@nick_pope @EE @scb31 I spoke to EE earlier this week, they said a mast has no power supply, and because of our proximity, the signal isn’t switching to another mast (so you have to walk up the road for signal) and that engineers have been on site all week and still haven’t worked out the issue 😭😭😭

@EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

Imagine finding £240 worth of fraud @GooglePlay charged on your @EE phone bill. It’s inconvenient but surely they will do everything they can to help??? NOT A CHANCE!!!!! Google want correlation ids, ee can’t/won’t provide them. And neither of them care.
