Have done the usual switch off & back on. Reset etc. Still run big, for want of a word, at a snails pace, at best. Any help will be appreciated.

The reception was terrible she is 20 and just wanted to be on social media also she could never receive a call. We did complain but a few months half price was all they could manager.

Same convo with 5 rude people, multiple hanging up on me, online set up “not valid” apparently… and I’m still being charged double from the quote on the website that no operator says exists 🙄. The deal I wanted was very close but EE were unable to match other providers which is disappointing after being a loyal customer.

I raised the issue at the local EE Shop & was told the problem is engineers cannot gain access to where the problematic mast is. This was 3 MONTHS AGO! It’s so so poor!
