    Normally I have such good things to say about you @EE but this is the 4th time I've called to cancel my insurance only to be told "yes it's cancelled, then to receive a call telling me it's active" Then call to cancel to be hung up on. Unacceptable!

    @EE very disappointed with customer service on behalf of my 91 year old father. Failure to send replacement SIM card as promised 16 days ago leaves him without a mobile. Went to Canterbury store and told he has to come himself, which isn’t possible. Age discrimination clearly!

    @EE Messaged support but tweeting this out to make people aware, your order page stated I'd get the Pixel 6 Pro on release date but since then I've had no other confirmations. My tracker still says confirmed but since release is tomorrow I'd expect to have heard something?

    @EE hi can you tell me if there is an outage in DL2 1DY both myself and my partner have now signal and multiple people on the village group have similar issues but being told there isn’t an issue when they have called?

    @EE Please sort the poor level of service EE give me barely 1st. Barely 1 bar, for 6 months same excuses, I have been a loyal customer to you with 4 phones I need this sorting my neighbours have good service with voda and virgin and I may move please contact me
