Mark R (@MarkR1892) reported from Peterlee, England@EE @jon_mann Many contracts were taken at inflation levels nowhere near where they are today. You can't possibly suggest that people should have expected last year's 10% increase and this year's 15%, especially when there's no significant improvement in the service.
-

Fuse Energy (@fuseenergy) reported@AnjaliS53393221 @EE Hi Anjali! We're sorry to hear that. Many of our customers are seeing that our website is blocked due to potential malicious activity. We have checked thoroughly for faults on our end and can't see anything that would call for us to have this flag. We have been talking to the EE technical team and haven't been able to progress or come to a resolution. @EE we would greatly appreciate a deeper look into the reason so many of your customers are experiencing this issue - some of them have made contact but haven't been able to come to a resolution.
-
Of Mice and Men (@Topstop1) reported@EE @EE 🤬 STILL NO INTERNET; NO UPDATE; NO SOLUTION HOW MUCH LONGER AM I EXPECTED TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS??? WHAT SERVICE AM I PAYING FOR EXACTLY? 🤬

-
Alan Royston (@pagechord) reportedNot only is your customer service appalling, @EE has the audacity to inform me I can only view my bill via your App. Why? I receive my bill by email which I can cope with. EE would cause havoc in an empty house! I am aged 76 and feeling totally marginalised.
-
𝕁𝕠𝕣𝕕𝕪 (@garynetchells) reportedWhat is it with the infrastructure of mobile networks in the UK when you can get a signal - at all on a train?! Why is that? Why in 2026 with a digital generation can I not access an email on a train? It’s ridiculous @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE
-
Omegamanuk (@Omegaman_uk) reported@EE Thanks but that is just routing me as per 2 calls I’ve already made this evening, so I don’t expect a different outcome really. A dedicated route for raising a complaint would be preferred,
-
shaun bull (@shaunwbull) reported@EE Can I raise a formal complaint on this matter and arrange a refund. I have tried several numbers. Nobody is interested in helping unless it relates to a phone issue. It has now been 6 working days with no information, with a promised 1-3 working day delivery.
-
Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE I will be posting this every day until this has been resolved adding another pile for every day so far I’ve had 2 weeks of complaining with no resolution so you get 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩 Be prepared for more
-
ChrisM (@chrismaddison74) reported@EE why is it virtually impossible to actually speak to a human person instead of your crap bots!! You charge people a fortune for monthly line rental yet you can't actually be bothered to employ people customers can speak to!!
