Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

I recontracted my small business plan on Friday and itโs supposed to come with a smart benefit - was told to text pick to 150 to chose. But that just comes back with a list of 150 options and if I look at MyEE is states smart benefit excluded. Please help! Thanks.
