    @EE hello my 4GEE Wi-fi mini isn’t connecting to the internet as the EE signal doesn’t seem to be running (I’m in Sunderland) you’re not showing as having an outage? I’m not able to use your wi-fi and connecting here via 4G. Please advise. Thank you

    @EE hey, my sim only contract is coming to an end so I'm looking at changing my contract. I saw in my upgrades section a 160gb/24month/£20 that I was going to get, my student discount doesn't work on it though. But it does on a 3gb/12m/£19 one. Should it not work on both?

    @EE I wanted to cancel but the lady I spoke to said “can’t get you a pac code, system isn’t working”. So the manager was going to call but never did.
