  @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

  Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

  @EE The frustration is you trust openreach to fix something and they don’t, at the end of it is a customer who has been given no information as to what’s going on. I finally managed to speak to someone who has tried to get the ball rolling again.

  @EE Reported my wifi keeps dropping, the lady I spoke to said she could see it had been dropping for a few days & changed the channel. Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.

  @EE Yes I have an eSIM for my phone to access the cell network also bought a seperate 5 Day WIFI plan and that is giving me issues.

  A top tip for mobile operators (I'm looking at you @EE). Don't tell people you're putting their prices up and try to trick them into selecting a more expensive deal than necessary when you haven't been able to provide service in their area for a week.
