Bradley Saunders (@BradSaundersPfc) reported from Portsmouth, EnglandNever known a company to have such disrespect to customers then @EE you speak to people on the phone and in store. They all say different things, they all lie and they all have no spines to sort **** all out. Honestly feel like cancelling my direct debit to them is my best option
-
❌⭕️🌅 AHTD XOTWOD (@Dizzy_Giraffe) reported from Newport, EnglandSuper compassion from @SamsungMobile who wouldn’t honour earbuds 2 promo with @EE because although the disabled customer met the conditions and tried daily to claim online - they tell the disabled customer who can’t read - that they can’t help & they should have read the T&C’s

EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Peter Jordan (@jordanpaj) reported@EE Thx. The issue is that many users are generally older not very tech savvy, (my neighbour is 92) and so could well end up with no service if there is a power cut.
-
BASKY (@basky48) reported@EE don’t but EE they won’t sort you out things.Poor network worst service.I been calling them but nothing have changed
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
-
davewalshcreative (@davewcreative) reported@sophie_reed98 @EE Because they want new customer details that they can sell on to make more money than your plan. They have yours, mine and they’ve already sold them probably twice over. They don’t care about loyalty - never have never will.
-
sophie (@sophie_reed98) reportedHow can a new customer get broadband for £24 but an existing customer all you can do is £37 that's literally more expensive than I'm paying now! @EE been a customer for years but looks like I'll be leaving! 🫡
-
ちはる (@chi_i_i_ha) reported@ZachMcElroy1 @EE You can talk to @EllaCoding, support won't help you
-
Adam Chetter (@adamchetter) reported@EE Tried this but keep getting told the issue has been going on years and it won’t be resolved soon. What can I do?
-
Alan (@AlanDillon26041) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Seen this first hand when power go's down for some time and yes its carnage. WiFi, cell towers all go down, no card works at shops, Becomes very ferrel very quickly. Why i went Starlink can power that off a power cube or generator and always keep cash..............
-
JT (@JTXbox) reported@marcusoft365 @EE @XBOX I am also an EE customer, but financial circumstances atm I cant even afford the extra £80 atm even though thats an absolute steal, congrats on getting one, I managed to get the controller on Smyths though.
-
TheGreatCordwainer (@zombiestyled) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Personal use satellite radios on their way. CB radio. Personal use batteries. Could be considetrd a backwards step, but copper line phones were never power free magic.
