(pretty basic part of service) Reported to @giffgaff beginning of August - still not resolved. (Suspect itโs been going on for much longer) can you help?

Weโve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & theyโve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.
