So, unfotunately, this doesn't help. I also tried to turn off and on my phone many times..

O2 in the UK (@O2) reported@alecia2020B If you have an O2 contract, as long as you have the PAC code from giffgaff we can move that number onto your O2 number, meaning the O2 number you have currently would be taken over with the giffgaff number.Does this help?
