  • QuirkyFlair Building Trade Marketing (@QuirkyFlair) reported

To be charged 7 years for a device you never had. @EE admitted fault but refused to pay back what they stole. 2 years on a new default on your credit report for this same device!! Come on!! 🙈 #ee #complaints #eedonotcare

  • JamesPowers365 💥James💥 (@JamesPowers365) reported

@EE And for an internal cable to be fried and need replacing suggests that the fault was present before I was sent the phone. & now Samsung want £130 to fix a phone that's value £150, In the long run it's going to be cheaper to pay @EE up and move on as phone likely as more faults.
