Not amused !!

Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. But not phone.

I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. This service and after care is disgusting from a team that’s meant to be about quality!

It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

(@acannotbearsed) reported@EE 1 week later and still trying to fix the same issue. tech add on contract ended Jan 26, was billed feb & march for it. advisor now saying to pay the correct amount but with no bill showing this? why would i pay something with no record of & will have to message again to fix. wild

UniTED (@tedio74) reportedHi @EE, my broadband has been down for over 40 hrs and all I keep getting sent is messages that it will be fixed at various times or within next 4 hrs. I was promised by customer services it would be fixed by 6pm last night after he spoke with Open Reach, but still no change now.
