@EE The number one network that still uses RPI rate as guidance for annual price rise. Currently 1.2% when CPI is 0.4%. Rip off company.

@EE so have Samsung S23 Ultra preorder. How long does it take? Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. But not phone.

@EE Sorry am turning phone Of I had enough since I Changed phone number Google and EE can't find away to get a payment set up. I have Tried G-pay from 5thmay they want bank Account which I can't do am on lock down because I got chronic brontosaurus. Asthma. And I do not have access

Just had a text saying they have now closed my complaint even though its not been settled! Refused to speak to me. Ignored all my messages. And now closing my complaint!!! @EE really do not care about any UK laws. I am so angry.

Just called @EE to cancel contract ending in 2 months. They don't let you cancel your contract with them unless you're within 30 days of the end of your fixed contract. If you cancel 29 days out, you'll incur a charge as you need to give 30 days notice. Shady, shady practices.

It's exhausting and very distressing having to keep writing letters to @MarcAllera while he delibrately just ignores my messages and letters. It's the same way @EE treat their customers. It has already caused me a lot of sleepless nights and panic attacks.

@EE I pay for a 300 speed fast fibre package. What I get is 10 for download - and 1 for upload (or zero). I've notified EE yesterday via their contact form - as this is not the first issue. I have received no reply.

@JolyonMaugham Sorry for sneaking this here. Have written to @MarcAllera about @EE staff being abusive and unlawful discrimination. He ignored all my letters. Why would he do that? Its frightening to just be ignored. What is the next step? Any tips would be very much appreciated. Please help!

@EE I would agree with what others are saying. I would not recommend anyone taking out a contract with @EE. My experience of them has been awful. Currently forced to take legal action. They don't even seem to care. Run the other way.
