    @sohailsquared @kitcub @EE The Ukrainian network will likely extend just beyond Ukraine's borders (same as UK and ROI and vice versa). So if someone is just over the border and still conn to UKR network then it would be recognised as UKR and not charged. As such region is probs more accurate in this case.

    @EE Wow I mean it takes a special kind of customer service to request a DM conversation, pass it across 2 members of EE, have the conversation take an hour without getting even as far as establishing I am me, and for the second staff member to then ghost me for over 20 minutes.....

    @mardybumkate @EE I've been without signal since 16:22 yesterday, text said within 6hrs should be resolved, yet here I am with no signal or data or any further updates, I'm in the DL3 area.

    @EE It was sent after contacting customer service via the My EE app. I initially spoke to a lady in Ireland then to one of her colleagues in Wales. The deal I wanted was very close but EE were unable to match other providers which is disappointing after being a loyal customer.

    @EE I was a chef on the quayside, now a little further south and inland. The issue is with my home broadband. Have done the usual switch off & back on. Reset etc. Still run big, for want of a word, at a snails pace, at best. Any help will be appreciated.

    @EE Just trying to fill out a customer survey online after contacting customer service regarding an upgrade as I'm at the end of my contract. Didn't get a satisfactory deal so reluctantly leaving. Went to send the survey, got an error message and now it has disappeared.

    @EE It is Tough with EE. Only the Staff Care You See. The Company is owned by BT. HERE : Poor/Non Existent Signal is Occasionally FREE! Perhaps It is Worth Considering T☆☆☆☆!!

    MyPlace update: There is a problem near Home which is taking longer than expected to resolve. We will continue to keep you updated. Contracts up in September and after 20 years it’ll be goodbye @EE .

    @EE I am having issues with my phone and 4G home router. Tried to call Cust Svcs on the long number and 150 and it won't connect, call just ends. I can call other numbers fine. Any suggestions how I can sort this? Appreciate your help

    @AimeeLauren_x @EE Thinking exactly the same, £60 is a lot a month! Only problem,I love my rugby so want to keep BT sport app so looks like £25 a month on a 2 yr sim only deal

    @EE so 8 weeks after reporting issues nothing is sorted with broadband your call centre staff run the same diagnostics over and over again and do nothing! £75 a month for what!!

    @EE And another btw @EE you say that the signal coming into my house is working wonderfully but the problem is with YOUR EQUIPMENT in my house but you seem to NOT CARE about that aspect…… your equipment, not mine, yours… EE’s equipment!!!!

    @EE I swear since you upgraded us to full fibre we've had more buffering and less ability to watch and load simple things like iPlayer. Not a happy customer.

    @EE your customer service towards customers that have YEARS of honouring contracts is probably the worst thing ive ever come across, i cant even get my stolen phone replaced. Its the most unprofessional and disgusting service ive ever had

    @EE I’ve tried calling you - no one seems able to help me. BT say I don’t owe them any money. Your broadband didn’t work in my new house, I returned the equipment and cancelled the contract in good time.

    @EE has the network been down the past few days , i cant seem to use any mobile data. ive had signal and 5G but it dosnt seem to work or load anything pages, or texts,calls over WiFi, on my data. ive restarted my phone multiple times, ive also tried the airplane mode trick
