    @mk1plumbing18 @morrishgp @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk @EE @virginmedia Honestly I’d say the worst company Iv ever had the displeasure of dealing with but in all fairness it’s a good price and I get good speeds with minimal issues but the setting up was like pulling hens teeth

    @EE @rootmetrics Been with you since the "Orange" days always had no issues with customer service & always got a good deal on upgrades converted my wife now gave her my old handset & "gift" her data every month 👍👍

    @EE Yes. Spent to time to go to @Apple who confirmed a problem but out of one year manufacturer warranty. EE have said im@not covered even though I’m only 18m into my 24m contract. I didn’t expect to take a contract out and get a dodgy handset

    @A_McCrea @Apple @EE My issue is more weighted towards EE selling me a contract and giving me a poor product. A customer of 17 years may be coming to and end

    @EE My Dad made a top up of £5 on the 19th Oct 2021. This is for emergencies and rarely uses his mobile. However, last Thursday he tried to phone me and there was no credit in his account. He can't even phone 150. Can you help? PM.

    Not very happy with @EE. Initiated a Port In. Tried to cancel and was advised they could reverse it in 72 hours. Needless to say, the agent misinformed me and it can’t be done. No ambiguity as done over live chat.
