It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldnโt receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

The fact that switching supplier every two years is better than being loyal to one is a sign of a fundamentally broken system.

All companies will thrive on customers auto-renewing, now that you've taken notice maybe you can start to renegotiating a better deal for your MIL.
