@EE This has been nothing short of a complete nightmare. We’ve lost earnings working from home, @EE tell us they will not compensate for this. In terms of when this will be fixed we are continually lied to. whatever you do, stay clear of @EE. Worst customer service I’ve known

been using these 2 gammy as hell mobile wifi devices for 8 months now and we've had to rely on our (supposedly worse signal + much cheaper) phone hotspot from 3 pretty much the entire time. @EE were totally reliable before i locked myself into this 2 year contract, naturally..

@EE Day 17 offline. We were told yesterday afternoon it was definitely being fixed yesterday. Wasn’t fixed, called that night, told the handler had just lied to us and it was never going to be done yesterday. Spoke to a manager who advised they’d call us today at 10am - no call.

@EE I had one call a couple of weeks ago but it cut out after 2 -3 words. Presumably not reception as Vodafone work phone is 100% reliable. Apparently people have been phoning over festive period and only getting voicemail.
