    @EE @MarcAllera you really employ sim incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

    @EE Just a shame the person I spoke to cancelled my esim instead of leaving connected until physical sim arrives as I asked. I now have no signal at all. Unlimited everything is great but it is limited by the incompetence of your support

    Just left @EE after 9 years, but had the best phone call ever with the operator called Ryan. I didn’t get the rate the service text, but him and his pokemon tattoos get 10/10 from me 😂

    If you transferred your number from @O2 to @VodafoneUK a week ago and you’ve had nothing but trouble already (taken a week to port over and still not complete) if I cancel with Vodafone csn I still keep my number with @EE

    @EE That would be an additional technical challenge as I’ve never cast anything from my mobile device previously. Mobile app works, changed the password, had the confirmation from EE and BT regarding the subscription upgrade but still won’t let me login.

    Turns out that @EE ‘s unlimited data offering is limited by the incompetence of their staff who cancel SIM cards and leave customers with no service at all. @MarcAllera needs to really review processes and training

    @EE hi, just bought some new pixel buds 2 however the right bud is now not working. Was ok for 24hr but just been to they gym, it crackeled then cut off and now won't work. I've disconnected a couple of times but it won't work. Can you advise how to get these replaced please

    FYI, the @EE customer service assistants who have worked with us over the past 2 months have been excellent throughout, constantly checking up on our process. But the lack of communication from @OpenreachHelp has been thoroughly disappointing and lacking.

    @kieran_stanley @EE My last one was worse, multiple cracks bad enough I had to get a protector to stop it getting more damges until I could trade in 😅 paid £100 so they could refurb it, hoping this is similar/less 😅

    @EE One of the team will be in touch? What, like today when I was waiting on a call back? 7pm nearly and still nothing. Honestly, you treat customers like crap. What utter nonsense this is. It's theft in the eyes of the law.

    @EE Worst customer service I have ever encountered!! Getting conflicting advice from different people with the next one saying the other is wrong. But no attempt to resolve issues. Now awaiting a refund and got to wait 3 weeks!!! Quick to take money. Jokes!!! Stay clear!!

    @EE Tell you what I'll do..I'll call you back once I've obtained an incident number from the police regarding theft of my item. You're not willing to help out so I'll speak to the constabulary and report a theft.
