    @EE it seems my phone is out of data but you have changed your site and it won't let me buy any for my phone, it just says gift data why would I want to gift data to myself? never had it before i need it for my number what was virgin you ported it any ideas? I need data

    @EE Yes I have registered. I tried ringing my housemate several times yesterday afternoon and he is on ee too and it kept going to his voicemail. Seems to be a weekend issue all the time

    @EE WHY AM I BEING IGNORED AGAIN TODAY ASWELL AS ALL WEEKEND I GOT THAT SIM SATURDAY AND IT WILL NOT WORK UNTIL YOU ACTIVATE IT AND THEN DEAL WITH MY NUMBER #POOR #CUSTOMERSERVICE #NOW

    So I can ring them free, not interested in helping out with the finance at all, even though I said a payment will be made tomorrow when U.C. comes through so @EE let me know more about your fibre broadband, I will only have Virgin TV then Customer Service Attrocious

    @ee when I’m in the NG6 area of Nottingham. The signal is either on 1 or 2 bars… As SOON as I leave the area the signal shoots back up to full bars. I’ve updated my phone and I’ve reset it. The issue is 100% on your side .

    @EE @MarcAllera you really employ some incompetent people. Paid Β£93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

    @EE Yes, she must have heard of this problem before, because she cancelled the payments straight away and credited my account. Very happy with the way my complain was delt with, just a pity I had to make the complaint

    @EE before I buy anything else I need to know if anything has gone from my bank account, as YOU HAVE TOTALLY IGNORED ME FOR THE LAST 2 DAYS NOW SAY I NEED TO BUY SOME DATA IF YOU HAD DONE YOUR JOB CORRECTLY I WOULD NOT HAVE A PROBLEM #ATTROCIOUS #CUSTOMER #SERVICE

    @EE Customer Service an old saying The Customer is always right, also I have the money, you have the goods, I can take my money elsewhere just wasted time from 6pm with casey, says enough on for renel and refusing to top up Β£10 for me I will be reporting this to Customer Service

    Just left @EE after 9 years, but had the best phone call ever with the operator called Ryan. I didn’t get the rate the service text, but him and his pokemon tattoos get 10/10 from me πŸ˜‚

    If you transferred your number from @O2 to @VodafoneUK a week ago and you’ve had nothing but trouble already (taken a week to port over and still not complete) if I cancel with Vodafone csn I still keep my number with @EE

    @EE and @HBO - if you offer a free trial to customers then don't charge people for it when they sign up. We even called customer services and lo and behold - we get charged. Terrible behaviour.

    Please nobody else make the mistake of switching from all sky to @EE @NOW ! It’s really the worst tv package I’ve had. No UHD channels on any good channels - which I had with sky. Was told I would by sales but I don’t. You can’t record it just shortcuts the program to a catchup
