@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE if you put my phone bill up due to the “CPI” index I will never renew my contract with you again. I’ve been with Orange/EE since I got my first mobile in 1999 but will not accept price rises mid-contract. Rather than shareholders, think about your customers. #Ripoff #Liars

@EE I was on live chat with one of your rep, Dilip. Was absolutely horrid & like a bot. No decency or sympathy. Just kept repeating the same thing over and over again. He even said contact us again when you go overdue on your bill. Help should be provided b4 this happens.

@EE 2 full days without Internet access and first complaint filed. Did you know that you can't get to speak to an EE advisor unless you ring from the mobile/landline number registered on the contract? Rubbish customer service. It calls for a switch. #CustomerSatisfaction
