    @XboxP3 @EE ? EE they’re a mobile network supplier how can you give them access to games ? They have no platform they don’t have an online game store or even make anything you can play on wtf it’s all smoke and mirrors

    @mk1plumbing18 @morrishgp @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk @EE @virginmedia Honestly I’d say the worst company Iv ever had the displeasure of dealing with but in all fairness it’s a good price and I get good speeds with minimal issues but the setting up was like pulling hens teeth

    So we’ve been with @EE for nearly 6 years since moving into Littleport near #ely it’s been crap, who would people suggest as contract up in March?

    @EE you sent me an order confirmation email and a plan confirmation email last Friday but apparently my order didn’t complete. Still not responded to my complaint about this and your previous response on here was also dreadful. UK’s best mobile network? Absolutely unbelievable!

    @EE's auth process to login might genuinely be the most **** piece of software on the planet. Log in with email > prompts about using a passkey (don't use one) > send code instead > input code & verify > errors about the code being resent too many times. Its actually impressive they have both the worst website of any provider and they somehow made it a giant pain in the *** to even log into it. It's 2026 and the company is worth millions yet their site is like some dog **** from 2010.

    @EE I’ve already called several times on Friday and today. Lots of time spent on hold. Online support is really poor. All I wanted was to watch a TV channel I have paid for but you have cancelled the channel, taken my money and won’t reinstate unless I call you again several times.

    PT1 @WeAreOpenreach Formal complaint incoming. @bt_uk @EE Order placed 6 April ahead of house move on 15th. Install promised 22nd. Now pushed AGAIN to 5 May with ZERO explanation. Repeated 48hr updates that deliver nothing. No broadband, TV, smart devices — for nearly a MONTH.
