@EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

@EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

@EE Very slow sending texts. I think your signal is very poor where I live, even now I'm at my family's home and it's quite poor, like just bars. When I'm in my flat most of the time it's very very poor

@EE what's up with your service in the GL5 Stroud District as 5g drops to 4g then non-existent almost every few minutes and the phone signal has reduced to 2 bars. Your network is almost unusable ATM 🤬 shocking here ...

@EE No broadband line so have to use 4G for home internet. Issue with connecting mast since 10th June making service unusable, Tree requiring lopping apparently. Its now 5th October, 117 days later, either EE cant be bothered or Its incompetence. Affecting all local residents.
