@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE We managed to get somewhere in the end and get a temporary setup going, but we have no ETA on when our fibre line will be fixed, and there's no way to track progress of any broadband repair or issue without phoning in - unless we've missed something?

@EE is it possible to cancel my contract without calling 150? I'm overseas and plan to be for the foreseeable future but currently ill & lost my voice + can't afford the phone call anyway. (Don't worry, I'm not ending my contract early... 16 months late actually!) Thanks! 📱❌

@MarcAllera @EE Thanks. It was Marie, I went in with what I thought was a faulty iPhone (annual upgrade from EE) but Marie whittled it down to my leads. Super helpful, even apologising that the fault could not be rectified and spent a good amount of time with me.
