Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@EE Hi, well I've been with you over 2 years now, service isn't always brilliant but it's better than @VodafoneUK which does not work here at all!

So my old 4G @EE sim is hardly working on calls texts internet on my old phone And my current 5G @EE phone and sim are only working on wifi But there’s no issue with your network Yh?????

@EE I can not get my head around how your employee made an error and now are trying to charge me for said mistake, the person on the phone completely agrees with me yet tells me it’s my problem and there’s nothing that can be done. Absolutely disgraceful attitude.

@EE @chriswaddle93 @EE I'm sure you haven't discovered exactly what has caused this nework issue but would it not be prudent to at the very least post a Tweet stating "We are currently suffering a nationwide network issue and we are striving to get this fixed as soon as we can". Sumit like that 👍
