DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

So I looked only on your site and it said I wasn’t eligible till the 17th of this month but my wife’s contract runout a month later with 02 and they have offered her one now

Has been £5 per month for years for 10 years, just every now and then they increase the data allowed. Never been a problem.

Tim Clay (@TimClay20) reported@EE Loyal customer for years. Invited to upgrade last month so did. Was assured I did not need to do anything to keep my business as it was. Made a visit to Spain and when I got back I have been charged for roaming despite being assured it would not happen. No refund allowed.

Yep 3 hours as you have not provided our free EU roaming as promised when she bought a new phone and renewed her contract in March. I am confused please help. I left with about 14 days on the contract so how can I owe a whole month? And why refund then ask for money?
