@EE I have tried now multiple times to order via your website and phone system and your issues/policies are stopping me. I will do doing the upgrade in store and I WILL be returning the handset within 14 days if it's not suitable.

@EE Both. On mobile it's sticking when I search for store to have it sent, on PC it's sticking when I try to place the order. Due to these issues stopping me from upgrading online, can you confirm that if I pop to the shop and upgrade there I'll still have the 14 day change of mind?

@EE website absolutely gutted ordered PS5 just after 8:30 payment page cleared then page frozen for like ever, refreshing and the site was down No email so assume money refund and disappointment absolutely diabolical

@EE I have a problem regarding my 85 year old mother in laws EE Bill. I changed contract for her as she was on an expensive tariff (with ee) and now she is being billed even more. This is an 85 year old lady with dementia and your customer services are denying all knowledge.
