Well, I'm going to name and shame. For 2 days trying to get through to @HSBC_UK because I cannot log on to OnlineBanking . This monolith that pays its top brass a fortune cannot cope with a customer who's stayed with them for 34 years? #disgraceful

@hsbc_uk has declined its customer service support significantly over the last couple years. Also from a product perspective simply wiring funds among household accounts they are asking infinite amount of questions sounding as if protecting the customer from fraud… shocking!
