@HSBC_UK I am having the most frustrating and difficult experience dealing trying to speak to someone and resolve an issue. Chat can’t do it, and your phone lines either cut me out after being on hold for ages or the agent isn’t of help.

@Coastguard @HSBC_UK I have had 3 compensation payments from our bank over the last 4 months for making me wait on the phone and for poor customer service. Raise a complaint every time, it is the only way to get change.

Seriously, although the number came from the official @hsbc_uk twitter, I double checked it on the HSBC website - but even having done that, the idiots and incompetence I'm dealing with make it *feel* like a scam call. Even though I've no experience of those 'cos I don't get 'em!

@HSBC_UK I don't mind you have call centres abroad, but when the Indian accent of the person I'm trying to sort important financial transactions with is SO STRONG I can't understand what they're telling me then it becomes a problem. I just wanna pay my loan!!

@HSBC_UK Another ten minutes passes on hold... and me @hsbc_uk comes back with a request for my O/D limit. I think he's trying to reset my security number... that I'm 100% positive he broke - and this is before we get around to sorting out the problem I called about!
