  @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

  Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

  Hey @EE, Long time customer here since the orange days. I have many devices with you, including broadband. We use the little 4g wifi boxes to keep our cameras live when searching for missing dogs. What deal can you do? They are not on all the time, just as and when #harveysarmy

  @EE @Hepworthclare This is not just EE but all phone companies, which is ironic but it's just impossible to get through to anyone. You get stuck in a queue for thirty minutes, it's just ridiculous. My message to every service company is PLEASE sort your call centres out and employ more people.

  Not only is your customer service appalling, @EE has the audacity to inform me I can only view my bill via your App. Why? I receive my bill by email which I can cope with. EE would cause havoc in an empty house! I am aged 76 and feeling totally marginalised.

  @j199024 @EE It goes down every month. I’m sick of them, I was with sky for 20 years and can’t remember the internet ever going down. I’ve been with @EE for 2 years and it goes down every month. Also it’s nowhere near as fast as they claim

  @EE Had no service on my phone for 14 hours. Can't use live chat on website as you have to send me a code & I can't receive them. You suggest ringing 150 but I can't make calls. App isn't any good and just hits a dead end. Help! 😳

  @EE Hi. Was talking to a Kate or Katie but the call cut off as i'm on the train (she rang me) is it possible to get a message back to her that it was the signal dropping for the call ending and not me being rude. I feel so bad. Many thanks.

  @EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you can’t do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying £65 a month for contract. Poor poor service
