  @EE TV more expensive than the subscription channels. And you can’t Cancel for 24months! In brief I have EE TV. Have tried to reduce package to lowest, but tied in till end of 2027. £22 a month for; NowTV incl HBO and Netflix Basic. I realise is independently it cost 15.98

  @EE number via DM for my broadband and tv before I finish work otherwise I’ll be having lovely call to cancel everything on the drive home!! 😡😡 and don’t worry about the “thanks for choosing us” email from when my services were changed 3 days ago, got lost in sky I’m guessing!!

  @EE I have had an online chat followed by a long phone call and each time, I am back a further step and my bill has gone up instead of down. I have raised an online complaint so hopefully someone will find out what is going on.

  That’s the filthiest mobile operator , ever. They lie and let down customers. Trusted account closure, promised to do so, months later, they continue to charge.!!!!! When customer complains, they refer him to credit agencies, who slap a credit penalty of 3 strikes???!! @ee

  @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for.
