I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

Who says it is - certainly not me and I have not in any concept closed my complaint against you as an organisation- How do you even exist pulling stunts like this - about time off on was alerted to your underhand ways of working and billing - since the 11th August I’m being charged for TNT sports which I still can’t access - so don’t tell me this complaint is closed beauties far from being closed as I state - what a 💩

Andrew Robinson (@apr9999) reported@sky After much deliberation I decided to get you to upgrade my broadband & move me from @EE . Waited 3 hrs for engineers who couldn't do it due to blockage in conduit. Now have to wait weeks for another 5 hour slot. Told you can't expedite this failure! Rubbish service!

Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE You really don’t have any concept at all of my frustrations and today I find out you’ve taken payment from my bank for services I haven’t as yet received - up to the 22nd July everything was great I was with BT since this date everything has been awful - the service, the poor attempt a placating myself and worse of all your promises, constant apologies and procedures - a pile of 💩 that’s how I would describe everything I’ve experienced so far
