  @EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

  @EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

  @EE I live in Lydney, Gloucestershire and since Tuesday have been experiencing no signal or when the signal has come back like yesterday experiencing problems with my mobile data, I know I’m not the only customer experiencing the same. I currently have 3G full signal but cannot..

  @EE been struggling for a while with your network. Spoke to a Customer Service agent who informed me I need to call in every time I have an issue. I’m disinclined to call you everyday. Also informed, that you are unable to guarantee signal from my residence.

  @EE Hi Georgia. So my broadband has been playing up for the whole contract, I’ve had people out to fix it and never sorted it. Always get fobbed off. Customer services aren’t interested. So I’ve given up. Il change my phone and broadband as soon as I can. Cheers
