    @EE There’s a distinct possibility that I’ll be switching services in the imminent future. The help from @virginmedia has been laughable. However, having spent £10 to top up the EE SIM card and then finding out I can’t contact your customer support because it costs 25p extra is rich.

    @EE I have tried everything .... if I’m still in the 14 days cooling off period I’ll cancel and go with another supplier because clearly you cannot deliver the speed I need at busy times.

    Don't generally do recommendations. But here's one. Never, ever use @EE. Their 'customer service' is like paying a monthly fee to be repeatedly kicked in the bollocks. Truly dreadful experience. Avoid.

    I think @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE etc should offer additional free data to @NHSuk @GoodSamApp volunteers to stop them running out and not being able to help people! @SkyNews @BBCNews

    @EE any signal issues in Leeds city centre, getting 2mbs on multiple tests after restarting and turning internet off/on etc.....

    Apparently it's time for my mobile phone 'upgrade'. In other words I will waste an afternoon arguing with the dreadful @EE with them trying to flog me some Chinese crap whilst I try (and usually fail) to keep my temper. Wish me luck.

    In case anyone missed it the first time, I repeat my recommendation to never, ever use @EE and if you do, then don't believe a word they say. If they can't squeeze more cash out you then they aren't interested. Set of chiselling shysters.

    @EE visited your Leeds Briggate store today. Complete waste of time. Completely unable to assist. Only interested in trying to sell me an upgrade. Not impressed. Why am I bothering with s contract when your post-sales support is so piss-poor.

    @ramhl__26 @alexlowe30 @jctweet90 @EE @O2 @VodafoneUK I love @O2 too but have to admit my signal is absolutely terrible in Leeds and York too, the two cities I am in the most, this is despite my phone showing I have 4G and pretty much full signal

    128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

    @MarcAllera please have a look at my recent tweets about the service I’ve recieved from Emily your agent she didn’t adhere to your values at all and was very rude abrupt and continued to over speak and told me i was arguing, I really feel rubbish as I suffer from depression. @EE

    @EE Hi. Due the the surge of family working from home and using our bandwidth, my mobile often fails to connect, so I've switched off my mob wifi to use my mobile data. Unfortunately the EE signal, even outside, is too weak to browse and even voice only, often breaks up. Help!

    .@EE send fraudulent deadlock letters to customers closing their contracts early if the customer simply asks basic questions on their final bill, this is so they can hike the price, which they extort and coerce through threats to customers credit ratings if they don't pay. 1/

    The stress of the horrifically **** internet state here between @EE being unable to provide a decent 4G speed and @NOW being unable to even give us the 9mbps minimum we expect is seriously pushing me to the point of having to move somewhere else. Absolutely mad.

    @EE been trying to pay a bill since the 28th can’t get through to anyone customer service is a joke and now you’ve sent me a letter saying I can pay by cheque or send CASH IN THE POST? This isn’t 1940 do I need a messenger pigeon to contact you too?
