Hi @EE There has been minimal data service in the centre of Twickenham for the last few days. Having checked the network status on your website, it says known issues. Please may you confirm a timescale as to when this issue could be rectified with thanks Barnaby.

@EE explain to me how you’ve managed to cancel our broadband without any contact from us, tell us it will be 2 weeks before you can fix the wifi, charge us for the month and then try to make us pay £127 to leave when it is you that have made the mistake somewhere down the line.

@EE been a customer for years and they won’t let me lower my bills even though I’m out of contact!! Want me to keep paying £58 a month for a 2 year old phone. Giving me no choice but to cancel
