  • rr123xx Gary (@rr123xx) reported from Trowbridge, England

@EE I’ve just transferred to you from @O2 and I’ve never experienced such awful service. Are you always this bad? Currently nobody are answering your phones and your website is down! Shocking @EE

  • danieldurrans Four Seasons Durrans (@danieldurrans) reported from Bristol, England

@ee “my new eSIM has been dispatched” - I guess I am not getting it in the post today as your support person thought I would. Another day without a phone #EEeSimShame

  • SiBarbato Simon Barbato (@SiBarbato) reported from Atworth, England

@EE have had no phone service in Atworth, Wilts all afternoon and evening. Is there a network problem?

  • elliotleaver92 Elliot Leaver (@elliotleaver92) reported from Bristol, England

@netpro2011 @EE Same here in Bristol. Guess it's part of the outage thing we've had today.

  • adz232 Adam Crawford (XBOX AMB) (@adz232) reported from Bathford, England

@EE A lot of what you said is bs as your 5G is just another 4G network but slightly faster.

  • Dreamy_Trance Dreamy (@Dreamy_Trance) reported from Bristol, England

@EE Going to leave this so-called network on the day of end of contract....It doesn't work, numerous faults, extraordinarily expensive and a rip-off.

  • ukhack Andrew Hudson (@ukhack) reported from Bathford, England

@JirwinArt @O2 I know how you feel. In the centre of Bath, O2 is horrendous. I managed to get their attention and had someone call me to tell me that they were aware of the network congestion and were working on it. I’ll be going to @EE as soon as I can

  • julianhensey Julian Hensey (@julianhensey) reported from Bathford, England

@EE Amazing service from lady at EE Southgate Street Bath today - shame we couldn’t seal the deal as EE always offer better deals online...

  • Sam19Jenkins Sam Jenkins (@Sam19Jenkins) reported from Midsomer Norton, England

  • cyberco I P (@cyberco) reported from Bathford, England

@EE is there problems with the customer portal can’t log i tii ok any accounts

  • CaptSauve Dan White (@CaptSauve) reported from Bristol, England

@EE @WeAre8Official I only switched my family to @EE for the first time last year. My contract is up in January 2022. If you persist in this idiotic idea you've lost three contracts from me. Funny how no other network needs to screw it's customers in this way to, "invest in the network".

  • RestoreBath Restore Bath (@RestoreBath) reported from Bathford, England

@EE Disappointed? More like ripped off? Buy a new phone and SEPARATELY buy a new plug? So far,so #unsustainable I was told what a loyal, wonderful customer I was for staying with EE but failed to mention I needed a ruddy new plug!!! How? From where? What if I had limited mobility?

  • Hayleystevens Hayley Stevens (@Hayleystevens) reported from Bradford-on-Avon, England

Anyone else on @EE struggling to get a decent signal?

  • danieldurrans Four Seasons Durrans (@danieldurrans) reported from Bristol, England

@EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

  • RestoreBath Restore Bath (@RestoreBath) reported from Bathford, England

@EE Waited week & half for new phone: it comes WITHOUT A PLUG? which has to be PURCHASED SEPARATELY?!! I cant use the handset I have signed up for. Unbelievable. Also, what a waste of plastic - what am I supposed to do with the perfectly good old one? @Ofcom #Sustainability fail

  • GavinTranter Gavin Tranter (@GavinTranter) reported from Bristol, England

@EE Yes sort out my problem today, because I am not happy about all this.

@EE WHY DO YOU NOT REPLY TO CUSTOMERS? YOU WERE QUICK TO ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN I WAS A NEW CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!

  • Aaronj5558 Aaron (@Aaronj5558) reported from North Bradley, England

@EE I’m having trouble accessing #MyEE is there a problem with it generally or just my account? :)

@andy_cov93 @EE Have you tried your old sim in the new phone? I had this problem with my new iPhone, turns out there was a dodgy SIM card reader so it had to be replaced 3 hours after I purchased it!

  • andy_cov93 Andrew (@andy_cov93) reported

@chibs9105 @EE @ThreeUK I genuinely think all networks have somehow gone down aswell as WhatsApp Facebook etc

  • faded_official FADED (@faded_official) reported

@EE is there a reason your signal for the internet is as bad as @TalkTalk broadband? Pretty sure it would be different if I hadn’t paid my bill!

  • elliirosee Eleanor Rose (@elliirosee) reported

@slaw0604 @EE Ah interesting! My WiFi provider says no issues but I cannot access it on my phone, although fine on TV etc

  • ClaretAndBloos MÅTT #AutismAware #GSBOUT (@ClaretAndBloos) reported

@Ebstar @EE Wouldn’t bother mate. They’ve told everyone else there’s no issue. Yet literally thousands of us have reported it.

  • John__Robinson John Robinson (@John__Robinson) reported

@thesarahjane80 @EE @motaboy1979 There's a suggestion EE's DNS servers are down. For both to go down suggests they are having infrastructure issues. I won't hold my breath for a quick resolution if that's the case - it'll take them at least 12 hours to read up what DNS stands for.

  • dosyann Joanne (@dosyann) reported

@EE please sort the issues out and I hope you are giving those affected a discount on the next bill!
