@EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

Never known a company to have such disrespect to customers then @EE you speak to people on the phone and in store. They all say different things, they all lie and they all have no spines to sort **** all out. Honestly feel like cancelling my direct debit to them is my best option

@EE Problem with internet connectivity today (noticed and since 10:30am) (CT15 5LA) via 4GEE Wi-Fi Mini 2020. Had to switch phone off wi-fi to log onto EE app. App says there was a problem but fixed. Not so - still no internet.

@EE I’m in the USA and have the roam further pass on my plan however I can’t connect to a network. Tried allowing roaming in my account settings but it won’t work. Can someone help with this, it’s extremely frustrating!!!!!
