  @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

  @EE Day 2 of broken Smart Hub. No Internet, WiFi for tv or landline. Can’t work from home. 2 hrs on the phone yesterday, used my call back so can’t use again. Engineer only due Tues. Hoping it’ll be fixed or we’ll be waiting days again. I assume our next bill will reflect this?

  @EE are actually getting worse 🙄🙄 will be calling up to cancel 3x phone with them after a long time. Prices/offers now are ridiculous compared to other providers. Would be nice if half the staff actually done there job in first place instead of having to constantly contact them
