    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK changed my phone, app not working on new phone, tried to call help centre, didn't pass security so now account locked. Can't make appointment at local branch, now my debit card will not work in card machine, so no access to my account or able to get cash!

    Oh joy — new business debit card so have to go through the @HSBC_UK bullshit again of not being able to add it to Apple Pay despite the last business debit card being added without a problem. Waiting for the “Business cards don’t work with Apple Pay” response.

    @HSBC_UK I closed my current a/c over 5 yrs ago. You are refusing to help me because I can't remember the overdraft on that a/c, when my complaint is about ANOTHER a/c that you didn't close, that I already went INTO BRANCH during Covid to close last yr. 90mins on phone so far :-(
