    @EE day two without any signal again, you assured me that issue was fixed last time, approx two weeks ago!! What’s going on, here we go round again !

    @EE so have Samsung S23 Ultra preorder. How long does it take? Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. But not phone.

    @EE That’s 4 BT visits & 5 no show appointments and nothing is fixed. I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. This service and after care is disgusting from a team that’s meant to be about quality!

    @_BadCougar @EE EE have always had poor Broadband. None of the mobile companies do it well. It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

    @colinallcars_ @Femi_Sorry @EE In much the same way that I wouldn’t drag my baws over broken glass because, without having seen anyone do it, I know, perhaps prematurely, that it’s going to be ******* sore and a stupid idea. You don’t need to be a member of Mensa to work out what that channel would be like.

    @EE what’s happening to our phone signal here again, once again no signal, you reassured me that it was sorted after the last fiasco of months without signal, if it wasn’t for WiFi calling in the house I would be left once again high and dry !! Not amused !!

    @EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

    @EE can you kindly explain to me after 25 years of being a loyal customer the best you can offer me for a new IPhone 17 all in is £72 a month when O2 can give it to me for far less. I think you need to review this !

    @EE your customer service is atrocious. Had a new Broadband server fitted last Tuesday, it didn’t get activated by the engineer and was lied to about it would come on at midnight. Next day rang and got a BT engineer who arrived on Thursday took 10 mins to start it. No comp/sorry!

    @EE EE is placing vulnerable people's lives at risk we have had issues with our phone and Internet line keeps going down at night my mum has an emergency alarm for medical conditions and eevare failing her and putting her life at risk not fixing it

    Hello @EE soon to be ex-customer here. Absolutely appalling 'customer service' from one of your shops today + if true, a policy of facial scanning that's blatant discrimination against anyone with health issues / undergoing cancer etc treatment & sinister AF 🤬

    @Benleo i gave up on them 4 years ago and switched to @EE since then i have had 1 outage of 6 hours from 10pm till 4pm, 1 outage in 4 years and consistent speed , i wouldnt go back

    @EE Shocking service regarding my Z Fold 6. Misled by 150 agents, sent to a store that doesn't do repairs, then refused a warranty fix at Liverpool One for "dents" Samsung confirmed are fine. 2yo in tow, wasted train fare, and now your email bounces. DM me for the full complaint.
