-
ChrisM (@chrismaddison74) reported@WeAreOpenreach @EE so someone comes out today at lunchtime and since then my broadband doesn't work. It wasn't actually broken before you broke it and no one bothers to inform customers either. Non existent customer service as per usual. Charge a fortune for no actual service!!
-
lucy barnett (@lucebarnett) reported@EE I was on a call for 42 minutes this morning and got nowhere. Nobody wants to take any responsibility and suggesting I didn’t order despite the fact SIMs have moved over to One plan and Virgin Media contacted me about leaving. Very poor service
-
Andrew Parmenter (@AndyP1982) reported@EE why can a new customer get a deal £10 a month cheaper than someone who has been a customer for nearly 5 years? Where is the customer loyalty? I’ve now signed up to @virginmedia #customerlost #customergained
-
Jon Pitts (@briavelsjon) reported@imjustryan___ @EE London's a pretty pretty big city, can you be a bit more specific? And is the issue poor data speeds? Or lack of coverage?
-
human (@GarethSalisbur1) reported@DerekAllan61 @EE Robbing ***** . She put phone down and not heard anything back about the phone bill . So I’m just leaving £15 in bank and if they take more out then I’ll take it further

ryan smith (@RyanSOriginal) reported@EE @MarkyTalk This is the same play they gave me, moved to EE Home broadband, was awful, cancelled within 14 days and moved back to Sky!!
-
Kate (@KatieBrownriggg) reported@EE hi, why is it when customers use an offer from a third party website to get their broadband with you - you then cancel it? Apparently you’re cancelling 2 out of 3 people who do this so it feels like i’ll be wasting my time if I sign up?
-
Fadi F. (@FadiFaysal) reported@MarkyTalk @EE Share your sentiments Mark. Been with them since Orange days. Been absolutely horrible with moving homes that they moved me to BT & now I can’t even go back to EE where all my other mobile phones etc… are. Ongoing since July 6th & no hope!!
