@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

Apologies that calls from @EE mobiles aren't getting through to us currently. EE are aware of the problem and it is out of our control. All other networks and landlines are unaffected.

@EE what the hell have you done to your answer service? Telling me how many messages I have every time I delete one is so time consuming and annoying. Can you go back to the old system!
