@HSBC_UK I am having the most frustrating and difficult experience dealing trying to speak to someone and resolve an issue. Chat can’t do it, and your phone lines either cut me out after being on hold for ages or the agent isn’t of help.

Been a customer of @HSBC_UK ever since I was old enough to open an account but their treatment of customers scammed by Easy Tickets has been nothing short of disgusting. Goodbye, HSBC. Hope you enjoyed the hours of my life you've wasted on this matter, with zero resolution.

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK I agree. Taken away their counter service and was told to use the post office! You walk into the branch and there isn’t anyone to help you - just machines. Lloyds bank is the one for me! Fabulous staff in my local branch @LloydsBank in Farnham

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK I’m with you, I used to work for them and I think they’re the worst of all the banks when you’re trying to get something done. You can’t speak to them direct and when you do you are made to feel like a criminal trying to access your own finances!

@HSBC_UK I have never dealt with such bad “support” for trying to log into my own account. You make it near on impossible for people to do so and this is the third time I’ve been locked out of my account in a year
