@EE your members site seems very broken! Desktop and also the app! Just tried to upgrade and it’s taken me 3 hours and then a get an error message at the end! This is the 3rd attempt in 2 weeks! Not sure you want me to upgrade!

@EE Hi JT. Not yet I’m focussed on having my £742 back from @O2 then I will have a look and start a contract. The customer service and signal is appalling from O2 so I’m looking forward to changing to a reputable service provider.

@EE Can you please advise when NN9 5AJ will be working correctly? Ongoing issues since Dec 21. Get 3/4 texts a week from you saying ‘sorry there’s a problem we’re working hard to fix it’ then the ‘it’s all fixed’ text to check and I’m still only getting 0.69mb/s data 🫤🫤

@Nreal Never partner with @EE to deliver hardware again. Every @EE person I have spoken to does not understand you can buy them as a non-EE customer, even though it clearly states you can on the website. A lot of people are resorting to buying your product from Japan on Ebay.
