@EE Hi my mum has l hope successfully cancelled EE using web chat. She explained she has MND and can no longer speak and that it was terminal. The first response was to try and upsell her a data package and then trying to get her on Pay As You Go. Finally they agreed to cancel

@EE what’s the story with your “this broadband connects up to 100 devices”? I’ve never had a problem connecting and assigning private IP addresses to more than 200 plus, even back in the days of leased lines or separate lines for dial up.

Hi @VodafoneUK. Just tried to upgrade my contract but I can’t have a deal because I’m not a new customer. The only deals are more expensive because I’m already with you! Time to move to @EE I think………
