@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE Afraid I'm getting nowhere on your website where I've been trying to unlock an old iPad to give to my Mum. Currently the iPad shows the Carrier as "EE 36.0" but your website doesn't seem to recognise the IMEI so I can't progress the unlock. Can you help? Cheers, Martin

@EE OK sim arrived its been in my phone since yesterday still just says "emergency calls only" is it because I provided my pac code when I ordered online and I'm waiting on it porting over? Or do I need to activate it first as the leaflet said it would be ready to go

@Capt_tuBBymAN @EE I was championing this idea several years ago at Narnia (CTC) - do all the computing in the cloud, give all the ATCOs iPAD Pro and Google glasses and close down all the expensive Centres. My other idea was double decker runways at Heathrow to increase capacity 👻
