    @HSBC_UK what’s the point of having one branch closed in weybridge (nearest one to chertsey) and you drive all the way to Woking and the HSBC there is closed as well due to amend times. Waste off a trip and fuel! It’s not great customer service

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK I have now Benn in branch for 3hours today to try to help my Ukrainian guests set up an account. 3rd visit to branch. Really not at all helpful.

    Opened a jade account with @HSBC_UK after making a move from @StarlingBank. Very first transaction from the new account…Fail! Transaction seems to have gone thru, but get an error message saying there was a problem!Hate to compare but Starling App was so perfectly engineered

    It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK Since last few days I am unable to get my basic necessities like food, grocery, travel to work because of this. How much more I need to wait. If I say you are blocking access to my basic rights then it won't be exaggeration

    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @HSBC_UK waited an hour and 20minutes to speak to someone about a cancelled direct debit. The man I spoke to was very passive aggressive, kept talking over me and was REALLY patronising. Very poor customer service

    @HSBC_UK Ah ok- I'll deal with the inconvenience @HSBC - you carry on not fixing the problem and I'll sort it out then. Ta very much for nothing then and will bury my head in the sand, live on fresh air for a while and trust that the problem will fix itself then...have a great day! x

    @HSBC_UK Not much point. I was told on a HSBC chat online that all cards now have contactless facility They can turn it off but I can't see it's disabled without doing a failed transaction. I was told you no longer give out cards without contactless tech, so not sure how you'd help?
