Hi @EE I want to know after a second day of no network connection in the Eastleigh area what you are going to do to reimburse me to account for my loss of earnings? £ off my next phone bill was a nice gesture but that won’t be good enough now. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS?

Super compassion from @SamsungMobile who wouldn’t honour earbuds 2 promo with @EE because although the disabled customer met the conditions and tried daily to claim online - they tell the disabled customer who can’t read - that they can’t help & they should have read the T&C’s

@EE Haven't issue with my upgrade being delivered. DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. Not sure why the onus is one me, and how am I supposed to know when it is back?

@EE I have just received an email saying my contract price will increase £6.57 per month. I only just started this contact on 6th Feb!! It is unacceptable to increase the price of a contract when it’s less than 30days of starting one!! Very unhappy customer here.

Am I reading this right? My contract is going up by over £13 a month, I know it goes up year to year due to "inflation", interesting how in all this years its never gone down. But £13 a month extra is a joke. I'm sure it's normally been £2-3 a month when it goes up. @EE
