    Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

    @EE Sure is! I’ve signed up to Apple News+, no problem at all, but Britbox and MTV Play just not working unfortunately.

    @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

    @EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

    @EE why is you signal so poor in Skegness pe25 area either using bt or ee mobile no 4g data dropped calls so much for good coverage

    @EE Hi, well I've been with you over 2 years now, service isn't always brilliant but it's better than @VodafoneUK which does not work here at all!

    @EE why is it every time I go to Dorset or Somerset the coverage is always terrible ? I have virtually no signal at all . My wife is on Tesco and never has a problem. Why am I paying so much more for poor service? What’s happening to EE ?

    @EE So internet sorted - the email advising me to connect arrived this evening (18 hours after broad and went off). But…my home phone is disconnected. It’s not an internet phone & never has been, and the whole point of switching to EE was to maintain a landline…

    @EE I’ve already done this and I get told the same thing which is they don’t see no problems in my area but clearly there is because every time I leave the house my signal drops and I can’t even attempt to make a phone call as it just cuts off!
