@EE do you have any problems your end, first my wifi box stopped working the other day, I had to connect with usb on laptop, just paid bill and now it won't connect on laptop, phone won't let me buy data says turn wifi off, it is not on please help Thanks Keith

@EE Customer Service an old saying The Customer is always right, also I have the money, you have the goods, I can take my money elsewhere just wasted time from 6pm with casey, says enough on for renel and refusing to top up £10 for me I will be reporting this to Customer Service

@EE I’ve landed in Australia and the smart pass I pre-arranged has not loaded so I have no data. The app is ‘not working’, the website won’t log me in due to suspicious activity, and neither of your customer service numbers for customers calling from abroad work. Please help!

@EE Your customer service says that they cannot help me and have no authority. I am contacting EE through the official route but they ignore the issue. I feel that EE has been involved in egregious practices - if someone can contact me who is not hiding behind "I cannot help you"
