    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    @HSBC_UK Since last few days I am unable to get my basic necessities like food, grocery, travel to work because of this. How much more I need to wait. If I say you are blocking access to my basic rights then it won't be exaggeration

    Absolutely appalling levels of customer service with @hsbc_uk business banking -phone service over 1hour wait - but no responsiveness on the Chat app either. If you’re looking for a business account look elsewhere

    @HSBC_UK is there an HSBC app problem at the moment I have been trying for over a week to use this app and it just closes down when I press the app icon - I have reinstalled and deleted a lot of times but the app only brings up the logo ? I updated to iOS 15.2 recently ? Pls help

    @dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

    @HSBC_UK What have you done to internet banking? The new look is awful. Entirely non-user friendly & completely non-navigable! Why do you always make these changes without asking customers. I can find nothing now & the text is so light nothing stands out. Thanks very much.

    @PennyBritish @HSBC_UK @kraken Stay calm next time. I have been quizzed in the past too and usually the first transaction to an exchange is always blocked and possibly account access revoked. But after quizzing they open the facility for me and never close it.

    @PennyBritish @HSBC_UK @kraken I’ve had this problem before, and I went in and asked for my money to be transferred to Barclays, Barclays has never done this to me apart from when I’m abroad just to make sure it’s me doing the transaction 🧐🧐🧐🧐
