Not amused !!

Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Please advise how you will sort.

Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. Called the store to double check the cost who said it’ll be that cost because of a new customer discount. Travelled 40 mins each way to be told, rudely, it’s not correct.

BT owns EE - and they are just as bad. I am not comfortable in this digital age. Bring back carrier pigeons, morse code, proper telephones, the abacus and television with 3 Channels.
