@mk1plumbing18 @morrishgp @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk @EE @virginmedia Honestly I’d say the worst company Iv ever had the displeasure of dealing with but in all fairness it’s a good price and I get good speeds with minimal issues but the setting up was like pulling hens teeth

4 hours of phone calls my Dad did to @EE and @Apple yday to try and fix his issues with his new phone. They basically got nowhere. A 5 minute phone call with him this morning and we fixed everything. Some of these companies customer service is horrendous at times

What a disgrace @EE are!!! Taking £200 out of my wife’s bank & then she calls them up for them to tell her they can’t do nothing about it & that’s the end of it.. the guy on the other side of the phone was so rude!! @EE you have quality employees 👌🏼

Ive been an @EE customer for a few years now and i opened my account in store. Contract runs out at the start of jan so wanted to make sure it cancells from that point. Was told they cannot cancel contracts in store and have to call 150.. Really? Have a minute please. Done out.
