Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@TonyEdward12 @EE **** OFF WITH THAT DISABLED SHITE. Your phone was stolen. EE didn’t do that. They aren’t responsible. If my house gets burned down and I don’t have it insured my mortgage company don’t cancel the bill or send me a new house. Disabled or not.

@EE you won’t allow me to cancel my contract that comes to an end this month online and your phone lines have a very long wait time even on a Sunday. Surely just ending your contract when it comes to an end shouldn’t be so tough?

@EE is it possible to get a call back in order to cancel my sim contract? i have already tried to get through on 150 to cancel 3 times as it’s costing me a lot of money and is unusable. my phone contract is still with EE and won’t be cancelled.
