    Hey @Ofcom we have been having issues with our mobile number that’s with @giffgaff no calls/texts from EE are coming through! (pretty basic part of service) Reported to @giffgaff beginning of August - still not resolved. (Suspect it’s been going on for much longer) can you help?

    @giffgaff There wasn't, the network just slows down to a crawl/stops functioning from congestion levels that are literally a daily occurrence there

    @giffgaff @realNyarime If you want to solve the problem,stop using the template response first.I asked the agent about the PAC refund,and they responded “Upon reviewing your account, our systems confirmed …..”,It’s has nothing to do with my question.
