@mk1plumbing18 @morrishgp @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk @EE @virginmedia Honestly I’d say the worst company Iv ever had the displeasure of dealing with but in all fairness it’s a good price and I get good speeds with minimal issues but the setting up was like pulling hens teeth

  • seanwilkenqc Sean Wilken QC (@seanwilkenqc) reported

As a pure matter of customer service an 11 day increasing outage is worse than lamentable @EE

  • stephen501 Kein Engländer mehr- Ich bin Europäer Stephen (@stephen501) reported

The best network, i don't think so. Can hardly read a tweet in #Chester city centre. @EE taking my money under false pretenses. Their network appears to be getting worse. I guess they are trying to force me onto 3G.

  • Tazfiend Sam Campbell (@Tazfiend) reported

@EE Hi. It is being dealt with by your customer services now.

  • MissHillsmith Miss Hillsmith (@MissHillsmith) reported

@EE morning! Got my iPhone SE 2020 back in January and it was only turn on, reset or anything. How can I get it fixed? No water damage... Didn’t drop it... thanks!

  • steven_ncl StevenNCL (@steven_ncl) reported

@SirRtHonSimonV1 @EE yes, I am moving to SMARTY too on the same deal - £6 sim I am never buying a 24 month contract phone tied to one network. It's cheaper to get a 24 agreement with apple direct via their finance company

  • izzyms1211 Isabelle (@izzyms1211) reported

@EE why has my data been so **** for the past week! Can’t contact anyone when I’m out

  • clairesinc Claire Sinclair (@clairesinc) reported

@EE you are shockers - informed you I was leaving 12 days ago to go to another provider due to being out of contract. Despite 2 phone calls, 2 instant messaging conversations and raising a complaint about my phone being locked I STILL can’t make or receive calls - ridiculous!

  • steven_ncl StevenNCL (@steven_ncl) reported

@SirRtHonSimonV1 @EE .... EE said that he'd not spoken to the correct department in the first place - he rang 150, how on earth is he suppose to know. He left and won't go back. He can now move to any PAYG network whenever good deals come up with no penalty or notice

  • theshakadaddy Gareth Davies (@theshakadaddy) reported

@SkyHelpTeam Nope. Done that, several times already. Still not heard from sky, not about the shite wifi nor the complaint. I’ll be leaving when I’ve time to call; I’ll expect refund for the weeks of port/no internet whilst waiting for this shitshow to be sorted. @virginmedia @EE any offers?

  • John__Robinson John Robinson (@John__Robinson) reported

@EE appears that you don't support the Pixel 6 Pro on your network with esims? Lots of reports about incorrect QR code errors when trying. Can you confirm you will not be charging customers who have requested an esim for this fault?
