Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@EE Yes trying to cancel my contract that a thought had been cancelled in March but wasn't paid nearly 200 pound bill and can't seem 2 get it cancelled there was no compassion during these hard times since I haven't used phone I just want it cancelled thanks

@BBCWatchdog As a long standing customer of @EE with him we have 5 contracts. I’ve been Mis-sold my latest contract. Couldn’t get me off the phone quick enough so could issue me a standard letter #eepoorcustomerservice Wouldn’t take time to understand or resolve my complaint
