  @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

  @EE why is it so difficult to get a simple question answered? Can I get full fibre in my area? Yes or no? Now I’ve your colleague asking me if I need my internet checking or me to look at things in the house…..No I just need to know if I can get this service and then we talk

  @DerekAllan61 @EE My wife and I buy brand new mobiles every 3 years (usually Xiaomi previous years model at knocked down price) and have our sim with Talkmobile. Has been £5 per month for years for 10 years, just every now and then they increase the data allowed. Never been a problem.

  Hi @EE just like to say thanks for sending Ian Cassidy from @mjquinnhq round to sort my 92 yo dad’s fibre out after a few teething issues earlier. He also connected my dad’s laptop to the router for him too as I can’t get over myself currently to help as I’ve just had surgery.

  @SerpicoFranco Was pushed by BT by poor service etc and they said superior with EE. No incoming calls for several days, no call centre working. In fact 3 times needed the service it hasn’t worked. Will not renew with @EE

  @EE can you please get your service right. Is unstable. getting tech support is near impossible. Everything is routed to the useless bot. And even something as simple as getting someone to fix the cable that you installed that has become undone is impossible. Terrible service

  Our @EE broadband has been down in Keswick since at least 6am yesterday, your service status page isn't working, and all we've heard from you is a text saying you're looking into it. An update of whats happening would be nice!
