It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. This service and after care is disgusting from a team that’s meant to be about quality!

Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. But not phone.

Escalate through the correct channels and take it to the ombudsman if you need to. They will review the issue and demand a resolution from EE if they feel EE haven't been fair.

With yourselves its £20 up front £72.81 a month (first month is £92.81).... What the actual hell ?! Think you lost a loyal customer!
