@mk1plumbing18 @morrishgp @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk @EE @virginmedia Honestly I’d say the worst company Iv ever had the displeasure of dealing with but in all fairness it’s a good price and I get good speeds with minimal issues but the setting up was like pulling hens teeth

@EE how do i cancel an upgrade i ordered yesterday? I asked for the Samsung S21+ and after double checking my order you have put through the S21 not S21+. I would have never have agreed the monthly cost had i realised as i can easily get the S21 cheaper on other networks.

Trying to set up an @EE data sim should not be so difficult! Think I am going to have a look at another network. Either their network or web pages are very slow, neither of which bodes well for future usage. 🙄

@ee any idea when you’re going to fix the signal in Surbiton? Everytime it goes down we get: “taking longer than expected to fix” “we’re sending an engineer” “health and safety delay” “we’ve only just realised our mast is at a station” “we’ll update you in a month” “No refunds”

Well the @EE phone MOT was a giant waste of my time! The battery has issues but called for the MOT AFTER the warranty has ended so can’t do anything about it. Maybe the MOT should be at 6 months so there’s time to fix issues! Also got no clean, polish or £10 off accessories!
