  @EE Can confirm, this is an understatement. Have both O2 and EE phones, guess which network is getting ditched after over 20 years as a customer ? 2mbps vs 100mbps data speed is rather higher than 8x btw - you need to get more aggressive EE ;-)

  @EE Well I’m certainly not CHILLED. Due to EE incompetence I’m STILL WITHOUT MY PHONE SERVICE AFTER 5 DAYS. And now I’ve just been told I didn’t pass the security questions, the same ones I passed several days ago.

  No @EE phone signal in Hampton Hill since mid July. Absolutely farcical. Time to tell the truth. Struggling to gain access to the mast for all this time is not a good enough excuse. Last time we had no signal like this a part had to be shipped from China. Hopeless.

  @EE Yes and it wasn't the ultra it was the Flip Z but its asking for an upgrade fee on those that have an upfront cost of 50£ but those where its free the upfront cost is 400£ I haven't had a message back about this issue yet

  @MrBandez @EE EE have the best signal coverage where I am, O2 seem to drop constantly. Might go with the S21. Also most of the contracts for O2 seem to be 36 months now

  @VodafoneUK UK?? No reception at all in Scotland. Had to use my @EE to hotspot my girlfriend. Dreadful network

  @benjimansutton @EE Quite. None of us care about being able to stream Marvel movies at 4K resolution on our phones FFS. I can’t reliably make a bloody phone call, under 40 miles away from Hyde Park Corner…
