@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@joehoward91 @EE With the service as bad as it is In Pembrokeshire constantly going down daily and with this over-inflated price increase we should be offered an option of being released from the contract with no penalties.

@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE It’s been an ongoing issue for months but the last 2 days has just not been good enough, if it wasn’t for being stuck in a contract I would be leaving your service. We are having to now pay out for extra data on top of having our WiFi bill just to get her onto her lessons!

@EE most annoyed to have waited in all day for a delivery only to be emailed that the driver has "missed me" wtf? NO ONE HAS KNOCKED MY DOOR ALL DAY, and now I've had to pay extra to have it delivered on a weekend? C'mon!

@EE absolutely disgraceful customer service. 2 payments taken this month, left with no money and have to wait up to 5 days to get the money back YOU were unauthorised to take.
