@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE A complaint was raised weeks ago, nothing has changed. Home broadband can't do anything as its with CAT. I get the same messages off you guys on here. I'm sick of it & we're looking into legal action against both yourselves and @OpenreachHelp

@EE I am a broadband and mobile customer and am having difficulties with phone signal - rarely going above 1 bar and have ‘no signal’ often. I have been cut off from work phone calls a lot today and need help to fix this issue ASAP. Thanks!

Yesterday I spoke to @EE who I have been a customer to for MANY years & explained my phone has had it and I’d like to bring my bill down by paying for an early upgrade! I was offered new iPhone 12 max £54 Pm with £400 uf payment #shocking #valuedcustomer
