    Super compassion from @SamsungMobile who wouldn’t honour earbuds 2 promo with @EE because although the disabled customer met the conditions and tried daily to claim online - they tell the disabled customer who can’t read - that they can’t help & they should have read the T&C’s

    @EE we are having problems sorting out a supposed unpaid bill of my daughters, and are being batted 🏏from one dept to another with no resolution....Can anyone take ownership of this and help get it sorted ???? It’s really worrying her.

    @EE Haven't issue with my upgrade being delivered. DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. Not sure why the onus is one me, and how am I supposed to know when it is back?

    @EE morning, the area I live has 1bar signal and making calls is difficult. Recently I had to phone the dr and they couldn’t hear me properly due to the poor signal. So19 area

    My father died before just before Christmas and the Internet was in his name. @EE created an account for my mum and gave her 14 days to cancel her contract. She did within the 14 days and was told that there wouldn't be any further charges. So why @EE are you referring her to a debt collection company when she did everything you asked of her and is no longer a customer?
