Achorawl 🔜TheMixupLyon➡️Infurnity獸無限 (@Achorawl) reported@justnvc @EE I had a similar experience with the house my ex bought. The house had been rented 2 years before the date of purchase, but they never shut down their service. We could have moved in and they would be paying for our electricity bills as we had no way to contact them !

DomLarkin65 (@DomLarkin65) reported@EE I’ve moved from using mobile broadband to fibre. Wanted to send back my Smart 5G hub. Told by your customer services that you don’t want and that it’s down to me to dispose of it (“or keep it”). That’s very wasteful. And assumes that I’m responsible for recycling Any comment?

Steve (@coastersteve) reported@EE I'm at the point of ditching my contract with EE which I've held since you started and before that Orange. Scaring customers is a terrible way to gain customers. They're coming back at 7, the cctv is on and I'll record them lying to my face to get a sale.

Carl (@Carl_M79) reportedHad nearly a full week of drop outs and slow speeds whilst paying a fortune for '1GB broadband' @EE. Sort it out ffs.
