    Any1 else on here dealt with @EE for a PS5? Our delivery was supposed to be here bye the 15th but still no sign of it. From what I’ve heard there have been a lot of issues with getting them out to customers.

    @EE had problems signing up with you in Feb resulting in 2 accounts being setup. I thought it was sorted and was assured I wouldn't be charged for 2 accounts. Have today received notice of a DD being setup and my 'first bill' for the account you said you wouldn't charge for.

    Thanks @Apple @EE for making me have to wait up to 60 days for a refund for fraudulent charges applied to my account despite having 5 Apple devices on the EE network in my household!

    @EE are you having issues in the SW wales area? both mine and my husbands phone are showing as no 4G. Signal bars full, texts and calls are fine but we cant use the internet at all..

    @EE hi, for some reason I no longer have voicemail activated on my phone. I’ve messaged 150 to say VM ON and it then tells me to call 150 and speak to customer services. I did this and I’m sent the same text message again, can you help me please?

    @EE Just make sure you check their signal strength in the area you're in 1st though. Ideally from someone who has the network in that area you know. Mine was absolutely useless, couldn't wait to change. Went with @O2 which is far superior👌 Do your homework 1st peeps
