andy (@andrew_moor) reported from Thankerton, Scotland@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time
-
Leona McElroy (@leonamc) reported from Airdrie, Scotland@BritBoxHelpUK trying to sign in to account through @EE but no matter what email address I use error message keeps showing. Help!
-
You can call me Al 🎷 (@aht1869) reported from Motherwell, Scotland@colinallcars_ @Femi_Sorry @EE In much the same way that I wouldn’t drag my baws over broken glass because, without having seen anyone do it, I know, perhaps prematurely, that it’s going to be ******* sore and a stupid idea. You don’t need to be a member of Mensa to work out what that channel would be like.
-
andy (@andrew_moor) reported from Thankerton, Scotland@EE so when will be be getting a phone signal ? My place informed me yesterday that problem from last November was finally sorted yesterday, lo and behold TODAY NO PHONE SIGNAL !!!!
-
John Welsh (@Welsh18John) reported from Airdrie, Scotland@EE Really disappointed with your customer service guys. Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Please advise how you will sort.
-
Steven Millar (@stevomillar99) reported from Livingston, Scotland@EE are literally the worst phone company going. Charge people double their bill whenever they feel like it. Done with them now
-
Louise 🏴 (@weezy2014x) reported from Livingston, Scotland@EE Hi been trying to speak with someone all day on the My EE app but not letting me send messages. Is there a problem with the app today?
-
publicFunction (@public_Function) reported from Livingston, Scotland@_BadCougar @EE EE have always had poor Broadband. None of the mobile companies do it well. It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal
-
andy (@andrew_moor) reported from Thankerton, Scotland@EE Send phone signal, ours is missing again !
-
Paul Craig (@PaulCraig91) reported from Livingston, Scotland@EE @O2 Her other device has since broke so, would be a massive help to her! 😅
-
David Campbell (@DaveCamp83) reported from Motherwell, Scotland@EE That’s 4 BT visits & 5 no show appointments and nothing is fixed. I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. This service and after care is disgusting from a team that’s meant to be about quality!

Karen Elizabeth (@virgodragon864) reported@EE help! Router died 4wks ago=no home broadband/wifi connection, homephone plugs into back of router so no landline either, contacting EETech for help=45min wait in queue-not enough mobile credit for that. -
Theophilus “Forensic” Wildebeest 🥦 (@PWildebest) reported@FreddieJoh96174 @LeilaniDowding @EE Nope same issue as WiFi- router needs to be plugged into electricity
-
Hunter (@hunterredfieldd) reported@EE @LeilaniDowding This is why everybody should buy a mesh network device. These companies couldn’t care less about you losing your service, they only care about getting their monthly payment.
-
Les Cashmore (@LesCashmore) reported@EE @sophie_reed98 I never understand why companies reply with “contact our team & they will assist” good customer service starts with EE taking the lead to contact the customer & directly assist the customer, if EE or any company value loyalty make the effort to keep your customers, it’s just lazy
-
Caecilius (@shardcreek) reportedDay three of @EE totally ignoring my complaint, now a month to install broadband they promised weeks ago, two appointments made, two no shows without explanation. 45 minutes on hold whilst they keep taking my money. Disgusting
-
Ludwig Van B's (@ChoralSymphony) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE already happened in Wolverhampton with my parents. All comms in now reliant on the internet, mobiles. Dad's on the emergency roster for energy, cos of oxygen machines, but it's soooo cack-handed. The govt is always blindsided by tech and the lobbyists money. They are all morons
-
Chris Rosser (@chris_rosser) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE All Internet in UK is moving away from copper to the premises - and all the replacements require power to function - if you get a UPS you can plug your router and other devices (such as a phone interface) into it to keep them running during a power outage.
-
mikeyjcs - trading 🇬🇧 (@mikeyjcs) reported@hevvuhh @EE they’re terrible, customer service worst I have ever dealt with. moved to Virgin, got gigabit and only pay £28 odd quid a month!
-
sophie (@sophie_reed98) reportedHow can a new customer get broadband for £24 but an existing customer all you can do is £37 that's literally more expensive than I'm paying now! @EE been a customer for years but looks like I'll be leaving! 🫡
-
Create Action (Alan) 🎯 (@CreateActionLtd) reported@EE I don't want to call you. And what will calling 150 do? I'm not even a customer of yours now. You are mishandling old data you hold about me. Which is why I raised the complaint.
