  I know I’ve said this before but I can’t say it enough. Every single interaction I have with @EE customer service is exemplary. I don’t know how they recruit or train but whatever their secret is, I wish every company would take a lead out of their book. 10/10 every time.

  @JoeBaguley What’s your 4G like when you lose power? Often when we have a powercut both the broadband and 4G signal dies too. I’m running a UPS but guess @virginmedia / @EE don’t protect their kit 🤔

  @EE I take out a 5g phone and can’t get any signal even when it drops to 4G I pay good money each month and the signal is **** ! Don’t say check the area to see if theirs a fault either ! Sort or it goes in the bin !

  @robbopalmer @EE They miss sold me their latest package and then tried to add on extra charges for the parts of the package that they had already promised were included. I cancelled within 14 days but they then charged me for early termination and equipment I never had. Absolute racketeering.
