Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

@HSBC_UK I am having the most frustrating and difficult experience dealing trying to speak to someone and resolve an issue. Chat can’t do it, and your phone lines either cut me out after being on hold for ages or the agent isn’t of help.

@HSBC_UK HSBC ‘s lack of support for victims is scandalous. Communication with customers is not fit for purpose and customers cannot tell if they are dealing with HSBC or a scam. A voluntary code for supporting victims is not worth the paper it is written on. It’s false advertising.

@HSBC_UK Things got worse today. I had a call from someone claiming to be from the HSBC. I went through security so that I could be put through to a manager. After waiting 10 minutes, the phone was put down. When is all this going to end? Any comments HSBC?
