    @EE Sure is! I’ve signed up to Apple News+, no problem at all, but Britbox and MTV Play just not working unfortunately.

    Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

    @EE Hi, well I've been with you over 2 years now, service isn't always brilliant but it's better than @VodafoneUK which does not work here at all!

    @EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

    @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

    @EE why is you signal so poor in Skegness pe25 area either using bt or ee mobile no 4g data dropped calls so much for good coverage

    @EE It’s to do with GFast. Why are you allowed to break contract and cut my service to a quarter to what I’m getting now? Can you imagine if I asked that about price or ending my contract early? This is now allowed. How can I take this further?

    @EE you need to train your staff properly, told yesterday that a new router would be delivered today as ours has an issue. In fact what the useless customer service agent ment was ill dispatch it tomorrow for delivery Tuesday. But who knows, so long as you've got your money eh?

    @EE just some feedback, change your delivery company. DPD say they attempted delivery when I’ve been in all day waiting and tracking their driver. Their support is non existent too. Frustrated is taking it mildly!

    @EE Appalling service continues. 2 months of errors and agents never calling me back or making sure the mistakes made are sorted. Stressed and upset. No way to run a supposed award winning service. Total joke.

    @EE Yeah. It’s useless. Keeps testing the line saying there’s no problem when clearly the internet dropping for 3 hours at 8pm for 2 nights suggests something is up If it goes tonight then Starlink it is

    Whatever you do never ever use, or interact with @EE they are a scammmers and liars and their customer service is simply atrocious awful
