package a day on. But have been charged £128.40 as if no travel package was on my account. The customer service received was insulting, disrespectful and belittling. I have been a loyal EE customer for over 10 year and paid higher bills than this every month.@EE @MarcAllera 2/3

i want to switch to @EE but damn they're pricy. @ThreeUK is so spotty. i randomly lose network whilst on the bus. it's the weirdest thing... or when in a mall. reminds me of cell c in southie 😭.

@EE absolutely disgusting customer service received today from one of your employees - Sophie Greenaway. My call was to query charges on my account. I had added the travel packed to my account on the day I reached Dubai. I text the word world to add the £6.85 package a day on.

In contrast, earlier this morning I called @EE because of very slow broadband. Phone answered within a minute by a polite bloke in Plymouth and engineer visit booked for tomorrow 👍
