Shocking customer service from @VirginMediaCorp as per. Same convo with 5 rude people, multiple hanging up on me, online set up “not valid” apparently… and I’m still being charged double from the quote on the website that no operator says exists 🙄. Jumped ship to respectful @EE

@EE Yep, anyone who stumbles across my tweet having the same issue, uninstall the app then reinstall, something wrong with the update from EE where its not updating the installed app.

@EE Just trying to fill out a customer survey online after contacting customer service regarding an upgrade as I'm at the end of my contract. Didn't get a satisfactory deal so reluctantly leaving. Went to send the survey, got an error message and now it has disappeared.

Accidentally ordered a 24 month sim only plan with @EE then Immediately ordered a 12 month instead. Do I have to ring up to cancel the 24m or does it remove one of them automatically?

MyPlace update: There is a problem near Home which is taking longer than expected to resolve. We will continue to keep you updated. Contracts up in September and after 20 years it’ll be goodbye @EE .

@EE It was sent after contacting customer service via the My EE app. I initially spoke to a lady in Ireland then to one of her colleagues in Wales. The deal I wanted was very close but EE were unable to match other providers which is disappointing after being a loyal customer.

@EE Hi, it’s where I live. The broadband is weak and signal in general is poor. My partner has o2 and it seems to be better with her. I have enjoyed my time with EE though. Thanks for your reply. 👍

Had really bad customer service at @EE shop in town regarding upgrade… Rang 150 & after a few mins, man told me he would ring me on the 20th when they could offer me a better deal, it’s now the 22nd & no call🙄😩 #EE

Hi @EE I'd like to make a formal complaint about the service I've received from your customer service staff. They've closed two of my accounts down and sent out useless sim cards, because guess what, I can't activate the accounts because the numpties shut my accounts down

Extremely unimpressed with @OpenreachHelp and @EE this morning. The incident can't be escalated. 2 - 4 days SLA for fixing my internet after an idiot truck driver ripped the cable down outside my house because it was hanging low (which was reported back in August!!!).

@honeybouboule @EE It could be worse pal I put my ipad pro in for repair local to me this week after it wouldnt charge, the guys said the screen is broken and motherboard damaged and he can't fix it, I think he's stolen the screen as its worth around 300 pounds it never had a broken screen at all.

@EE Well I purchased it through EE but it's BT Broadband. I'm already an EE customer with my phone and mobile wifi & getting the home broadband as well was good value for money as well as meant to be being the best service

We had a bit of an issue setting up voicemail when we moved from Vodafone 3 years ago, but BT had good customer service & no issues since
