I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. I do the text thing and get a response "we cant match your details to an account" So yeah.....useful service. WiFi signals been awful for days!

They wont name the bank so I can call the bank to say Mrs Susan Burne is a fraudster etc! Refused to help

Why is it your app, which is vital to adjust schedules for my kids, is always 'under maintenance' at the most inconvenient times! Why is this work never done at like 0100-0500 when it's less likely to be used!! Never had this issue with BT 😡
