    @virginmedia Yes I don’t think so. You are certainly not marching with us. You haven’t replied to my tweets, answered my phone calls or made any effort at solving our problem. We upgraded to 500mg this week & have nothing but problems. Currently no internet. Thank god for @EE

    @EE Hi JT. Not yet I’m focussed on having my £742 back from @O2 then I will have a look and start a contract. The customer service and signal is appalling from O2 so I’m looking forward to changing to a reputable service provider.

    After 48+ hours I’m still without any phone service. Despite being in contact with customer support at @virginmedia for over 48 hours. Had to buy a temporary @EE SIM card in the end. Fed up and frustrated to say the least.

    Be very wary of @EE accessories seemed like an affordable way to get the kids an xbox - cancelled it without warning, blamed customer of 20 plus years and kept the delivery fee. Classy but you've got to pay for Kevin Bacon somehow - I'm ready to make a big deal of this 😞

    Very poor from @EE! Told to return phone in Jiffy bag! Chased up as not received within 7 days! Only to be told “ fill out on line form, returns team will contact you within 48hrs” Very rude Customer Service and not all helpful!

    @EE I've been informed by the broadband technical team my broadband will be down from 12th 8pm to 19th 6pm of November. 7 days without broadband 😱 shocking service, I bet @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach are working on the exchange box but why 7 days 😡

    @EE EE do nothing to help disabled people and in my case made me travel to a shop to buy something even making me an appointment only to say when I got there im not eligible. Think EE I'm disabled I ask for help you not only didn't I physically suffered for nothing but embarrassment

    @EE Still not fixed, two weeks tomorrow with no internet, we are mid contract but we would like to cancel since your service is not fit for purpose and no fix ETA, who do we need to speak with to arrange this, we will be moving to #o2 as their 5G service is working in the area
