    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK this has now happened 5 times. Can you explain, in detail, why it is impossible to become your customer? Please don’t use pandemic-related excuses. An online application form is simple to roll-out and if you choose not to, you should offer another way.

    @HSBC_UK Still can't login using the fingerprint scanner. It accepts the fingerprint than loops back to login screen. Xiaomi - Android. Other bank app works fine with fingerprint login.

    @HSBC_UK Today I got to the bank early to do a transfer an hour before the end of day window closed. I waited & waited, no other customers, staff all in the back room chatting, I repeatedly asked but by the time they deigned turned help me, I’d missed the transfer window.

    @HSBC_UK You then claimed that valuation was an error and provided another one a further 11k less. I’ve spoken to another broker and they mention you often try this tactic on. You’ve wasted a lot of our time, including the broker’s. At this point I’m tempted to change banks. (2/2)
