    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK trying to speak with a customer advisor regarding potential fraud is a nightmare, been on hold passed from department to department and still unable to speak with someone…wouldn’t mind I’m not even an HSBC customer…someone else trying to use my details!!!! 🤬

    @HSBC_UK Is there a problem with the app for depositing cheques? I've tried so many times, saying can't read details of cheque, constantly not even focusing on the front of the cheque and when I take a pic of the back of the cheque the screenshot is mostly green. Thank
