    Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

    @EE Haven't issue with my upgrade being delivered. DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. Not sure why the onus is one me, and how am I supposed to know when it is back?

    @EE we are having problems sorting out a supposed unpaid bill of my daughters, and are being batted 🏏from one dept to another with no resolution....Can anyone take ownership of this and help get it sorted ???? It’s really worrying her.

    Hi @EE I want to know after a second day of no network connection in the Eastleigh area what you are going to do to reimburse me to account for my loss of earnings? £ off my next phone bill was a nice gesture but that won’t be good enough now. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS?

    @EE You said that last time. Still crap. No engineer as promised. No apology. I want a refund for the pain you’ve put me through the last 3/4 months. I’ve paid you in good faith and you’ve failed to deliver. I won’t DM as you request as I want everyone else to see how awful you are.

    @EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

    @Dawsy16 @EE Yeah it's bullshit. Like alot of companies,unless you come in as a new customer, you'll have to threaten to leave, then they'll throw all the offers at you.

    @EE 2. due to the fact she was already an @EE customer I took out a new deal for her and purchased a new iPhone and believed the wifi calling feature would overcome the poor signal, it worked well however my auntie was unable to work the phone and did not understand the swipe

    @EE 5. receive calls. Due to Covid the home has been closed for the last month so she hasn’t had any visitors. First time in 17 years I’ve had an issue with @EE, I feel extremely disappointed with their response to my complaint. Put feelings and compassion before profit !!

    Dear @EE as a long standing and loyal customer, since 1997 in fact, do you think that spamming my phone on a work day with info about the new Galaxy will make me a) leave my meetings and order a new phone; or, b) have me consider moving my contract elsewhere...? FFS.

    @EE customer service is rubbish, 4 times I have requested a refund for a cancelled contract and every time I never receive it, disgusting, trying to phone in is like pulling teeth takes an hour to get through to no result!

    @EE It is true, for three at least. I was in Manchester all of December personal mobile signal (three) there is terrible ! Work phone on EE wa absolutely fine
