@scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

@bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

@HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

@HSBC_UK really disappointed with the service I’ve received as a new credit card holder. Have been trying to get my telephone banking pin for nearly a month now. 4 phone calls to customer service and a visit to the nearest branch with my ID and still nothing. Would not recommend!

@HSBC_UK @angieburton69 The capability of the app with doing the simple stuff like deleting an old payee is ridiculous, I can transfer thousands of pounds with the touch of a button but I can't take off a payee that I haven't paid in years without logging on to the actual site to do this is a pain.

@HSBC_UK To actually tell a customer it could take 10 days to send out a replacement card is ridiculous. You should be saying yes, you'll have it by Tuesday. Upto 10 days and blame Covid. Poor. Very poor.
