Matthew Adams (@Madams1994) reported from Billingham, England@sohailsquared @kitcub @EE The Ukrainian network will likely extend just beyond Ukraine's borders (same as UK and ROI and vice versa). So if someone is just over the border and still conn to UKR network then it would be recognised as UKR and not charged. As such region is probs more accurate in this case.

Mark Thornton (@big__dave_) reported from Darlington, England@EE Good morning. My phone keeps cutting out on calls. It's as though signal cuts off. Marc Johnson (@marc3374) reported from Newton Aycliffe, England@EE It was sent after contacting customer service via the My EE app. I initially spoke to a lady in Ireland then to one of her colleagues in Wales.
