    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    Some services of #HSBC are not available online and at @HSBC_UK average waiting period of telephone banking is 2 hours!! It’s the end of 2021 if you realise. My battery died until I got a hold of someone. What a poor quality of service! #poorcustomerservice #embaressmentofbanking

    @HSBC_UK Ref. 10860020. You've sat on 9k for 4 months! Money usually transfers within a week at absolute most. You've caused anxiety, created little ability to buy food & pay bills. His carer has pawned the little she has to help, because YOU can't do your job properly. 😡😡

    @HSBC_UK I did that and still not working. On top of that i could previously generate a key code and log in via my laptop. Now that ive deleted and reinstalled, i’ve lost that option now too! Great!
