@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

Wonderful service from @EE today. I pay for family internet access but every month this resets, so I have to “share” data for the others via the EE app. But now the app no longer recognises my email address nor password. Fantastic now that we are away travelling. Top job, EE 👏👏

@EE do you guys have any known issues with iPhone 13 Pro not being able to for some reason connect to Wi-Fi on it ? I did only get it yesterday and it doesnt want to do anything other than make or recieve calls
