Hi @joelycett I've been told of multiple @NHS staff that the @EE help to pay phone contracts is a waste of time and a publicity stunt. Anyone who already pays for unlimited get no help compared to the ones who pay next to nothing. Talk about not helping your most loyal customers

@EE Problem resolved without me actually talking to your colleagues. I started to make a call and was told that because I hadn't used the mobile for long period service had been suspended. All I had to do was to press 1 and back to normal, including giving my credit balance 👍

Hi @EE you allowed my top up to go to a deactivated number, I think a refund would of the top up would be appropriate. You never know, I might spend that money on a usable EE top up.

@EE I was expecting my EE parcel today but the driver never arrived to my house and instead of this he posted “I’ve missed the parcel” along with a picture of a wrong house he was trying to deliver lol
