    @EE what’s going on with my ps5 order? All I’m seeing is lots of people receiving them and I’ve still heard nothing, I ordered before 8:30am on 19/11 and I’ve heard nothing back. This is awful customer service

    @EE Just off the phone to your customer services regarding my father paying an extra £20 on top of his bill, for 4gb of data, he does not use. He has been paying for this for 4 years, do EE not check the amount of data their clients are using, when they upgrade every two years?

    @EE Good job dismantling my local transmitter - now I have a £1000 brick. If you could please point me in the direction of where you announced this prior, so I could have switched to a competent network in advance.

    @EE. WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE. So I can’t upgrade my phone and I can’t cancel my contract without the word of my dying mother who doesn’t speak to anyone on the phone anymore I wouldn’t ask her of it. I’ve cancelled my direct debit. I won’t give another penny. Disgusting. @EE #EE

    @EE I have disgusting news regarding EE. I can’t upgrade my phone or cancel my contract (WHICH I PAY FOR FROM MY CARD) without the word of my dying mother. Even after the situation was explained. She’s too confused to speak to anyone. Won’t get another penny from me. Disgraceful
