My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

Banks! Don't you love them? @HSBC_UK blocked a payment from my account to pay an HSBC credit card! A payment I make every month. After 30 mins on the phone I told them sort it or tomorrow I'm changing banks. They haven't so tomorrow they lose a customer. #crapcustomerservice

So, apparently my 86 year old just about mobile MIL will have to travel 20 miles to a @HSBC_UK just to make an appointment. It is impossible to contact them by phone as she is hard of hearing and they never answer. She cannot do it online! This is discrimination @paullewismoney
