    @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

    @EE Sure is! I’ve signed up to Apple News+, no problem at all, but Britbox and MTV Play just not working unfortunately.

    @EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

    Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

    @EE why is you signal so poor in Skegness pe25 area either using bt or ee mobile no 4g data dropped calls so much for good coverage

    @EE Please avoid this company if you don’t want sky high mobile phone bills, expensive broadband that’s not a patch on virgin plus awful customer services, can’t wait to be out of contract, try ID mobile for phone and virgin for broadband

    @EE Well the service my partner has just endured was shocking.Oliver was very rude and unprofessional we are just wanting to buy a new phone . We are now on hold waiting to speak to someone else. Customers for years and get treated like paupers.

    @EE please get your s**t together. I spent 90 mins last week on the phone for two calls in the same day to diagnose a fault and now you’ve forgotten to send one of the items you said was faulty. Of course I can’t speak to a human!! Dreadful. Can I terminate my contract?

    @EE I’ve called the technical team and they’ve said they can’t provide support. As the internet is down, we can’t turn the heating on in our home.

    @EE our fibre broadband which we've had installed for a week, after over 2 months of waiting has gone down this evening. The website says we need an engineer and one can come out on Thursday 9th! We both work from home and require our connection for that. Can this be sorted?

    Hi @EE like some other users I have been struggling getting a signal while at home. Meaning I can't access certain sites/apps on my phone. The mobile coverage checker says excellent coverage inside & outside but that's not the case, any ideas please?
