@EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

@EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

@EE hi there - we’ve got 2 Apple watches, both under my EE account. We want to upgrade them both but can’t figure out which one belongs to who as the account gives not info on watch colour etc. Only 2 different numbers which don’t help much..

@GTCieloBlu @VodafoneUK If you live in the south your better off going to @virginmedia mobile ( @EE ) I wood check the deals they got @virginmedia I got got good deals from virgin Voderfone Signal is pretty poor quality compared to both @02& @EE for single it ok not great but not terrible

Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

@EE This doesnt really help now you have stitched me up. The one minute calls were to an automated service and i was cut off after. This isnt good enough, i could have flown there cheaper. Its 2019, i would have expected these charges in 1990

@Churchill I am receiving questions via SMS to answer about my last phone call. It was a helpful phone call. @EE warned me that I'd be charged for responding to these as they fall outside my plan. That's not very good is it? Laura will now not know that I valued her help.

Shout out to @ee whose poor engineer has been trying to constantly fix a phone tower near #Ludlow since June 2021. Which is why the countryside to the south has such rubbish mobile reception and I can only make calls sitting upstairs with the windows open. Will it be fixed???

After years being a valued @EE customer I am completely disgusted and can't wait to get out of my contracts. After offering me an anytime upgrade online paying the upfront fee conf order they told me I can't have the contract formally offered. @Ofcom i will be in touch shortly

@EE my mum has had service issues fir a outlet if weeks. Each time we check status it says you are aware if a service problem in UB5 4EB. This hasn't changed and there is no update on the report when it was last reviewed by EE. My mum is 89 and relies on her phone.
