@virginmedia This is the experience I have had of VM ever since I can remember, but it was either you or 6mbps with phone line, but soon I will have fttp with @SkyUK or some other @EE but deffo not you, never ever again @virginmedia.

@EE your members site seems very broken! Desktop and also the app! Just tried to upgrade and it’s taken me 3 hours and then a get an error message at the end! This is the 3rd attempt in 2 weeks! Not sure you want me to upgrade!

@downing2 @EE I was with them for 10 years got the iPhone 7 and lost it 2 days later in a taxi, they would do **** all for me, not even a better rate on another phone so ended up having 2 contracts. Now with Vodafone.

@pauloefc1878 @EE I have 4 phones on there. I’m tempted to cancel my direct debit and send phones back and let them try to take me to court but as far as I’m concerned sending phones back is a fair deal. Also I fell the increase should only be on the line cost itself not the phone cost as well

@EE once again met with officious EE representatives who ask the same questions again if you don’t answer within circa 12 hours - can you supply address of where legal papers can be served? Not your complaint department and not talk to anyone - just the address!
