    @EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

    Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

    @EE Hi, well I've been with you over 2 years now, service isn't always brilliant but it's better than @VodafoneUK which does not work here at all!

    @EE why is you signal so poor in Skegness pe25 area either using bt or ee mobile no 4g data dropped calls so much for good coverage

    @EE Sure is! I’ve signed up to Apple News+, no problem at all, but Britbox and MTV Play just not working unfortunately.

    @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

    @JPMIDB @EE Mines been down since about 10am, phoned em up and apparently I’ve got no data no calls or texts either and I’m on unlimited everything yet I can use Data without WiFi so there’s defo issues lol

    @EE Afternoon Guys, just been chatting to 1 of your team about upgrades etc. Really nice guy and helpful but the call dropped out ironically! Please pass on that I didn’t hang up on him and if he wants to call back he can 👍

    @TheWobblyGamer @EE I had that same problem, tried calling the customer service. No answer. Hours on hold. Cancelled the DD in frustration. They slapped a £600 termination fee on me and sold it to a debt collector for £100. EE is a sewer.

    @EE @BT Hi, I keep getting multiple requests to return hardware. Even though you cancelled my contract by mistake. Your colleague admitted that. I’ve requested a return kit 3 times. Not going to bother anymore. Appalling service. Would be nice to speak to someone on the uk

    @Farmeronecow @O2 That's why I left. Well that and when I complained about the signal I got told I needed to buy land and get planning permission myself and then they would look at putting one up. Moved back to @EE and normal service resumes.

    @EE Awful service stay clear at all costs! I don’t think I’ve ever been so disgusted in a customer service phone team than we were tonight!Your staff were beyond rude, All we wanted to do is renew.. never cancelled something so quick.. easiest decision now going with @VodafoneUK

    You are having issues and please don't say you aren't, because my internet connection is very low @EE @Ofcom, so low I can hardly load anything #EE
