Numerous calls to you (check notes) no call back or speed test sent. I have two contracts with you and neither phone can make calls. Can ANYONE help or allow me to cancel my contracts.

My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

onerealbeanie (@onerealbeanie) reported from Manchester, England2/2 - have spoken to @EE who tell me that 2 local cell sites have been down since the beginning of last year and that they have no plans to resolve the issue. This is despite them putting a cell site directly opposite us. Off to Voda. Advising 310 others to do same. Cheaper too.
