@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

@EE had no service all day, just checked status on your website and apparently work is being carried out AGAIN and I won’t have service for up to 4 days?? No prior warning to this either!! Absolutely sick of paying for a contract and never having service at home…

@ee I’ve got to be honest. For a company that claims to have the best speeds in the uk, your internet is atrocious. Even Vodafone has been better. I’ve been using mobile for years and recently bought your broadband and was the biggest mistake. Awful coverage.

@EE what a truly awful shocking company you are to get hold of. I am a home 4G broadband customer and there is no way I can contact you through any of your automated services because they all ask for my EE mobile number. I don’t have an EE mobile, FFS.

@EE Disgraceful customer service from @EE unable to help, unable to call you back, despite spending numerous hours calling them. Unable to escalate to a manager as apparently managers don’t take calls. Waiting on insurance claim for 3 days despite paying for next day replacement.
