@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

Really annoyed with @EE last few years I’ve spent several hundred pounds every month and the service I’ve had is shocking. Now their incompetence to process a trade in has resulted in them damaging my credit score. Out of contract soon and I am off sick of crap customer service

@EE I ordered a new phone on 26th Jan. It still hasn’t arrived despite me paying a 134 upgrade fee and signing up to a significant increase in monthly plan. How do I go About freeing myself of your shoddy service?

@EE Unfortunately due to a mask having been faulty in our area for the past eight months I get horrendous signal and service from EE which makes calls almost impossible. Can this not be dealt with via chat or email? Because I do agree it is a very large jump in price

@EE I have sent a DM previously and nothing different has been said. No sincere apology. No reasonable solution been offered. In fact the response given highlights that EE is more concerned to protect the scammers than their LOYAL customers.
