    Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

    @dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

    @HSBC_UK congratulations on completely breaking the cheque reading bit of your app. It was next to impossible to get it to work previously, now you've pushed it over the line to not working at all. Big shout out to the development and QA team.

    @HSBC_UK My local HSBC branch refuses to help me because I bank with First Direct - who takes no responsibility for it. I don't have a driving licence and I am not going to renew my passport, which were asked as forms of ID to serve me at the cashier's desk. A new low.

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC Why isit everytime I want to speak to an advisor, they are apologetic but pass me to 25 different people and never sort an issue until I go to the financial ombudsman. It's all very exhausting. Are all your teams there to be sorry or fix problems? Confused

    @HSBC_UK Called number. It's a joint account we need, not 3rd party mandate. Told I can't have form sent or link given. Must go to a branch - I don't have one nearby. My father can't pick one up. He's housebound with terminal cancer. Is it impossible to send a link that I can download?

    @BigDogDrinks @HSBCUKBusiness I've generally been happy as a @HSBC_UK Business customer for 7 years... but this situation with being unable - after approaching 7 hours on the phone now - of reporting CARD FRAUD (FFS) is disturbing enough I'm going to look for alternatives.
