    @littlenaughty38 @MarcAllera @EE After almost 4yrs of promises that it would improve at my home, I was told that it was not going to happen and tech support said “as you are near the end of your contract, you know what to do....leave!” Left for #vodafone, better coverage, speeds and can make/take calls at home!

    Ok so due my upgrade now and @EE will finally lose my custom this year. I dont want to go anywhere near @CPWTweets carphone ********** either. Shocked at the difference between prices. **** this, i am bringing out my old ""indestructible" nokia, and being serious too!

    @EE It goes from bad to worse!!!! Just waited 10 mins to be served in Sainsburys Emersons green only to be ignored and the guy jumps to the young lad who just walked in. On way to O2. Highly advise to stay away from EE folks!

    Helen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, It’s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. It’s almost as if a new service is coming 🤔 3 minutes and counting

    @Liam_Saunders_ @EE Their all as bad as each other I’m sure! I pay for 80 get about 5! They do their test which is a copy and paste job and tell me I’m wrong! If I’m watching iPlayer and using my phone at the same time the tv stops dead!! Brilliant service from @sky

    @EE I’m trying to unlock an Huawei P30 lite that I got from yourselves in Feb but your website isn’t recognising the IMEI number and Iv spoken to you 3 times on the phone. Keep getting told to go on the website! Please help!!

    @O2 can’t believe you Discriminate against people with learning disabilities. I can’t drive ever so no need for d/licence and to scared to travel abroad so no passport. I was a loyal customer that will be joining @EE as they happy to help

    @EE Hiya Craig. I didn't get any texts either. I can't rem when I topped up. I know I made a call less than 6 mths ago. I use this num as a spare. I want my dad to use it now, as he has a mob finally. Seems like there is no signal. I checked on the EE app. Says, no signal. :,(

    @EE 1/ Hiya. Need some help pls. I have a simcard that I usually keep activated every 6 mths. I wanted to use it more often, so I remembered I needed to activate it. I didn't recieve any emails from EE as a reminder to keep it activated. So I thought all was fine.

    @EE is there any way you can help me out with a 30 day contract with unlimited data? we use Three internet as our only source of internet and since storm Arwen they have lost 4G and internet speed is often sub 2mb down and 0.5mb up
