@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@EE Hi, well I've been with you over 2 years now, service isn't always brilliant but it's better than @VodafoneUK which does not work here at all!

@EE Back to being able to make calls but now being told a 15% rise in my bill. I've had issues with signal for a while now and was told masts were being sorted in the area. Still not great at times. Been a customer for years, now feel service isn't as good and prices are up!

@EE No but it's working now. When both my wife and myself can't call any numbers it figures it wouldn't be a me issue. Thanks for whatever the fix was.

For the first time in a long time (prob 20 years+), I am going to look at switching my phone carrier. @EE is ***************. They are increasing their price plans by 14.4% + an additional 3.9%. Also, network performance has been pretty bad of late. Shame, I used to like EE.

@rich_atkins @Faymondo73 @EE Is there still a percentage rise which effectively breaks the contract? That always used to be the case, always kept quiet. Once a rise of a certain percentage (mid contract) the contract is in breach of terms. And you have the right to cancel ( I’m a decade out of the game)

@RockcliffeFiles @EE All for zillions of minutes and texts you never use in my case. Cheap pay and go sim is the future i think once this contract expires especially now that smartphone technology has plateaued it seems

My water bill has gone up 9% @NorthumbrianH2O despite waterway pollution, my phone bill has gone up 14.4% @EE despite garbage 5G coverage!!!!! Keep pushing and and something has to give,
