Paul McNally (@iampaulmcnally) reported from Salford, EnglandI’d imagine @EE would be able to half their customer’s bills if they stopped showing that bloody awful plane landing broadband advert, every 15 seconds for the last six months.
-

Tim Butters (@terryspipe) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England@EE My point was the nearer it gets the less it goes down eg the day before it will probably be about £90 still. I understand you are milking us for every last penny but there is a point where enough is enough.
-
Oli Pinsley (@Oli_Pins) reported from Salford, England@EE Having a lot of signal problems, my wife is trying to make important calls but the signal keeps dropping out meaning she's missing the call. Never had this issue before. Its been the same for two days, having pretty much no signal!

-
Manchester Dining Offers (@MDOG_Manchester) reported from Manchester, England@oneladyshow @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK Honestly, couldn’t even send this tweet in city centre if I was on O2 Something about a mast being down. For three years. Simple reason is, they don’t have enough coverage here so they lie about it.
-
Linda Briggs (@LindaBr31456660) reported from Buxton, England@EE Problem resolved without me actually talking to your colleagues. I started to make a call and was told that because I hadn't used the mobile for long period service had been suspended. All I had to do was to press 1 and back to normal, including giving my credit balance 👍
-
onerealbeanie (@onerealbeanie) reported from Manchester, England2/2 - have spoken to @EE who tell me that 2 local cell sites have been down since the beginning of last year and that they have no plans to resolve the issue. This is despite them putting a cell site directly opposite us. Off to Voda. Advising 310 others to do same. Cheaper too.
-
Linda Briggs (@LindaBr31456660) reported from Buxton, England@EE For two days I have wanted to check the balance on my Pay as you go mobile and/top up my credit. Texting 150 on handset is not working. Online said sorry that you could not meet my request and try again later.

Matthew Rea (@mattrea12345) reported from Manchester, EnglandHi @joelycett I've been told of multiple @NHS staff that the @EE help to pay phone contracts is a waste of time and a publicity stunt. Anyone who already pays for unlimited get no help compared to the ones who pay next to nothing. Talk about not helping your most loyal customers
-
Chris Jones (@Chris_cfr_Hyde) reported from Manchester, England@StuLittle1972 @EE That's ridiculous... Is it all networks near you like that or just ee??... How do you deploy is it radio or phone? We have bad areas in Nwas area but our phones seem to work OK no matter what the signal

It’s a signal good enough to make a telephone call Frankly, your service just isn’t good enough And we are not talking remote parts of tbe country here. We are talking about 3 miles from Manchester Airport or on the A49 in Cheshire @Photofeature
-

-
Clint Sookermany (@ClintNorDD) reported@_nicks_tweets @EE Hi Nick, where are you? I am in Oslo Norway and experiencing the same. AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION FROM EE. Logging in to the app is not possible because NO ONE can text me and they require to text my phone a one time only passcode. So if they have network issues you are cut off from getting in touch with them.
-
Richard Bentall #FBPE @richardbentall.bsky.social (@RichardBentall) reported@EE @EE further to this, I asked your complaints team to cancel the upgrade on my son's account - I do not want to be stuck on a new 24 mo contract so I can consider my options. They said they'd do it; then I received an email saying I had to go to the store; then the store refused.
-

Justine Clement (@JustClembo) reported@bt_uk what an absolute disgrace of a service you’ve ‘given’ my 84yr old parents moving house from Wales to Selsey. It has been the single most stressful part of moving home & still not resolved. Between you & @EE you’ve stressed them to the hilt & they’ll be 4wks no internet
-
Duncan (@Dunkcanio) reported@janettocornetto @EE I’m glad it’s not just me, but contacting ee is impossible abroad when they have cut off service and only on WiFi.

-
lloydrimmer07 (@lloyd_rimmer) reported@EE How rude that the call handler hangs up on you because they don’t understand what you’re asking them to do
-
darren styles (@darrenjstyles) reported@EE The frustration is you trust openreach to fix something and they don’t, at the end of it is a customer who has been given no information as to what’s going on. I finally managed to speak to someone who has tried to get the ball rolling again.
