@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE I know there’s an issue in Waverley station (where I work) but I used to pick up 5G at Dalmeny, Hermiston Gait and Straiton areas of the city, yet today it’s only been 4G. I reset my network settings the other day like you told me.. still nothing!

@PeteDog13 @RoversRadio Shoutout to @EE for their work then. Naturally I’m not there every week but haven’t had any recent problems when in attendance. Luckily my son doesn’t get bored, he just asks me 50m questions whilst I’m trying to concentrate 😱
