@thePHILLOCKETT @EE If your out of contract do what I did change to a sim only and mine went down by £7

  • sparrock Liam Sparrock (@sparrock) reported

@EE is there a issue with service currently,?? Not had signal all morning

  • louiemartin12 louie martin (@louiemartin12) reported

@EE Well you could improve your signal in my area! 1-2 bars at most for the last 6 months

  • pat11669019 pat (@pat11669019) reported

@EE Thank you for the kind offer but I think it’ll be cheaper to just cancel in 3 months 👍

  • dklthomas6666 Daniel Thomas (@dklthomas6666) reported from Newport, Wales

@EE @pat11669019 From the looks of it prices for new customers haven't increased, only those of your existing customer base. The contract states "up to". However, you always use the maximum increase you are allowed. This implies a bad faith in your contracts in that you suggest it may be less.

  • skecko Skecko (@skecko) reported

@EE Heya, I'm abroad and my PAYG Number doesn't work anymore. I can't receive or take calls no longer. Could you look into it? My account no. 198618002

  • Specter__Harvey Harvey Specter (@Specter__Harvey) reported

@jctrxx @EE These are the typical tricks. 1 advice: cancel that crap!

  • AaronLinstead WatchAaron (@AaronLinstead) reported

Also the fact that you’re only sending this email to myself with 3 weeks notice is ridiculous. @EE If you are not willing to offer benefits to customers, then you should allow free cancellation to your service so we can go to another provider that will offer a cheaper contract.

  • Pensioner_81 Pensioner81 (@Pensioner_81) reported

@lorrainecri1954 @EE They are too busy working out how to scam their customers. No time for customer support

  • lorrainecri1954 madwoman in the attic (@lorrainecri1954) reported

@EE It would be a good day if I could finally get some help from you with my conked-out wifi router without being passed from one operator to the next, each repeating exactly what's already been done. Then abandoning me after 5 hours on Twitter support.
