Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

@EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@EE I cannot make and receive calls on my mobile. I have tried to ring 150 with no success. Can you give me some indication as to when this will be fixed. Is this a regional or national problem.

This is a long rant about @EE the service is diabolical, literally tried to change the sim card from DD to PAYG ! No options on the app to do so without having to speak to someone via 150, so much hassle, tried to then cancel the direct debit via the same route! To no avail,

@5reynolds @EE Yeah same here for me mostly. I can receive a call from my sister and oldest nephew Can't call out. Downtracker and tech radar sites R reporting issues across many networks on mobile. Ee, Vodafone and 3 prob few others. As it seems to be mobile than broadband and landline
