    @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

    @EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

    Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

    @EE Sure is! I’ve signed up to Apple News+, no problem at all, but Britbox and MTV Play just not working unfortunately.

    @EE why is you signal so poor in Skegness pe25 area either using bt or ee mobile no 4g data dropped calls so much for good coverage

    @EE Hi, well I've been with you over 2 years now, service isn't always brilliant but it's better than @VodafoneUK which does not work here at all!

    @ee Wow, due an upgrade (customer for 25+ years). Samsung S26, same plan, same duration. With @iD_Mobile_UK it's £19 upfront and £29.99 a month. With yourselves its £20 up front £72.81 a month (first month is £92.81).... What the actual hell ?! Think you lost a loyal customer!

    @EE just moved from plusnet to EE today. Had to ring EE ( only minor issue ) and he couldn't have been more helpful . Credit where its due ! I spend my old retired age moaning about most places ! Well done EE. 👏 👏👏👏👏

    @EE hi there - I am very very disappointed- I am in Prague and switched on data roaming for the day pass (total 4 days) and it has not worked - have followed all Instructions- switched phone on/off and no luck - it has caused nothing but problems….

    @EE how long is it going to take to fix the signal issue for Ne15 9ep. I've not seen a single person at the tower at all. I'm not happy paying for a service i can't use.

    an absolute *********** of a website @EE can't load pages, when it does it takes ages to load really the worst experience on the internet - seriously considering taking my business elsewhere

    @DerekAllan61 @EE Hi Derek try Mozillion they piggyback on EE just don’t have 5G Stand alone (5G+) but isn’t the end of the world, I ordered a iPhone through them and the service has been top notch 👍🏻

    @EE @craig_trickett The link you share says no issues which is a lie as there is ALWAYS Issues, is this your clause for use not to cancel our contracts for you providing bad service? Fed up of it now!
