Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@radiojackie I was at the Plough Bakery near Miller and Carter this morning waiting at the bus stop ringing NHS111 trying to get across the address when I only knew the stop number @apple I only had my apple watch to hand @EE ended flagging down a police car lol

Can anyone tell me why Utility Warehouse’s @EE mobile signal has been severely deteriorating over the last few weeks. Calls continuously dropping and getting a 4G signal to work (even though it shows as good strength) is inconsistent.

@ee Why don't you have stock in your stores? Both phones that I was interested in (one 5x more expensive than the other btw) weren't in stock. Staff tried to palm me off with a phone I was not interested in and already had a broken screen out of the box *sighs*

@EE move to you guys - issues with package being missold now just got to the USA and roaming doesn’t work. It’s meant to be part of my package. Tried lifting the spend cap completely off but the website isn’t working. Brilliant.

The weekly signal outage from @ee has just kicked in again - apparently it’s only going to be 7 hours off today… getting ridiculous now!
