    @EE Hi, well I've been with you over 2 years now, service isn't always brilliant but it's better than @VodafoneUK which does not work here at all!

    @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

    @EE This was certainly NOT a text-book case on communications. You should have owned the issue as soon as it became known. You failed in everyway in providing timely accurate information, wasting many of your customers time.

    @EE Ps still to get a hub to work properly and a plug for the phone to work which I did ask for but never received

    @EE I'm sorry, but that's really pretty poor. I checked prior to going on holiday and was assured all would be fine as I NEEDED my phone. I spent about 10 hours of my holiday trying to fix your problem and had to go to pretty extreme workarounds. How about send out a communication!

    @EE Appalling comms from @EE (Maybe you had no signal either??). Nothing at all from you during the outage then a feeble apology hours later. Get some crisis comms training fast.

    My experience of @EE do far has been horrendous.. can’t even call them at this point.. absolutely honking service
