    Imagine my @EE phone contract ended in December and I’ve still been charged my contract rate, rather than having it dropped down to sim only rates. Customer exploitation at its finest 🫠

    @EE Well Jess Thanks for responding took EE sim out replaced BT sim for now to restore service, told wait until Monday should be seamless with change to EE but same number as promised 🙏🙏🙏 but agent on phone sadly uninformed and had to ask for support every minute 😭
