    Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we donโ€™t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

    @EE just moved from plusnet to EE today. Had to ring EE ( only minor issue ) and he couldn't have been more helpful . Credit where its due ! I spend my old retired age moaning about most places ! Well done EE. ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

  • GrumpyOwl
    Gavin (@GrumpyOwl) reported

    @EE Let's see if we can squeeze an extra fiver out of people with poor judgement! I know you can get e-sims now (and I have done previously) but it does feel like it's exploitative of people who lack the technical knowhow or confidence to do that.

  • Ph1ltheee
    Phil Olson (@Ph1ltheee) reported

    Just been told that the @EE appointment booked for setting up my broadband today, doesn't exist as the request wasn't registered with Open Reach, & will prob be August for a new appointment. They suggested asking a neighbour if I could use their WiFi! New customer experience....

    Charles Field ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ผ ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ (@charles_uk) reported

    @EE The issue is that no decent signal here from any of the providers. It's something I know our local council and MP are trying to address but, so far, are making no headway. But any tips on making calls during power cuts and with no mobile signal would be appreciated!

  • hazardhyena
    Hazard Hyena (@hazardhyena) reported

    @TheBeardedNardo @EE And medical reasons should not be required by any company to accommodate for a business to prioritize their customer to me that just sounds like a scam or a way for you to sell clients information I would never work with a company like that nor would I recommend such a company

  • Notretsam
    Shaun Masterton (@Notretsam) reported

    @Ofcom Not surprised to see @EE having the most complaints. Their customer service is utterly atrocious. BT used to be brilliant; then EE appeared, and it's been horrendous ever since.

    @mcmahon530 @EE Whatโ€™s the problem?
