  • pandaeyes82
Jo Brind 🌳 (@pandaeyes82) reported from Stockport, England

@ee I don’t understand why having a price cap should stop me from ringing landlines when I’ve not needed to even use the price cap? I’m ok but this seems pretty bad for people budgeting every penny during a cost of living crisis?

  • Supersi1
Simon McHale (@Supersi1) reported from Manchester, England

@EE I am trying your PAYG SIM before committing to a contract and used your Christmas extra data offer however after topping up we can’t see the extra data promised. Can you help please?

  • taz699572
Taz (@taz699572) reported from Manchester, England

@EE thanks for completely blocking both phone line on my mobile. I was after help. Now I’ve not a clue what to do. Lucky enough data is still working. Never get help for two lines on one phone. Cos it’s not gonna happen. Visit EE store. See if they can help.

  • SharynCase_

  • Nickbr1001
Nick Broughall (@Nickbr1001) reported from Sale, England

If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

  • davison_gavin
Gavin Davison (@davison_gavin) reported from Manchester, England

@EE I sorted my that out earlier and it just said they were having some issues, I'll try again in the morning. Thanks for the reply.

  • KirstyTonge
Kirsty (@KirstyTonge) reported from Manchester, England

@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

  • ifchristian
christian james (@ifchristian) reported from Sale, England

    @SarahBalfour9 @Beatstream_live @EE @StreamGm I downloaded the app and it sorted the issue. X

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Danielle_Rowley
    DanielleCarty (@Danielle_Rowley) reported

@MajorManor @EE Mines the same can hardly get any coverage anywhere. They are slowing loads down in the hopes you upgrade to a higher package

  • ObamaWellington
    ObamaWellington (@ObamaWellington) reported

@EE @geynosha Hahaha that is the most ridiculous and anti-customer system for accessing hotel WiFi, you realise that EE? At no stage should having to go to a shop to pick up an UK EE sim card be a required activity.

  • DominicGeraghty
    Dominic Geraghty (@DominicGeraghty) reported

@EE I keep ringing you - I'm on the phone now - but if this one doesn't work I'm referring this to the ombudsman. This is time wasting harassment.

  • JakeyKing
    Jake King (@JakeyKing) reported

@DinaGlyphs @EE MSO is an OpenReach issue. It means you, and likely any neighbours using OpenReach, are affected. EE can’t speed it along. OpenReach will fix it, but it’s up to OpenReach to fix unfortunately

  • Lone_Striker9
    CasualObserver (@Lone_Striker9) reported

@PaulDevine70 @EE Happened to me mate, the ongoing signal issues round our way over the last 12 months are beyond a joke!

  • shaundadams
    Shaun Adams (@shaundadams) reported

@EE This doesn’t help. There is no guidance advice just a vague claim. I cannot trust the information provided. I was offered a call from EE, I provided my details and have heard nothing. Given the size of your organisation this all reflects very poorly.

  • RobLMyers
    Rob Myers (@RobLMyers) reported

@EE Kind of pointless doing that. It’s your general customer service number and, unsurprisingly, none of the options are relevant. The help section on the website is also of no help whatsoever.

  • DMLYONDER
    DML (@DMLYONDER) reported

@EE Ee have elderly customers they fail to fix their phone lines and internet with 30 days put vulnerable customers at risk, fail to keep their customers informed of repair dates and times, and BT totally ignore customers, and don’t value when you been with them 20 plus years

  • marv33067105
    MARV (@marv33067105) reported

@astortate @virginmedia @EE Unfortunately most companies are doing this … try speaking to human at Evri!! .. and they the nerve to call this ‘Customer Service’

  • carlbell85
    Carl bell (@carlbell85) reported
