    @EE @WeAre8Official I only switched my family to @EE for the first time last year. My contract is up in January 2022. If you persist in this idiotic idea you've lost three contracts from me. Funny how no other network needs to screw it's customers in this way to, "invest in the network".

    @Liam_Saunders_ @EE Their all as bad as each other I’m sure! I pay for 80 get about 5! They do their test which is a copy and paste job and tell me I’m wrong! If I’m watching iPlayer and using my phone at the same time the tv stops dead!! Brilliant service from @sky

    @EE Waited week & half for new phone: it comes WITHOUT A PLUG? which has to be PURCHASED SEPARATELY?!! I cant use the handset I have signed up for. Unbelievable. Also, what a waste of plastic - what am I supposed to do with the perfectly good old one? @Ofcom #Sustainability fail

    @EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

    @EE Just so you know I am@taking this to the Ombudsmen and starting @resolver case as I wish to cancel my contracts that you can’t fulfill and go elsewhere! A lot of my village feel the same - why should we put up with it!

    @EE When a customer has signed a contract is not the point here. The point is that you are charging some of your customers when there is no need to. You could even say I’d discriminates. Your competitors don’t do this. You’ve lost a customer.

    Just moved over to @O2 after @EE cocked up my upgrade. They claimed they couldn't upgrade me because my credit rating wouldn't allow it, despite me never missing a payment and having over $15k available credit on cards and Paypal. ***** lmao

    @EE I’ve been told by your helpline that this work which started today will take 6 days!!! Then there will be two further schedule days where there is more work! How is that fair or right! And you won’t even agree to refund my money for a service you aren’t able to provide!

    .@ee Virgin Mobile and O2 users will not face EU roaming charges. Will EE follow suit and desist from fleecing its customers? If not I would suggest changing to a network that will not apply roaming charges

    @EE Yes after 23 minutes who basically said that my phone will not work in my home area for most of January (I have 5 phones for family so they will all not work!). This is after not working for most of December and part of November. It is absolutely not good enough!
