  • adamd72 Adam Davies (@adamd72) reported from Fawley, England

@EE please give me a call on +447584167047 or give me a number to call. My broadband is useless, always dropping signal. I don’t want to pay my bill anymore until I receive better service !!!!!

  • Vdweller Vivienne 🖤🐟🏠 Wear A Mask (@Vdweller) reported from Southampton, England

@EE @RitaOra Get this awful woman off Twitter. She should hang her head in shame after her recent behaviour. Not gyrating around in my timeline. Arrogant and offensive.

  • jamiefox83 Jamie Fox (@jamiefox83) reported from Gosport, England

@EE my EE phone and data signal at my place of work is terrible. Am I able to pay up my remaining contract and use my current number to go to another mobile phone provider? Thanks

  • Chaplin_Barry31 Barry Chaplin Fisher (@Chaplin_Barry31) reported from Southampton, England

@EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

  • rahim94 Rahim™ 🇬🇧🇲🇦🇺🇦 (@rahim94) reported from Southampton, England

@Dawsy16 @EE Yeah it's bullshit. Like alot of companies, unless you come in as a new customer, you'll have to threaten to leave, then they'll throw all the offers at you.

  • _charliegamble Charlie Gamble (@_charliegamble) reported from Eastleigh, England

Hi @EE I want to know after a second day of no network connection in the Eastleigh area what you are going to do to reimburse me to account for my loss of earnings? £ off my next phone bill was a nice gesture but that won’t be good enough now. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS?

  • adamd72 Adam Davies (@adamd72) reported from Fawley, England

  • catherinemorrow Catherine Morrow (@catherinemorrow) reported from Southampton, England

Hi @EE I’ve tried several times over several days to order an Apple Watch on the website and app and the order page has frozen every time. Is there a problem with ordering at the moment? Thanks

  • BeckieLBrown Beckie Brown (@BeckieLBrown) reported from Northwood, England

@EE hi there - we’ve got 2 Apple watches, both under my EE account. We want to upgrade them both but can’t figure out which one belongs to who as the account gives not info on watch colour etc. Only 2 different numbers which don’t help much..

  • stevesheridan Steve Sheridan (@stevesheridan) reported from Ryde, England

@EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

  • LaurenCawte1706 Lauren Cawte (@LaurenCawte1706) reported from Hill Head, England

@EE are you having problems with the signals? As it’s been like this for a few days now as I haven’t had full signal and sometimes I get no service.

  • adamd72 Adam Davies (@adamd72) reported from Southampton, England

You are the biggest load of dog **** going. No help as ever, no engineer as promised. I’ve cancelled my direct debit as I’ve had no service. Get ****** @EE @ee

  • adamd72 Adam Davies (@adamd72) reported from Southampton, England

@EE You said that last time. Still crap. No engineer as promised. No apology. I want a refund for the pain you’ve put me through the last 3/4 months. I’ve paid you in good faith and you’ve failed to deliver. I won’t DM as you request as I want everyone else to see how awful you are.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • bushboy31 Simon Bush (@bushboy31) reported

@EE So you're £9m profit doesn't help with that, and that was just for ONE QUARTER of the year!!!!! I know let's slap our loyal customers with a %14% pay rise per phone , I have 3 lines so I'm looking at a rise of £24 , that's a new contract We will be leaving EE in August

  • edevans2 ed (@edevans2) reported

@EE So there’s no 30 day period I can cancel without a fee after you put the price up 15% is what you’re saying?

  • will_knagg Will Knagg (@will_knagg) reported

@GJRbluebird @EE Completely agree, I was expecting the email showing the price increases but not expecting nearly 15% . I have 4 lines also, been with EE, T-Mobile/orange for 15 years and leaving when these are up. Can’t justify the prices when the service is average.

  • waynemckayPara Wayne Mckay (@waynemckayPara) reported

@EE I won’t be in minimum contract and I won’t be staying. Another long term customer lost. Thanks for your response.

  • chaosofcold Ah Damn (@chaosofcold) reported

@EE raising their prices 14% means I’ll be in the market for a new network! Who do people recommend? #EE

  • Tricky1884 Richard Foster (@Tricky1884) reported

@EE Perhaps so but this might have been a good year to consider splitting that burden between customer and profit rather than pushing it all to customers. A 14.4% price increase is too much.

  • AddickAddict Gary Naylor (@AddickAddict) reported

@EE 14.4% increase. That isn't a change in contract. That's inflation plus 3.9% for the same service! I do hope that all the employees of EE and BT (EE's parent company) have had their salaries increased by 10.5%. To not do that would be rather hypocritical after all.

  • speechlessfm Producer Speechless (@speechlessfm) reported

@EE when is your live chat going to be available for people who as an issue with there phone but don't have a land line and only a laptop to get help? My phone is broke and I need help

  • Stefano119531 Stefano11953 (@Stefano119531) reported

@Wiglanta1971 @EE @tescomobile If I were you I'd think about that very carefully & I say that as a current but soon to be ex Tesco mobile customer.

  • ORYAtech ORYAtech ✪ (@ORYAtech) reported

Hi @EE , I think it's time we part ways. How do I cancel my contract?
