After 48+ hours I’m still without any phone service. Despite being in contact with customer support at @virginmedia for over 48 hours. Had to buy a temporary @EE SIM card in the end. Fed up and frustrated to say the least.

@EE Votes do not justify twice the price as any other service provider. You need to stop believing your own hype and look after your loyal customers before they start filtering away, you know, the ones that have stuck with you and built your company

@EE your members site seems very broken! Desktop and also the app! Just tried to upgrade and it’s taken me 3 hours and then a get an error message at the end! This is the 3rd attempt in 2 weeks! Not sure you want me to upgrade!

@virginmedia Yes I don’t think so. You are certainly not marching with us. You haven’t replied to my tweets, answered my phone calls or made any effort at solving our problem. We upgraded to 500mg this week & have nothing but problems. Currently no internet. Thank god for @EE

Just went to upgrade my mobile handset and re-sign with @EE for a few years. Shop is advertised to close at 5pm. Shutters down at 4:45. Awesome. Called to upgrade, no stock and no idea when they will have. Talk about a sign...

@EE Hi JT. Not yet I’m focussed on having my £742 back from @O2 then I will have a look and start a contract. The customer service and signal is appalling from O2 so I’m looking forward to changing to a reputable service provider.

@EE help please, my phone is always showing 4G and service yet the internet just doesn’t work. It’s been like this for days now when I’m at my house, but there are no problems in the area. It’s really frustrating as I don’t have WiFi at the moment so I can’t used my phone.
