Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

@EE I literally cannot understand why your signal is so awful and now I can’t wait for it to be back up so I can cancel after 13 years of being under you/orange. Sick of it.

@EE No apparent way to access call forwarding settings for the eSIM assigned to my Google Pixel 7 Pro (unlocked, purchased direct from Google, eSIM assigned to slot 2). Is this a known issue?

Terrible signal with @EE around The HR4 Area of Hereford yet again. Being to regret taking a contract out with them.

Well @EE after 25 years looks like I'm going somewhere else! Me: This is what I have now. I don't want to pay loads more Ee: you can have 1/3 as much data, a cheap brand phone instead of a Samsung and one phone will cost the same as you pay for 2 now. Sky are cheaper. No ****

@EE So fed up with poor service. On Sunday I asked to pay to courier my sons SIM & your agent said it was done. No SIM yet & no contact, & it's impossible to get through on phone unless you have 2 hrs to spare

@EE It's been more than 2 weeks. Why can't the tech team just fix such a simple issue and solve my troubles? Why don't you take priority and settle this for a valued customer?

@EE You are sending threatening letters to my address meant for a former customer of yours who does not live here. There is no way for me to report this, apparently, by phone. Yet my credit rating will be affected by your failure to contact this person. What am I suppposed to do?

@EE Yeah it does thank, but now you have seem to have switched off my signal as I can't connect to your network, but my package has been delayed by DPD, due to "adverse wether conditions". So that's not great at all tbh.

@EE Can some explain why "the UK's best network" has such shockingly poor signal for the past couple of weeks? 1 bar, if lucky, of signal and extremely slow mobile internet. No issues in my area either as I've checked that first.
