Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@EE Hl there. We’ve had zero to 1 bar coverage in Harpenden AL5 for months now. Pathetic service. Yet you are advertising 5G / calls from mountains. We are 20 miles from London yet can’t make a call.
