  @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

  @EE you say this. Get even more from your new phone with 5G+ on the UK's best network, and stay ahead when it matters most. But the phone doesn’t say you’re ever on 5G+ it’s in my area but phone only shows as 5G so am I getting the + or not?

  @EE hi there I’ve been told I need to send back my WiFi router otherwise I’ll be charged however I’ve messaged service desk on here several times but they’re not responding!!!!! We didn’t receive any postage information or barcode to send the box back.

  @EE can you and the other phone networks please have a look at the signal in the WN7 4 area of Leigh in Wigan. Been terrible for months now when trying to use mobile data when out and about.
