@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE I've tried that number before and it asks you for an EE mobile number which I don't have. I got sent a letter today saying I have a late payment. I haven't been a customer since 19th December. I would like a refund on the payment I had to make to be able to apply for a mortgage.

@EE Nope, no time frame given. And considering we have been waiting since the end of Nov for this I think this is awful customer service. Maybe we should switch provider this Nov to someone who fulfills their promises to their customers?

@EE a family member has died of Covid. Her husband is too infirm to go to the funeral. I’m trying to sort a way of him watching it from home via the internet but they don’t have the internet. Can you help at all? I hate the thought of him missing his wife’s funeral. #CovidUK
