@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE you claim to be the "UK's best network" that's a FALSE claim @Ofcom as NO SIGNAL at WN5 9HD for TWO DAYS yet your coverage says there are NO ISSUES!! TWO devices affected. Care to comment?

@MarcAllera instead of complaining to @EE Customer services I’m complaining to you. After being on the phone over 2 1/2 hours and still not resolving my issue you need to employ more staff to answer the phone. Maybe you should pay take a pay cut of the millions you get paid. Poor
