@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@crae1563 @EE It checks out, but it is a 36 month deal, total outlay £936. Same phone from Apple is about £300 less than that. If your phone/data usage is less than £100 per year then it is not a bad deal

@EE Hi EE maybe u should try to focus fixing ur connection. 2nd day without internet and you told me it was supposed to be fixed yesterday night. You should have a protocols placed for bad weather

Trying to switch to @EE seems impossible their prove you’re a human codes never compute and you can’t call customer services as they charge for that and I have no credit and can’t add credit as have to register and can’t. Guess I’m stuck with @giffgaff and their appalling network
