-
Mark R (@MarkR1892) reported from Peterlee, England@EE @jon_mann Many contracts were taken at inflation levels nowhere near where they are today. You can't possibly suggest that people should have expected last year's 10% increase and this year's 15%, especially when there's no significant improvement in the service.
-
Josh Palin (@Palin1993) reported from Darlington, England@EE can you let us know what is happening to 3G/4G signal in Darlington. Been without internet in this area (DL1) for three days.

Matthew Adams (@Madams1994) reported from Billingham, England@sohailsquared @kitcub @EE The Ukrainian network will likely extend just beyond Ukraine's borders (same as UK and ROI and vice versa). So if someone is just over the border and still conn to UKR network then it would be recognised as UKR and not charged. As such region is probs more accurate in this case.

Bob Simpson (@bsimopaz) reported from Darlington, England@EE Hi, it’s where I live. The broadband is weak and signal in general is poor. My partner has o2 and it seems to be better with her. I have enjoyed my time with EE though. Thanks for your reply. 👍

À𝕓á𝕪ọ̀𝕞í (@TheDealEnvoy) reported🚨 Scam alert. Be careful out there. Hackers are getting really sophisticated. Just had an unsolicited call from 01438 989236 claiming to be @EE customer service. Sounded professional. Said they had a promotion that would bring my monthly bill down. Asked for my last name, then said I’d get a code from @EE and should read it out to “verify” I was the account holder. Checked the number that called and the number that sent the text. Instantly knew it was a scam. Called @EE myself on the official number and reported it. Never give anyone a code sent to your phone. Hang up and call the company directly.
-
cliff cook (@cliffc100) reported@EE @TheDealEnvoy Its just a fake spoofing number stepchainge are a ligitimate organisation that help people in debit nothing to do with ee
-
Chris Rosser (@chris_rosser) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE All Internet in UK is moving away from copper to the premises - and all the replacements require power to function - if you get a UPS you can plug your router and other devices (such as a phone interface) into it to keep them running during a power outage.
