    @HSBC_UK @HSBC Disgusting you are closing the Wakefield branch of hsbc and saying you can get the same service at the post office!! I will now look at swapping to a bank that DOES have a branch in Wakefield. 😡

    @HSBC_UK Do I have to ring up to register for phone, online and digital banking? My account is open but it's not clear from what I've had in the post if I'm supposed to get my security numbers/login details etc by post or if I need to get it all done over the phone.

    Took my 9 year old daughter to the bank to withdraw some of HER savings to be told it’s not possible as the counter has closed down and you can’t transfer out of it! Madness @HSBC_UK she can’t access her own money without travelling to a town!

    @Liberation2005 @iPoof @HSBC_UK Are you telling me that the bank and developers of THEIR APP aren’t responsables? Who I need to ask to update or fix HSBC UK App? They have a responsibility to provide a good service and a fully working app with or without beta.

    Terrible service from @HSBC_UK unable to resolve an issue and calls cut off after being on hold. No response from online chat. Someone pleas recommend a new bank that actually looks after its customers please!!

    @HSBC_UK hi, the problem has come back, me and my friend we cant transfer any money or barely use the app without saying: "System error, sorry appears theres a system error, try later" and its been like this for a while

    @Xero @baileykwhite @HSBC_UK I brought up the issue to Xero repeatedly for over a year. Nothing changed. Gave up. Stop using their bank feeds before your accounting is destroyed. #fails

    @HSBC_UK Normal for FLEXI SAVER accounts despite being advertised as; "Access your money instantly. This is an instant access account, so you can take out and transfer money whenever you need to, no notice required". But only if you have previously agreed 'PAYEES'.
