    @EE what’s going on with my ps5 order? All I’m seeing is lots of people receiving them and I’ve still heard nothing, I ordered before 8:30am on 19/11 and I’ve heard nothing back. This is awful customer service

    Sadly @EE still refusing to communicate transparently with me to help me determine how they or their systems exposed me to fraud through my old mobile phone number. They would rather leave me and all customers vulnerable to future fraud rather than investigating what happened.

    Kmt @EE the flipping worst company. Misold a broadband and TV package and since I’ve changed to fibre one the broadband keeps cutting out.

    Missing your product? Given wrong advice when sold something at a @EE store. This is a common occurrence recently and ee seem to not want to solve any of the issues. It goes as far as people like @Nomme1992 ordering something and not getting the device in the box on arrival.

    @EE can you please explain why over the last 4 months every time I call and try to make a claim on the insurance I am told the system is down, then I get told to go online only to get a server error message. I haven't been able to claim still!?
