Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

Your handler didnโt resolve my issues so Iโm leaving, PAC code ordered. EE failed.

Had my mate 20 pro over a year now and in that time have had 2 security updates. IIRC ee was extremely slow on the uptake with 9.1 as well, I didn't get it until May released Feb ๐ค

Now pushed AGAIN to 5 May with ZERO explanation. Repeated 48hr updates that deliver nothing. No broadband, TV, smart devices โ for nearly a MONTH.

They insisted Iโd get the same plan for the same price, but delivered a far lower plan and then tried to charge me for the upgrade. Eventually the call logs were โlostโ and they matched the original offer.
