I’m absolutely livid with @ee. They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. Variations of this problem have been recurring monthly.

@EE I was kept waiting for proof of purchase. Sorted that. This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. I am going to call again today.

It seems so expensive to have #5G on @EE I am not sure if pay the cost & not upgraded. Come Jan21 we shldnt have to include EU automatically within the contracts. Bring the cost down. Beside #MiltonKeynes doesn't have 5G. #LoveMK

Are Wi-fi companies (The Cloud, BT, Sky etc) in cahoots with network providers (@ee @VodafoneUK etc)? I keep finding I’m in the middle of a data-hungry operation and I’ve been logged off or lost Wi-fi connection. Several months in a row I’ve run out of data as a result.

@EE I upgraded using my phone on 29 Jan. I just accepted the offer as EE sent by mailshot text. Realised too hasty. Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

Don't trust @EE they will run you in to the ground over petty moneys but when @ee owes you and F up! For months it's not so much a problem! I highly don't recommend them good signal just ******** about money they don't care about individuals! #threenetwork

@EE my Samsung watch has stopped tracking sleep following it's latest update. Tried the deleting app, changing faces on watch, restarting etc.....and nothing. Why did I let EE talk me into this watch? Fitbit never had this much trouble. 😭

@EE I'm jist wondering why you don't have a 24/7 technical help line? Broadband is down & when I try to connect it says there's a problem and to call 0800 079 8586 but then you office is closed. WiFi has been cutting out for months but usually comes back, not this time however :(

@EE hello spoke to someon a week ago or so as my signal has fallen off a cliff over the past 4 weeks. Actually have no bars at all at home now. Is there any way I can get some of my monthly subscription back? Got 3 phones with you and all the same.
