If you persist in this idiotic idea you've lost three contracts from me. Funny how no other network needs to screw it's customers in this way to, "invest in the network".

So far,so #unsustainable I was told what a loyal, wonderful customer I was for staying with EE but failed to mention I needed a ruddy new plug!!! How? From where? What if I had limited mobility?

They do their test which is a copy and paste job and tell me I’m wrong! If I’m watching iPlayer and using my phone at the same time the tv stops dead!! Brilliant service from @sky

So the power goes out, he lives in the middle of nowhere, no mobile phone signal unless he treks out into a field and up to the highest point,.perfect for a man in his 80s. Phil Coyne (@PhilCoyne) reported@EE I've already done that and been referred to the Ombudsman and given £40, leaving me with a phone that doesn't work with two years left to pay. Doesn't seem like you have taken it very seriously, especially considering the flags on my account that all advisors should be aware of.
