@EE should my broadband speed drop during the day ? I’ve been having big trouble with my broadband speeds/connection. I’ve just done speed test first from living room 7mps then from two foot from router and 12mps ? Surely still not right. Should be 36mps

@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

@EE Having a lot of signal problems, my wife is trying to make important calls but the signal keeps dropping out meaning she's missing the call. Never had this issue before. Its been the same for two days, having pretty much no signal!

People out there who are using @EE and find they have a serious problem and need help - I would suggest you find another provider at the very least Someone who answers the registered #PhoneNumber and does not Rudely Hang Up or Ignore,s the call completely

@EE Of course, thanks Connor - Mrs had the same problem as me - restarted my phone twice to see whether the device was the issue. I have had to use Whatsapp & Facetime to make calls

Just as a heads up, if anyone has service with @ThreeUK and they expect it to work in go roam countries, they should think again. And Three will insist that they have no obligation to reimburse a bill when their service isn't as advertised. I'd go with @VodafoneUK or @EE instead

@EE No, your colleagues have attempted to help many many times since April but the problem with the mast serving the area goes on and on, so instead of a DM why not tell your CEO that customers in this area don’t get the service they pay for.

@EE The Service at LA220HY is down yet again today. This has been going on since April. The service is appalling. Various reasons given, Promised fixes, apologies,missed deadlines. Awful service
