@EE customer service is actually a joke. After being lied to about mobile broadband speeds, I go to cancel and they put me through to an office that is closed. Also sent back the returns form and got no response. Pathetic

@virginmedia no internet/tv between 9 am & 3pm because of essential work. Y don’t you do this essential work at night?? And what annoys me I am still paying while your service if down for these hours🤬 good job i have 40gb on my phone to continue working thanks to @EE
