@EE you're customer service this week has been shocking. I was promised a call back today at 445pm and of course nothing! I have a technical issue and I was on the phone this morning for over an 1hr and was promised a call back. Not impressed and problem still not solved.

@EE hi I am having a hard time removing game pass from my account, it’s been removed but shows on my Xbox I still have it via you as a add on. I have spoke to Microsoft and you and I can’t seem to find any help. Funny thing is I still have access to game pass and it works.

100% will not be renewing my contract with @EE iv paid over £700 in the last 8 months and yet I still owe over £900 and i wanted to see if I could change my plan so it’s more affordable to be told by an EE employee I can’t and I was shafted😱 never happening again🤬
