@EE there is obviously a major UK outage of your service. Please advise all customers of the problem. Rather than the poor social media team trying to use sticking plasters. Combined with BT broadband outage means no way to check status. Issue a press release 😡

@EE on the news it said there is a national outage, why would you ask for post code so you can check area! With EE you never get a good signal.😡
