Steve Sheridan (@stevesheridan) reported from Ryde, England@EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I won’t DM as you request as I want everyone else to see how awful you are.

-
Graeme Gardner 💙 (@GraemeGardner) reportedSo it looks like after 20 years @EE and I will part ways and I’ll go full fibre with someone else. Not willing to offer me the same deal as a new customer, nor match a competitors offer — some bullshit about their systems not letting them.
-
🤟🤟🤟 (@TakittyAi) reported@EE I having consistent connection issues with my broadband its a joke. It disconnects then when I try on the EE app it miraculously connects. I cant keep doing it

WorldCupOracle2026 (@OracleWC2026) reported@England @EE Not the performance we wanted. But, maybe it’s not sooo bad. Warm up game. Difficult conditions. Everyone through injury free. That’s the key part Tuchel will have learned more from that 90 minutes than any training session. Croatia in 10 days. That’s when it actually matters 🏴🔮 #ENGvNZL #WC2026 #ThreeLions
-

B R O O K E - she/her 🇺🇦🇦🇫 (@brroookee) reported@EE Checked all the locations I’ve been and there’s apparently no issues. I’m disabled and currently living alone. This is not safe, and not fair when I’m paying for a service!!
-
Simon 101 (@sc101_101) reported@EE @BenGungyal The basic problem is that large companies (all, not just you) view long term subscribers as cash cows to be exploited rather than valued customers. The fact that switching supplier every two years is better than being loyal to one is a sign of a fundamentally broken system.
