It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. Twice it leads me round the houses, then says, "Weve sent you a text. Follow the instructions and you're sorted. Good bye". I need to say thanks and bye to end the call.

Passed from Customer Service (CS) to Local store (Meadowhall) to franchise store (Rotherham) and back to CS - each telling me to speak to the next.
