@EE Hi, well I've been with you over 2 years now, service isn't always brilliant but it's better than @VodafoneUK which does not work here at all!

@EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

@EE No I went on my app and the offer was there. Your plans are always higher than my original one. I don’t think it’s ever been matched in ten plus years we have upgraded with ee. An upgrade usually means getting a better phone right? I may as well cancel at the end of my contract…
-
Jade
(@electricpix) reported
@EE so why does your email not say that? Complete joke actually. I had to go through bloody loops trying to complete the upgrade because you needed a pin sent to my phone which is broken to be able to complete it. Absolute rip off of £50

Herc.ME
(@HercDotMe) reported
@EE False advertising. I live in London, have both O2 and EE and where I live EE barely gets any signal and only 4G, no 5G. I'm not sure what this is ad is referring to but it is certainly not network (data transfer) speed. Moreover, #noRoamingCharge on O2.

@EE Yeah but you never reply and you ignore questions around known problem areas such as Brighton
-
Caravan Larry
(@CaravanLarry) reported
@hatemornings @EE I left EE because they couldn't get anywhere near the price of my unlimited data package with a competitor. I regret leaving them now though because, where I go at least, EE's signal was far superior. I'll be returning when contract is up.

@EE @ThreeUK was flawless for me there. Unlike your customer service and signal I used to get from you guys!
-
Naomi Gigg

@EE This is not a one off issue, this has been an ongoing issue for years. It’s an absolute black spot, although you claim ‘excellent coverage indoors and outdoors’ - I can’t even complete a basis speed test of internet as there is nothing there!
-
SamanthaR
(@Samanth84648051) reported
@MarcAllera @EE @rootmetrics On a daily basis more and more services are reliant on WiFi, there are a number of businesses in postcode NN12 8PL which cannot fluidly function due to unstable, erratic and at times, non-existent connection 😤😡 URGENT HELP REQUIRED!!
