@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

Hey @EE after being a customer both mobile and broadband for years you can only offer me an iPhone 12 for £41 a month for 2yrs but O2 will do the same for £30 a month for 2yrs. No rewards for loyalty 😬
