@EE Just a shame the person I spoke to cancelled my esim instead of leaving connected until physical sim arrives as I asked. I now have no signal at all. Unlimited everything is great but it is limited by the incompetence of your support

Turns out that @EE ‘s unlimited data offering is limited by the incompetence of their staff who cancel SIM cards and leave customers with no service at all. @MarcAllera needs to really review processes and training

@EE @MarcAllera you really employ sim incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

@EE That would be an additional technical challenge as I’ve never cast anything from my mobile device previously. Mobile app works, changed the password, had the confirmation from EE and BT regarding the subscription upgrade but still won’t let me login.

@SubvertC @EE The amount of copy and paste stock responses from EE support is laughable. It doesent take a genius to spot that there is a national outage but its weirdly affecting broadband and mobile data and only certain devices (in my case amazon alexa, ring cameras) Needs acknowledgement
