    @HSBC_UK App "Money out" notifications still showing the wrong time. Needs a fix please to prevent false reports of fraudulent transactions. Charge was at 09:15 not 08:15. (or specify that you're using GMT not BST)

    @HSBC_UK I too have sent you a response. I just wonder why it takes HSBC 8 weeks to deal with a complaints and yet @HalifaxBank have dealt with and issue promptly and efficiently withing 2 days? You can't keep blaming covid for your poor customer service! Everyone else is managing!
