@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE I work on a busy ind est and my usually strong signal has been non existent for four hours, making calls & data usage impossible. (i'm using a neighbours wi-fi to send this!) What is going on please as I can't work without phone/internet?!

@mouthwaite @EE Tamzin move to Tesco, never had an issue and my whole family have had mobiles with them for a number of years. Don’t accept Covid as an excuse for poor service as it isn’t and most people are back at work now in one form or another.. If not they should be!! (Unless isolating)

@mouthwaite @EE Tam, I feel ur pain, ur not on ur own loads out there have this all the time, u go to the shop they say its separate from the online, u then call customer service and they redirect u to the shop, tell them u r leaving and go to a different phone company it does help somtimes

@mouthwaite @EE We had loads of problems with EE our contracts had come to an end & we wanted to go with a better provider but they wanted to charge us for leaving them in end we had to go to consumer affairs we now with Tesco mobile they well cheap & you get first class customer care
