  • Shanksagain Michael Armitage (@Shanksagain) reported from Louth, England

Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

  • AybBell Anne Bell (@AybBell) reported from Stickney, England

Thanks @EE for being absolutely no help whatsoever in sorting out my email problem today . You are supposed to be ib partnership with @BT . #passthebuck #nosalenointerest

@EE please can you respond to my DM about roaming not working despite paying in advance and also being double charged for this months billing?!!?? I’m on holiday so this isn’t great

  • squarepush squarepush (@squarepush) reported

@EE Ok so texting help to the 60071 number, right?

  • squarepush squarepush (@squarepush) reported

@EE Yes it's under the minimum I was quoted. And it's the connection speed from the router itself, do before even spreading it to the rest of the network. And most of my broadband demanding devices (XBOX SX, PS5, smart TV) are on Ethernet rather than WiFi.

  • Trig1989 Trig (@Trig1989) reported

@EE @glastonbury @_dnsc_ The signal was piss poor if you weren’t on EE. Been 8 times and never remember it being so bad.

  • benbushell92 Ben Bushell (@benbushell92) reported

@primevideouk charging me month in month out for Amazon prime that I don't use or want. Endless phone calls with them, promising this won't happen again. Now charging me through a 3rd party company and blaming @EE and refusing to cancel the subscription. #fuming

  • b4ades1978 N Jess (@b4ades1978) reported

@EE Unless your in Las Vegas. Terrible service . Would be better using a length of string and 2 empty yogurt pots ! New provider for me sorry

  • robin_stafford Robin Stafford 🇺🇦🇪🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇬🇧 (@robin_stafford) reported

@EE At Wimbledon where EE has pretty much collapsed. Totally overloaded. Major, major problem when you need to be able to download e-tickets. Everything is very slow - its not the Wimbledon websites problem.

  • richardireland Richard Ireland (@richardireland) reported

So it took 4.5 hours on webchat and about 7 mins on a phone call to @EE to resolve a simple question of what roaming add on I need (or not) for the US, Great service from Mishael and then Matt - but those webchat support team are truly dreadful
