I keep finding I’m in the middle of a data-hungry operation and I’ve been logged off or lost Wi-fi connection. Several months in a row I’ve run out of data as a result.

YET YOU HAVE TAKEN MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT TO THE SUM OF £19.60... AND STILL NO MONEY IN MY MOBILE... I'VE SPENT ALMOST ALL DAY WITH TESCO MOBILE WHO WILL NOT ?!

However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

I buy my phones from Apple outright & find it much more cost effective than having a mobile tied into an ee contract. Apple CS is superb. Good luck!
