@HSBC_UK what’s the point of having one branch closed in weybridge (nearest one to chertsey) and you drive all the way to Woking and the HSBC there is closed as well due to amend times. Waste off a trip and fuel! It’s not great customer service

Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

@dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

@HSBC_UK Hi, any reason why I’m suddenly unable to use my debit card with PayPal, and the visa verification steps don’t work so I can’t then confirm I’m the owner of the card? It’s worked until today, and now doesn’t want to know. The bank account is working, just not the card.
