it to keep them running during a power outage.
-
Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE It’s a joke, especially for vulnerable people living in a rural area with little mobile signal. @bt_uk recent performance has been pathetic with an elderly friend who has no wi-fi, getting on for 2 weeks with still no fix in sight.
