It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. Now a week later no call or anything. I will have to phone again later today now. If i didn’t pay my bill bet you would be quick to get in touch

I was promised by customer services it would be fixed by 6pm last night after he spoke with Open Reach, but still no change now.
