@EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

  • ukhack
Andrew Hudson (@ukhack) reported from Bathford, England

@JirwinArt @O2 I know how you feel. In the centre of Bath, O2 is horrendous. I managed to get their attention and had someone call me to tell me that they were aware of the network congestion and were working on it. I’ll be going to @EE as soon as I can

@EE its the same with your website. Seriously needs a rethink. Also the price has shot up from £44 to £48. Since EE got involved with BT nothing but problems.

  • KalEl_WBS
    simon withers (@KalEl_WBS) reported

@Ubiquiti do your 5g devices support all networks? I’m on @EE your uk site lists T-Mobile but you don’t get that network in the uk.

  • red_mutant_eyes
    Halloween Jack (@red_mutant_eyes) reported

@EE you ignored my message. Your DMs are automated and don’t read messages and your app chat bot doesn’t help either. My mobile network has been down for days. This is the second time in a couple of weeks. Your ‘updates’ say nothing. How are we meant to know what’s happening

  • marv33067105
    MARV (@marv33067105) reported

@astortate @virginmedia @EE Unfortunately most companies are doing this … try speaking to human at Evri!! .. and they the nerve to call this ‘Customer Service’

  • GreenVapinGiant
    Northumberland Wanderer (@GreenVapinGiant) reported

@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 I had similar issue recently, I decided to get a sim free phone from ee and a separate sim only deal, it worked out about 15 quid cheaper than what they quoted. So if you buy iPhone 17 sim free, it's about 32 a month over 24 months, then buy a sim deal. It will probs be cheaper

  • geynosha
    geynosha (@geynosha) reported

@EE If I buy your service as tourist at least give me a chance to register!

  • SurinderRehal
    Surinder (@SurinderRehal) reported

@EE This is becoming a joke, and as I’ve said previously, I haven’t got the energy to go up and down three floors to sort your rubbish out

  • Chrisinho175
    Chrisinho (@Chrisinho175) reported

@EE hey wondering if can help, we’re currently away out the country and our account went over drawn with your direct debit, I’m unsure if we transferred funds in time as don’t have phone signal most of the time only WiFi. If the direct debit fails today, what happens? Thanks

  • xanderwasserman
    Xander (@xanderwasserman) reported

@SomeUKTeslaGuy @EE Might be a stupid question, but have you considered @Starlink?

  • Beasty177
    Shane (@Beasty177) reported

I’ve never known signal to be so bad on @EE as it has been for the last few months. Constantly one or two bars and calls cutting off.
