@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

Having a Anytime upgrade with @ee really does **** you over. The plans being offered are no we’re near as lucrative as the offers advertised for a new customer!! 😡 #ee #iphone #iPhone12ProMax

@Nettwerk @EE I was trying to figure this out. Dont think ee support it. As my friend is on o2 and she has the exact same phone and works on hers

@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

  • vicky_jjj

  • BlankFrank__

@EE Yeah so if your so f**king good how come your network in South Pembrokeshire is shite. It's on a par with 2 cans and a piece of string actually I think the later might just edge it

@EE @Kb19031160 EE has every right to increase their prices and take advantage that they are no longer bound by EU law. As customers we have every right to think that they are not a very customer friendly organisation and shop elsewhere. After 25yrs as a Orange / EE user I will be moving on

  • ChuckyShed
    Charles (@ChuckyShed) reported

@EE @stephanieb7301 I hope you change your mind and scrap your roaming fee. Don't force this move on the customer.

  • worhoose
    Poundland **** (@worhoose) reported

@Pauldonny1983 @EE I had been with EE since they were one2one and 4 years ago I had an unexpected bill from them they didn't do anything to help so I jumped ship to #three and I'm happy there, although I travel around the northeast alot and there's some signal blackspots but all good usually

  • AndyVale
    Andy Vale (@AndyVale) reported

@ToastyToadie @EE @Kb19031160 They're a business, not a charity, and we chose to put them in this position with regards to roaming charges. Sucks, but we are getting what we asked for.

  • swallocks64
    John Owlerton (@swallocks64) reported

@EE @bryonydixon Garbage. If we we still in the EU you wouldn't be doing this. Sold you soul.

  • viewsfromleft

@KayBurley @EE That’s the problem when you don’t have laws protecting you like we had in the EU.

  • kay8469
    Kay (@kay8469) reported

Counter productive move by @EE by re-introducing roaming charges, I for one will no longer use as my preferred network. #lies #profiteering #eeroaming

  • ChuckyShed
    Charles (@ChuckyShed) reported

@EE @mmbronstein "Apply to customers choosing to roam". No ****, Sherlock. But the idea of modern day technology and phones is to be connectable around the World. Not go backwards.

  • peteyguk81

@bearingwest @SiobhanBenita @EE You've completely missed the point... typical remoaner. Never about the facts, just always about rhetoric. 😴

  • garyceuph
    Gary Curtin (@garyceuph) reported

@EE I read this morning that you plan to introduce roaming charges again, when other carriers simply put a cap on data uses before a charge is taken. Why have you chosen to go down this route? Been with #EE for 13 years, maybe it's time for a change.
