@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@EE In the vain hope that EE read this.....Your broadband sucks! Three engineer visit, 3 new routers & still I have outages. Screen grabs available but no way to email them. That's so annoying!

@EE my cellular/4G has been down since Saturday AM and despite assurances it would be fixed, here we are over 48 hours and still down. Network status says fix in 16 hours but that was over 24 hours ago. Please help

@EE Still no service in this area now more than 48 hours. It has not been up since a major power failure in this area on Saturday morning. Previously full signal now nothing. Your help appreciated otherwise I am returning my SIM cards as mobile service without signal is pointless.

@EE @EE I am getting connection problems again. I tried 08000798586 like you suggested but it said that number is barred from my mobile. Do you have another number for the broadband team please. I cannot work from home with this internet speed!

@EE Sadly not. Just checked and still locked out. I might try cuistomer support again but that hasn't got me very far.
