    Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

    @EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

    @EE Sure is! I’ve signed up to Apple News+, no problem at all, but Britbox and MTV Play just not working unfortunately.

    @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

    @bt_uk what an absolute disgrace of a service you’ve ‘given’ my 84yr old parents moving house from Wales to Selsey. It has been the single most stressful part of moving home & still not resolved. Between you & @EE you’ve stressed them to the hilt & they’ll be 4wks no internet

    @EE I left my airtime contract with you at the start of the year but I'm still paying my device. Due to issues with my bank account I missed my direct debit last month. I can't see anywhere on the app or website to pay it?

    @EE I have a repair booked for Monday however I know the fault to not be able to be done in store I need a guarantee that ill be offered a loan phone as I will still be paying for your service how can I do that please.

    @EE instead of sending me multiple texts about exclusive rewards is there any chance of sorting out your frustrating broadband service. Ring doorbell still repeatedly going offline... Never had these issues with sky. Wish I'd never changed

    @EE Because the hotspot appears to be from someone's home router, and I'm not sure they are aware someone else could be using their phone line to get access to ee public network services
