  • mick_jones75
Mick Jones (@mick_jones75) reported from Darlington, England

@EE Wow I mean it takes a special kind of customer service to request a DM conversation, pass it across 2 members of EE, have the conversation take an hour without getting even as far as establishing I am me, and for the second staff member to then ghost me for over 20 minutes.....

  • leechef69
Lee Stainthorpe (@leechef69) reported from Darlington, England

@EE I was a chef on the quayside, now a little further south and inland. The issue is with my home broadband. Have done the usual switch off & back on. Reset etc. Still run big, for want of a word, at a snails pace, at best. Any help will be appreciated.

  • AlisonBLowndes
Alison B. Lowndes ✿ (@AlisonBLowndes) reported from Newsham, England

This led to an even worse inconvenience #fwp trying to remove the @EE voicemail notification. Finally found a fix. You should sort the UI on @SamsungMobile to allow the notification to be cleared #pantsUX

  • benlawson2
Benjamin Lawson (@benlawson2) reported from Peterlee, England

Nice 2.7% increase on my phone contract again. Funny that the price of everything goes up expect peoples wages. **** off @EE

  • big__dave_
Mark Thornton (@big__dave_) reported from Darlington, England

@EE Good morning. My phone keeps cutting out on calls. It's as though signal cuts off. Is there any transmitter issues with the weather or could it simply be my phone. Galaxy S8+. It's my business phone so I need to resolve this as I'm struggling to talk to people. Rgds Mark.

  • PaulMan107
Paul (@PaulMan107) reported from Crook, England

@EE seem to be upgrading the network every couple of weeks. I gave no service.....again!

  • D4v3_d
Dave (@D4v3_d) reported from Middleton St. George, England

@EE what is going on in the DL3 area for signal, every other day texts come out to say there is an issue again, zero signal for the last 2 days..

  • mick_jones75
Mick Jones (@mick_jones75) reported from Darlington, England

So advice from @EE cancel the upgrade and try again, 2 1/2 hours of painstaking tooth pulling customer service calls for that! Well that's the upgrade cancelled, let's see what other networks have to offer..... not impressed at all!

  • Madams1994
Matthew Adams (@Madams1994) reported from Billingham, England

@sohailsquared @kitcub @EE The Ukrainian network will likely extend just beyond Ukraine's borders (same as UK and ROI and vice versa). So if someone is just over the border and still conn to UKR network then it would be recognised as UKR and not charged. As such region is probs more accurate in this case.

  • TomFahyNo1
Tom Fahy (@TomFahyNo1) reported from Darlington, England

@Proof_of_Skate @EE The phone is an upgrade, the contract is a agreed continuation of service.

  • alistairjohnso9
Alistair Johnson (@alistairjohnso9) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England

@AimeeLauren_x @EE Thinking exactly the same, £60 is a lot a month! Only problem,I love my rugby so want to keep BT sport app so looks like £25 a month on a 2 yr sim only deal

  • Joe__Monty
Joe (@Joe__Monty) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England

Accidentally ordered a 24 month sim only plan with @EE then Immediately ordered a 12 month instead. Do I have to ring up to cancel the 24m or does it remove one of them automatically?

  • MarkMcAneny
Mark McAneny (@MarkMcAneny) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England

@EE Why offer pre order option for it not to be deleivered on launch day! Very poor customer experience and a wasted days holiday taken. Not acceptable

  • FortitudeFn
Fortitude Fitness & Nutrition (@FortitudeFn) reported from Darlington, England

@EE really poor policy on ID in store when collecting delivered item. Especially since I didn’t require the ID in the first place when I purchased the new phone and contract. Now I’m paying for a new contract but using my old phone. Not what I expect from EE.

  • MilkyJoe1974
Ian 🇪🇺 (@MilkyJoe1974) reported from Peterlee, England

@__MICHAELPORTER @EE It’s the fact that even after confirmation page they say they order never existed. It’s not surprising as their website is awful for suck a big company

  • marc3374
Marc Johnson (@marc3374) reported from Newton Aycliffe, England

@EE It was sent after contacting customer service via the My EE app. I initially spoke to a lady in Ireland then to one of her colleagues in Wales. The deal I wanted was very close but EE were unable to match other providers which is disappointing after being a loyal customer.

  • MarkR1892
Mark R (@MarkR1892) reported from Peterlee, England

@EE @jon_mann Many contracts were taken at inflation levels nowhere near where they are today. You can't possibly suggest that people should have expected last year's 10% increase and this year's 15%, especially when there's no significant improvement in the service.
