    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    @ShireenFarkhoy @HSBC_UK I'm not finding them, they're there. Mining for metals is staggeringly poisonous, as is disposal. It's what i mean by necedary evil, it's awful but what is the alternative? Carbon capture is as promising - there's a cool thing in Norway, and a desalination boat to freeze arctic
