@EE hello EE. My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. Please can you resolve this ASAP, I can DM you to give her her details ? Thank you

@mouthwaite @EE Virgin In particular are absolutely awful I’ve been paying full whack for fast BB yet it’s off more than it’s on so infuriating especially when you’re attempting to work from home! Absolutely poor service all round from Virgin media

@ThreeUK is something happening with the network ? I have a host of numbers ringing me which I cannot answer and if I call back they said they havent rang, even my partners phone is calling mine and I have it in my hand switched off she is on @EE? How is this possible ?

@EE hardly had a service on my mobile for days now. Keep on getting notice there is a problem but then it's fixed, then the next day the same. Paying for a service I can't really use as I make calls and get cut off within seconds when based at home. Altrincham area

@EE I spoke to Gabriel who could offer me deal £30 more than what you can get elsewhere.... Really disappointing as previous service over the last 6/7 years has been great, but at those prices and with the service, it's difficult to stick around.

@EE I was sold a deal online on Sunday and now EE can't honour that deal and want to charge me more money each month. You have taken the upfront payment too. Spoke to customer services, can't do anything about. Totally unacceptable.

@EE I'm finding it almost impossible to actually make a complaint with @EE. The aggravation & hassle is now almost off the scale. On hold again, listening to loud pop music aggravating my tinnitus, what's happened to this company? Time on phone is heading for 2 hrs. Unbelievable EE.

@YardleyShooting @EE I took to Twitter when I had an issue with Virgin Media. I was relentless with my complaint. They contacted me directly within an hour and sorted the issue. Those that scream loudest get heard!
