@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE, we've no network whatsoever and our 'mobile data has been switched off for sim 1 by our provider'- that'd be you. I've just had major surgery & should i need to call a family member for help, I can't do so. Huge event at Emirates Old Trafford- same issue with every event.

@EE well you claim on tv you have less outages than anyone else yet you’ve been down since 2pm,i’ve had to pay £7.99 for a day on bt- wifi to use my phone,i pay you guys a fortune each month this is a joke 🤬🤬
