@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

@EE my network switchover date is 01/02/2022, but EE disconnected my internet last night. Does EE penalise to change network? I urgently need internet as have to submit my uni assessments.

@skezzas @EE Not in 14 months' time, I'm afraid. EE will increase price every March/April even if you've only been with them a few weeks or months. I'm just waiting for my contract to end so I can cancel it.

@EE Apparently I'm getting my internet connection from your mast even though I'm with Virgin. Your signal is not strong enough... do you think , you can improve it? I keep losing the internet connection ♡
