@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

Hi @EE, a problem I’ve previously had is recurring - my free boosts are disappearing from my PAYG pack. I got it fixed before but the boosts that were put back disappeared again when my pack renewed.

@EE after 8/9 years with EE they have shown true loyalty and gave me pac codes for 2 of my 8 handsets. Very poor service. I know where I stand!!!

@MxnchMxgic @madtoddmorris90 @EE Its not about how long you’ve been a customer with them for it’s about making sure you pay off the ps5 in the 11 month interest free payment dates, from 6 months it’s more affordable for people to pay off their bill early and change provider so just their way of getting the money

Part2 @virginmedia as low as 20% of the internet speed im paying for on a regular basis or I have to change to my hotspot with @EE where I have no issues. I’m paying for a service. I should get it - CONSISTENTLY. The bill is the same. The service should be!

@EE Your policy for unlocking phones is beyond stupid for business customers. Got to wait 6 months so I can add a personal O2 eSim along side my business EE Sim?! This is a very common practice for business users and you have just rendered it useless.
