  Hey @EE - I’m day 18 with next to no network in my area. I’ve spoken to your social media & complaints team and there’s still no updates with when this will be fixed. I’ve even gone onto your network checker and it now says there’s “no known issue” when there clearly is.

  @EE Well clearly it has! Since last year when I was getting around 20 down and now I'm getting 1 maybe 2 down if I'm lucky. Nobody cares.

  @EE Hi, just letting you know, it is still broken online (not showing flat number & crashing on edit) but the folks who replied to my email quoted the correct address (with flat number) so I think the most you can do is to lodge an internal tech ticket for the website.
