    @EE your network seems to be down again this is the 2nd time since Friday. I have done a coverage checker and asked to be kept updated. Latest update 8hrs.... great, itโ€™s a good job I have @virginmedia for my Wi-fi so I can still use internet. ng18 area

    So I can ring them free, not interested in helping out with the finance at all, even though I said a payment will be made tomorrow when U.C. comes through so @EE let me know more about your fibre broadband, I will only have Virgin TV then Customer Service Attrocious

    @EE On the phone to customer services promised me a new product go into store they will give you a new one only to come away with a 2yr contract from the store . Not acceptable with a faulty product

    @EE Customer Service an old saying The Customer is always right, also I have the money, you have the goods, I can take my money elsewhere just wasted time from 6pm with casey, says enough on for renel and refusing to top up ยฃ10 for me I will be reporting this to Customer Service

    @EE @MarcAllera you really employ sim incompetent people. Paid ยฃ93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

    @EE I cannot make and receive calls on my mobile. I have tried to ring 150 with no success. Can you give me some indication as to when this will be fixed. Is this a regional or national problem.

    @EE Just a shame the person I spoke to cancelled my esim instead of leaving connected until physical sim arrives as I asked. I now have no signal at all. Unlimited everything is great but it is limited by the incompetence of your support

    Turns out that @EE โ€˜s unlimited data offering is limited by the incompetence of their staff who cancel SIM cards and leave customers with no service at all. @MarcAllera needs to really review processes and training

    Formal complaint incoming. @bt_uk @EE @OpenreachHelp Order placed 6 April ahead of house move on 15 April. Install promised 22 April. Now pushed AGAIN to 5 May with ZERO explanation. Repeated 48hr โ€œupdatesโ€ that deliver nothing. No broadband, no TV, no smart devices pt1.

    @EE Already spoken to you, apparently it's a rare issue because @WeAreOpenreach made changes with their cables. Your support basically recommended I look elsewhere for a provider as there wasn't much he could do

    @EE Your site has the facility to rearrange an engineer appointment, but it appears to have a design fault as there is no immediately obvious button to click in order to cancel. There also appears to be no online assistant service or contact email. V. poor 0/10.

    @EE just had someone at our door from EE talking about cables being replaced, slow internet speeds, who weโ€™re with. He had ID. said no when asked if he was trying to sell smth. he clearly was. In LL65 postcode and he asked for phone no. Can you shed some light on what this was?

    Why itโ€™s taking THIS long for @EE to contact @WeAreOpenreach and send an engineer to finish an installation job is beyond me. Iโ€™m (pessimistically at this point) asking for help to finally get this done so that we can have internet access in our home. Absolutely ridiculous.

    @EE @imjonnychambers He's reporting a key issue that will affect any and all users, and gave you all the info you need to investigate it. The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), isn't broke on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!

    @EE Iโ€™m looking for some help with regards to my old contract phone, weโ€™ve given it to my daughter, set up a new Apple ID but itโ€™s went into activation lock. Contacted Apple and they need proof of purchase, we donโ€™t have that as itโ€™s been 2+years Is this something we can request
