Almost daily now, I lose connection up to x7 times, buffering before reconnecting. On average, takes a few minutes to resettle. Not ideal and feel there’s been a change to what was a good service.

My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. Escalate through the correct channels and take it to the ombudsman if you need to. They will review the issue and demand a resolution from EE if they feel EE haven't been fair.
