@EE I currently have no broadband as @virginmedia are so unhelpful with this as I’ve moved house, having to hotspot my phone which eats through my data can u please help me out through this tough time

@EE a price increase of 14.4%! Lol in line with inflation plus 3.9% so you feel it necessary to increase your profit way above inflation for what reason? Has your service changed significantly? Not mention the BoEs predicted inflation halving this year. Profiteering *****

@EE Surely you had to do that anyway in order to keep competitive. This is just another example of profiteering. Everyone's at it I know but maybe there's an opportunity for some to break the cycle and show us you're not all corporate hogs. Long time customer who's most disappointed.

@EE bill going up on my internet and phone bills x3 contracts … try to explain on the chat I don’t have money to pay for this and chat person very in compassionate and doesn’t care … I can’t magic money up … I am going to cancel all 3 contracts and my broadband asap ..
